Breath taking. This venue is beyond gorgeous. Walking into the venue, I knew I was getting married there. Not only was it beautiful, but Deanna and Alex are so wonderful. They were open to us coming almost any time and made everything so easy! They were very helpful and responsive when we reached out with questions and changes! They have a gorgeous property and even cuter animals đI couldnât have imaged a more perfect venue and day!

Breath taking. This venue is beyond gorgeous. Walking into the venue, I knew I was getting married there. Not only was it beautiful, but Deanna and Alex are so wonderful. They were open to us coming almost any time and made everything so easy! They were very helpful and responsive when we reached out with questions and changes! They have a gorgeous property and even cuter animals đI couldnât have imaged a more perfect venue and day!

Rivercrest farms, Dover Ohio - Not only is the venue breath taking, Alex and Deanna, the mother daughter pair that run the venue, are so kind and experienced. I showed up on wedding day, ready to work hard...everything was almost done. Alex ad Deanna treat you like family and truly make you feel special without making you feel overwhelmed by the wedding process.

Rivercrest is absolutely beautiful. Alex, Deanna, and their entire team are incredible. They were so helpful throughout the entire process. We had terrible weather, a tornado warning lol, on our wedding day, but still managed to have our ceremony outside :) Because of the weather we didnât get to utilize the outdoor area much, but inside is just as beautiful!!! I couldnât have asked for a more perfect place to get married!! Beautiful place with amazing peopleâ€ïž

We had our wedding at Rivercrest Farm and it was magical. Not only is the venue beautiful, but everyone at the venue was so lovely to work with and they went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. We also used their bartenders and they were fantastic! They made the evening so much fun! I would definitely recommend this venue.

Maybe it's because we've been working with them since before October 2022 when we had to cancel our wedding due to my husband getting COVID or maybe it's just who they are as people but when I pulled up to Rivercrest yesterday for our wedding redux it felt like I was pulling up to see family and not just some wedding venue. Rivercrest Farm is a lovely pastoral venue run by an incredible family. They worked closely with us to make our wedding vision come true, and we are so grateful for their kindness, organization and hard work.

Maybe it's because we've been working with them since before October 2022 when we had to cancel our wedding due to my husband getting COVID or maybe it's just who they are as people but when I pulled up to Rivercrest yesterday for our wedding redux it felt like I was pulling up to see family and not just some wedding venue. Rivercrest Farm is a lovely pastoral venue run by an incredible family. They worked closely with us to make our wedding vision come true, and we are so grateful for their kindness, organization and hard work.

If you are looking for a unique wedding venue in Ohio Rivercrest Farm is it! We had our wedding here on 10/29 and it was perfect. This was the only venue I looked at and after meeting Deanna and Alex we booked our date - they were super passionate about their farm and was definitely the nicest out of all of the other venue contacts that I had reached out to. This family owned venue is full of character, love and is super unique. Itâs a rustic barn on the outside but decked out in string lights and chandeliers inside. Our guests loved the atmosphere and LOVED taking the tractor ride up to the hill to see and feed the cows during cocktail hour! We had perfect weather so we had the ceremony out by the fireplace and it was so beautiful. The day of helpers were great and helped pack up ALL of our decorations at the end of the night. We had around 200 guests including vendors and the seating was a little tight and cozy, some guests had to sit up in the loft which was okay but we felt a little bad that they were a little cut off from the rest of the party. It was just for dinner so it worked out fine! We had a great time at Rivercrest! Thank you!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and Deanna is so so lovely. Day of there were some hiccups. The venue was not clean from the night before when we got there which was a bit of an issue trying to set up. My bridesmaids, mom and I had to do some cleaning first. A few things that I was told would be included/venue would help with actually were not. And I wouldn't use their One Fine Day helpers. There was an older lady who was lovely but a younger one who was really rude to both myself and my guests. A few things I had asked her to do... were not done such as filling water goblets with gallons of water (the venue has well water), setting up my hot coco stand in a certain way and clean up. I had specifically asked her and she rolled her eyes and walked away. And then the things didn't get done. At the end of the night the OFD helpers cleaned up, and the next morning I was missing some decorations/blankets. Still not sure what happened to them. They also threw out the leftover food from the buffet which was boxed up and put in the fridge at the end of the night, and the bagged popcorn from my popcorn bar. I had asked them to save all of that as there was a ton left we were picking up the next morning.But the venue is beautiful, spacious, and the time Deanna takes you to the top of the hill is amazing!!

I am a calligrapher and have had my work displayed at Rivercrest Farm for several weddings. I mostly have done on-site work on their gorgeous oversized mirror. First, this barn venue is absolutely GORGEOUS. It is unlike any other barn/rustic reception hall I have ever seen. It is literally stunning- the chandeliers, furniture, and total aesthetic is totally glamorous while still keeping that barn-like feel. Second- the owners are SO fun and easy to work with. When I go there to work they make me feel so comfortable and welcome. You can also tell they truly care about each couple and go above and beyond for them. I always have a great time there working- whether there is people around while or if it's just me it's SO relaxing to listen to the nature sounds. I feel so proud to have my work displayed in such a stunning space. 10/10 would recommend, and would probably also move in if I could!!

Two week since my wedding at Rivercrest and I wish I could live it over and over again. Deanna, Alex, John, and the rest of the family and staff were amazing! I canât tell you how many guests told me how nice and accommodating the venue and staff were with them. They assisted with family in wheelchairs for the best spot in the house for both the ceremony and reception, and took us to a beautiful hill for sunset photos (and photos with the long horns!). Itâs a true rustic barn and farm with the beautiful touch of elegance for weddings. Guests wondered where I got all my decorations and I explained how half are already up there and we didnât have to worry about them. We changed our venue to rivercrest after an October 2020 fail due to Covid and I truly couldnât be happier that we had to push it back and found them.

My name is Eric Dregne and I am a band leader that performed at this venue on May 8th, Without hesitation, this was one of my favorites that we have performed at. This is a family run business and it was absolutely great to work with Deanna, Alex and her staff from very early in the day until after midnight!The atmosphere is rustic and very very charming. All of the members of my band raved how easy the gig was because of our load-in (which was a breeze) and how helpful the staff was.If you are into a very relaxed farm style wedding or want to kick it up on their multi-level patios, it's all available to you! Definitely give a call and check them out!

I canât speak highly enough of Rivercrest and Alex and Deanna, who own and run the farm/venue. Planning a wedding during COVID was challenging but Alex and Deanna were always there to help us plan and to offer a listening ear and to provide comfort when stressed. Our actual wedding day was absolutely perfect because of Rivercrest; they went above and beyond to do everything to make it the best day ever. Alex and Deanna provide so many services that help out so much throughout the day and that you wonât find with other venues. All my guests raved about Rivercrest and the hospitality of all Rivercrest staff working that night. Alex and Deanna made us feel like our wedding was their top priority and we never felt like it was about money for them. From the first time we visited Rivercrest, my husband and I were so impressed with Alex and Deannaâs hospitality and genuine care. I truly canât say thank them enough for all they did for us and I would choose Rivercrest as my venue 100 times over.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and Deanna. We had to cancel our destination wedding and start all over in about 2 months. Deanna is beyond amazing. Always available, made us feel so comfortable and not to mention saved us money by helping put everything together. She responded to my many texts and questions and was always so pleasant. The venue itself, so so beautiful. Itâs been almost 2 months since our wedding and I still have people almost daily tell me how beautiful our wedding was and how lucky we got with our venue. We cannot thank Deanna and her staff enough!

The venue itself, so so beautiful. Itâs been almost 2 months since our wedding and I still have people almost daily tell me how beautiful our wedding was and how lucky we got with our venue. We cannot thank Deanna and her staff enough!

Rivercrest Farm is the most beautiful, amazing, and now our forever most favorite place! As soon as we saw Rivercrest Farm we knew it was where we wanted to have both our ceremony and reception for our wedding and after spending nearly two hours talking to the owner, Deanna, she had to convince us to at least see one other venue just to be sure! She truly is the most caring and thoughtful person and will go above and beyond for you which was clear to see right off the bat, so of course we knew time and time again that we made the correct choice by choosing Rivercrest Farm in the Summer of 2018 for our wedding in the Spring of 2020. We visited multiple times during those 2 years and we kept in close contact - Deanna was always a text or phone call away. We fell in love with the barn, the entire outside area around the barn, the animals, the dining area, the dance floor area, the bar area and the tipsy goat, and both the guys room and the girls room, and even the bathrooms! We could not wait for our day at Rivercrest Farm!Then the world changed. As we began to panic and worry about the future of our wedding, Deanna reached out to us and reassured us that we would still have the wedding of our dreams. As time went on, we decided to reschedule everything from May to July. Deanna continued to reassure us and even sent us a text on our original wedding date which meant the world to us!We had a very hot but absolutely perfect wedding day and we would not have changed a thing. We rented AC units but also had all of the windows and doors open which was what I wanted all along - the barn was just so breathtaking like that. When I walked into Rivercrest Farm on the morning of my wedding I was absolutely blown away. I definitely paused to take it all in. It was so beyond beautiful and better than I could have ever imaged. We definitely had the wedding of our dreams.Deanna - thank you so much for absolutely everything!!! Thank you for helping with those last minute details like holding open the doors before I walked down the aisle because my dad and I forgot to ask someone to and for picking us up and driving us to the sunset photo shoot location as well as being the most kind and genuine person.Alex - thank you for showing my family around the farm, for being so kind, and for recommending Rig&Co - they were awesome!Colleen - thank you for all of your help with so many big and little things like putting together a toss bouquet because we \"lost\" it! And for getting more ice when we ran out! The barn and grounds are beautiful with many photo opportunities. There are separate getting ready rooms, but the main barn floor is beautiful for getting ready pictures for the bride. There are many option sites to hold ceremony and reception, just take a tour. At the end of the night, there is amazing sunset photo opportunities on the hill. They do the work for you and have a huge decor closet. Deanna is easy to work with and accommodating to your needs. The Rivercrest team went above and beyond our expectations to deliver our vision. We were the first to have our reception under the newly built cedar pergola which is stunning. We had everything outdoors which gave us the opportunity to space out on the huge patio. They follow all safety guidelines. 7.11.20

Deanna, Alex and the whole team at RCF was just wonderful to work with! When I decided to have my wedding back in my hometown I promised myself to not settle and maintain the vision I had always wanted for our day. RCF was love at first site. The romantic dark wood that is the base of the original barn, huge open windows and lush overhead lighting just had me smitten. The thing about RCF is that you can make it anything you want, the space is open and airy which allows/makes your guest want to wander around the grounds, but the inside of the barn is also warm and cozy to provide a perfect setting for an intimate feel during dinner. We had a guest list of about 250 and did a black tie optional wedding. I felt the spacing was fine inside and Alex/Deanna were SO accommodating. Their passion and love of this property is seriously, charming. Deanna was like that aunt in the family that just adores you and wants to hear everything. She always got back to me in a timely manner and she always wanted to know all the details and help get me so excited. I definitely recommend RCF, the spot and the team will not let you down. Thank you guys, you helped this bride and groom fulfill their wildest dreams.

Rivercrest Farm is a complete dream! From the beginning of our venue search we always knew we wanted a barn. We were concerned about the diatance at first, but it was well worth it! All other barn venues didnât even compare. This location is the perfect mix of rustic and elegant. Unique chandeliers and big windows that open up to the pasture are just a few of this venueâs amazing features. Besides the barn, there are many other locations on site to experience. All extremely beautiful. They also have many animals that add to its charm. Deanna is wonderful! After having our original wedding venue cancel we found Rivercrest and knew it was meant to be! It was so much more than we could imagaine. Deanna is so warm and genuine. She is just lovely to be around. She was quick to respond to all our questions and so helpful in guiding us through the planning process. Everything is already done for you at Rivercrest. So much is provided including a closet full of decor, as well as tables, chairs, china, silverware and glassware. Deanna is open to all of your ideas and suggestions and will do whatever she can to make them happen. Her and her team bring your vision to life. On the day of all of our stress melted away because Deanna and her team were there to help. They set everything up making sure it was exactly the way we envisioned it. We had our ceremony up on the hill, which provided spectacular views. Splurging on this option is so worth it. Deanna was there every step of the way from the set up, to the ceremony and reception to clean up. She goes above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. She even drove us to a separate location to get sunset photos! If you are looking for a breathtaking venue that you can make your own, Rivercrest is the place for you! It really is an experience. I remember during our wedding my now husband saying that the day was so perfect that it seemed like we were in a movie. Rivercrest helped create everything we had ever wanted and more. We created lifelong memories we will always cherish!

The night was absolutely spectacular. Deanna, Alex and the entire Rivercrest team truly know how to pull off a magical/flawless wedding night. There is SO much for everyone at your wedding to enjoy from outside lawn games, a quiet patio to catch up on, a crazy wild dance floor - everyone was so comfortable the whole evening and had the best time. Deanna and her team listened to our vision and truly brought it to life. We couldn't be any happier with our wedding venue.

The night was absolutely spectacular. Deanna, Alex and the entire Rivercrest team truly know how to pull off a magical/flawless wedding night. HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE.I donât have a single negative thing to say about the venue or staff. Deanna, the venue owner, will accomdate to literally anything you want. Her staff made our personalized donut wall and we didnât have to set up a single thing. One of our guests was insanely drunk and the sober drivers had left and Deanna drove this girl home at midnight in her pajamas... like who does that?! Lol

We got married at Rivercrest on 11/3/17. The weather surprised us with a partly sunny day and temperature in the low 60s! Rivercrest was everything I wanted in a wedding venue and Deanna and her team are nothing short of amazing. The barn is GORGEOUS, Deanna has so many different decor items for bride's to use, and the rustic chic feel is everything I wanted. I would recommend Rivercrest over and over again to anyone who was looking for a barn wedding.

Rivercrest was everything I wanted in a wedding venue and Deanna and her team are nothing short of amazing. The barn is GORGEOUS, Deanna has so many different decor items for bride's to use, and the rustic chic feel is everything I wanted. I would recommend Rivercrest over and over again to anyone who was looking for a barn wedding.

It can be a full time job looking for a rustic barn venue that suits your needs perfectly, but why do that when you can just select Deanna Vickery's Rivercrest Farm? For one reasonable price, we had the barn to ourselves the entire weekend from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning. This allowed us time to come from Cleveland and make the space our own. June 10, 2017 was beautiful, and Deanna and her family, friends, and staff worked tirelessly to make sure the venue was nothing short of perfect. We booked the barn in May of 2015, and in that time Deanna has transformed and developed the barn in such positive ways. From the outdoor veranda space, to the life size chess board, to the new concrete patio that allowed our guests the breathing room they needed during dinner, all the improvements have been awesome.We had a wedding with 225 people, two bars, a large buffet line, and a band, and everything fit perfectly. The windows opened up to a beautiful blue sky and sunset that we will never forget. A couple more shout outs are needed. Deanna watched our Golden Retriever during the weekend (which allowed us to get some professional pictures with our dog on our wedding day, which was coincidentally also our dog's first birthday). She also went above and beyond in coordinating with the day of coordinator and other vendors. Thank you for everything Deanna! Rivercrest Farm absolutely made our wedding day the \"dream wedding\"!!! The venue is just beautiful with the rustic shabby sheek style and the venue owner is hands down amazing! I cannot even begin to explain how easy Deanna was to communicate with, accommodating (going above and beyond what would be asked of a venue owner, and well with our investment. I can not begin to explain how many compliments our guests gave us on the venue! The owner even took the photographer and us by car to outdoor locations for one of a kind pictures!Thank for you for EVERYTHING!

From the moment I walked into the barn at Rivercrest Farms I was hooked. I had always dreamed of a rustic and relaxed wedding. The barn is spacious, but not too big to feel cavernous, and it's beautifully decorated with twinkle lights & multiple ornate chandeliers. However, what I got was much more than a beautiful venue- I got the kindest, most supportive and down to earth group to help us with our wedding day. Deanna is without a doubt one of the kindest, most giving women I have ever met. She is available any moment to answer your questions- which she always has an answer to. And I am convinced the woman can solve any problem without so much as batting an eyelash. As if her exceptional service wasn't enough, although she does this week in and week out, there was never a moment where I felt as though I was just another bride/wedding/number. She always made me feel as though I was talking to a family member or close friend. She was with us every step of the way from multiple visits to check out her impressive collection of decor pieces, to guidance on the arranging of chairs/tables in the reception hall. You will never, even for a moment, regret your decision to get married here. I truly don't feel that I can write a review that does justice to how truly incredible of a place Rivercrest Farms is. Beyond the unending help, there are some of the most picturesque views all around their property (which they will happily drive you and your photographers around for amazing photo ops!). You will not make a better decision for your wedding, than the decision to get married at Rivercrest.

I had been watching this venue grow and expand even before I was engaged and it was my dream place to be married. This beautiful barn is nothing but breathtaking and magical with all it's twinkle lights and chandeliers all over the barn. Deanna is also one of THE BEST venue owners around. You can just tell that she absolutely loves what she does, and she will do anything to help her brides out to make their big day exactly what they had in mind. The venue comes with tables and chairs, plus a huge closet filled with décor from previous weddings that are able to be used like chalkboards, silver pales, mason jars, candles, cute signs, and many many more. They also have mix matched china, mason jars, wine glasses, and silverware available to use as well. The have no \"preferred\" vendors or alcohol license so that mean you can use whatever caterer and buy your own alcohol. I had about 140 guests at my wedding and had both my ceremony and reception inside the barn and everyone felt very comfortable; not too tight and not too big. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my wedding day, and if you're on the fence about booking Rivercrest Farm, you shouldn't because they book quickly. One look at the barn and tour with Deanna and you'll fall in love with this venue!

When I got engaged last fall I knew I wanted to get married somewhere rustic. I searched and searched and finally found Rivercrest Farm. After talking with about 20 other venues, I knew I had found THE place. At first I was a little worried, Deanna had only had a few weddings, the barn smelled like horses, and everything was cold and muddy. Even so I set the date and paid the deposit. My favorite things about the farm were that we got to use the barn from Wednesday through our wedding day, we did not have to do any of the cleanup, and we could use anything that Deanna had in her storage closet. As time drew closer I paid a few more visits to the barn and was amazed with Deanna's progress. The Sunday before the wedding Deanna let me bring a carload of drinks and decorations to leave at the barn so I wouldn't have to bring everything at once. One VERY important note, you are completely responsible for the set up. The chairs and tables are stacked against the wall and you decide where they go and put them there yourself. Also, while Deanna let's you use anything that she has a lot of the nice things tend to get dirty or broken so I would mainly rely on bringing your own decorations and just using what you can of hers. I stayed the night in the bridal suite while I decorated which was extremely nice and I wished I could have stayed all week. We were allowed to have our rehearsal at the barn and after dinner, my groom and his groomsman stayed the night in the king sized bunk beds in the groom's suite. The day of the wedding Deanna and her team helped us to create the MOST PERFECT day I could have ever dreamed of. One other VERY important note, the barn does not have air conditioning. Our wedding day was pretty hot, my husband and I were able to keep cool in the suites, but I know our guests had a pretty tough time. Hopefully Deanna will have more fans shortly. Thankfully, though, the barn did not smell like horses at all. Deanna makes sure to clean the stalls on the mornings of any weddings. I think overall my absolute favorite things about this venue are all of the lights, chandeliers, and photo opportunities. Deanna has lights strung all throughout the barn and has some of the most gorgeous chandeliers I have ever seen. For photos, she has the barn, the suites, the area outside, and then a hilltop location. This was perfect because after the wedding while my guests enjoyed cocktails in the barn, my husband and I were able to escape to the hilltop for some of the most beautiful pictures I have ever had taken. She has a nice wooden arch and pews sitting out which made great props. \r\rThe other big reason why I chose Rivercrest was because my husband and I both have a lot of family that has small children. I wanted a place that the kids could run around and have fun and not have to worry about getting in trouble. This farm has animals: horses, goats, cows, llamas, pigs, roosters, hens, and plenty of dogs. My guests old and young absolutely loved this fact and it kept them entertained all night long. \r\rIf I could redo my wedding over I can honestly say that I would choose Rivercrest Farm every.single.time.
