A Roots formerly known as Copper Leaf Garden & Event Center our promise is to create a fun, fresh, stress-free, vibrant wedding that goes seamlessly from start to finish. Our wedding packages are all inclusive and customizable, so you are in control of your wedding from start to finish. Our venue is unique because you can create your customized wedding all in one place. We house an award-winning catering company and have partnerships with other vendors to bring you all-inclusive customized packages including food, drink, photography, event coordination, floral, DJ, and rentals to make the planning process as easy as possible. Located in Broomfield Colorado we are easily accessible by car from Denver, Boulder, Westminster, Thornton, Arvada and the surrounding Denver areas and provide ample parking for guests. We have lush gardens with amazing features, a wonderful rushing waterfall, a fully lit gazebo and gardens for exquisite outdoor events and photography. Also, with unpredictable Colorado weather in mind we provide a rain plan to move any outdoor weddings if need be. We are proud to offer green features such as recycled oil and paper, LED and CFL bulbs, occupancy sensors and more. With these features and the ability to customize the spaces, you can rest assured that your wedding or event will not only be eco-friendly and meaningful, but also memorable. We strive to make every guest at every event feel special. The rustic charm of our venue, coupled with gourmet foods prepared fresh on site for the discerning palate, makes our events feel like home with a lustrous elegance sure to please.

Wedding Date 17-10-2017
My daughter’s wedding and reception was held at the Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center in August, 2016. We decided on this venue because it has lovely a green area outside, lots of parking, and a very nice indoor space for the reception. The venue is beautiful, with a gazebo outside that was the perfect outdoor setting for the ceremony. Vipul and Madhoo Seth were wonderful to work with! They quickly responded to all of our questions and concerns. Although Madoo has a list of vendors that they typically work with/recommend we were able to bring in an outside photographer and DJ with zero complaint. The servers for the day also helped a family friend tier the small cake we brought in for the cutting. As a first time mother of the bride, I must say that I wish I had asked about adding more time to use for setting up, as well as whether we could have set up our centerpieces the evening before. All of our decorations/centerpieces were DIY projects that we brought to the venue ourselves, and I was still setting things up as guests started to arrive. (My advice for future DIY brides/families is to make sure there is PLENTY of time to set things up, even if it means purchasing an extra half hour/hour of time. The money is well worth it.) The servers that the venue hired for the day were polite, friendly, very helpful and jumped in to help us set up center pieces as our set up time began to dwindle. Additionally, my daughter and new son-in-law appreciated that the servers made a special trip outside to bring the wedding party hors d’oeuvres while they were taking pictures. The day-of coordinator, Marci, did a fantastic job making sure things ran smoothly and according to plan. She was always cool and collected, which did a lot to keep my daughter at ease during her special day. I have no idea if it is normal for venues to be this helpful, but we were very impressed. This was the first time planning or attending a wedding in the Denver area and I would definitely choose Copper Leaf again.
