Located in Phoenixville, PA, RiverCrest Weddings is a stylish event venue. With a range of event spaces to choose from, you are encouraged to bring your wedding vision to life here. This property has helped people celebrate their milestones for over a decade, and they are excited to welcome couples who want to commemorate their love. RiverCrest Weddings sits just outside of Philadelphia, offering convenience for any out-of-town guests. The venue was built and is owned and operated by, the Lejeune family, who pride themselves on their attention to detail. They believe in the importance of personal service and work hard to get to know every couple they have the honor of hosting. The event spaces at RiverCrest Weddings underwent renovations in 2021, resulting in fresh, modern rooms where you can celebrate your special day. The elegant ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests, ideal for if you've envisioned a sophisticated indoor soiree. You can exchange vows on the covered outdoor terrace, or by the pool under the arch with the landscape back round. There is a get-ready suite where you can finish preparing for the day. A catering team, meanwhile, will deliver delicious snacks while you put the finishing touches to your look. A personal assistant remains on-site all day to help out in whatever way you might need. As part of their five-hour reception package, the venue offers a custom wedding cake, wine greeting, and signature favor for your guests. There's also uplighting and decor available for you to make your chosen space your own.

Y'all!!! RiverCrest is absolutely PHENOMENAL!! My wedding was on 3/10/23, and I am still dancing in a field of daisies over here with how perfect the day was!Michelle L. was my wedding coordinator, and she was with me the entire time! From my very first inquiry—to the zillions of questions throughout my engagement and wedding planning process—to my wedding day! Michelle was so kind, professional, and responsive the whole time! On the day of the wedding, I had Mark as the Banquet Manager, and he helped make sure the whole day was on time! (which I imagine is no small task!) I also had Shayna as my Bridal Suite Attendant, and let me tell you, this woman is PURE GOLD! She essentially was the day of contact for the wedding, and she helped out with all the things for all the people. She created such a comfortable and fun environment that wasn't overbearing and constantly in your business, but also every time I had a question and thought, \"Let me go find Shayna '' she was always 2 feet away smiling, ready, and willing to help out! Shayna, Mark, and the whole staff truly helped make the day so perfect that I will be forever grateful! It's one thing to make the Bride and Groom feel good on their wedding day, but my parents, in-laws, and all the guests are still raving about how incredible RiverCrest was too! Everyone felt so cared for and had the best time at RiverCrest! The food is devine, the rooms for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are stunning, the outside grounds are gorgeous, and the staff is outstanding!! Rivercrest was absolutely wonderful. I'd had recommendations from friends and family, who all said that the staff were just amazing...and they were 100% correct. We were a bit of a last-minute wedding (started planning in May, wedding in November of the same year). They were quick and responsive with my inquiry as well as setting up a tour, and our coordinator was so patient with my unending questions. Due to our tight deadline, they helped us reconfigure payments and deadlines while we dealt with out-of-town guests and RSVPs. They made it work.The location is beautiful and they were all so accommodating. The bridal suite is lovely and comfortable, and the ceremony and reception locations adapted to our guest list and activities. Between a non-conventional boardgame reception and juggling guests with multiple food allergies, their organization and responsiveness left me confident everything would go smoothly - and it did! The food was fantastic, and them setting aside servings for my husband and I to have in the bridal suite while having a quiet moment before joining the cocktail hour was such a nice touch. The absolutely wonderful staff were friendly and patient during the Big Day, and I am so thankful for them. I would recommend Rivercrest 10/10. The wedding was wonderful, memorable, and stress free thanks to everyone there.

Our wedding planner Michelle was amazing. She thought of details that we didn't think of and advised us accordingly. She made the whole process as easy as possible. The location is beautiful. We LOVED having everything right at one location. All the staff were amazing. The bridal suite attendant Sharon handled so much the day of. And many of our guests complimented how attentive the waitstaff was. And everyone loved the food. Highly recommend the tater tot station-people are still talking about it. We are recommending RiverCrest to any newly engaged couple...in hopes we can attend a wedding at RiverCrest and get to enjoy a wedding there as a guest vs the bride and groom.

She gave me timeline samples, explained the menus, seething arrangement, tables, helped with day of coordination, etc. Day off, they guided us and our bridal party through everything for the ceremony, reception walk-ins, and everything else throughout the night. We could not have had the wedding we did without Michele and the rest of the staff at RiverCrest. They personalized everything, the service was fantastic, the food was delicious and our bridal suite and attendants was absolutely perfect. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and the service. Even the proximity to downtown Phoenixville and hotels made this venue perfect. I highly recommend RiverCrest Golf Club!

RiverCrest was not only a beautiful place to get married but also stress free. They took care of every detail for us and made sure we were comfortable through the whole process. Michelle was very attentive and communicated every step of the way. During our wedding it happened to be colder than we anticipated outside and RiverCrest had us covered with hot apple cider and driving us around on the grounds on a golf cart to get our photos done quicker. Our guests all had a fantastic time and we got countless messages about how delicious the food was. I would strongly recommend anyone to get married here if you want a beautiful wedding where the venue has thought out every detail to make it easy on the couple getting married.

I have been dreaming about my wedding since I was a little girl and now I couldn’t imagine the day without RiverCrest being apart of it. It single handedly, without a doubt, was the best day of my life. The venue is SO well taken care of. Throughout the planning process (tours, meetings, food tasting, etc.) we’ve had the opportunity to see RiverCrest during all 4 seasons, and the property was equally as beautiful and well maintained during each season! The staff is SO easy to work with and responsive of whatever questions you may have. Michele Daddona was our point person from the moment we inquired to the moment we left the venue at the end of the night on our wedding day. She was the best point person I could have asked for and I don’t have words to describe how glad I am that I got to work with her. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and was unbelievably understanding of how important this day was and how much money and time we were putting into it. Shayna ran our rehearsal dinner and was with us the day of our wedding. She made sure everyone knew what was going on and what to expect. From the moment I got to the venue the day of the rehearsal dinner, I knew I had nothing to worry about and was able to let go of any stress because everything was taken care of. I have nothing but positive things to say about RiverCrest and the staff. Everything went according to plan and we couldn’t have asked for a better day or team.There are a bunch of other staff members that made our day happen that we want to thank, Nina- a bridal suite trainee who was unbelievably kind and sweet, all of the people that took care of our bridal party and made sure we had everything we need, the catering staff, bartender who all of our guests said was so impressive and remembered there drinks from their first order, and so many more. Rivercrest was to die for!!! Everything was so well done and meticulous to make our day ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Michele D., our wedding coordinator was HANDS DOWN IRREPLACEABLE! She went above and beyond at every step of the way to ensure that my husband and I had everything that we could have needed and wanted. Any time that we had questions she made herself available by phone or in person. We requested a particular bartender, and she made that happen. Since there was the potential for rain later in the night, Rivercrest coordinated with our photographer, videographer, and DJ, to have us do our sparkler send off a little bit earlier to ensure that we got to experience everything that we requested. I would recommend everyone to select Rivercrest as their venue!!!

Our wedding at Rivercrest Golf Club & Preserve this past weekend was an absolute dream, and I can't praise them enough. First and foremost, Michelle, our wedding coordinator, was a true gem. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our planning process and special day was flawless and stress-free.The entire team at Rivercrest was exceptional. They paid attention to every detail, from creating a comfortable and beautifully attended bridal suite to flawlessly setting up our decor and ensuring the smooth flow of the entire day. Now, let's talk about the food – it was nothing short of spectacular. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the cocktail hour and reception; many said it was the best they've ever experienced! I highly recommend upgrading for the special hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Michele and the Rivercrest staff helped us to plan the most perfect start to our wedding weekend! I knew that I did not want a traditional sit down dinner for my rehearsal dinner and Michele diligently worked with us to create the best Stations menu catered to mine and my husbands favorite foods. She quickly answered her email with contract updates and any questions that we had. Our stations included 2 carving stations, a salad bar, crab cake slider station, pasta station, stir fry and dumpling station - and our guests (& my personal) favorite - the mashed potato bar - and let me tell you the food was out of this world! The stationary displays were very creatively organized and were kept clean throughout the entire service. And when you did not think that the food could get any better - we had the most insane Viennese dessert display that was unlike any display that I have ever seen during an event. There were a plethora of dessert options on the display. I tried at least 8 different desserts and each one was absolutely delicious. You should 100% book Rivercrest for your next event! Every one of the staff from Michele, to our Banquet Manager, to the bartender and servers were so friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful for scenic views or photographs and the food is absolutely to die for!

Bottom-line: have your wedding here!!! My husband and I had our reception here in June 2023 and LOVED everything about it! #1. We LOVED the food. We've been to several weddings recently and our dinner was by far the best we have experienced. The app stations were incredible. Our guests raved about the mashed potato bar and the crab cake sliders. #2. The ballroom is elegant, big, and open. The dancefloor is the biggest we have seen at any venue and we LOVED that! Bottom-line: have your wedding here!!! My husband and I had our reception here in June 2023 and LOVED everything about it! #1. We LOVED the food. We've been to several weddings recently and our dinner was by far the best we have experienced. The app stations were incredible. Our guests raved about the mashed potato bar and the crab cake sliders. #2. The ballroom is elegant, big, and open. The dancefloor is the biggest we have seen at any venue and we LOVED that! We loved Rivercrest! Our wedding day went by smooth and stress free. Michelle L answered my billion questions quickly, professionally, and was flexible with any changes. I fell in love with the bridal suite. It was perfect for us to get ready in, so spacious and beautiful. Our bridal suite attendant, Shayna, was so sweet! Literally anything we needed, she was on top of, and most importantly she made sure we ate! They also helped set up/ pack up our decor, which was a huge help! The grounds are great for pictures, we got married outside by the pool under the covered terrance. The food was amazing, so many options for cocktail hour. Our guests were raving about the mashed potato martini bar. We had 140 people, plenty of room for our guests. We also loved the lounge areas provided as well. All of our attendants, most especially Shayna and Sarah, were caring, thoughtful, and helpful, and all were attentive to the little details that made our day perfect. RiverCrest was an absolute dream of a venue! It was the second venue my now husband, parents, and I toured. I knew before we left, it was absolutely the place we wanted to get married. Reflecting back almost a year to the day we got married, I am still in awe at the beauty of the venue. The venue is extremely modern, bright, white, clean, open, and welcoming. We decided to have our ceremony outside in front of the pool and it was everything I could’ve envisioned and more. The landscaping added to the beauty of the outdoors during July. If you are having a wedding during warm weather months, you must take advantage of the outdoors for your ceremony!Michele was fabulous to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable, as she had just had her wedding at RiverCrest recently. She was pleasant, prompt with emails and calls, and my parents and I never had to hesitate if we had questions for her. It is evident she is well-experienced and a true professional. Michele helped ease the stress of wedding planning by reassuring us of details and speaking to what she had seen other couples do in the past. The food was incredible! Everyone is still talking about it almost one year later. As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, I did not have to worry about what I would eat at my own wedding. The team at RiverCrest offered special appetizers like tater tots and crab cake sliders that were available to be made gluten free for myself and some other guests with allergies. For entrees, we decided on the filet and salmon- both of which everyone raved about!The event space was very open, large, and felt roomy, despite almost 220 guests we had! Our 12 piece band had plenty of room for their stage and sound board set up while still having an enormous dance floor for guests. My husband DJ and I really cannot say enough positive things about our experience at RiverCrest in Phoenixville, PA. Rest assured, you will have the very day you dreamed of by booking with this venue.

So many of our friends and family have also shared the very same thoughts/praises that we have!My husband and I knew the venue was gorgeous and food was amazing, which was mostly what we looked into reviews for beforehand, but what we’re most in awe about is the Rivercrest team - they all went above in beyond in making our day so perfect. Their unwavering dedication and professionalism far exceeded any expectations we had. We toured 3 other venues beforehand and had planned to tour others after but cancelled those after our tour at Rivercrest with Michele Daddona. Michele was our wedding specialist and she was a huge deciding factor in choosing Rivercrest. She made us feel comfortable from the start and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for her expertise, support, and guidance throughout our entire 1.5 year planning process. We thought about hiring a wedding planner but we didn’t need to with Michele - she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of and she was very organized, quick to respond to the many questions we had, meanwhile being extremely easy-going and accommodating! We could tell she truly cared about us and making our day perfect & the planning process as easy as possible for us! Additionally, she flawlessly transferred all our plans to our day-of team, who also surpassed our expectations. While she was sewing my strap, I told my husband I meant to ask someone to record the entrances and Shayna was quick to say she’ll handle it (and the video and pictures she sent were amazing). She also helped my dress bustle issues countless times. I could go on.I could write a novel on the examples and feedback we got to prove how far beyond our expectations were met with Rivercrest. The venue is beautiful, but more than anything else, Rivercrest and it's wedding coordinators make majority of the wedding planning process a breeze. They take care of the food, alcohol, favors, table numbers, votive candles on the tables, linens, signature drink, set up all wedding decor (that isn't flowers) and more. That is what made it such and easy decision for us. On top of it all, the food is DECLICIOUS and my guests are still raving about how good it was and how they expected the typical cold and tasteless wrdding food. I highly recommend this venue for a stress free wedding that your guests will love!

We could not be happier with our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at RiverCrest. It was the perfect day! Michelle D. made planning every detail of our wedding as easy as possible. She is professional, helpful, friendly, genuine and became a friend in the process. She will give honest feedback and will go above and beyond to make sure your special day is a dream come true! On our wedding day (June 2023) We had access to the beautiful bridal suite all day and had our hair and makeup done on site. We had the very best bridal suite attendant (Sharon) who set everything up for our wedding perfectly (table numbers, we had our own candles, bar signs, etc! And Sharon was extremely attentive, friendly, and was with us all day!) Next up - photographs on the GORGEOUS grounds and in the ballroom. Ceremony was poolside and made for some beautiful photographs. The Cocktail Hour food and drinks were amazing and guests are commenting about how they loved how open the atrium was and gave people an opportunity to move around easily. Friend and family are still raving about the food for the cocktail hour and the dinner (we chose the Pork Chop and the Chilean Sea Bass, both were big hits!) The ballroom is large and open and we loved having easy access to the outdoor spaces. The entire team working our big day was an absolute dream. They far exceeded our expectations and my family and wedding party are still giving compliments. We were immediately drawn to the venue for its beautiful landscapes, chic bridal suite, newly renovated ballroom, and cozy terrace for our ceremony. One thing that stood out above the rest was the OUTSTANDING staff. If you are lucky enough to tour and work with Michele (Wedding Specialist), you will be in the best hands. She responded to my e-mails within 24 hours, provided answers and suggestions for all my questions and was such a joy to work with. The banquet team did a tremendous job on my wedding day in helping facilitate a stress-free day. My guests raved about cocktail hour, their entrees, and the Ye Old Soda Fountain with ice cream novelties. If we had to do it all over again, I would choose and trust the RiverCrest team each and every time.

One thing that stood out above the rest was the OUTSTANDING staff. If you are lucky enough to tour and work with Michele (Wedding Specialist), you will be in the best hands. She responded to my e-mails within 24 hours, provided answers and suggestions for all my questions and was such a joy to work with. The banquet team did a tremendous job on my wedding day in helping facilitate a stress-free day. My guests raved about cocktail hour, their entrees, and the Ye Old Soda Fountain with ice cream novelties. If we had to do it all over again, I would choose and trust the RiverCrest team each and every time.

Michele was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. There were times where I considered hiring a wedding planner but Michele’s guidance through the planning process was all we needed to ensure it was the perfect day. They had everything we wanted--an indoor space for the ceremony, good outdoor photo spots, great food options (both for cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and for the reception dinner), good packages, etc. Their staff really blew us away, from the initial communication to the day of. Everything about our wedding on April 30, 2022 at Rivercrest was perfect! We signed right before they started the renovations and when we first saw the venue it was beautiful. The renovations made it even better! Michelle was always super responsive with any questions that we had. The packets that they had us fill out for the reception and ceremony covered every single little thing we needed to think about for the wedding so having that made planning a breeze. We were able to have the rehersal ceremony the day before the wedding and Michelle and Mark were great at making sure everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing for the ceremony. Throughout the day of the wedding, both Michelle and Mark made the day amazing! They helped set up and clean up all of our decorations, made sure we stuck to our timeline, and constantly asked both Joel and I if we need anything. We can't go on enough about how they both made the day so enjoyable and smooth. It was also helpful having both our ceremony and reception there. The guests were able to flow right into cocktail hour after the ceremony and since the weather was beautiful, guests were able to walk around outside and take pictures by the waterfall and new barn doors. During and after the wedding, our guests have told us how great all the food was and how beautiful Rivercest is for a wedding. We highly recommend Rivercrest for your wedding!!

So, to no surprise, we both fell in love when we went to visit (this was mid renovation)! We got married at RiverCrest June 18, 2022 and I still can’t believe how perfect the day was. Michele was so helpful! Her guidance truly made wedding planning so easy. Our day of coordinators and the entire team were phenomenal. They took care of the entire bridal party, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. The renovations to the ballroom, bridal suite, and specially the terrace (where we had our ceremony) are stunning! So many of our guests have raved about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food and drinks were! I could go on and on honestly. We are so thankful to everyone at RiverCrest for making our day so special!

We randomly visited unannounced one night just to check out their ballroom and reception area - and from that moment, we felt so welcomed by the staff we met! We then emailed them for more info and that is when we got in touch with Michele. For some background, while we are from the area, we currently live in England, and we knew planning a wedding from abroad during a pandemic would have its challenges. Michele is exactly the kind of support we were looking for - she was SO responsive and so organized - and was a big part of the reason we chose RiverCrest! She was so supportive throughout our entire wedding planning process, had answers to all of our questions, and always was accommodating to schedule tours, tastings, etc. around our limited trips back to PA. Additionally, they have a great package and are really a one stop shop - so many great food options and especially the cocktail hour! They also just recently renovated and their ballroom looks stunning, as does the bridal suite which was a great spot for our very large bridal party to hang out day of. The ballroom is spacious and the dance floor is huge, and there also is outdoor space by the pool. Our day of coordinators were incredible - especially Shayna who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all day and night - whether it was bringing us waters when we were out in the summer heat or making us a plate of cocktail hour food to try all of the different options in the bridal suite before venturing out into cocktail hour - she really made us feel like royalty, exactly how we wanted to feel on our wedding day. Our parents were also extremely impressed with the service and support received on the day of the wedding. Guests left complimenting everything from the food to the service to the beauty of the venue - we had numerous guests say it was the nicest wedding they have ever been to (including the parents of the groom)!

They recently upgraded the beautiful ball room and bridal suite which made the perfect spot to get ready the morning of your wedding. It has plenty of space for makeup artists and hairdressers. My husband & I booked rivercrest over two years ago and from that moment on the wedding coordinator, Michele, was extremely responsive, compassionate, and professional. The customer service at rivercrest is unmatched. Michele, Mark, and Shayna helped execute our wedding flawlessly. Special shout out to Shayna who sewed my bustle of my dress for me at the reception when we had a little hiccup! As the bride and groom you do not have to worry about a single thing on your big day except to enjoy it at rivercrest. The staff continuously checked on our parents and grandparents and those extra efforts meant a lot to us. The food was absolutely delicious, from cocktail hour to entrees to desserts. Our guests are continuing to rave about rivercrests unique selection of stationed cocktail hour. So many of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. My husband & I can 100% vouch for that. We wish we could relive the special day rivercrest helped us create but we will hold onto our memories created there forever!!

I actually found Rivercrest on the knot while I was looking. It’s about an hour from my house but I thought why not take the drive to look at it. When we saw it, we already loved it and this was before the renovations. Rivercrest is now so gorgeous and I couldn’t have had a better wedding day. During the planning process Michelle was quick to respond to any email/question I had. The staff from start to finish was amazing. Day of anything if I needed they had done for me. I actually found Rivercrest on the knot while I was looking. It’s about an hour from my house but I thought why not take the drive to look at it. When we saw it, we already loved it and this was before the renovations. Rivercrest is now so gorgeous and I couldn’t have had a better wedding day. During the planning process Michelle was quick to respond to any email/question I had. The staff from start to finish was amazing. Day of anything if I needed they had done for me. The bridal suite was perfect for my bridesmaids, family and myself to get ready and the attendants were so kind and accommodating. The day went smoothly and according to planned. I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend this beautiful location for your wedding day.

We have a relative who is in a band that plays at weddings - he’s been to over 500, and said Rivercrest by far has the best food he’s ever had at a wedding. The staff was so attentive throughout the entire planning process, and the day of they took care of every detail so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing except enjoying our wedding day! We could not be happier with our decision to have our reception at Rivercrest, and will be forever grateful that we trusted them to host the wedding of our dreams!

The food, drinks, staff, just everything was literally THE BEST! The amount of compliments we have been getting since the night of the wedding until now is insane. Even though it is only 2.5 weeks after our wedding, I imagine those compliments are going to come for years upon years. We literally cannot stop talking about our wedding day. I cried so much, happy tears of course, at the end. You CANNOT go wrong booking with Rivercrest. I truly believe they are the best of the best.

RiverCrest was an easy YES for both of us as soon as we toured with Michele! They were super easy to work with and very responsive, no isn't a word we heard often - maybe at all! Our wedding was originally supposed to be in January of 2021, but we had to push it due to the pandemic. It was a really difficult decision but RiverCrest made the process really simply and were happy to talk through our decision with us.The ball room & private bridal suite were both just remodeled in 2021 and are gorgeous! The bridal suite is the perfect retreat when you need a few minutes to yourselves! It's large enough for you to get ready in and even has salon style chairs so you're not tripping over each other in a hotel room the day of the wedding. The food was incredible! All of our guest raved about cocktail hour! A fan favorite was the tater tot bar - including the metal martini glasses for serving. Our day of coordinators were amazing. You're pulled in a million directions on the day but they were a total joy to work with. I truly cannot recommend RiverCrest highly enough!!

A special shoutout to Mark the banquet manager, he was exceptional, so polite, and helpful. Same for the bridal suite attendant as well. They run a tight ship, and you feel like a princess. Excellent customer service! I also appreciated that when you look at their banquet packages- the price listed is inclusive of the PA tax + gratuity tax. Choose RiverCrest! My husband, David, and I had our ceremony and reception at RiverCrest in September. I cannot say enough about how great all the staff members are! We started our wedding experience by working with Michele Daddona, and from the very beginning she was very responsive and attentive. Michele helped us through the planning process each step of the way, specifically with the unique concerns of planning a wedding during a pandemic. The planning process went very smoothly, and Michele helped us to stay on track with all deadlines.The night before our planned rehearsal, there was major flooding in the Phoenixville area, and Michele was unable to make it in for the rehearsal. She quickly found a replacement to ensure our rehearsal and drop off would go as planned. Mark stepped in and did not skip a beat. He walked through everything with us very thoroughly, and we left the rehearsal confident the event would go smoothly. Finally our wedding day arrived, and we were greeted by multiple staff members with professionalism and excellent customer service. The bridal suite was an amazing spot to get ready and start off the day. The venue itself is immaculate, and the recent renovations only made it more spectacular. The ceremony and reception went very smoothly. I did not have to worry about the timeline as Mark, Jess, and the other staff took care of this for us. I work in the event industry, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the amazing customer service we received throughout our experience with RiverCrest. Choosing RiverCrest was the best decision we could have made!

The planning process went very smoothly, and Michele helped us to stay on track with all deadlines.The night before our planned rehearsal, there was major flooding in the Phoenixville area, and Michele was unable to make it in for the rehearsal. She quickly found a replacement to ensure our rehearsal and drop off would go as planned. Mark stepped in and did not skip a beat. He walked through everything with us very thoroughly, and we left the rehearsal confident the event would go smoothly. Finally our wedding day arrived, and we were greeted by multiple staff members with professionalism and excellent customer service. The bridal suite was an amazing spot to get ready and start off the day. The venue itself is immaculate, and the recent renovations only made it more spectacular. The ceremony and reception went very smoothly. I did not have to worry about the timeline as Mark, Jess, and the other staff took care of this for us. I work in the event industry, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the amazing customer service we received throughout our experience with RiverCrest. Choosing RiverCrest was the best decision we could have made!

We knew the first time visiting that it was the place for us. The venue itself is gorgeous and the wedding consultant, Michele was just fabulous. Having to make changes to our wedding because of COVID-19 was not fun, but the RiverCrest was supportive and willing to work with us. The actual wedding day itself, was better than we imagined. The food was fantastic, everything was on time, and the team was great and very attentive. Shayna, who took care of us really made sure we got time to rest and really kept us on schedule and always was checking on us. Every person we have spoken with since the wedding said it was an amazing time and what a beautiful venue. We truly couldn’t be happier with the RiverCrest and are so happy we made wonderful memories at a great venue! If you have your wedding with the RiverCrest, I promise you won’t be disappointed. Secondly, we had to postpone twice thru the pandemic and their planning team (we planned with Michele) couldn't have possibly been more helpful and supportive in what were very stressful times. She was not just our planner, but our confidant, our therapist, and our friend. Third, hello amazing food! This is not your typical pre-cook and reheat wedding food. This is fresh, high quality food prepared with love, like your grandma would. People are still raving, months later, about the food. Feedback that my parents received was that our wedding was the best anyone had ever attended. Cocktail hour was mind blowing! Fourth, getting ready with my girls in the private suite was nothing short of fabulous. Our hair and makeup team was also blown away at how easy it was for them to work in this space. There were a lot of us (9) plus 3 stylists and we all had plenty of room to stretch out and relax.Our service team, David, Mark, and Brendan, didn't miss a beat with the rest of the servers and our personal attendant, Taylor, the rest of the night. We were able to just enjoy our night with family and friends and not worry about a single thing.My first bit of advice is to BOOK. THIS. VENUE. Even if it means giving up a date that you think you absolutely must have to select a date that they do have available. You won't have a single regret. My second bit of advice is to extend your reception time. It goes so fast. SO FAST. Beyond that, you cannot go wrong at RiverCrest!

Simply put, RiverCrest is an amazing place for a wedding venue. I had been to RiverCrest as a guest for different events but visiting it again with my now husband for a potential wedding venue, it was an easy yes. From the beginning stages of planning with Mary to postponing due to the pandemic and working with Michele, it was a wonderful experience. Michele was helpful and she took the time to have a phone call to go over last minute details and ease my anxiety building up in the days before the wedding. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff that worked that day. Shayna was the day of attendant and she was absolutely wonderful! She anticipated any need before I could even think of it. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. I keep hearing positive stories from guests about things the staff did to go out of their way to help someone. One thing I have to mention is they made sure to find a sturdy arm chair for my grandfather to sit in for the dinner. I saw them help him several times and the staff was so friendly and attentive. Many of our guests have shared how much fun they had and how much they enjoyed all of the delicious food! Plus the dance floor is the largest one we have ever seen for a wedding and guests definitely enjoyed it!

From the moment we toured to dealing with planning, post-poning, and rescheduling during a pandemic to our picture perfect day- Rivercrest was helpful and supportive every step of the way. Michele was AMAZING to work with- personable, friendly, and offered the perfect advice! I had an extremely supportive friend that was always quick to response when I was stressing about all the ups and downs of being a covid bride. When we met to plan the logistic with the day of staff, they had everything planned down perfectly- I can honestly say there were no wedding day issues because they handled everything! From the moment the bridal party arrived for our reception, we were treated like royalty. They anticipated my needs (food, escorting to get pictures, ensuring I ate dinner while it was still warm etc.) before I realized what I needed. Guests are still raving today about the beautiful ballroom, excellent service, and top notch food! I hope I can go to a wedding at Rivercrest soon so I can enjoy the amazing experience as a guest. I would 100% recommend RiverCrest Golf Club to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding. Our ceremony and reception here were amazing! Words cannot describe how truly amazing our wedding was at Rivercrest in the middle of a pandemic! From our very first meeting with Michele to our wedding day, we were provided with excellent service and accommodations. Michele was always a phone call or email away with all of the ups and downs (which were many!) with COVID and changing restrictions. The staff was extremely prepared and exceptional with cleanliness and following COVID precautions to make all of our guests feel safe. All of our guests raved about the beautiful space and amazing food. I would not hesitate to recommend Rivercrest to anyone!

Where to begin.... from the minute our tour started with Michele (Wedding Specialist) and on; we were given EXCEPTIONAL service. My husband and I enjoyed planning every detail with Michele (who never once made us feel pressured; she thoroughly listened to everything we were looking for and wanted for our big day). Our original wedding date was 3-21-2020; we were forced to postpone 6 days before our wedding. Talk about stressful! We then had to postpone 3 different dates due to COVID. RiverCrest could not have been more accommodating when having to reschedule numerous times. Michele was always there to be the voice of reason and the only one who was able to calm my nerves ensuring everything was going to work out and be okay. FINALLY, on our fourth date set in place (8-14-2020) RiverCrest hosted the most AMAZING outdoor wedding for us. From getting ready in the bridal suite (which by the way is huge), to the set up and serving us and our guests like Kings and Queens, it was an absolute DREAM. Our guests ranted and raved about the service and food. Also, every person there had acknowledged the overall cleanliness and COVID precautions taken by the staff. My husband and I truly could not speak any more highly of Rivercrest, Michele and every single one of the staff members who played a role in our big day! It was perfection!

We had our Covid wedding at RiverCrest this past July and let me tell you, it was what dreams are made of. Not only were they able to create a beautiful and safe area for us to have our reception, the wedding team did everything in their power to make sure we had the most perfect day. They were wonderful to work with during the entire planning process; any question we had, big or small, Michele did not hesitate to get back to us right away. I would recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married. Not only is it a beautiful place with lovely views for photos, it also has an amazing staff who will do everything they can to make your day exceptional!

We just got married on 11/14/2020 and it truly was the best day of my life! Obviously given the pandemic - planning a wedding was not the easiest thing I’ve ever done. However, Michele was such a pleasure to work with! She was so responsive and supportive during everything. Answering all our questions and even there just to send some support on the rough days. The team we had the day of the wedding were just as wonderful - I didn’t stress about a single thing. They ensured it was all taken care of! The food, the terrace, the ballroom - all of it was exactly what we wanted! I could not recommend RiverCrest enough!

I knew 10 years ago I was going to get married at Rivercrest. I had been to numerous events at Rivercrest and everything was perfect. The first time we went to speak to Mary about the venue, we felt like we were family. They made everything so smooth that the stress leading up to the big day and on the big day was minimal. On our wedding day, everything was perfect. There was no stress and all of the staff members were wonderful. If we ever need to have a formal event again, we will definitely be going back to Rivercrest.

I knew 10 years ago I was going to get married at Rivercrest. I had been to numerous events at Rivercrest and everything was perfect. The first time we went to speak to Mary about the venue, we felt like we were family. They made everything so smooth that the stress leading up to the big day and on the big day was minimal. On our wedding day, everything was perfect. There was no stress and all of the staff members were wonderful. If we ever need to have a formal event again, we will definitely be going back to Rivercrest.

What a venue! From the elegant ceremony space, to the gorgeous picture views, to the comfortable cocktail area, to the perfect ballroom, Rivercrest made the most special day of our lives fulfill all of our visions of what our wedding could be. We planned the big day with the help of Michele, who made the process so much easier than anticipated. During each planning meeting, whether it was a food tasting or my wife, Courtney, and I practicing our first dance on the ballroom floor a few days before the wedding, Michele ensured our happiness with each decision, made sure all of our bases were covered, and had fun with us along the way.Our coordinator the night of the wedding was Hekmet, and he was one of the most laid back yet competent event organizers I have seen. We had several moments where our planned timings were off, and Hekmet adjusted seamlessly, all while checking in with us in a completely relaxed manner. To be able to handle everything while not being overbearing to my wife and I during the evening could not have been an easy task.If you take all of this and add terrific food and a wonderful vendor recommendation list, I could not think of a better place to celebrate a marriage. For any looking for a venue, Rivercrest should be at the top of the list for consideration.

I cannot stress enough how amazing RiverCrest Golf Club was for my wedding. I just got married on March 7, 2020 and I am still dreaming of our day. The whole team at RiverCrest was incredible. They made every dream become a reality. Their food is to die for...absolutely amazing. Our guests won't stop talking about all the appetizers and main course meals. The venue is gorgeous. Our day was magical from start to finish and it’s the entire teams extensive attention to detail that ensured this.The team: Wedding Planner Michele was a dream to work with, and from start to finish did everything she could to make our vision and dream come to life. “No”was a word we didn’t hear when it came to planning our big day there. She was helpful and kind and supportive and truly the best resource for planning your wedding. Kanari was our day of wedding planner and coordinator and ensured our extensive decor was set up perfectly! We had so much decor with our winter wonderland wedding theme and Michele and Kanari went through each thing we brought and what it’s purpose was so day of everything came together exactly how I dreamed and more. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing your vision and theme come to life and they both ensured that happened! The cocktail hour we had in our guests words was legendary! The food from start to finish was out of this world and we couldn’t have been happier with everything. The serving staff the entire night really looked out for us and made us and my family feel so special and taken care of they anticipated all of our needs before we realized what we needed! Our server Patti made sure we were well fed all night and we never had an empty drink.I truly could go on forever but when planning your wedding you need a village to pull it off and ensure it goes to plan and Rivercrest truly is the village you want around you. The moment we walked in my fiancé knew this was where he wanted to get married. Working with Michele made me feel like we weren't even planning a wedding it was such a breeze. Rehearsal night we warned them something would go wrong and it did! I got there 45 minutes before the ceremony was to start and did not have hair or make up done. My husband and our flower girl (daughter) arrived 5 minutes late. The whole team was amazing with our guests while they waited and with us as we were getting ready after an already stressful day. Our guests are still raving about the mashed potato bar! We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important date in our lives!!!

Cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had at RiverCrest for our wedding. Mary, our coordinator, was fantastic and offered us guidance throughout the entire planning process. She was flexible with us, as we do not live locally to the venue, so our available time to meet with her was limited. She was incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls and there was no request of ours that was too much for her to handle!! The venue is beautiful, perfect for those people who want a nice, clean, traditional style. On the day of our wedding, we were greeted personally by Our day-of coordinator and other members of the team. Hikmet absolutely spoiled us and waited on us hand and foot the entire night. The team flawlessly executed the night as we had planned it, and even went to great lengths to pack up all of our belongings at the end of the night!! RiverCrest made it possible for my husband and I to truly enjoy our night and focus on each other and our wedding. Also, we received a TON of compliments about the food, especially the cocktail hour!

WOW !!!! It is very difficult to put into words how pleased we are with the Rivercrest and Michele. The level of customer service we received from beginning to the end was off the charts. Michele took her time to help us make decisions and guide us through the event planning, she made it easy. The level of service that our guests received the day of the event was second to done. WOW !!!! It is very difficult to put into words how pleased we are with the Rivercrest and Michele. The level of customer service we received from beginning to the end was off the charts. Michele took her time to help us make decisions and guide us through the event planning, she made it easy. The level of service that our guests received the day of the event was second to done. It was as if our guests were at a special dinner not part of a big reception. I would highly recommend Rivercrest with out any reservations. THANK YOU !!!!

Rivercrest was absolutely the best venue for our wedding and I am so happy we selected them. My parents and I went to look for venues before I even had a ring - my husband and I were together for 8 years at the time and I wanted to make sure we got the perfect venue and date. When we walked into Rivercrest it just felt right. Having the ceremony outside between the rockwall waterfall and pool was absolutely perfect for our beach themed wedding. We had the best staff for our wedding Mary (wedding specialist), Konare (banquet manager), and Bernessa (bridal attendant).During the planning process Mary was very responsive and was able to answer any and all questions. She also did a great job coordinating with all of the other vendors. I loved working with Mary because like me she is very detail oriented. She made sure that everything came together perfectly.We met Konare when we dropped off all of our wedding stuff the night of the rehearsal. Prior to the rehearsal, Mary and Konare walked us through the entire layout and schedule for the day of the wedding and we also went through all wedding supplies to go over proper setup. After that meeting I was confident that everything was under control. Konare did a great job of running the rehearsal and making sure the entire bridal party was comfortable and knew what they had to do. The day of Konare was checking in to make sure we were good.At Rivercrest we also had our bridal attendant Bernessa. The whole wedding day she made sure that I had everything I needed. In the afternoon she brought my bridesmaids and I drinks and food and during pictures she made sure I had water and was staying hydrated.We received so many compliments on our wedding the venue was gorgeous and the food was fantastic :)Our wedding was the best day of our lives and Rivercrest pulled everything off flawlessly, we can't thank them enough <3
