As the mother of four daughters, and finally the fourth wedding, I cannot say enough good about Rolling Meadows Ranch. They were very professional. They got back with me quickly when I had a question. The place is gorgeous! It was clean and there was no trace of having had a wedding there the day before. They were not pushy about anything. The price was middle of the road when we compared, but the entire experience was high end! We could not have asked for a better place to have a wedding. I would recommend it to anyone.

We chose Rolling Meadows Ranch for our wedding venue on 08/19/23 and were absolutely thrilled with our decision. They did an incredible job setting up our event and our ceremony outside, and assisted with everything we needed on our day. The venue looked so good and the guests loved the patio with our cigar bar, and the overall venue itself. Everything went so great, and Rolling Meadows was always quick and responsive to any questions or help that we needed with planning and setting up our event. They also let us come in the day before to set things up which took a ton of the edge off as far as stress is concerned. We loved Rolling Meadows Ranch as our venue! We had a family member get married there and went for an open house, someone had cancelled on our date so we got a discount and Cheryl was our staff member in attendance that day and she really just went above and beyond helping us set up and tear down and make sure everyone was where they needed to be. She even helped us get the processional timed right with everyone which was just way above what she was there to do. We loved her and had a beautiful venue!

I would 1,000% recommend having your wedding at Rolling Meadows Ranch! This is the most stunning venue because it's situated away from any busy roads and is in the beautiful countryside of Lebanon, Ohio. Kelly and the other workers for Rolling Meadows Ranch are so easy and helpful to work with. We had our wedding this June and were able to get married in their pretty wooded area near their pond, cocktail hour was on their newly done outdoor patio, and our reception was indoors in their stunning, rustic barn. We loved working with Rolling Meadows Ranch!

I give this venue an excellent review for 5 reasons:1. The staff you will work with is so detailed oriented - no request is too big or too small. I emailed them many times with changes and they were more than happy to accommodate.2. The barn is huge and gorgeous - when we arrived everything was setup exactly as I had requested it. The kitchen is a little small and they do not have a warmer for the food. However, these were just little things the caterers had to work around.3. The property is breathtaking, it was a beautiful day - not too hot, our guests enjoyed walked around the property enjoying their desserts. They have two fire pits that they started up at sunset. This made for great conversation areas for our guests.4. Golf carts were provided for our guests that needed assistance to the barn.5. Tons of parkingThank you Rolling Meadows Ranch for making our day truly special.

When I saw this venue on their website I knew they were special, and when we did a video tour (cause we’re from out of town) we were sold! Rolling Meadows Ranch is an exceptionally gorgeous venue that you’re going to want to have for your wedding day. Personally, it has everything you could ever look for in a wedding venue. A gorgeous reception area with lots of spacious room for guests and vendors, beautiful string lights, a hybrid of rustic and classic elegance, the utility of really quality get-ready rooms for the bridal party and groom party, air conditioning, an outdoor space with a new fountain perfect for a photo moment, a really lovely wooded spot for the ceremony, rocking chairs stretched around the porch and fire pits. And the people who work there are amazing, Kelly and Cheryl are super kind and very informative and so helpful from day one. Literally I cannot sing RMR’s praises enough, they’re a fantastic venue to book with and I’m so grateful that I did, and you should too! <3

Rolling Meadows Ranch was the most amazing venue for the vision we had for our wedding. We wanted rustic but comfortable for all our guests. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the meadow with 300 guests on September 9th. Everything was still very green. Cheryl, the day of support person kept things moving smoothly. We worked with Kelly from our initial tour through our wedding day. She was so quick to respond to any question I had in the planning process. I would highly recommend Rolling Meadows to any couple. The only down side was a small bridal suite but we booked the Kingsley School house, as recommended by our photographer, to stay the night before and get ready in the day of!

Rolling Meadows was the BEST VENUE ever. Prior to the wedding, Kelly was always so kind, helpful, and responsive. She answered every single question I had & always gave me peace of mind for the small things. The people working with RMR are so amazing & are there to support you before the wedding, during the rehearsal, and even all day during the ceremony/reception. Guests still are telling me how beautiful the venue was. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

We had my daughter's wedding here and hired Kelly as our coordinator. Rolling Meadows is beautiful and Kelly was amazing. I'm pretty sure she could read our minds and was on top of everything 2 seconds before it was out of our mouths. The wedding was supposed to be outside, but due to weather had to be moved inside. Not a problem. Kelly made it beautiful and no one even knew that we had to change plans. We had problems with our flowers. Not a problem for Kelly. She made it work. I can't say enough about her.

This venue is beautiful and there are so many things they offer to make your special day exactly what you want it to be! Although it rained on our wedding day and we had to move our ceremony inside, the change was quick and easy and everything ended up perfect! I highly recommend Rolling Meadows Ranch!

Absolutely beautiful! We got so many compliments about how pretty the grounds and venue was. The bridal suite fit my 5 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, myself, and 3 artists just fine. The grooms suite was perfect for the guys to get ready in and watch tv to relax before the ceremony. Kelly was also so organized and helpful through the entire process! Angela, who was there to help us throughout the day was amazing! She would check in with us and was always easily found if we had a question. This is an amazing place to get married! Highly Recommend!

It is unfortunate I am having to write this email after my wedding. However, there seems to be not only a lapse in communication but a disconnect in roles and responsibilities at this venue. With that said, I did want to express some things that I am unfortunately rather dissatisfied with. I was told nobody would be entering the venue after my wedding rehearsal on Thursday evening. Therefore,I felt comfortable bringing in items simply to store. 20 minutes before my rehearsal time even technically ended, a large number of people started to enter the venue. Not only was I shocked by them entering during our rehearsal time but they were incredibly disruptive as they did not attempt to stay out of the way, talked very loudly where we could not even hear what was going on around us, etc. We kindly asked the venue coordinator what was going on and asked her if she could please take care of the situation. This did not happen. It escalated to the point where I, the bride, had to step in and say something. This was incredibly frustrating and completely interfered with not only my rehearsal time but myself and my family/guests experience as a whole. It should have 1) been communicated to me that others were entering and I would have secured my stuff in a different way and 2) been handled differently by the venue coordinator as this was clearly during my rehearsal time. This was incredibly unprofessional and ended with both parties having a disrupted and a negative experience.I would also like to state my unfortunate dissatisfaction with the venue coordinator. I completely understand her need to be there but I did not hire her for wedding coordination services, as I understand that was an extra service for $1,000. There were countless times she interfered with the flow and organization of my wedding when I thought I made it clear I had my own wedding coordinator that I wished to run the show. There is of course the situation I explained above. She also took my DJs planning sheet which then turned into him getting things mixed up. She handed off my tablecloths to the catering staff when they did not belong to them. She told my officiant to enter the reception prior to when he was supposed to and when he tried to explain he didn't think he should enter yet her words were \"whatever just go\". She threw away my husband's plate of food that he stashed in his getting-ready room to eat in solitude due to the emotional event of his dad at the reception. My coordinator was constantly clearing up her messes, messes she made when I had asked her to do none of these things. I am not dismissing her as a person so please know this, but I paid for a service having my wedding at your venue and all of these situations could have been avoided if the venue coordinator would have stayed in her lane or simply communicated with myself or my coordinator prior to her acting.It is a BEAUTIFUL venue but with all these mishaps I feel the need to express to save someone else the headache.

My husband and I were so happy that we chose Rolling Meadows Ranch for our wedding venue a couple months ago. Kelly and Cheryl did an amazing job at making sure our wedding went smoothly. I really appreciated all of the emails and meetings with Kelly to make sure everything went smoothly, to help me figure out my vision, and to give advice on what other brides in the past. Kelly was so helpful on day before to update the layout to fit our changing guest count, locate the items we were missing, and give advice. Since there was no wedding the day before, we were able to get in the venue to decorate the space. This was important to me because I wanted to be a part of the details of getting the venue decorated just so. I know that many brides use this popular venue but throughout the process, Kelly make me feel special and one of a kind!Cheryl was great! From touring the place with us, to being present for the rehearsal, to being there for the big day to make sure everything was taken care of, Cheryl made sure our wedding was a success. She drove us around in a golf cart during cocktail hour to take photos around the property. The sunset photos in the field turned out so well!Kelly and Cheryl really helped us through the wedding planning process and made sure that our wedding was a night to remember. The venue and property are beautiful and was the perfect location for our formal winter wedding. Definitely recommend Rolling Meadows Ranch and their wonderful workers!

We loved Rolling Meadows Ranch. Our wedding was in December 2021. We looked at several venues and they just didn't have what we were looking for. We were wanting a beautiful inside, a place to have the wedding and reception, flat layout (no steps), wide open space, onsite bridal suite, beautiful outside for pictures, easy parking for our guests, etc. We were able to check all of these items off the list. The process of working with Kelly was smooth and easy. The day of went great and they were very helpful with any questions I had. I loved the fact we could re-arrange to make the tables where we wanted them and to get all of our decorations how we wanted them to be. I highly recommend Rolling Meadows for your wedding venue.

Choosing Rolling Meadows Ranch was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue. Throughout the entire planning process, Kelly was extremely communicative, friendly, flexible, professional, and warm. She was great about answering my many questions along the way, and she offered so many helpful suggestions in terms of reception room setup, timeline planning, vendor recommendations, etc. She and her team were ROCKSTARS on the day-of as well; we chose the Day-Of Coordinator add-on through the venue. They were amazing in helping set up decorations, working with the vendors as they arrived, and overall, just helping the day run smoothly. We had such a positive experience with Kelly and RMR; we definitely recommend using them for your wedding.

It was a cold and rainy day and we were still able to get some beautiful pictures both inside and on the surrounding porch. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect and easy. I can't say enough good things about Kelly and this venue! Kelly was also our day of coordinator (which I highly recommend having) and she went above and beyond for us! She is always there to answer your questions throughout the planning process and give you suggestions along the way. All the stress was taken off of me leading up to wedding day, knowing that she was there to take care of all the final touches! Our wedding guests wouldn't stop commenting on how perfect the venue was! 10/10 recommend having your wedding at Rolling Meadows Ranch :)

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! Rolling Meadows Ranch was the perfect venue to use for our wedding and it was absolutely stunning!! During the planning process, my husband and I worked with Kelly and she was always so responsive to answering our questions and helped ease the whole process. On the day of our wedding, we were given Lauren to work with and I have so many great things to say about her. Lauren definitely went above and beyond from helping us set up the venue, lighting our candles, organizing our processional, holding my dress for me as we walked through the meadows, and even picking out bugs that got stuck in the tulle of my dress during pictures. Those were just some of the things Lauren did behind the scenes that helped our wedding and reception run seamlessly. You will not be disappointed when choosing Rolling Meadows Ranch for your special day!

We absolutely LOVED working with Rolling Meadows. We started our planning process amidst the pandemic and knew we had to book quickly in order to get what we wanted. Kelly was incredibly responsive with every questions we had, she helped us think of things we hadn't thought of! She was so kind and supported and EXCITED for us as we got ready to celebrate our big day. Cheryl was a great help at the rehearsal and the day of and she worked so well with all of our vendors and my day of coordinator. This place really cares for its couples and we felt the love throughout the entire process. We got so many compliments at the beauty of the venue and the grounds throughout the night. Originally we had planned to have an outdoor ceremony, but the weather had other ideas and they worked diligently to accomodate it all at the last minute and they were super encouraging in helping us figure out the best way to handle a plan B. I'm so thankful for how smooth and easy they made everything and I would recommend them 1000x over to anyone who asks. Thank you Rolling Meadows!!

When visiting this venue I immediately fell in love with the atmosphere and feel that the venue provided. Little did I know just how AMAZING the people at the venue would be. kelly helped calm me down and make me feel alright MULTIPLE times and was always extremely quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The day before my wedding I ran into a conflict with a vendor and Kelly quickly called her team and acquaintances to help me find a solution and I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for her, her team, and this venue. Thank you for being such an amazing team and providing my husband and I such an amazing wedding

We visited this venue in the middle of the pandemic. The staff were easy to work with, responded to emails and kept in contact. The day of the wedding the staff was available to answer any questions and help with table/chair rearrangement. They shuttled the guests that needed assistance down to the wedding site and brought them back to the building afterwards. We had no issues at all. The addition of the two fire pits were very nice and utilized by our guests. Got the deposit back within days after the wedding.

I don't even know where to begin! If you are looking for the dreamiest venue on the most beautiful property, Rolling Meadows Ranch is your place! Not only is this venue breathtaking, but it’s staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met. I had the best time working with Kelly. She was always SO RESPONSIVE to all emails! Even when I had a crazy idea, she was always willing to go above and beyond to work with me. In addition to Kelly, Cheryl and Don were so amazing to have on our wedding day. They truly care about their clients and are so helpful with everything. They go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is everything you imagine. Kelly and Donnie were great to work with. Kelly responded to all of my emails almost immediately, including when she wasn't there. They gave us great recommendations for vendors and the best way to set up. They were accommodating and if something started to not go as planned they quickly fixed it. A young guest fell at our wedding and had to go to the ER. Donnie made sure to make them a dinner plate and keep it aside until they returned! All of our guests loved the venue and made comments on how beautiful it was! Rolling Meadows made my dream of an elegant yet rustic wedding come true!

The perfect venue for our big day! The day of the wedding their staff was there to make sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to ensure our day was everything we imagined. Rolling meadows went above and beyond. The day of staff was amazing driving us around for pictures, changing out the trash, and adjusting the temperature. We were a covid couple and we are so glad we chose rolling meadows and were able to be adjusted as necessary! We did move our reception date but it ended up being perfect. We can’t say enough about the staff, communication, and professionalism! Thank you guys again 💕

From the moment we toured the venue, we knew the Ranch was the reception venue for us. We were sold on the rustic charm, and met Kelly, who runs the Ranch. From day one Kelly had everything under control. You can tell she prides herself in making each couple feel special and fulfilling their needs for their special day. Even in the midst of the chaos of 2020, Kelly had a strong hold on her business, helped steer us to continue our wedding as scheduled, and even expanded the Ranch with a beautiful new outdoor area with 2 bonfire pits. She was always responsive to any inquiry, able to accommodate meetings effortlessly, and even personally drove us around on a golf cart for photos on our wedding day, which made exploring the vast property effortless in the July heat and heels. If you are thinking of having your wedding here, stop thinking. The venue is gorgeous and you're in good hands.

I wish I could give Rolling Meadows Ranch 100 stars, 5 just doesn’t seem like enough. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Kelly was amazing to work with from the very beginning. Originally my daughters wedding was supposed to be in May. We had to postpone due to Covid. Her wedding was this past Friday and Kelly and the entire staff were so helpful and accommodating. I can not say enough good things about this venue. I highly recommend them!!!

We are SO happy with our decision to have our wedding at Rolling Meadows! The venue is absolutely beautiful and Kelly was so easy and fun to work with. We received so many compliments on the venue itself. It also doesn't hurt that you can bring in all your own alcohol!! HIGHLY recommend.

Kelly and Rolling Meadows Ranch saved our wedding day. We were forced to relocate our wedding celebration just one month before our big day. Needless to say, we were in a HUGE crunch and Kelly stepped in to not only make our day possible, but our dreams come true. Everything was beautiful! We had our ceremony outside and reception inside - both were great, even when it sprinkled. The new patios outside are FABULOUS. Kelly was so wonderful to work with - very relaxed, communicative, and thoughtful. I highly recommend considering (and booking) this venue.

Not only was this venue absolutely gorgeous, but Kelly is also amazing to work with!!! She is extremely responsive and helps with anything you need. I was even changing our layout of the hall the week of the wedding and she did not mind at all. The barn and land itself are gorgeous! We got SO many compliments from our guests on how beautiful it was.

Absolutely stunning venue and so easy to work with. We had initially planned for an outdoor wedding but due to weather moved inside the all the staff were incredible in making our day everything we could have dreamed of. The space was perfect for guests and we got so many comments on the venue! Would highly recommend this location for brides!

Rolling Meadows is the absolute BEST! Kelly was amazing from start to finish and was so fast at answering my many questions throughout the months and week of my wedding. The venue is gorgeous and the land surrounding is the perfect backdrop for photos. We got married in the heat of August and the barn was nice and cool, all of our guests told us they were amazed that the AC was working so well! I loved that I was able to bring in my own choice of vendors because it felt like I could make our wedding truly 100% us, since we weren't required to choose a certain caterer or bar service. They also had such a big variety of rental items for us to choose from which are the cutest and pretty reasonably priced. I highly recommend this venue, it is AMAZING and you will not be disappointed!

First off Kelly was amazing from the 1st email I sent her all the way up to the wedding day she is very attentive and pays close attention to detail and does everything you ask. My wedding here was absolutely beautiful, the outdoor ceremony turned out perfect even in August there is the right amount of shade to make everyone happy. Ronnie was with us during the reception and he helped me with every little thing I needed and was so much fun. The venue is stunning itself so you don't need a whole of decorations. It's well kept, clean and has so much space that you can do anything you want. This is the perfect place for your big day and I am so happy we found it! Thank you so much Kelly and Ronnie for all your help and making our day perfect!

Rolling Meadows Ranch provides a beautiful wedding venue! We opted for an outdoor ceremony in the wooded lot and then moved inside for the reception. The venue is so beautiful that you can keep decor simple if you would like. We received so many compliments on the venue and facilities. The property provides a gorgeous background for photos.

We got married in February - it was absolutely beautiful! Our vision was rustic, warm, and romantic. It delivered on all accounts! Our guests could not stop raving about the venue and how stunning it was. There is a large TV right above the fireplace, which cannot be taken down (trust me I asked :). Therefore, if this is a bothersome to you - I would recommend asking your florist or designer to create a floral piece to \"distract the eye\" from the TV. Again, that was just my experience and preference.

I am so thankful we chose this venue to get married at ! It was absolutely gorgeous the day of (even with the rain)! The staff was unbelievably helpful and handled the day perfectly ! Ronnie was our venue coordinator the day of and was amazing ! He handled moving our wedding inside like a champ and was able to calm my nerves when I was upset about the switch. I would recommend this GORGEOUS venue to anyone!

This venue was by far the best! Everyone was so friendly, so responsive and made me feel like I was their only client (and I know they were slammed with weddings in September and October). The lady that was there the day of was so helpful and drove our photographers, videographers, and myself and my groom, all over the property to get first looks and photos! She was FANTASTIC! The venue itself is gorgeous, the pictures do not even do it justice! I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Rolling Meadows!

We got married here September 29 and we LOVED everything about this place. They helped us with everything. I am so glad we chose a place who set up tables and tablecloths because that was so helpful. We even got to take the golf cart out for sunset pictures and that was also amazing. We loved the rooms to get ready in. It was a beautiful location. Highly recommend this team!! We searched for over 60 venues before getting this one. It was meant to be as the date we asked for was the last Saturday available for the whole year. God definitely had a plan for us to be here and we got to watch His faithfulness unfold as we continued on our wedding planning process.

My wife and I got married here a couple weeks ago. The venue was gorgeous and perfectly suited our needs. Kelly was quick to answer any questions we had leading up to the wedding and make sure everything was going to be how we wanted it. Kelly and Ronnie were both very helpful throughout the day with whatever we needed them for. Our guests enjoyed the beautiful outdoor ceremony and took advantage of the nice weather to hang out outside during the reception. Beautiful, clean, and professional! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful venue! There is a helpful staff member on site the entire day. They take care of prepping the land and setting up the tables and chairs. You do have to pay an extra set up fee for outdoor chairs. Easy parking. Five star experience. Would recommend to anyone! <3 <3 <3

The planning meeting was brief yet gave us all the information needed; Caitlin and Jen answered all our questions completely. Day of the wedding was smooth, Jen got us started early in the morning and Ronnie finished up the evening with us. He was super-helpful, and we so appreciated his attention to detail throughout the night. He kept the building comfortable for us and answered any questions we had. We booked Rolling Meadows Ranch in June of 2016, before they opened and almost 2 years before our May 2018 wedding. Caitlyn did an amazing job with this venue! Kelly is an ABSOLUTE GEM! She was very accommodating throughout the whole process and had everything planned in advance so there was no worry about last minute details. She went along with my schedule which meant she was answering my questions late into the evening. They also just started introducing their linens along with a few other rental items which made for a seamless set up and take down. The venue is not only gorgeous but the staff there were so helpful in making sure that all parties were having a fantastic time! We had such an amazing day and I would recommend Rolling Meadows to any couple getting married!!

We could not possibly be happier with Rolling Meadows Ranch! This venue is all a bride and her parents could wish for and more! Jen communicated with us promptly and clearly. We were able to use or rent many of the decorative items they offer. Cheryl, our day of facilitator, was absolutely outstanding! She addressed every need, worked beautifully with our wedding planners, helped in every way possible, and was such a kind and pleasant person to work with. Here are a couple of tips: Book well in advance, the ranch is a busy place, and book your final planning visit well in advance especially if you are traveling in from out of town and have limited time.

Rolling Meadows was the perfect place to have my rustic, country wedding. The setting is located on beautiful land which supplies the perfect scenes for romantic pictures. Outdoor ceremonies are lovely here as well. You have a choice between being in front of a pond or grove of trees. I chose the grove of trees due to the sun set behind us. The staff is wonderful, especially Jen. When you pay for the venue that is what you get. Chairs, lights, and whiskey barrels are not included. Overall if I redid my wedding I would have it at Rolling Meadows time and time again.

My daughter recently got married at Rolling Meadows and I must say this is a wonderful venue. Kelly helped us the day of the wedding and she was wonderful. She was very helpful. The facility has changing rooms and ample kitchen room. We were able to do makeup and hair at the facility. My only complaint was on the rehearsal day. I did not find those employees to be very helpful. I misunderstood and thought they would tell us what to do for the outside ceremony. We were left on our own which I thought should be included Due to rental cost as it was when my son was married at a church. My daughter was very pleased with the location of her dream wedding. I would highly recommend

I attended my cousins wedding at Rolling Meadows on August 6th and I was so impressed. I arrived early to help set up and was blown away at the beautiful property. We had an employee (Kelly) greet us as soon as we arrived. The bride/groom have their own separate dressing rooms decorated beyond adorable! The facility was very clean when we arrived. We had chances of rain all day which was stressful considering the ceremony was to be outside but staff helped us to set up a plan B in the likelihood of rain. Luckily it held off for the ceremony and everything went off without a hitch. The ceremony site outside is beautiful right by the pond. After the ceremony the reception was everything we had hoped for. The facility is large and holds quite a bit of people. It's very accommodating you can tell they put a lot of time and effort into making it perfect. Staff also helped with the tv for a slideshow and lighting during the different parts of the reception. I doubt I'll ever get married but if I do I would be looking into this facility before any other in this area. Wonderful experience morning noon and night really can't say enough how pleased everyone was that day especially the bride and groom!

This is a beautiful reception venue that can accommodate a large crowd. The pros: awesome bridal and groomsman rooms to get ready in! Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning and a covered wrap around porch. Plenty of room for tables, dance floor, bar, etc. The Cons: YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING YOURSELF! Keep this in mind!! Literally everything...if you rent their ceremony chairs/arbor, you must set up and break down. Cafe lighting will be extra $ as well. The grounds have very patchy grass, dead tress and the pond is brown and a bit smelly. ( yes I could smell it as I walked down the isle) There were dead fish also that we found on rehearsal, which must be Thursday. Also, be ready for some left over flowers and things from the wedding before yours! All in all I had a great wedding and would do it again there. I just wish the grounds looked better, because you can TOTALLY tell how patchy it all is in my pictures!

I was a maid of honor, at a wedding, here, over the weekend, and I am also recently engaged, so I took notice of every detail of this venue. I really love the look of the property and barn.. it was huge and felt comfortable for the amount of guests that were there. Also, I liked getting ready in the women's dressing room, where we did our hair and had mimosas. The bride and groom seemed very very happy with the place and their wedding. I am also very satisfied with the entire event and staff. Now, I just have to pray they have my date available for next year(;

We recently had our wedding at rolling meadows ranch. WE HAD THE BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES. It is for sure a beautiful place and staff is extremely attentive. Everytime we needed something they were close and at the same time they gave us our space to enjoy our event. The staff was also very attentive with all of our vendors. I recommend this venue for any event but especially for weddings is beautiful and calm and guest will love that. They are also very clear in the contract about what it is provided and times. Since day one they were very easy to work with and provided all information needed. Thank you for having a beautiful place like rolling meadows ranch.

I'll start off with saying the venue is beautiful and I received tons of compliments but I turned right around and told guests that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I booked it sight unseen when I was living across the country and it was being built. I was told I'd be one of the first invited to see it once it was built. I waited months and checked their facebook since they never gave any updates. To my surprise, there was an event posted inviting the public to view the venue. Ok, not a huge deal but a little disappointed I didn't know that it was completed and would have to go there with 100s of people and not get to ask 1-on-1 questions. So I just emailed my questions which were promptly answered, but got disappointing answers. I remember getting an email saying they would soon be offering the chance to rent items - including chairs and lights! Those aren't included?! What did I pay $5000 for? (And that was the pre-booking discount rate.) Once I got the pricing sheet I was appalled to see that I would be charged for bistro lighting. $250.. Yes, they take down the bistro lights if you don't pay. It would be easier to offer them to every bride there and just keep them up, but no, too greedy. OH but guess what? Since I booked first I get the bar included... excuse me? The bar wouldn't have been included? I asked about an outdoor ceremony and it was $350 to use 350 of their outdoor chairs when we only needed 100. You also were responsible for breakdown. So I opted for indoor to save money since I decided to \"splurge\" on the lights. I let them know how to set up for the indoor ceremony and was told I would have to hire my own crew to move the chairs after the ceremony, that they had one person on staff not responsible for that. I have to ask my friends and family to move tables and chairs? I ended up asking my catering staff to do it and had to pay a fee... Come Thursday's rehearsal (we could only do this day since they may have other events on Friday or Sunday) I asked if there was any events over the weekend and they said no. Actually, some other company they hired to open the doors told me this. When I asked if I was able to leave a few items we had in our cars to make it easier for us on Saturday since we lived far and had multiple trips to make I was told no. If I wanted to come back the following day and pay like $400 to have them open the doors from 10a-4pm then sure I could. Forget it. I thought vendors were supposed to make this an easy, happy, time in your life? This was the only vendor that made it stressful. The vendor that was paid the most. Saturday is probably what set me off most - wedding day. I had to call the office in order to get any staff and leave voicemails to talk to someone. I had to have my catering company help me figure out how to get decor on the mantel. I had to have my DJ call the ONE person working to ask how to turn off the fireplace which she did not come do, just told him over the phone. I had to fumble with the switches to figure out how to turn things on and off. Our first dance? The lights were on since no staff was present. Halfway through my mom figured it out. It got hot and no staff so I had to go around and open every window. At the end of the night there was no one around. We cleaned up, hoped everything was to their liking to get our deposit back and pray no strangers would come in and destroy the place since no one was there to close up. I did get my deposit back quickly.. there's that.

My fiance and I were super excited to check out this venue so I go to try and make arrangements for a tour and asked if they had our date available. They responded with what must be an automated response which is fine.. but they said they can't guarantee our date until a deposit is made. - which we were already aware of. I asked again about our date and when we could tour, which weekends work better because we both work. Long story short, they never gave an up front answer about our date and they don't do tours on the weekend (group tours only.) We still went to look at this venue anyway because we loved it from the pictures. We get there and fall in love. It really is beautiful and has a lot to offer, but we come to find out they don't even have our date available or a date close to it. Not to mention, we both took off work to tour it... It was the biggest let down. Suggestion for others: Make sure they confirm whether your date(s) is available or not - I know I wish I would have. Also make sure you're booking FAR IN ADVANCE, were looking over a year and a half out and they were booked up pretty good.

Just booked my wedding date with Rolling Meadows and to say my experience was fantastic is an understatement. The owner Caitlin was so helpful and kind and showed us every last detail of the beautiful venue. Can't wait for my wedding! Thank you Rolling Meadows Ranch!

Although this place looks GORGEOUS, I had reached out to them for information and tours in which they originally told me that they tour Tuesday through Saturday on non event days. I had explained that my fiance and I work long hours during the week and requested the next Saturday that they do not have an event. She then told me they do not do Saturdays and I just went with it. I requested a later evening (because again, we work long hours) and she told me pretty much that it wasn't possible and dismissed me, telling me to have a nice day. As I said, the place looks beautiful, but I would rather not give thousands of dollars to someone who refuses to show a little flexibility.

This beautiful venue was the perfect setting for our winter wedding! We wanted to have our ceremony outdoors initially; the temperature was 13 degrees, however, so we had to have the ceremony inside. Switching the plan at the last minute was no problem at all! Everything went smoothly, from our preliminary meeting with Jen all the way to getting our full deposit ($500) back within two weeks of the wedding! Their prices for renting the facility are a little steep, but it's definitely worth it if it's the look you're going for! We got a discount for having our wedding in the winter (January).
