Valerie and her team at Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel were phenomenal throughout the wedding planning process and during the day of our event. Valerie and her team went out of their way and provided excellent service even when we had unique considerations. The hotel is beautiful and has many holiday decorations throughout the hotel that we and our guests enjoyed. We hosted an intimate wedding, around 50 guests, and we received top quality service. We had our ceremony outside, so Valerie's team made sure to block other hotel guests during our ceremony time to ensure no interruptions. The cake included in our package was delicious, the honeymoon room was spacious and included access to their concierge lounge, and we were extended a discount the following morning at the hotel's breakfast buffet for all of our guests who attended our wedding. Very reasonably priced for an intimate wedding venue in Orlando. We highly recommend Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel!

The cake included in our package was delicious, the honeymoon room was spacious and included access to their concierge lounge, and we were extended a discount the following morning at the hotel's breakfast buffet for all of our guests who attended our wedding. Very reasonably priced for an intimate wedding venue in Orlando. We highly recommend Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel!

I don't even know where to begin. Rosen Shingle Creek was the best venue I could have imagined. I was all over the map looking at venues, New York, Canada, North Carolina, and Florida. We looked at a ton of venues, and none of them could have compared to Rosen Shingle Creek. There was so much going on at the resort itself during Christmas with the shows and decorations, that it fit in perfectly with my winter wonderland theme. Butler Ballroom was the ideal location for cocktail and reception. It is unlike any ballroom in the Orlando area. Valerie Martinez is a pleasure to work with and kept me on track through the whole process. She answered back in a timely manner whenever I needed to get ahold of her. She didn't mind answers my questions over and over again. I can't thank her enough. The staff at Rosen Shingle Creek are so helpful and friendly. It was an absolute pleasure having it there.

Our wedding at the Eau Palm Beach was cancelled due to hurricane matthew and Rosen had 48 hours to plan the service and staging for our relocated wedding. They pulled it off without a hitch, you would think I planned the wedding at the Rosen all along. Valerie Martinez and the staff at Rosen Shingle Creek were great to work with. We selected a menu at $300 per head with soup, salad, entree (choice of 3), dessert and cake. The food was beautifully designed with fine dining style service. The soup was ladled into bowls by white glove service. The salad was a work of art. The entrees were handmade pouch pasta, filet and fish as options. They really can do anything. I really wanted Moet for the champagne and Valerie sent us a bottle for the bride and groom table. It was so special. Our honeymoon suite was delightful! The Rosen had processo, chocolate sculptures and truffles.

This is the second time I witness the greatness of the team at Rosen Shingle Creek. My first time I came for 3 days of corporate events and galas and loved it. This time, we had our wedding there. I recommend asking for Valerie Martinez. She is the best! She helped with every little detail and was incredibly accommodating. Everyone helped make our day even more special. When the day comes you can witness the team work these people put together and the great cooperation between different departments. My guests keep on reminding me how welcome the Rosen Shingle Creek team made them feel. The barman made the party! And the boss of the bellstand even helped me with the centerpieces that I needed to put together. Love them!

We spent a long time looking for a venue, we finally wrapped it up to 3 locations. It was the Ritz, Waldorf and Shingle Creek. We felt that the Shingle Creek reflected us as a couple. They went beyond on what they promised us and the service was impeccable! They were so easy to work with and Francesca was always ready to help. She was very easy to reach and was very prompt on our long list of requests. The ballroom space was HUGE and we were lucky to have our cocktail hour inside another ballroom, free of charge! We had a holiday weekend wedding and were lucky to have the ballroom side all to ourselves! The food was AMAZING! Even after 4 months of the wedding, our guests are still talking about our wedding and everything about it. The Rosen Shingle Creek also doesn't disappoint with the wow factor. The moment you drive up to their drive way, you already know that it's a classy hotel. All the staff was so accommodating and very nice! Thank you Rosen Shingle Creek for providing us a wedding we'll never forget! :)

My DH and I stay at Shingle Creek every year for our anniversary, so it only made sense for us to have our wedding there. Thankfully our parents were on board because they fell in love with the grounds, the ballroom, everything! I wasn't directly involved with any contracts or decisions (only for the food tasting and selection of our ballroom and cermony site) - everything was between our planner and our parents, but there was never a negative issue. Everything was as smooth as it could be. The day of was PERFECT! Once I saw everything come together, my nerves were calmed down, and we enjoyed every moment of our day with our families. The food was amazing, our guests had a blast (and all of our OOT guests stayed there) - just waiting for our pics to show how gorgeous everything was!

Francesca was a pleasure to work with and beyond accommodating for our group! The grounds were beautiful and allowed for wonderful pictures, as well as the Butler ballrooms that we used for the ceremony and reception. The food was incredible, and everything ran according to plan. The perk of the complimentary rooms for the bride and groom the night before was amazing! My girls and I LOVED it, it was like living the good life for a night. The honeymoon suite as well was stunning (and huge!). No balcony which was a little bit of a down side, though. Also, the above and beyond service to make us feel appreciated and welcomed was charming. So many beautiful baskets of goodies and chocolate covered strawberries and handwritten personalized notes. The only two complaints (if you could call them that) were the check in process. My husband's room couldn't be found, but mine could...It delayed our rehearsal dinner by a little, but nothing after we asked to speak to the manager. Also, the serving staff at the reception itself was borderline terrible. I had to ask 3 different servers to bring me a drink while they looked at me like I was bothering them as well as chase them down to get appetizers...Off putting to say the least. Overall, incredible and would recommend!

This was a perfect spot for our wedding-we had a lot of out of town guests and the rooms were affordable and the resort is near the airport. The hotel staff were awesome and worked with us on every detail-everything we wanted was perfect!

I loved my ceremony & reception venues and that is really why I choose Rosen Shingle Creek! The hotel is just massive and that is great in many ways, but unfortunately sometimes your wedding is not that big of a deal to a massive hotel! We felt as if many of the employees had no idea there was a wedding going on and we didn't really feel as if they would jump over backwards to assist us. The venue itself is GORGEOUS! I was married in Butler and it was beautiful!!! But, you can get a lot more for your money probably else where. :( Had an amazing wedding there but just things people should know before booking.

The Rosen Shingle Creek is Orlando's hidden secret! It's an unbelievably beautiful location! We were married in a rose garden over looking the golf course. Our reception was in a two story ballroom (so I was able to have my Cinderella grande staircase entrance!) Oh and Francesca, the catering manager, is so fantastic to work with!

The grounds of the Rosen are gorgeous. The staff and services are TOP of the line. The quality of food and services are outstanding. I can honestly not think of anything negative about this venue. We have heard nothing but great compliments about our wedding. You cannot find too many places that live up to your expectations. Here we found EVERYTHING! Would highly recommend this resort!

They did an absolutely amazing job. It was completely over the time and exceed all of our expectations. The Butler Room is beautiful and doesn't look convention like at all. The food was wonderful, the cake they made was beautiful. All of the employees were so accomodating and did everything we ask for and then some. All of our guests loved staying there. The spa was wonderful. They know all of the main vendors in town and just handled it all themselves...i didn't have to do anything especially the day of. I would reccommend this hotel hands down!
