Round Lake Vineyards & Winery is a lakeside wedding venue, situated on Round Lake in Southwest Minnesota. This stunning 70-acre waterfront estate provides couples with a private and scenic setting to celebrate their once-in-a-lifetime occasion with their loved ones. It is tucked away on the edge of Round Lake, offering picturesque surroundings of the local greenery and expansive vineyards. It features a selection of event spaces, dedicated event staff, and delicious food and wine options for your guests to enjoy. Facilities and Capacity The centerpiece of Round Lake Vineyards & Winery is The Cellar, an open and luxurious ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 guests. This stunning event space features 12-foot glass doors that offer panoramic views of the local area and bathe the interior in natural lighting. It has a 3,000 square foot patio that is perfect for cocktail-hour mingling and can be used as a spacious dance floor for your fun-filled reception festivities. Two bridal suites give the couple each a private space to get ready, then freshen up throughout the day. The winery also offers the Duck Blind Bar, a private bar for guests to visit prior to the nuptials, if you are wanting to keep the ballroom a surprise for your guests until the reception begins! Services Offered Round Lake Vineyards & Winery’s event team understands how important your special day is, and they will communicate before and during your special day to ensure that it flows smoothly. With the rental of the event space, you will receive complimentary use of tables, chairs, A/V equipment, china, silverware, table linens, and cloth napkins. We offer a wide variety of decoration rentals and floral services to make the process of coordinating your wedding easier. We understand brides have a vision for their special day, so we work with you to plan a seamless and stress-free day. Catering In addition to coordination services, Round Lake Vineyards & Winery features an in-house catering team who will ensure that your menu is fitted to your special day. We offer a wide selection of dining options to choose from on our catering menu. These include charcuterie displays, smoked-meat buffets, fresh pasta entrees, and many more. A full selection of beverages is also available, and our in-house wine experts will pair you with the perfect wines to complement your menu.

We loved everything about having our wedding at Round Lake Vineyards & winery! Mason, our event coordinator, made our entire wedding planning process such a breeze! No matter what question or change we had he had an answer for us within a few hours! He was there for us all day on our rehearsal dinner and from start to finish our wedding day, even with the crazy Minnesota weather he made sure our day was absolutely perfect and we cannot express our feeling enough! We have received nothing but compliments about how great the food and their venue is from our guests and we feel the same!

The venue is beautiful and our day was truly perfect! The staff was always helpful. We also had our rehearsal supper at the winery and everything was perfect. One of my favorite parts of the day was going to the tea house right after the ceremony with my new husband, Karrie had it all set up for us with candles and a bottle of wine, it was romantic! The reason we took off one star is for two reasons: 1. there was a ton of geese poop- which is obviously out of anyone's control, but a few of the family members spent an hour picking it up and this should've been done by the staff 2. The price we saw when we signed the contract was not the price for our wedding, they change the price in June. So even if you book in advance your price isn't locked in-we didn't realize this when we booked. 1.5 months before the wedding we found out that we had to come up with more money (~$700) we originally didn't plan for.

This venue is breath taking, picture perfect and a hit with guests. While we had a very rocky start upon signing our contract and having 3 different wedding coordinators, I became very uneasy. BUT, along came Lindsay and things took a huge turn for the better! She met with us in person to introduce herself and made sure to right everything so that any and all stress was taken care of before the big day. Lindsay made sure all the boxes were checked off on time and was extremely patience with my dad (who has very very high expectations). Round Lake Vineyards was a hit with our guests! Through out the night they would come up and tell us how beautiful the location was. How great the ceremony site was, they may come back just to see more of the place. With large doors that come open once the sunsets you no longer feel confined. Also with a dance floor outside nothing felt more perfect than dancing under the stars and beautiful patio lighting. Round Lake Winery, Lindsay and her amazing staff made our day perfect.
