Located in beautiful Island Pond, VT, Rosebrook Hill is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue perfect for your long-awaited celebrations. This charming property offers both aesthetic beauty and a welcoming charm, making it a truly magical place. Couples who choose to celebrate at Rosebrook Hill can expect to enjoy an unforgettable experience as they make memories with their loved ones. During your wedding festivities, you and your guests will be able to take in 70 acres of breathtaking views of pastoral open fields and Rosebrook Hill itself. Outdoor celebrations for up to 200 guests can be accommodated on the property's carefully manicured and cared-for grounds. Couples can also opt to host a smaller soirée for a more intimate feel as the barn is the perfect space for gatherings of up to 50 people. Providing space to get ready for the day and to rest and relax, use of the charming farmhouse is included in your wedding weekend package. This picture-perfect abode can accommodate up to 14 people and is perfect for family or out-of-town guests. This venue looks forward to making Rosebrook Hill the perfect place for your ultimate wedding experience. You and your beloved will be welcome to host a number of events here, including a civil union, a commitment ceremony, and a romantic wedding service. For a convenient and stress-free experience, you will have access to the property for three days, two nights as part of your rental package. This provides ample time for you to set up the venue to your liking and to extend your festivities should you wish. Bookings are available June thru mid October💖

Rosebrook Hill is where your wedding dreams come to reality! This venue is absolutely breathtaking. I attended my best friends wedding in September and it was such a vision. The foliage, the rolling hills, and the expansive grounds are beautifully maintained. The set up was perfect. It’s one of those venues you would only be so lucky to get married at. Highly recommend!

This venue is so beautiful! I had the pleasure of attending a wedding with my boyfriend here. The field is spectacular with a beautiful view of the mountain side. Truly a beautiful place to have a wedding. The staff was accommodating, efficient and just simply wonderful. We had a blast!

This venue is so beautiful! I had the pleasure of attending a wedding with my boyfriend here. The field is spectacular with a beautiful view of the mountain side. Truly a beautiful place to have a wedding. The staff was accommodating, efficient and just simply wonderful. We had a blast!

My husband and I got married at Rosebrook Hill and it was truly the most perfect day I could have ever imagined. The venue speaks for itself with its breathtaking views all around you. We used the barn as an entrance for our guests to walk through as they arrived, which was the perfect way to set the scene for the day. All of the pieces came together flawlessly with local catering, florist and baker, shuttle buses to and from Burke Mountain Resort for all 150+ guests, and an out of state 8-piece band. We even had a late night fire and pizza truck for guests that wanted to stay onsite and keep the party rolling for a bit longer. 11/10 recommend having your special day at Rosebrook Hill. It will be a gorgeous and perfect day to always remember!

The combination of the unsuspecting, beautiful, and almost brand new Burke Mtn Resort accommodations for our ~140 guests (mostly out of state), and the closeby Rosebrook Hill venue for our wedding reception still has many of our friends and family reminiscing about our wedding weekend. I have stayed at Rosebrook Hill several times and have attended a wedding there and each trip was nothing less than perfect. The farmhouse is rustic but immaculate. It is a very welcoming home where your friends and family can truly relax and enjoy each other. The wedding barn and tent were just lovely and the spot they chose for the ceremony had the most beautiful view of the surrounding scenery. The couple that run this place are kind and accommodating to your every need and, oh are they fun! I felt like I was in a movie the entire weekend. Would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone thinking of a rustic country wedding.

This venue is amazing! We had our wedding here in August of 2021 and it ended up being the wedding of our dreams. We hosted the rehearsal dinner in the barn the night before which was the perfect intimate setting. We held the ceremony and reception right there in the yard the next day which made things so easy for our guests. In total we hosted 150 people + caterers/band etc. very comfortably. Late night pizza was served in the barn where we also had a photo booth and guestbook setup. And there was a bonfire for late night s’mores! The property has the perfect rustic, farmhouse wedding feel and you even get full access to the house which made it so easy to stay and get ready beforehand.If you’re looking for a clean, accessible spot with gorgeous views and so much opportunity to customize to your liking than this is the place for you!

Vistas of the stunning Vermont countryside and rolling hills accented the day. We stayed locally, accommodations were an easy and short drive away. Nancy was a pleasure, she was very knowledgeable, detail orientated and right on top of things. Beautiful and loving memories were made on that day at Rosebrook Hill, such a perfect venue!
