I do not have the words to describe how happy I am that we selected this venue. It was PERFECT! The staff are so very helpful and experienced. We had NOT ONE issue on our day. I contribute that to the staff and how much they helped us prepare for our day. Our pictures turned out beyond amazing. So many photo options through out the venue. Our guests are still talking about the venue and food. HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous venue itâs a brides dream come true!

I do not have the words to describe how happy I am that we selected this venue. It was PERFECT! The staff are so very helpful and experienced. We had NOT ONE issue on our day. I contribute that to the staff and how much they helped us prepare for our day. Our pictures turned out beyond amazing. So many photo options through out the venue. Our guests are still talking about the venue and food. HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous venue itâs a brides dream come true!

We had an amazing wedding at Rollong Ridge in August! It was truly the perfect day! Their team was so helpful leading up the the day and everything went so smoothly all day! They know how to do weddings and it was a breeze with their help!

We attended a summer wedding at Rolling Ridge for our very best friends. Leading up to the wedding we were part of every process and couldn't believe the value Rolling Ridge provided for our friends in their flat facility rental fee that included SO MANY extras. The venue is stunning and private, there were so many spaces that could be utilized for every element of the wedding. Knowing all of this before showing up on the day of the event still didn't prepare us for the incredible experience we had. The ceremony was intimate and emotional on the ridge covered by massive oak trees, the dinner inside the historic barn was served professionally, the food was delicious and it was fresh, the bar service was excellent and the couples signature cocktail was so good. As part of the bridal party we got to hang out in the basement speakeasy which felt exclusive and was a great place to take a few moments to ourselves during the day. And then we ended the night dancing away underneath the stars in the courtyard and snacking on delicious woodfired pizzas. I don't think we've had such a beautiful, fun and relaxed experience at a wedding and that is largely due to how easy Rolling Ridge made the day with all their onsite services and inclusions. We highly recommend!

September 2023 - We had the most perfect day! As mom of the bride, I got to attend the final walk through with Nikki about a month prior to wedding. She did a fabulous job talking through all the details and was readily available to answer questions as we did some mock decor setups. Day of, Custom Catering staff was at our disposal. They were very efficient in their set up so we could take care of our decor and final touches. Our day of coordinator was very helpful, in particular taking care of some tasks we didn't have time for (turning on lantern candles while we enjoyed happy hour!). What I loved most was the expanse of this property for our guests to enjoy. It was a beautiful day so we were able to enjoy every inch of the place - indoor and out. The catering staff and bartenders were on top of everything ... very professional and wonderful with our guests. One last thing - I had used a crochet hook to secure the buttons on my daughterâs dress and it didn't make it back from wedding. It was from my mother in law who is deceased so it had some sentimental value. I called Nikki two weeks after the wedding to see if it had been found. It had not. A few hours later, I had gotten a message that they did a deep dive into the couch cushions in the bridal suite and found it! I appreciated the extra effort:)

It was a beautiful venue, but was extremely expensive. They make you pay for absolutely everything but linens. They forbid outside food and beverages except for dessert/cake and then force you to use their catering service only. No one mentioned that there wasnât a freezer and our wedding cake was ice cream cake, so that was a disaster. The day of coordinator appeared to be a very new young girl who didnât seem very experienced. And you have to do a rehearsal the same day or pay an arm and a leg if your wedding is on a Saturday. Apparently the kids meals were so over cooked the kids couldnât eat them, the veggies were definitely not what we had seen and tasted with the caterer. At least there is a playground for the kids and they let us haul in our own arch and get married in between the oak trees. I was very disappointment with the customer service and felt pulled around by all the extra charges I didnât realize we would need. Like insurance and lunch packages.

We wanted something away from the cities and this was the perfect location! We got married here in July so their garden was in bloom which added even more to the beauty of this venue! The staff was extremely helpful and answered every email we sent promptly and was super personable in every interaction we had with them via email and in person. The space was huge inside and outside of the venue so our guests were able to roam around. The barn was the perfect setting for the amount of guests we had and we also loved the dance floor being outside with lots of nice lighting. Our guests still talks about how beautiful the venue was!

The staff were very patient and attentive to our questions before, during and after the reception. All were willing to help in any way when they saw the Mother-of-the-Bridge walking from one end to another. Beautiful grounds and buildings. Plenty of opportunities for photos.

Rolling Ridge was such a beautiful backdrop for our wedding reception and photos! The grounds are extremely well kept and they spray for bugs which made the patio very comfortable for a July wedding day. We loved the onsite bridal suite for getting ready in the morning, but because we couldn't have access to the venue until 8am, we did have to start hair at the hotel. The guys getting ready space (rooster's roost) was not adequately climate controlled with a wall mounted AC unit, so they found space in the central part of the venue to hang out which led to a few close calls where the bride and groom almost ran into each other. Rolling Ridge staff were helpful making sure all of the details were addressed in the final walkthrough and answering last minute questions via email to help the day go smoothly. There are additional fees outside of the base rental price, which is already quite high compared to other venues in the area that we toured. These fees include optional rental of an additional space downstairs (which would be an excellent area for the guys to get ready in a climate controlled space), set up of tables and chairs for dinner in the barn, and event insurance purchased by the couple. While they are transparent about these costs, it seems as though the high rental fee should cover more of an \"all-inclusive\" experience where the couple doesn't have to worry about coordinating and paying for these extra options. By working with Rolling Ridge, you are locked into working with Custom Catering by Short Stop for all food & beverage needs throughout the day (including breakfast and lunch if onsite for those times of the day). There were times where miscommunication occurred between venue staff, our Custom Catering event coordinator, and our Custom Catering day of coordinator which took time to resolve. Overall, we received many compliments about the beauty of the venue and loved the indoor and outdoor spaces available for pictures and celebrating throughout the night. However, considering the price we paid, we wish customer service would have been more personalized. We didn't know who our point of contact for the venue was until our final walkthrough 3 weeks before the wedding. We felt as if we were just another wedding in their books and it took away from the feeling that they viewed our day as a special and one-of-a-kind event like we did.

Rolling Ridge is the perfect wedding venue. They make it easy to plan your ideal wedding day and provide you with all the support you need to enjoy the planning process and the day itself. Rolling Ridge offered a great space to host all of our guests and offer them multiple spaces to gather, inside and outside. We planned to have our ceremony outside but the weather had other ideas and we had to make a day-of change, which was easy and painless because of the indoor ceremony space options and flexibility of Rolling Ridge staff. Later in the day, the rain cleared and we were able to enjoy the courtyard during cocktail hour. When it was time for the dance, rain was threatening again and we set up the dance indoors. Rolling Ridge is the perfect wedding venue. They make it easy to plan your ideal wedding day and provide you with all the support you need to enjoy the planning process and the day itself. Rolling Ridge offered a great space to host all of our guests and offer them multiple spaces to gather, inside and outside. We planned to have our ceremony outside but the weather had other ideas and we had to make a day-of change, which was easy and painless because of the indoor ceremony space options and flexibility of Rolling Ridge staff. Later in the day, the rain cleared and we were able to enjoy the courtyard during cocktail hour. When it was time for the dance, rain was threatening again and we set up the dance indoors. Having all of these beautiful spaces made it easy for us to work with the weather without ruining our day or causing extra stress. And it turned out perfectly despite the changes. We would definitely recommend Rolling Ridge for anyone hoping to get married in central Minnesota!

Rolling Ridge has been issued a Court ordered judgement to refund our $4570 (deposit + court fees) pursuant to contract clause #9 which states monies will be refunded if the event cannot be held due to (among other issues) government issued orders. Due to Covid restrictions, our wedding could not be held as planned. Despite the issuance of this judgement, and our offering an extended repayment plan, they are laughing at us and saying they'll \"never refund our money as they could have had the event\"....They could NOT. They have even mocked our friend's home (as below par) where we did hold the wedding. Totally thought we left this review earlier, but better late than never! Rolling Ridge was the perfect event for our wedding! From the first time we toured with Randy we knew it was the place for us. Both Brooke and Randy were very patient and helpful in the planning process and made us feel comfortable on our wedding day. We had both our ceremony and reception at Rolling Ridge and utilized all of the grounds as our ceremony and dance were hosted outside while dinner and bar were hosted in the air conditioned barn/lounge. The space can be described as a dream venue with beautiful landscaping and amazing re-faced buildings throughout the entire property. All aspects of staff involvement were pleasant. Brooke was amazing to work with when planning our special day. Our day of coordinator Lyndsey had such a positive attitude and was super sweet, helpful, and available throughout the entire day to assist with any needs that came up! Hailey with custom catering was super friendly and easy to work with. We received great feedback on all our food and the service provided. 6/5 stars!

Our late August wedding at Rolling Ridge was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived for our first tour of the venue, we fell in love with the charm, elegance, and timeless feel of Rolling Ridge. We were looking for a venue in Central MN that fit our personalities and we found just that in Rolling Ridge. The entire property is beautiful and provided endless opportunities (both inside and outside) for our photographer and videographer the day of our wedding (seriously, even the parking lot and bathrooms are beautiful). We didn't have to stress about going over board on decorations, extra lights, or drapery because of the natural beauty of the property and barn. Brooke and Randy were wonderful to work with the entire process. You can feel that they are genuine and truly care about the couples they work with! They answered questions promptly and made wedding planning such a breeze. Our day of coordinator, Haley, was awesome and made sure that all details were attended to the day of - leaving the both of us to enjoy our day to the fullest. We loved that we were able to spend our entire wedding day in one spot - this allowed us to have a stress free day and enjoy more time with each other and our guests. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful venue, delicious food, and awesome service provided by all at Rolling Ridge. We fell in love with the venue during our initial tour. We has the perfect August wedding. The staff was amazing. Brooke and Lindsey were so fun to work with and so attentive. Our outdoor ceremony on the stone wall foundation was everything I dreamed it would be! The barn was stunning. Shout out to Geyer Rental, Floral Arts and Custom Catering for making the beautiful space even more beautiful. We were able to have our dance on the patio which was fun and unique. We received so many compliments on the venue, food, dessert, bar service and. DJ. Thanks to everyone who played a part in making our wedding day the best day ever!

We got married in mid-October and the venue was so spectacular (and the service staff so amazing) that we had zero worries about any potential rain, snow or whatever! The barn proved to be an intimate, festive place to have our dance since it was a little chilly outside, but had it been just 50 degrees we would've taken advantage of the spectacular outdoor space. While the wedding day is ultimately what matters most, Rolling Ridge (Brooke) and the staff were so freaking kind to us and in constant contact with details that really matter. That's why the day was pulled off so perfectly. It also made for the perfect central location. We live in the Twin Cities but have family all over Minnesota, so it wound up being a 60- to- 90-minute drive at most for pretty much every guest. It's a big space that stays intimate, and that's tough to do. I'll definitely get married there again! (just kidding!)

Rolling Ridge was by far one of the best choices (aside from saying \"yes\" to marry one another) we had made for our wedding day. Brooke was absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end! She was quick to respond to inquiries, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was such a wonderful person to work with throughout the whole process. During our wedding day, all of the staff at Rolling Ridge was on top of the schedule, able to answer questions we had, and kept the day moving smoothly without any issue! We had a little over 200 people that came to our wedding and we were told by guests that they didn't even know we had that many people invited or there because there was so much space, but yet felt so intimate and I know the staff kept people moving when they needed to be moved to the right spot. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help make our wedding day beautiful and allow us and our guests to enjoy every minute of it. So many of our guests complimented the venue, the food, and the amazing staff! Thank you so much for an amazing wedding day!!

Absolutely amazing wedding experience! The staff was very easy to work with when we had to make last minute weather adjustments/decisions. The entire venue is climate controlled which is a pretty big deal when its a scorcher outside.

What a dream it was for us to get married at such a beautiful venue!!! Our guests kept raving about the property, staff, and overall experience! My wife and I looked at only one venue spot while planning our wedding and rolling ridge was it!! We Knew right away that a place so well kept and so beautiful was the spot for us! It was the perfect day for our october 13th wedding. Our guests kept commenting how good the venue was set up and how much room they had to mingle. The catering staff did an amazing job as well by getting everything done in a timely manor and providing a great meal!! We will reccomend rolling ridge to any couple we talk to! Very beautiful venue!!

The venue is stunning, and guests will get different vibes depending on where they spend their time, so it is a unique place! Itâs very private as well if you like the intimate feel with no strangers walking by. However, with how much the venue costs to rent, some things should be included. For example, you must set up your own ceremony chairs, the men have a place to get ready but you pay for that separately as an additional cost, they donât have much for microphones so people had to pass them around during the ceremony. Overall, the venue is great and I would recommend it to couples.

Although I was a little hesitant about the large damage deposit required to reserve the special day, the staff was very happy to return it to us even amid minor occurrences at the site. As long as a good faith effort is put in by both parties involved, there should be no worries at all in trusting Rolling Ridge to make your event one of a kind. I highly recommend using Rolling Ridge as your wedding venue!

The venue is beautiful! Nancy and Randy and their staff were so easy to work with and so helpful. The grounds are a photographers dream. We have been back a few times since for their Woodfired Wednesdays and the YMCA fundraiser, Promenade. We enjoy it every time.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Rolling Ridge Wedding and Event Center recently. We could not be happier with their services! Randy and Nancy really have created the most beautiful place in Central Minnesota for wedding celebrations. The venue grounds are absolutely beautiful inside and out. Our guests could not give off enough compliments and our vendors were so thrilled to be working with Rolling Ridge. Rolling Ridge Wedding and Event Center helped make our dreams come true. We had a wedding here recently and it was great. We received so many compliments from everyone. The facility was very clean and welcoming. There were so many areas available for pictures and hanging out. The wedding ceremony was outdoors on a very large patio where the old barn originally was built. The reception and the dance were inside the large barn. The area had very cool lighting and the AC worked very well for our 250 + guests. The lounge area was very inviting and the firepit and outside patio area were great as well. The staff were so friendly and were great. Lots of lodging options within a few miles, most of our guests were not from the area. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

The barn is climate controlled and has several modern updates that show how much thought the owners put into this venue when they were remodeling. Certainly no corners were cut! We also liked all the spaces that were available to hang out and talk to guests: the bar, the fire pit, the lawn, the barn. It made everyone that came to our wedding feel included, even if they weren't dancing! The staff at rolling ridge was also a pleasure to work with! Spencer was available to answer any questions we had leading up to our wedding and was there throughout the day (all the way until cleanup was done!) helping our day run smoothly! I would highly recommend rolling ridge for your wedding! We received so many complements on this venue!

Beautiful venue. Spencer, the wedding coordiator, is very helpful and is the best! Rules of venue are strict in regards to bringing in snacks and charge a costly amount if you would like to set up the night before the wedding. Overall, beautiful venue!

Rolling Ridge was AMAZING to work with. We got married on a VERY hot day and they were overly accommodating in helping keep us cool!. They were always available to ask questions and were able to respond in less then 6 hours. They had many great ideas to keep our minds thinking and were willing to do whatever needed to be done in order to make my dream wedding day come true. The venue it self was GORGEOUS along with the grounds. There was not a bad spot to take pictures or have the ceremony. Randy, Nancy and the Team did wonders in making my day go off without any bumps.

The venue cost us $4995 (extremely affordable compared to venues we toured in the Twin Cities). On-site catering made planning extremely easy. My only complaint is that you have to set up the day of your event, unless you are willing to pay additional money to set up the day before. As a bride who was a \"planner,\" I opted to pay the extra and set up the day before; relieved a ton of stress and was able to arrange the barn exactly how I wanted it for my big day! Lastly, this is one of the FEW barns in Minnesota that is handicap accessible! Bravo, Rolling Ridge! Highly recommended!

Randy & Nancy (Owner) Forever a dream of ours, we've been transforming our historic farm property since 2001. Our property features a rolling hillside brimming with majestic oaks, a historic farmhouse, several outbuildings and our pride and joy..a large timber-framed barn. Our mission is to provide a dreamlike location to host weddings, in an environment that embraces rustic charm, modern elegance and the great outdoors.
