Roberts Mansion Reviews
Keenan H(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 31-08-2019 After experiencing our wedding at the beautful Roberts Mansion and having been treated to the amazing service of venue manager, Denise, we are humbled by Roberts Mansion's fantastic offerings. Denise acted as our day-of coordinator, the package included use of tables, chairs, and a treasure trove of decorative items they've collected over the years, and we found items that fit our theme perfectly. The venue is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and go the extra mile to see to it you're well taken care of. We corresponded with Denise for 8 months over phone, email, and FaceTime as we are from out of the area. She was incredibly responsive, gave great advice, and let us bounce wedding preparation ideas off of her. We highly recommend Roberts Mansion. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day. Thank you for such incredible service, you made our day extraordinary and memorable for many years to come!~Jack & Keenan ~ Reviewed on 12-09-2019
Michelle Ross(parent)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-06-2019 Denise and her staff did a phenomenal job! From the day we scheduled a viewing of the mansion & property and throughout the planning stages Denise (wedding coordinator/business owner) was great help. Our daughter lives local, however we are out of state, so we stayed at the Mansion as well. Such a beautiful home with well appointed suites. Denise assisted us with the selection of floral that we purchased, and they took over and handled the decorating !!! They have several serving trays, candle holders, fine china, wedding arch, and SO MANY other accessories that most venues don't provide including a coordinator. They were very accommodating as we hosted a rehearsal dinner on the property with full use of the main kitchen and laundry room. The wedding & reception went very smoothly and we received several compliments about the staff and venue itself. I highly recommend this venue, you will be VERY happy with your choice to book. Cassandra Tuttle(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-06-2018 Best day of our lives, and the mansion was a HUGE part of that. I highly recommend holding your rehearsal dinner here and staying the night with your bridesmaids. It was the all inclusive experience, and I was the most relaxed and happy bride the whole weekend.Denise took over as the new owner in just a few weeks before our wedding and made so many beautiful updates and improvements, I felt like we ended up getting a lot more for our money. The bridesmaid's makeup room was so much fun with it's built in mimosa bar, great lighting, and lots of mirrors. I stayed the night with my bridesmaids so we were able to wake up and have breakfast there(provided by my Maid of Honor who happens to be a caterer). I spent the day being waited on hand and foot while sipping champagne and enjoying the breathtaking mansion all to ourselves. The grounds are perfectly situated. The circular layout provides perfect flow for a bar station, food station, and lots of socializing. The grounds are small enough to keep things intimate, and the \"secret garden\" is a huge plus! One of my favorite memories is escaping behind those hedges immediately after the ceremony to sign our certificate, sneak some kisses, and drink a beer! We used the pergola and the brick floor as our \"dance floor\" which was a little small, but our guests had not problem spilling out onto the surrounding grass. I prefer a crowded dance floor anytime! When we started shopping venues I really thought I wanted a rustic barn wedding. However, we realized that all the good barn locations are an hour or more outside of Spokane. The mansion is conveniently located downtown for easy transportation and use of Uber or Lyft. In addition, somehow my wedding ended up coinciding with Browne's Addition \"Art in the Park\ Reviewed on 09-10-2018
Rachel Kauffman(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-06-2018 We LOVED our wedding at the Roberts Mansion. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, and we had the best time. Denise and her team were excellent to work with. The changes they are making are great. The mansion is beautiful, the upstairs areas to get ready in are fun and accommodating. There are so many cute touches that Denise does for the wedding, from providing the juice for mimosas, having an awesome welcome sign, to being willing to get things we may have needed, she was awesome. I love the many great places for photos for not only us but for our guests. We liked how the venue was outdoors and open but allowed for a lot of privacy still. The environment was relaxed and down to earth. We liked how everything was natural and classic, not overly done, or too much. The mansion and grounds are naturally beautiful so we felt no need to provide further decorations, the facilities are nice, and everything went perfectly. The location, being so close to downtown, was ideal for our out of town guests, which were many. Some were able to walk to the venue from where they stayed, and others took advantage of Uber. We even had our rehearsal dinner at the mansion, directly after our rehearsal, and that was great. I felt like we were truly able to appreciate the venue and spend time there. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding or event. I seriously cannot express how much fun we had.I figured I would have fun at my wedding, but I expected more stress and that I would be too busy saying hi to everyone to fully enjoy the day, However, we both felt relaxed, we had time to talk to people, and we were able to enjoy our wedding with a lot of laughs and fun. There isn't a thing I would have changed, and Denise, her staff, our amazing wedding party, and the Roberts Mansion are a huge reason why the day was a success. Reviewed on 07-07-2018
