Ritz Charles has been delivering superior food and service for over thirty years to the greater Indianapolis area. As a full service caterer with 7+ venues, we are sure we can execute your vision exactly! Our in house culinary and design teams are eager to work with you on menus, tours, provide linen and décor inspiration and beyond. In addition, our talented, day-of event coordinators will ensure that you and your loved ones are able to be a guest and enjoy every moment at your event. The Ritz Charles' main campus includes the newly renovated Ballrooms, the Chapel and the stunning Garden Pavilion. As pictured in our Knot storefront, Ritz Charles is also the exclusive caterer for The Bluffs at Conner Prairie, Lindley Farmstead at Chatham Hills, Artisan Acres Estate, The Central Library in Downtown Indianapolis, Coxhall Gardens and Mansion and The Artsgarden. I can not say enough positive things about the Ritz Charles as our wedding venue! We got married on 7/22/23 with our ceremony in the chapel and our reception in their ballroom. It was perfect. Not a single thing went wrong.Our Event Specialist, Maddie, was professional and organized and was easy to work with. She helped us from our first tour of the venue, all the way through the wedding day. She kept us organized with upcoming due dates and information and made planning from California so easy.Ritz Charles has everything down to a science when it came to planning and it was so stress-free. As you get closer to the wedding date, they allow the bride and guests to attend a tasting, where they serve you a variety of items from their menu. They also have a buffet setup with some of their late night food options, as well as several of their batch cocktails to try. They also have several mock tables setup with various place settings, as well as chairs, linens, chargers, and more available for you to look at. You don't try everything, but you get a good taste of what's available and it was enough to where we felt confident that anything we chose off the menu would be delicious.Following this event, you'll have a details meeting where you'll walk through timelines, as well as discuss if you would like to upgrade any options--like chairs, linens, etc. If you're getting married in the chapel, you're also setup with the Ceremony Director, Tristen to work through a similar options including timeline, etc. Tristen was super helpful and weighed in with opinions when I wasn't sure what would work best.In the last two weeks before the wedding, you'll provide Ritz with a few final things including a headcount by table, as well as a list of vendors. They also allow you to drop off things like placecards, menus, table numbers, favor bags, and more in the few days prior to the wedding. They have you fill out a form with where you would like these items to be placed and will place them for you.Ritz Charles offers not only a beautiful venue, but also catering, a cake, and so much support that there's no need for any additional coordinators. They make it so easy!On the day of (and at the rehearsal), we worked with Rachel as our day-of ceremony attendant. Rachel was absolutely phenomenal. She made us feel so comfortable and was so kind and fun. She was super flexible when we had a bridal party member running late to the rehearsal and left it up to me if we wanted to wait or get started. She was so understanding and kept reminding me that I'm the bride and that nothing matters but me (and my husband.) She also was tactful in how she navigated the rehearsal, including running anything by me that wasn't explicitly discussed (i.e. the groom's mother hugging him at the end of the aisle at the ceremony--which of course was okay, but appreciated her checking and not assuming.) On the day of, she checked on what she could bring us, including bringing my husband and I drinks during photos after the ceremony. She was encouraging and supportive and felt like we had known her for years with how she put us at ease.The staff at the reception was excellent, as well. The managers and staff checked up on us often and ensured we had everything we needed-- even making us a plate of our hors douevres. They helped keep us on track and we felt so taken care of by everyone at the reception . It was an absolutely wonderful night!Highly recommend!

My wedding at The Bluffs with the Ritz Charles was everything that my husband and I could have dreamed of. Right from the start, Elizabeth Henning, our event specialist, was so accommodating and made sure we got everything we needed in our planning process. She made the planning easy and stress-free, which is not an easy thing to say about wedding planning! Elizabeth was so responsive and helpful every step of the way, also helping us to create the vision we wanted for our reception. She answered all of our questions promptly and clearly whenever we had them! The night of the reception was absolutely perfect, and we have received compliment after compliment about the food, the venue, the service, and the staff! The food was incredible and our guests could not stop raving about it. Madison, our day of coordinator, was so helpful and even gave us hand warmers to make sure we wouldn’t freeze after our photos outside. The staff was so helpful in making our venue space beautiful and bringing to life our vision. We could not be happier about choosing the Ritz Charles to host our wedding reception, and we will be talking about this forever!

We had our wedding reception at the Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion in September '23 and it exceeded our expectations! Emily Yonce and the rest of the team at Ritz Charles were wonderful to work with. They are extremely communicative, professional, transparent, detailed, and helpful. Planning a wedding is a lot work, but their process is as easy and stress free as you can make it. We had our wedding reception at the Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion in September '23 and it exceeded our expectations! Emily Yonce and the rest of the team at Ritz Charles were wonderful to work with. The Ritz wowed us for sure! We were amazed by the diligence, dedication, and efficiency of their team. The entire team gave 110% and far surpassed expectations. The food was AMAZING. The Ritz caters their own food and we were VERY IMPRESSED. There was plenty of food, no lines, no empty containers and I cannot tell you the number of guests who were extremely happy with the food. The staff was INCREDIBLE. They were polite, respectful, and all hands on deck. The event planner was wonderful and made sure to pay close attention to the details that mattered most to us. The event coordinators went above and beyond to make sure that we had the most joyful experience as the bride and groom. The venue was beautiful and prepared promptly. This was the best wedding and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Ritz Charles for your next event.

The Ritz Charles is the ultimate wedding venue. From the planning to the actual event, you’ll feel like a celebrity. We felt little stress throughout the whole process, and had no worries about forgetting any details, because the Ritz Charles Team is the experts at weddings. The Ritz Charles Team will ask you questions down to every last detail and will help you plan the wedding or event of your dreams. The tasting event was a great way to see all they had to offer and their food is top tier. They frequently check in and provide helpful guidelines of things to think about adding to your event (i.e. dance floors, providing vendor references, etc.). On our actual event day, the Ritz Team had everything handled and we did not have to worry about our vision coming to life. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without all the help and expertise from Elizabeth and Tristen. We would most definitely recommend the Ritz to every couple!

We just got married at the Ritz a week ago and we had the most amazing experience. We received so many compliments on the service and the venue. I have worked at Ritz Charles for 8 years and finally had the chance to get married there myself and... WOW. For years I have pitched, sold, and sung the praises of this company and after experiencing it first hand, I can safely say Ritz is the real deal. The space was absolutely stunning on our big day and it was so fun working alongside the team to pick out linens, flatware, chargers, etc to make the space custom to our vision. When I saw the space on the big day, it felt like I stepped right into my Pinterest vision board. The food was so fabulous and our guests cannot stop talking about it! Everything came out in a timely manner, hot, and beautifully presented. We especially loved our gourmet grazing table during our cocktail hour. Our cake was so delicious and people were fighting over all of the great flavor options. The service staff was so professional, kind and willing to help if any issues, questions or concerns popped up. Our event managers, Sherry, Dylan and Tristen, were so hands on and made our day flow with ease. The decision to get married where I worked wasn't necessarily an easy one but now that we have had the experience, we would do it again, again and again!

We got married at the Bluffs at Conner Prairie in October 2023. The venue was GORGEOUS. Our guests went on and on about how beautiful everything was. We were very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by everyone we worked with throughout the planning process and event itself. Our event specialist, Elizabeth, always responded within a couple hours to every email over the year we were planning. That definitely put us at ease when things got stressful! Our event runner, Katie, was amazing! She moved mountains to get me a tide to-go pen when I spilled sauce on my dress! Service during the reception was super quick. Our only complaint was that the chicken and beef were overcooked and the batch cocktails we ordered were pretty weak. Other than that, everything went very smoothly. We definitely recommend the Bluffs and Ritz Charles.

AMAZING!!I can't say enough about our experience with Ritz Charles. Megan was our Event Specialist. Megan was professional and knowledgeable the entire process. My daughter's wedding was at The Bluff's and the venue, staff and food were spectacular. Becca was the day of coordinator and did an exceptional job with making everyone feel comfortable and she was very organized!I would highly recommend the Ritz Charles and especially The Bluff's for any event.

AMAZING!!I can't say enough about our experience with Ritz Charles. Megan was our Event Specialist. Megan was professional and knowledgeable the entire process. My daughter's wedding was at The Bluff's and the venue, staff and food were spectacular. Becca was the day of coordinator and did an exceptional job with making everyone feel comfortable and she was very organized!I would highly recommend the Ritz Charles and especially The Bluff's for any event.

Ritz Charles was wonderful to us during our wedding planning process and day of support. They promptly replied to emails, offered phone conversations/zoom calls when necessary, and i always felt they brought positive energy to us. The day of the wedding, the staff worked very diligently and we loved the support putting items up and taking them down.

The Ritz Charles never fails to provide a high quality of service and variety of options. Prior to getting married they were already my go to event space and caterers for work events I coordinate. It felt so special to have them as a part of our special day. Their food is top notch and some of the best catering I’ve had anywhere. The duck empanadas are out of this world. We loved the cake too and had several guests tell us it was the best wedding cake they’ve had. The rental options for the linens and table settings are excellent and love how our tables looked. The event staff were all so professional and knowledgeable too. One of our guests had a severe dairy allergy and celiac, they were able to accommodate a special meal for her without any issues. The Pros:- The staff members that I spoke with before my wedding were very helpful. As a wedding newbie, I needed a lot of guidance as what people \"normally\" do, and they served very well.- During the wedding, the day of coordinators were just as amazing. They kept checking in on me and my husband and made sure the day went well. I'm so glad they were there to deal with the little things. - I was advised I didn't need a wedding planner and I would agree. The above groups served just as well.- FOOD WAS THE BEST WEDDING FOOD I EVER ATE. Period. SO. GOOD.- Glad I didn't have to hire a separate caterer and cake vendor- the Ritz does that for you.- I was at The Bluffs at Conner Prairie and it was so incredibly beautiful. Great wedding venue.- Worked with me to schedule a time before work to see the venue space as I work 9-5, Monday thru Friday.The Cons- Our venue was EXPENSIVE. Not very budget friendly. I think our wedding was medium sized (~140 people) and it was pricey.- The *only* thing that the pre wedding coordinator did that made me upset was I asked for easels to rent and they did not rent them for me, causing me to scramble the week of the wedding. I probably should have really confirmed before, but looking back on our e-mails, I did ask, she just didn't confirm me asking. But that was so so so little. Elizabeth is incredibly organized, responsive, and overall amazing in helping us work through every detail to make our event perfect. Ashli, the Ritz Charles event manager was just over the top helpful. She and her staff assisted us in helping carry in and set up a few decorations as well as the tear down. If you are looking for a place to host a wedding (or any event really), look no further! The Ritz Charles is as good as it gets! We were blessed to have Elizabeth take us through the venue tours so we could pick the perfect location, and then she walked us through the process of making all of our decisions so my daughter could have her dream wedding! The level of professionalism was amazing from the beginning to the end. No question was left unanswered, and we always felt like we were in control and getting exactly what we wanted. We were greeted by Becca at our rehearsal, and she was just fantastic with all of the details of the actual wedding day. We knew that she was on top of it, and anything that might come up would be handled by her. We also had the best service from our event manager, Ashlii, who was just a joy throughout the entire evening! The staff for the reception was fantastic, everyone was efficient and friendly, so we could not have asked for more in terms of the quality of service that we received. To top it all off, the executive chef Scott not only prepared the most amazing dishes we have ever tasted, but he also gave us such a personal touch by coming around to all the tables to check that everything was great! EVERYONE was raving about the food, it was that delicious! Every interaction with the Ritz Charles staff that we had was a pleasure, and they executed the wedding of our dreams! We felt important to them all, and they were most certainly important to us! We wouldn't change a single detail of the day, and we have the Ritz Charles staff to thank for all of it!

The venue was absolutely beautiful for our ceremony and reception. The venue was well maintained and very clean. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Maddie and her team made sure every detail was thought of during the planning process and made our job easy! The food and service were the most complimented aspect of our wedding. Communication was always quick and informative, the staff was professional and accommodating, and the venue was absolutely stunning. We had our ceremony in the chapel with our reception in the ballroom, and the entire experience was just perfect. There was plenty of space, delicious food, a clean and professional atmosphere, and lots of spots to take pictures around the venue. Not a lot of brides get to say that their wedding day was perfect, but I do and a big part of that is because of the staff at the Ritz Charles. They advocated for me, they were patient with all of my questions and requests, and they made every last dream of mine come true when it came to my wedding.

We had a wonderful experience having the Ritz Charles as our wedding venue. I am so thankful for all the help and guidance we received throughout the planning process. Maddie was very timely in her responses, always answering my questions. She was so helpful with the planning of everything and helping execute my vision. It was the perfect venue! We had 300 guests and the space worked perfectly for our number. Our guest really enjoyed the food. The Ritz was very helpful in accommodating our guests with allergies. Our guests also loved the ability to access the outside for cocktail hour. I highly recommend this venue!

We hosted our wedding at The Bluffs at Conner Prairie, and could not have been more impressed with the Ritz Charles team! Working with Megan Moore throughout the contracting and planning process, she was very transparent and quick to respond to any questions we had. The week of the wedding we were able to drop all of our items off early so we didn’t have to worry about getting everything there for set up the day of – this was SO nice that we didn’t have to worry about this towards the end of the week! The day of the wedding the Ritz Charles staff didn’t miss a beat. They made us and our guests feel so special with their attentiveness and amazing service. The food was amazing – everything came out hot and fresh, and the cake was beautiful! Could not recommend working with Ritz Charles enough, they are a well oiled machine and so organized, making our wedding planning so easy!

We got married at the Bluffs at Conner Prairie event space and it was fantastic. We of course had pros and cons, but the pros far outweighed the cons and I ultimately wouldn't change a thing. Pros - The Ritz Charles really knows what they're doing. Everything was insanely organized, beautiful, clean, planning was made to be a fun process, and the staff members helping us were professional and experienced. Our ceremony attendant Katie and our day of manager, Sherry, were both excellent and really made us feel taken care of during the day. Multiple people commented on how well organized and stress free the day was. The food was also a 10/10 and they were really great at accommodating dietary restrictions, which was important to us.Cons - I wouldn't call much about the Ritz Charles budget friendly. We paid for the full bar and would have still needed to pay an extra $1000 for signature drinks, just to advertise those as options (even if the alcohol was already paid for as a part of the bar). We also did not feel they were very upfront on cost during the planning process regarding upgraded details - i.e. changes to table linens, silverware, glasses, etc. I wish we would have been given more information upfront about how much things cost, even if it was just an estimate, so that we could have made more informed decisions early on, versus having to make changes after the fact. We adjusted as needed to make the decisions that were right for us, but knowing this now, I would have pushed for more information early on and gone in with a more realistic mindset.

We had a 600 person wedding here and the Ritz carried everything out beautifully. I can't imagine how difficult it can be to coordinate details for such a large wedding and the staff at the Ritz took everything in stride and did not disappoint! Emily was our contact throughout the process and was extremely responsive and helpful. The ritz staff worked well with our other vendors, including our wedding planner and our families as well. They did everything to make sure we were happy with our wedding and made us feel so special. The garden pavilion made for a beautiful ceremony space and the ballrooms were perfect for our reception. This venue is special to our family because my parents got married there over 30 years ago, and I do not regret one bit choosing to book the Ritz Charles for our special day as well. You will not regret trusting Ritz Charles for your wedding day.

Had my wedding at the Ritz Charles on 10/29. Amazing team to work with from beginning to end. Emily Yonce was my coordinator and she is truly phenomenal. I bothered her with 1000 questions it felt like and she answered every single one very quickly & thoroughly and never made me feel like a bother. The service, food, decor, etc. on day of was above and beyond anything I could’ve asked for. Such an amazing, beautiful venue (all of them are stunning) with wonderful staff members to match. Such an easy decision to book them, so glad I did. I will be forever thankful to the Ritz Charles!

We provided an initial budget and they stuck super close to it, only increasing because we chose to add some extras. The food tasting was a great way to determine our menu choice, and the reception food was spot on. Everyone commented on how great the food was. We also used them for our ceremony and our coordinator was amazing, everything was laid out, and so simple. It was great to use them for so many of the wedding needs as it made planning and execution so easy. We loved our venue (Lindley Farmstead Estate), the flowers surrounding the boathouse were still so nice even for a fall wedding. The lawn was extremely well taken care of and thus provided a great atmosphere and awesome pictures. Inside the barn was amazing! It was nice to have a bridal suite and groomsman room where everyone could hang out prior to the ceremony.

The day felt perfect and everything leading up to the day was awesome. Our tasting was absolutely delicious and Elizabeth was accommodating by allowing us to do planning meetings via zoom. The only problem we had was that servers did not initially place the correct meals at the given place cards (indicated by ribbon color), but this was taken care of after the bride and groom noted this with their meals.

WARNING! Horrible to deal with. Attitude due to rescheduling due to pandemic was too bad for you. Food very mediocre . Overcharges like crazy. Had to reschedule, then major outbreak and had to reschedule again. They wouldn't let us even there was a restriction in place. So had a very small party in tent at Coxhall Gardens for 30 people unrelated to wedding (other wise lose everything since they refused to let us reschedule) since Spent $8,000 for small dinner party due to outrageous cost of rentals which were so sparse! Had to rent heaters for $800 , one did not work, and the one left did not do the trick so everyone had to wear coats and were freezing. Refused to refund us cost for heating. They by far were the worst vendor to deal, the only one with zero flexibility due to a worldwide pandemic.

The perfect wedding? Check. The Ritz Charles does a phenomenal job. Our wedding was in the Garden Pavilion and it is simply stunning. Emily was our planner leading up to the event, and she was easy to get ahold of and quick to fulfill our requests to make our vision come to life. The food was great & the day-of staff was discrete and efficient. We could not have had a better experience here and are so glad we chose this venue!

The venue was absolutely stunning and the sales manager that we worked with (Elizabeth) did all the right things to help us pull off our big day. We got many compliments on the day-of event manager, bartenders, and waitstaff as well. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I can't even express how happy I am to have chosen the Ritz Charles for our wedding venue. Our event specialist Emily made the entire process so easy for us, and was incredibly detailed and patient every step of the way. She had solutions ready for issues we weren't even thinking about (such as having beer tubs set up at the entrance to the cocktail hour so that the bar lines wouldn't be too long) and even added to ideas that we brought to her (like adding a bourbon tasting station at the cigar bar we wanted). Every email was answered promptly and she never made me feel high maintenance for changing my mind on small details. The day-of staff was also incredibly professional, personable, and helpful. Everything was taken care of and handled perfectly! We heard over and over again how much our guests loved the food, which is so rare to hear at a wedding! If we had to do it all over again, we would choose the Ritz Charles in a heartbeat.

The team at Ritz Charles went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and her fiancee had the wedding of their dreams! Working with Elizabeth Henning at the Ritz Charles was just effortless! From our first meeting at the venue (Lindley Farmstead) to the day of the ceremony - Elizabeth was there to help us! I never hesitated to contact her about anything and she was so quick to respond with helpful answers! Elizabeth’s suggestions at our “detail meeting” were so helpful when we were unsure of something! Also, Tristen was so helpful at the rehearsal and day of the wedding! So sweet and ready to help with anything that we needed! It was wonderful to have her there to guide us through each detail of the day! And, finally, the entire staff that helped during the reception was exceptional! Leizelle and Jordan Miller. Elizabeth, our Event Specialist, was extremely professional and knowledgeable which made the wedding planning so easy. The first time we met with her, we knew we would end up choosing Ritz Charles. She thoroughly explained each step in the decision making process and kept us updated. Whenever we contacted her, she was very quick to respond and truly cared about making the day exactly what we envisioned. We can’t say enough about her and the entire staff. It truly was a beautiful event thanks to their dedication and commitment to ensuring our wedding vision was realized. From Katie, our ceremony attendant to Kaylee our Day-Of Event Manager nothing was overlooked or forgotten. All of them took the utmost care to make sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. As mother of the bride, I could actually just enjoy the day and truly felt taken care of along with our guests. My daughter, the bride, could just be in the moment knowing we all were in good hands. Every detail was meticulously scrutinized which also made it seamless for the vendors and the musicians to quickly set up without any delays. Communication between all members of the staff was right on point. The food was top notch and the wait staff was excellent. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough to say. It’s a wonderful venue even in winter. My wedding was in the garden pavilion. The light inside and on the mini plants outside make it more wonderful. It’s an all included venue and it make the process of planning relax. My event specialist Emily Yonce was always available and kind.I gave them 4 stars because I was a little disappointed On the salmon. It was way better at the testing than on my wedding day. However I highly recommend this venue!

I have a gluten allergy and they were able to provide us not only a gluten free menu, but a gluten free wedding cake which I didn't think would be possible to have without paying an extra charge for it. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Ritz Charles and my event planner Maddie. From the first tour to the final event, I felt seen, heard, and taken care of. Beyond the fact that the venue is GORGEOUS, they really do go above and beyond to make sure your wedding matches your vision and your dreams. They make anything possible. I really appreciated their help while planning my wedding, as I was planning during Covid-19. It was a beast! But they were communicative and helpful. We did lots of brainstorming and figuring out how to make the best of a rough situation. Luckily restrictions were lifted the week of my wedding, but they helped with lots of backup plans! I held my ceremony in the chapel and my reception in the garden pavilion. The staff at the garden pavilion was so helpful! I felt very welcomed. My chapel staff was a bit rough. They ran my rehearsal the day before the wedding and it was a bit chaotic. It did not leave me feeling good going into the next day. My officiant actually messed up during my ceremony and I think it’s because the rehearsal went so poorly. That is the one thing that was a little less than ideal with my experience. Overall, I appreciated everything they did for me and I wouldn’t change a thing. A perfect venue for a perfect day!

The Ritz did a wonderful job with my wedding! We had it out at Conner Prairie at The Bluffs. It was gorgeous! I would specifically like to recognize Casey and Megan. They were so easy to work with, professional, patient, and very timely. I could not have been happier with your work leading up to my wedding day!

Every brides need good support from your vendor teams so they could make your day special and memorable. I am glad that we picked Ritz as our venue. I am a COVID bride and i am international so I make changes probably more than some. Ritz is so understandable and made it so easy for us. Our day turned out to be beautiful and I am grateful to Ritz. They are absolutely professional and will make your day fancy!

Our day turned out to be beautiful and I am grateful to Ritz. They are absolutely professional and will make your day fancy!

Do NOT let them tell you that the garden pavilion stays pretty cool and has a nice breeze with all the doors open. We got married mid-June. During dinner, guests seated on the West side of the pavilion were in direct sun and extremely uncomfortable. The pavilion did NOT cool down even once the sun went down, either. It was hot and everybody was super sweaty. It was MUCH cooler outside than in the pavilion, even with the doors open and the fans going.Other than this, the Ritz was pretty good. They were very responsive and helpful when planning. The wedding day attendant and those in charge were great. And the garden pavilion is gorgeous - the entire reason we booked with them. But it would be best for a late fall wedding, in my opinion.

Maggie and her team executed everything perfectly! She is extremely responsive to emails and gives great input when planning the fine details. I appreciated her honesty when I was struggling to make some decisions. The upgrade to the ballrooms are wonderful, we loved having the outdoor option for guests! If I did it again it would be with the ritz!!

I was so so impressed with everyone at the Ritz and how amazing they made our wedding. We had our reception in the Garden Pavilion, and Maddie was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in guiding us through Covid and made all my design dreams came through by picking out rental items for me. I told her my vision and she created a design board that perfectly matched what we wanted. I received so many compliments on the food, service, drinks, and tablescapes! The Ritz is a fabulous choice if you want to leave a lasting impression on your guests.

Everyone at the Ritz was so easy to work with. They made my wedding dreams come true down to every last detail! The upgrades to the ballroom are beautiful, and the chapel is the perfect place for a ceremony! They responded so quickly to all of my questions and concerns and did everything I asked and more to ensure my husband and I had the day we had always wanted! Having everything we needed in one venue made our process so much less stressful!

We were married at the Ritz Charles Venue - The Bluffs at Connor Prairie. We absolutely love this venue and its was completely gorgous on the day of our wedding. However, we definitely felt nickel&dimed once we got into the wedding planning process. A lot of items that seem to be included in the original sell are actually a la carte. One tip I would give to another couple is to ask the price points during the tasting event. They only serve you the highest price points so we did not get to try some of our entrees that were on the lower end because they weren't included in the tasting event. We were also promised access to the venue for 12 hours when we originally signed our contract but we had to pay additionally to have somone come and open the gates for us for venue access 8 5 hours prior to our event start time. We also had a few meals that we had paid in full for that we needed to switch to kids meals (a lesser value) and were not able to do so. So we ended up having to make a last minute $65 payment for (2) plates of chicken fingers and mac n cheese. However, the staff during the event were delightfuly and completley accomodating. We had high regards towards the bartenders and servers who made the night flow with ease. Overall we were very pleased with our event but Ritz Charles was probably our most difficult and unacommodating vendor of the group.

Simply the best! We had our ceremony in the chapel located on sight and our reception in the Garden Pavilion. Everything was simply wonderful! Maddie was easy to communicate with and was there to answer any questions we had along the way. The Ritz catered our backyard wedding for 30 people. The staff was attentive, efficient and gracious. The food was hot and well seasoned, far from typical catered food. They left our home/garage spotless. They worked with us as we changed our vision due to COVID challenges.

As the Mother of the Bride, I couldn't have been happier with every aspect of our day. From the rehearsal to the wedding and reception the staff at Coxhall Gardens was top notch. Charlotte, the rehearsal coordinator was great! She offered suggestions and guided us through the rehearsal with ease. Sherri, our reception coordinator was amazing! She had everything under control. She made sure I was happy and taken care of as well as the wedding party and the guests. The wait staff were fantastic as well. The food was some of the best I have had at any wedding - from the appetizers to the meal itself. I heard numerous comments from our wedding guests that the food was so delicious, presented well and had adequate portions for everyone. Even the kids meal was delicious! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone asking. Thank you Coxhall Gardens! You did a tremendous job making my daughter's wedding a total success. We couldn't be happier!

The Chapel is beautiful and has great acoustics, plus the Ballroom venue had just be renovated and looked pristine inside and out. The convenience of having the Chapel and Ballroom next door to each other was a plus and made it easier on our guests. Both the wedding cake and grooms cake tasted amazing, which our guests talked about even after the wedding. They also had a wide variety of meal choices and hors d'oeuvres to choose from - make sure to take advantage of the tasting!
