River Bottoms Ranch is a farmhouse wedding venue situated just outside of Park City, UT. Stunningly secluded, this family-run sanctuary offers an exquisite range of event spaces, services, and accommodations to choose from, making it perfect for rural Utah weddings. Located just 45 minutes east of downtown Salt Late City, River Bottoms Ranch can be found within the picturesque surroundings of the Utah mountain valley. This stunning piece of land has belonged to the Horner family for several generations and is currently run by husband and wife, Jared and Janica. Together with their five children, they have dedicated themselves to creating their beautiful hideaway full of quintessential American charm. It has been in operation since late 2018 and has been featured in a number of distinguished publications including Rocky Mountain Bride magazine. River Bottoms Ranch has been voted as "The Best of State - Best Wedding Venue " for 2019 & 2020. Jared and Janica have worked tirelessly to create their ‘little piece of paradise’ and are passionate about sharing it with couples and their guests. Every inch has been crafted to create a resplendent atmosphere, from the handcrafted wooden tables to the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking views. Accommodating up to 300 guests, they offer a range of indoor and outdoor spaces to best suit your needs and wedding vision. For indoor services, the pristine white gambrel barn is available all-year-round and offers a vintage setting for ceremonies full of elegant natural light. For open-air gatherings, their sprawling lawn provides a mesmerizing backdrop of sweeping valleys, rolling hills, and the majestic peaks of the neighboring Mt. Timpanogos. New to River Bottoms Ranch is a stunning custom designed 2,200 square foot mortise & tenon timber pavilion. Locally built utilizing old-world craftsmanship, it provides an unparalleled outdoor sheltered entertainment space. I may be biased but we have been hearing the same from so many of our guests!! The venue, the views, the staff, EVERYTHING is just spectacular and I truly can't say enough good things. If you are considering RBR, do it! You will not regret it!

We absolutely loved River Bottoms Ranch for our wedding! It was just spectacular! Everything was perfect and guests are still talking about the exquisite setting. People even asked if the horses had been planted in the field for effect. ;) The bride room was amazing and provided us a great location to get ready. One of our favorite things was that the bridal party was able to peek out the window and watch the guests arriving. The opening of the barn doors for the bride to walk down the aisle during the ceremony is one of the most memorable moments of the entire day. The staff took care of our every need and there was just nothing that we felt was missing. Thank you for the most wonderful day!

Separate from the grounds being absolutely stunning, and the barn being the perfect venue for dinner and dancing, the staff at River Bottoms made the planning and execution of the wedding seamless! They provide you with a list of preferred vendors--all of whom were fantastic--and have spent a lot of time nailing down the nitty gritty details so that you don't have to worry about that on your big day. As a result, several of our guests told us that this was the best venue they've ever attended for a wedding--and we couldn't agree more!

RBR is the venue of venues for weddings. Stunning backdrop, amazing outdoor area with a new pavilion for ceremony and cocktail hour, in addition to a super functional interior for reception and dancing! The staff is super responsive, receptive, and helpful throughout the planning process, and they have a preferred vendor list with some of the best Utah vendors in the business. Amazing bridal suite and great grooms room to get ready in. Just overall a fantastic venue.

River Bottoms Ranch is the perfect venue!! The views to the mountains are gorgeous and the barn is beautiful. My bridesmaids gasped when walking into the bridal studio because of the views and the little details that make it such a fun space to get ready in. We also rented the lodging space which provided an extra area to spread out in (we used it for Ketubah signing and groomsmen changing into their suits), and some family members were able to stay there that night. The vendor list is top notch and it really helped that so many of our vendors were familiar with the space. We had the perfect wedding day and are so happy we chose RBR.

River Bottoms Ranch was an absolutely magical venue for my daughter's wedding! They use only the finest vendors and wedding coordinators in Utah and their venue is hands down one of the most beautiful in Utah! Their communication is swift and clear, their interactions are friendly and helpful, and they are very efficient in coordinating all wedding details.Every aspect of the venue is just exquisite! We had the most beautiful bridal suite with a lovely bathtub, shower, and two makeup areas that accommodated my daughter and her 19 bridesmaids to prepare for the ceremony and reception. Our photographer and videographer took some wonderful footage of mother and bride there, as well as my daughter with her bridesmaids. It is full of windows and light and has spectacular views of the surrounding country. There was also a really fun area for the groomsmen to get dressed and ready for the evening.Outside, just beyond my daughter's ceremonial arch, we gazed out at majestic views of Mount Timpanogos, a beautiful pond, and horses galloping across the pasture. With the setting sun came a sky of fire blazing across the mountains in the distance. It was breathtaking! The guests could not believe their eyes at the beauty all around! The barn was a choice location for our wedding dinner after the outdoor ceremony. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated and plenty spacious for a crowd of over 150 people. We so enjoyed looking out past the barn doors at the mountain scenery as we listened to the family toasts. Lights were strung from the barn to the pavilion where outside tables and chairs were placed for guests so that they could choose whether to sit inside or outside under the stars and listen to our live band. (It is also a wonderful venue that accommodates lovely indoor or outdoor areas in case of inclement weather!)Melanie at River Bottoms Ranch was wonderful to work with as she took care of every question and need that arose. She was kind, gracious and so very helpful! Communication throughout the whole process with her was easy, clear and very timely. She made us all feel so welcome, calm and content on the day of the wedding with her beautiful smile, her kind demeanor, her helpful personality and her willingness to make everything perfect for her brides!Everything at River Bottoms Ranch was truly picture perfect! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful venue, its professional and accommodating staff and their fantastic vendors to anyone with a special event!

I was so blown away by the venue, that I decided to have my OWN wedding there when I got engaged. 100% of our guests were flown in for this destination wedding, and it lived up to our wildest dreams! Every single friend and family remarked on how gorgeous the setting was. From the stunning white barn, to the backdrop of the snow capped mountains, to the pink skies - everything was out of a fairytale. I especially love the bridal suite!! Everyone at RBR was an absolute pleasure to coordinate with from the very beginning. Hailey was with us on the day of, and made everything go extremely smooth (with a big smile)! Stunning, amazing, incredible are but a few words that we would use to describe this venue and the service we were provded. Our guests are still talking about the River Bottoms Ranch and the experience they had there with our wedding. Besides the amazing views and beautiful facility what truly was memorable for us was the individualized and touching service we were provided as a couple for this event. We are relocating from the Bay Area here in San Francisco to Utah and we are already planning events we would like to hold at the River Bottoms Ranch. As we were leaving the venue my guests from my work were already requesting that our next national field event be held at the River Bottoms Ranch. Once again, I cannot say enough about this venue and the people except THANK YOU for the magical experience!

Stunning, amazing, incredible are but a few words that we would use to describe this venue and the service we were provded. Our guests are still talking about the River Bottoms Ranch and the experience they had there with our wedding. Besides the amazing views and beautiful facility what truly was memorable for us was the individualized and touching service we were provided as a couple for this event. We are relocating from the Bay Area here in San Francisco to Utah and we are already planning events we would like to hold at the River Bottoms Ranch. As we were leaving the venue my guests from my work were already requesting that our next national field event be held at the River Bottoms Ranch. Once again, I cannot say enough about this venue and the people except THANK YOU for the magical experience!

River Bottoms Ranch is gorgeous! We had originally planned our daughters wedding for March 2021. Due to Covid we rescheduled. They made the whole process very easy and continued to give us amazing services the entire time. We love all the vendors they work with. Everyone is a team and the day of the wedding went perfect. This venue is spectacular !! The management is great to work with, very friendly and professional. The views are just breathtaking, we had guests from all over the country and everyone was in awe !! From the mountain backdrop, the openness and feel of the venue, the outdoor fire pit and verandas were a perfect gathering spot during the reception. Also, from a safety perspective (important during these times) guests also commented they felt very safe here - ceremony seating, dining tables were spread out, bar service had social distancing in place etc and above all a very clean facility. Can go wrong with RBR ! Enjoy !

This venue is outstanding! We hosted a wedding dinner and celebration. The scenery at the ranch is beautiful. The venue is lovely. One small complaint was that the audio system was very difficult to hook up to our blue tooth and it took about 1 hour to fix it. We also had several guests say that the microphone was cutting in and out and created an echo in the building. The staff were attentive and tried to fix the problem. However, I don't think it was 100% solved. The cost of the venue is such that you would expect the micro-phones and the blue tooth systems to be top notch. Even with the audio system problems we had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone interested.

I cannot speak highly enough of River Bottoms Ranch or the owner, Janica. Janica and her team were incredible to work with throughout the planning process and really helped us to achieve the vision for our wedding.RBR itself is a stunning venue, from the beautiful windows to the scenic lake to the attention to detail of the decor, it doesn't seem like real life - rather like one of the wedding venues you see in magazines.If you get the chance, do not hesitate to book your wedding here - it will blow your expectations away.

River Bottom's Ranch was the most amazing place we could have chosen to get married. Their professionalism and personalization absolutely made it the best place in Utah to get married. Every detail is so thought out and the venue has everything you could ever need. The venue is also truly wheelchair accessible which was absolutely crucial in our decision making. Our guests raved about the venue afterwards.

River Bottoms Ranch is an absolutely lovely venue! The grounds are simply gorgeous. Any direction you look in, you are treated with another perfect view of the beautiful mountains, or their darling pond with a storybook arched bridge.The staff was so helpful to us. Everything from needing a place for our 6 month old grand baby to nap, to helping with a minor wardrobe malfunction, to loading our car with all the gifts at the end of the night. Needs are taken care of kindly, and discreetly. We appreciated them so much. The facility itself is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The bridal room is breathtaking! Everything is light and bright and photographs beautifully.I wholeheartedly recommend the River Bottoms Ranch to anyone who is looking for a stress free, and beautiful venue for whatever their event may be.

River Bottoms Ranch made our day magical! Everywhere you looked was picture perfect. It has the most beautiful views of the Utah mountains. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't have wanted our wedding anywhere else. River Bottoms Ranch is our happy place.
