Booking our wedding at Rincon Beach Club was the BEST decision we ever made!! Our wedding day was better than we imagined. It truly felt magical! We were able to enjoy our special day and feel present with our guests (which is unheard of according to our friends and family), and that's because the staff at RBC are exceptional! We had the pleasure of working with Courtney, who made the whole process super easy for us. She's professional, very knowledgeable and always answered our many questions with a smile. She coordinated with all our vendors and made sure our vision come to life! We can't thank you enough Courtney!! RBC has the BEST food! We, and our guests, are still talking about the food from our wedding (almost a month later!). RBC has amazing food, amazing staff, just an amazing venue overall!! We LOVE RBC and highly recommend it to all future brides and grooms. 10/10

My husband and I got married at Rincon last weekend. Courtney was our coordinator, and she was phenomenal! We truly had the best day ever. I was not stressed or worried about anything leading up to the day, or even day of. Courtney was there for us every step along the way, we had complete trust in her. Aside from the many compliments on the delicious food and gorgeous venue, many of our guests also commented on how this was the most organized and well-ran wedding they'd ever been to. Our experience planning with Kinsey at Rincon Beach Club was truly the best! She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything regarding our wedding from start to finish! She was a key part in bringing our dream day to life and she did just that. We didn’t have to worry about anything day-of because she had it all covered and we felt confident knowing we had the incredible Rincon team behind us every step of the way. Not only was Kinsey amazing but everyone that helped us along the way was 10/10! Our food was incredible, the staff were so friendly and our signature drinks did not disappoint. I highly recommend Rincon Beach Club to anyone looking for a wonderful venue and great team to plan your day!

This venue is what dreams are made of! It is absolutely stunning!!! We had our ceremony on the beach, which was so special! Getting married on the sand was a dream come true for us, and the venue provided signage and staff to help guests find the location. The garden space is just WOW- all of our guests were blown away by how beautiful and unique our venue was. The beams at the top are unbelievable and they offer a chandelier add-on which really brings it all together. We searched long and hard for a venue, and this truly was the most magical place to have our special day. The photos turned out beautiful and the space was such a great setting. Their in-house inventory is also great and all of it is so beautiful! The staff and team at Rincon are so sweet and wonderful to work with. Kinsey was so amazing on the day and really made us feel supported! The food was AMAZING- we had multiple people come up and tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had- we did stations and it was so fun! I would highly recommend to any couple thinking of having their special day at Rincon Beach Club!

We have so many good things to say about Rincon Beach Club! Kinsey and her team were awesome from start to finish, the food was amazing and all their preferred vendors were amazing to work with! We had a venue fall through earlier this year and had to put our wedding together in four months. Kinsey and Marc (the owner ) made that possible. The Rincon team also majorly bailed us out on our wedding day when the florist we hired, (not one of their preferred vendors) completely dropped the ball and left us hanging with substandard arrangements. We had an amazing wedding and can't thank them enough for making our dream wedding a reality. Thank you

From start to finish Rincon Beach club was amazing, Carol our day of coordinator/planner of the entire wedding made the whole thing go off without a hitch (Or if it didn't, we weren't aware of it). The food is amazing and I can't wait to find an excuse to get back down there to have more tri-tip! They are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We had a 100-person wedding and it was an absolutely stunning setup executed to perfection thanks to carol and our lovely vendors. The team is so experienced and knows exactly what they are doing, if you are hesitant about doing the beach ceremony don't be they make it so easy! The best part was that we were able to actually enjoy our wedding and carol had the schedule down, she just told us when and where to be allowing us to enjoy and chat with our guests. Thank you Rincon for creating the most magical day for us, if only I could do this every year!!!!

Having our wedding at Rincon was the best decision ever! Carol was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She's extremely communicative and her warm personality makes her such a pleasure to be around - especially during your actual wedding day when the day seems like a blur. Carol made the entire process of planning a wedding a breeze - from touring the venue to day-of celebrations. We got to get married on the beach with a lovely garden dinner and minimal stress thanks to Carol and her amazing team at Rincon - we highly recommend them!

Carol and her team were nothing short of spectacular from start to finish. From the moment we met Carol, it felt like she was a family member looking to help us in any way possible. Communication was seamless, and each interaction left us feeling more comfortable and excited about Rincon as a partner/venue.We held our wedding ceremony at a different venue and Carol went out of her way to help coordinate the entire day. She managed all other vendor relationships and made sure that everything went according to plan and schedule. Rincon food was AMAZING and all of our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Everything is customizable in their menu which made it feel very authentic to us. The tasting event that occurred a few months prior to our wedding was incredible as well. The venue itself was beautiful and ALSO very customizable. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor spaces and the flow of the overall layout. We give Carol and Rincon our highest recommendation and could not have been more happy with how everything turned out. Thank you for everything Carol!

My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Carol and her team. From beginning to end they made the wedding planning process so easy and enjoyable. We especially liked their tasting event that they offered where we could try food and drinks as well as see all of their decor we could rent. Their prices are definitely on par if not better than most beach venues in Ventura and Santa Barbara county and it is really unlike any other place. Our guests had the best time and we hope we have another excuse to celebrate there again soon. Would highly recommend this venue for your next event

My husband and I got married at the Rincon Beach Club on September 29, 2018. We had the beach ceremony and the reception at the club. It was the most incredible, perfect experience, and we are already wishing we could relive it again!The event space is gorgeous --it was able to easily fit our guest list of 200 people. The cocktail hour space, dinner space, and dancing all flowed together extremely well. It gives off such a wonderfully intimate and romantic feel.The reason we loved the beach club so much was not only because of the beautiful event space, but because of Carol, the owner of the club. From the first time we met her, we knew that she made the place special. She is so incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were at home, giving us some freshly baked goods that their catering company had just made. She has a ton of experience with hosting weddings, and we have been SO impressed by her breadth of knowledge and how she was so on top of every little wedding detail throughout our wedding planning process. We didn't need a wedding planner because Carol was our wedding coordinator. I felt like a lot of the typical wedding stress was alleviated because we had Carol guiding us though the process.Carol was incredibly responsive to every email I sent and always had a thoughtful answer to my many silly questions. We worked with Carol for about 14 months leading up to the wedding, and there was never one time that we were frustrated or felt like we were in the dark. Guests after the wedding told me that Carol came up to each table during the dinner to make sure everyone was doing well and that they thought it was such a wonderful touch. That represents how much Carol cares about making the experience a perfect one. The food at the beach club was immaculate. Multiple guests have commented to us on how it was the best wedding food that they have ever had!! We had the tri-tip, the salmon, the ravioli, salad, and the potatoes, and I'm still dreaming of how good the food was. There was enough food available so that our guests weren't hungry after, which is also a common problem we've encountered at weddings. Carol even had it planned so we were able to eat our cocktail hour food AND our dinner, which is pretty rare for most brides and grooms at their own wedding!Between the event space, the food, and Carol, this was the most perfect wedding venue. We are so grateful to Carol for making our special day so stress-free, perfect, and fun for us and all of our guests. We would highly recommend the Rincon Beach Club to anyone!!!!!

From the Mother of the Bride's perspective, Carol walks that delicate line between giving the Bride and Groom exactly what they want whilst taking the MOB’s wishes into consideration. She is extremely diplomatic, unflustered and full of great, creative ideas. She and her team put together a perfect afternoon beach wedding and evening reception that was even better than I had imagined. The venue is so pretty. Last minute changes and glitches (the band’s stage was way bigger than expected so the entire dance area had to be reconfigured) were handled effortlessly. From the Bride and Groom’s perspective, we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to have our wedding at the Rincon Beach Club. Neither of us were super confident about the wedding planning process, so we were looking for a “one stop shop” venue that would make everything easy for us and provide linens, candles, chairs, sound system, the whole shebang. In addition to making everything easy for us, we loved the relaxed yet chic vibe of the club, and we were thrilled to be able to tie the knot on the sand! Carol was absolutely incredible (so incredible that we definitely did not feel the need to hire a separate wedding planner!). She was so patient with us and our families, and guided us through each step of the process. Having been in the wedding business for several decades, Carol has the ability to anticipate problems and solve them before you even become aware of them. The week before our wedding, we found out our band couldn't provide power for our beach ceremony…Carol had kept a DJ on hold for us just in case (unbeknownst to us), and we averted a major disaster thanks to her foresight! Carol and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with, and Carol’s calming presence and confidence in every step of the process was invaluable.

My wife and I got married in a garden ceremony at the Rincon Beach Club in July, and had the most PERFECT experience imaginable. Carol, the owner and in-house coordinator, was an absolute godsend. She guided us through the planning process, helping us to pick vendors, structure our ceremony, and make decisions about the wedding day. Carol is so friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive - she made the stressful wedding planning process feel so much easier!! From hosting an incredible tasting event (at which we got to taste test all of the potential food and drink options) to answering our millions of frantic questions throughout the past year, Carol was our wedding fairy godmother. Our wedding weekend was beautiful and perfect. Many guests have told us it was their favorite wedding of all time. The Rincon Beach Club venue is beautiful - surrounded by flowering hedges and fairy lights, the garden feels intimate but not at all cramped. It's so nice that there's indoor and outdoor space (and a fireplace!), so people can choose where to hang out. Carol did a great job of directing guests, soothing frazzled family members, and taking care of any and all issues before they even reached us. Our guests keep telling us that our wedding had the perfect ratio of structured time to unstructured time - we have Carol to thank for that. It was so helpful to build a program off of her suggested schedule. As environmentally-minded folks, my wife and I decided to serve a vegetarian buffet (knowing it might be a controversial move). The food was SO amazing, it's one of the top compliments we've been getting since the wedding! Even our carnivorous friends and family raved about it. As a lesbian couple, my wife and I felt extra grateful to have found such a wonderful venue and coordinator. Throughout our planning process, we were always aware that some wedding vendors might be unfriendly. Working with Carol and her team, we never felt any tiny inkling of that. They were excited to help us incorporate the wedding traditions we liked, and never made any assumptions about what we did or did not want. We wish there were more local resources for gay couples planning a wedding. If any are created, Carol and her team should definitely be added to that list! To summarize: we could not have picked a better venue, caterer, or in-house coordinator. We're so grateful to them, and HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

I recently had my wedding at Rincon Beach Club this past August and it was a dream come true. I received sooo many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. Carol owns the venue with her husband but Carol was my event coordinator and go-to person. She was extremely helpful during the process and the day of everything went fairly smoothly. I live in San Diego so a lot of our correspondence was through email. She’s an extremely busy woman so she didn’t get back to me right away all the time but in the end everything got squared away. The only snafus during the reception were my fault (forgetting to give some people seats). She coordinated all of the vendors beautifully. We had the ceremony on the beach and it was gorgeous. The day of, I really didn’t check on any of my vendors, I just let them do their thing and Carol looked after all of it. She was attentive of my husband and I, bringing us food and refilling our drinks. I would definitely highly recommend RBC!

Carol and the entire team at Rincon Beach Club are beyond amazing! We couldn't recommend them more! She is experienced, professional, attentive, genuinely cares about what you want/looking for, dedicates all her efforts to ensure your vision comes full circle, and worked with us to design our menu, decor, and every detail to our liking. We have received so many compliments from all of our guests (245), raving about the food, dessert, decor, and beauty of the venue itself. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! Our reception was beyond anything we could have ever imagined and we truly owe it to her and the Rincon team! If you're looking for a venue that is absolutely stunning (all on it's own), serves amazing food (with tons of options), and also helps with the entire planning process, this is your place!

Wow, I cannot say enough about Marc and the team at Rincon Catering. We had our wedding offsite, not at the Beach Club itself, and they completely transformed the space! Marc was incredibly insightful and prepared, and was happy to take a few walkthroughs of the site with different vendors to make sure the DJ, photographer, and relevant family members were all filled in and on the same page. In the months leading up to the event we knew we were in good hands, and had very little stress about preparations.On the day itself, Marc and his team had done a beautiful job preparing a landing space with hors d'oeuvres, a bar and gift table. The staff were friendly and attentive and gave my bride and I tons of ease and time to interact with the guests. I wandered down to the dinner area to check it out before dinner time, and realized my bride and I had missed something on the invoice and plans earlier, and had assigned our guests to tables using 1 extra table than we had initially agreed upon with Marc. I quickly informed him of the shortage and apologized for our miscommunication. Marc nodded, assured me he would take care of it and told me to go back and enjoy the party. An hour later, when we wandered down for dinner, the table was set and looked as beautiful as the others. The food was delicious, Marc and the team easily accommodated our vegetarian needs and also made some meat dishes for our guests.We honestly could not be more happy with Rincon Catering, and especially Marc. If you're in the Santa Barbara area and looking for a very professional, thoughtful and helpful team, I highly recommend the crew at Rincon Catering. The Beach Club looks amazing, but they also do a wonderful job for offsite weddings.

Mark and the team at Rincon Events made our reception for 150 people beautiful, unique and fun. We had no worries, and everything ran smoothly. The service was wonderful, the decorations like no other and the food was the best ever. All of our guests raved about it. If I could give them 10 stars I would certainly do so. I give them the highest recommendation possible. I can't wait to have another party with them because there was no stress, it was everything I hoped and our guests had a lot of fun. Perfection!

The epitome of ‘Professional’! From the start we were amazed with the professionalism, kindness, and humble demeanor of Rincon Catering. We used Rincon for our Wedding/Reception, and couldn’t have been more pleased! From food to furniture, or lighting to clean-up, we used Rincon for all and it was perfection! Marc was incredible, and after meeting with him, we were sold. He was gracious with his time, flexibility, and not only was quick to align to our vision but also was sensitive to the needs of our venue and family. Being married on a family member’s estate in Santa Barbara (though we live in San Francisco), we wanted to ensure that we were respectful of the the property. From start to finish Rincon was sensitive to the plant life, the structures, and to the property owners themselves. In fact, they loved Rincon so much they are now booking him for their New Year’s party too! In the end, we were impressed with the adaptability that Marc offered, his gentle candor, and his humility. Coordinating with Rincon remotely couldn’t have gone any smoother, and his demeanor clearly sets the tone for Rincon. We never had any doubts in the trust we had placed in his hands, and Rincon never let us down - they exceeded our expectations in every facet!

Where to begin. Carol and her amazing team created the wedding of my dreams! I got married this past Summer on July 8. I met Carol 11 months before my wedding and she made every step of planning completely effortless. The minute I walked into their event space in Carpinteria, I knew it was where my wedding would be. I would also like to mention I live on the East coast and was never stressed or worried the closer I got to my big day. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Carol and her team did my center pieces as well, which I absolutely LOVED! I had my wedding on the beach and it was magical. Rincon is a one-stop-shop, they do it all. My friends and family are still raving about the delicious food and desserts. I highly recommend Rincon Beach Club for any bride and groom that want a beautiful outdoor wedding in one of the most beautiful places I have been to in California. Thank you Carol, I will never forget you and the priceless memories and experience you gave to me, my husband, and my entire family! I hope one day I get to come back as a guest for someone else's wedding!

From my couple interactions management is dedicated to making certain each event is perfect for their clients. The kitchen is kept clean by management and staff is active in the goal. The food is yummie and there is a vegetarian menu as well.The website pictures are accurate of how the event(s) look in person. There are a few lounge seating areas to sit have a drink and socialize, dance floor, and bar. The bathroom is cozy and I like the tile.

We honestly couldn't imagine a better venue or better people to work with for our wedding! Carol made the whole process fun and stress-free, even the planning. The food tasting event made the planning process fun, and Carol took care of all of the details from the very beginning up to the day before. She was conscientious about our budget and made wonderful recommendations for all of the things we weren't sure of, and it all came together beautifully to match our style. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to, and everyone was raving about the food. I've heard many other brides complain about how they weren't able to eat at all during their wedding, but Carol had it under such great control that we were able to fully enjoy every moment and enjoy the delicious food as well :) I couldn't recommend Rincon Beach Club and staff more highly!

What can I say about Carol and her staff at the Rincon Beach Club that would truly encapsulate how I feel about my recent wedding. It was perfect to say the least. Carol and the RBC staff were courteous, professional, accommodating, kind, and wonderful to work with. The food was AMAZING. We had so many people tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and one of the funnest weddings they had attended. All the vendors Carol suggested were easy and professional to work with and Carol kept me feeling sane and calm through the whole process. She is a dream and I would recommend her to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Everything about my wedding day (and the time leading up to it) was memorable and wonderful. RBC will tailor a plan to fit any budget, and I highly recommend them for any event. THE BEST.

WOW is all I can say!! If you are looking for an almost \"all inclusive\" type of wedding planning experience - Rincon Beach Club is the place! I worked with Carol from the start and her, along with her team are nothing short of amazing. Not only is she so sweet, she is attentive, knowledgeable, a straight-shooter and helpful with anything you need. She helps guide you to exactly what you're looking for. Our wedding turned out perfect - the food was amazing, decor and lighting beautiful and the set up was gorgeous. We have not stopped getting compliments on the staff, service, food, and venue since our wedding day!! Rincon will always have a special place in our heart and Carol is the best. If you are wanting a more casual, but elegant place that is so beautiful on its own you don't need much, this is the place!! I felt so relaxed on my wedding day - everything was taken care of for us and we were able to really enjoy the day and evening. We did our ceremony in the garden along with the reception and it was worth it. We took pictures out on the beach and so glad we did that. Happy we did not get married on the beach, as in the month of June there were alot of beach goers that can potentially ruin your ceremony shots. Just something to think of when considering where to do your ceremony. Otherwise - 100% would choose this venue all over again. LOVE IT and LOVE Carol and her team.

If you want the best service and the most amazing place, Rincon is the way to go! Rincon is a hidden gem that all your guests will love. Both Carol and Eloise are marvelous to work with every step of the way. They both went above and beyond and were always willing to meet with us and answer any questions we had throughout the planning process. Their attention to detail and willingness to make our wedding unique for us was more than we could have asked for. We continue to look back and say that our wedding was perfect! We could not have been happier to have chosen such a phenomenal venue. They made our dream wedding a reality.

Carol,We cannot thank you enough for the role you and your staff played in making Bre and Barry's Day so very special!!! Everything was perfect and we would have not changed a thing.Your professionalism, expertise, and kindness did not go unnoticed. We loved all of your attention to detail. It was amazing how you placed each decoration with care and purpose. The display on the fireplace and all the displays were so beautiful. Everything ran like a well oiled machine.The guest raved about the delicious Mexican Food. They were so happy not to have another typical plated Chicken dinner at a Wedding. TAll of the vendors that you recommended were outstanding. The flowers were perfect, the DJ kept the party going and most of all the Cellist and Pianist were amazing. Several guests said they knew they had seen them somewhere before. I asked Sal and he told me the pianist used to work for Barry Manilow and the Cellist has performed on TV and other large media events. Wow, and to think they were playing at our little Wedding. I cannot speak highly enough about Rincon Beach Club or Carol. The second we walked into the venue, we knew we found the place we wanted to get married. Carol has really thought of everything! The venue itself is gorgeous, and all of the decor and details just make it even more beautiful. The food is excellent! We heard from so many of our guests the food was amazing! Carol was so incredibly responsive to all of our emails and really put us at ease through the entire wedding planning process. She helped us to stay within our budget and gave us plenty of options along the way. She is incredibly organized and thorough. My husband commented that the wedding night was so well run and coordinated, that neither of us were ever bothered with any questions or issues - everything was just magically taken care of! - and we were truly able to enjoy the night. I cannot thank the team at Rincon Beach Club enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

My fiance (now husband) and I were always a little worried about getting married. Not of being married, but of the actual wedding. Almost every wedding we've been to, the bride and groom seemed so stressed out that it kind of felt like, what's the point? But after 11 years, we finally decided to bite the bullet, and the first vendor we hired was Rincon Events and ARE WE GLAD WE DID! Everything went so smoothly, from the first meeting at the venue to the day of our wedding. All of the guests commented on how easy going and relaxed we seemed, and it's because we genuinely were! Carol (our point person) went out of her way to make us feel at ease and they took care of EVERYTHING. Which would be reason enough to get married here, but beyond that, the venue is gorgeous, we were able to have our ceremony on the beach, and the food was out-of-control great! People kept saying that usually wedding food is only meh, but ours was by far the best. And they were right! Carol and her team even took over little day off things, like contacting the florist to change the delivery of my flowers, setting up a guitar stand, even cutting our seating cards, that I had assumed would fall on me because I didn't hire a coordinator. It was amazing and I wouldn't change a single thing. How many brides can honestly say that? My husband and I are talking about divorce, only so we could get married all over again at Rincon. I've never been happier with a decision than I am with picking Rincon Beach Club.

I worked closely with Angie at Rincon Catering for my wedding at the Santa Barbara Zoo. They are the mandatory catering company which initially could feel like a compromise in going with the venue but they are actually awesome! I had a family friend who had heard great things and they definitely delivered. Angie was super helpful every step of the way. They did a large tasting event and it was a perfect way to choose appetizers and entrees as well as decor. We heard the food was some of the best most people had ever had at a wedding which is every bride's dream to hear:) I would highly recommend them!

Angie and her team made our wedding awesome and really pretty stress free. So many people came up to us and told us that the food was the best they'd had at a wedding. The candied bacon, butternut squash ravioli and carrot-walnut souffle were special favorites. And the cupcakes- oh the cupcakes (we didn't have a cake, just cupcakes and creme brulee- but no one complained). Rincon does the whole thing- all the set up, which was wonderful, and day of coordination and just generally making sure everything happens how its supposed to, so you don't have to worry. And, they made sure we ate as well, and sent us home with an awesome box of leftovers.

We searched the Santa Barbara area for a good venue and had a hard time finding anything - and then we came across Rincon Beach Club and Catering. They are decently priced, but the best part is that the garden and venue are absolutely beautiful and the people that work there are easy to work with and they know weddings. Everything went flawlessly. Our wedding coordinator was everything we could have hoped for in a coordinator and I was labeled \"the most laid back bride\" because everything was completed before the wedding day and Mel left me nothing to worry about.\rThey cater their own food and it is really good - lots of choices and all top notch.\rI highly recommend looking into Rincon for your wedding!

We got married on the beach and decided to hold our dinner on the patio of our rental house. It was a very small affair (about 30 people) and there was a very nice rustic charm to it. Rincon catered our food &amp; it was incredible!! Everyone kept going on about how delicious it was! We couldn't be happier with their service and quality.

We had the pleasure of having Rincon cater our July wedding at the Santa Barbara Zoo. They have an enormous selection of food to offer for events. We decided to go with three different action stations: sliders, pizzas and a carving station. All of our guests commented on how good the food was and it was truly delicious. Their set up was beautiful, professional service, sweet staff, and quality was fantastic! Although we had our wedding at the zoo, their beach club is beautiful as we had our tasting their.

We could not afford a wedding coordinator..not only is Rincon site beautiful..it came with technically a day of coordinator (who did much more.) Melissa handled all my vendors from day one!! It was the perfect spot for a wedding on the beach and a garden reception right near the beach.

I had my wedding here and it was absolutely amazing. Everything went wonderfully, Melissa single handedly made everything run beautifully and without any hitches. I wasn't worried about a thing. The Rincon Beach Club is casual and elegant at the same time. It's a wonderfully comfortable beach side location with a lovely garden patio which was stunning for an evening reception. The staff cares for all your needs but is never in the way and the food was excellent!;You should be warned that you'll have an absolutely fabulous event if you select the beach club for your venue!
