RSVP Event Center is a wedding venue located in Loveland, OH. For over 40 years, this property has been providing delicious cuisine while creating a memorable event for couples and their loved ones. Situated south of Interstate 275, the venue is easily accessible for your out-of-town guests. At RSVP Event Center, couples can celebrate the start of their happily ever afters with all their loved ones. Before your ceremony, you and your wedding party can use the get-ready suite for preparations. The venue can set the scene for up to 400 seated guests, making it suitable for intimate and large-scale celebrations. For more smaller celebrations, the ballroom can be divided into two sections. This event space features neutral walls, grey carpeting, and hanging chandeliers, under which you and your guests can dine and dance. Besides ceremonies and receptions, the property has experience hosting engagement parties, wedding showers, elopements, and rehearsal dinners. RSVP Event Center's main priority is ensuring your happiness is met. As such, the event team offers a range of helpful services, including planning assistance, catering, and food and beverage serving. The on-site culinary team is happy to make an array of delectable dishes. From hors d'oeuvres to plated dinners, they will create a menu that appeals to your taste buds. For a seamless experience on your special day, the staff will be there to set up and clean up the ballroom. Events rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, drapery, and altar decor are provided. As a convenient touch, ample parking and valet are available.

This place is a hidden gem! We are so glad we chose RSVP Event Center for our venue! The staff that we worked with leading up to the event and day of were wonderful and made sure everything was taken care of. The space was elegant and easy to customize/decorate to match to your event. We also received comments all night from guests about the delicious food! We rescheduled our wedding due to COVID and they were so understanding and easy to work with through all the changes—more accommodating than venues that our friends were working with for their own weddings around the same time. There’s also a hotel located conveniently within walking distance across the street. Choosing RSVP Event Center for our venue was the best decision we made throughout all the wedding planning.

WOW!! I cannot say enough about this venue, in particular Sarah Mohr who is one of the employees at the event center. Ever since the beginning Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very quick with her communication and was very professional. She essentially became my wedding planner and walked us through every little detail. Any time I had a question I knew I could call her and she would be there to help. She made the process so smooth. I definitely could not have done it without her. The venue itself was gorgeous! It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and they had everything set up exactly how we wanted it to look. I could not recommend the RSVP Event Center enough!! They were absolutely amazing to work with.

My daughter had her wedding ceremony and reception at the RSVP Event Center . Jill worked with us before the event to make sure the details were understood and Kathy made sure they were carried out that evening. All of the staff were wonderful: professional, helpful and very friendly. The venue setup and atmosphere were beautiful.For the ceremony a lovely arch was set up on the dance floor along with some chairs for those who were immediate family. Kathy was so helpful giving cues to the wedding party to get them spaced out properly for their entrances and to make sure all went smoothly for the ceremony. The food of course was delicious... people remarked how good it was and soo much better than the 'usual wedding food'. Thanks to you all for a wondering evening. I'd recommend your wedding to anyone ... and have done so already to several prospective brides.

RSVP/Village Pantry is absolutely fabulous! They did our daughters wedding reception on August 15, 2015, which was held at the Glendale Lyceum, the food was fantastic. My son-in-law and his family are from Italy so needless to sy the food had to be authentic Italian. Adam went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. Our guest are still talking about the meal! We have 3 more weddings in the future and we will not be shopping around for a caterer.......RSVP/Village Pantry gets our business!

I had both my wedding and reception at RSVP.I cold not have been more pleased. Jill and her staff were awesome. Tom did my flowers - they were beautiful. Our guests totally enjoyed themselves. Everyone raved about the food - went with heavy horsdeuvers- pork and beef carving stations, mashed potatoes in martini glasses and the mushroom station was awesome. I cannot remmeber how many times staff asked if they could get me anything or if everything was ok. They were so attentive. This was a 10 experience!! I recommend unconditionally. KPB

everyone at RSVP was great! I had a couple guests with allergies and they made sure to make them a plate seperately without using any of the things they were allergic to. They were so helpful with setting everything up and making sure the night ran smoothly!

RSVP was wonderful! The location was close to the ceremony and easy to explain to out of town guests. We worked with Kathy, and she was amazing. I called her several times the weeks before and if she wasn't available she got right back to me. She helped me not feel so stressed. The food was great too.

Village Pantry is one of the best catering operations around. The food is delicious, they offer premium service, and they are so kind to work with. Kathy even helped my mom bustle my gown! I have also been to events at RSVP where the food was just as good. I believe they are consistently excellent with their food and service. A plus.

I never knew you could get that kind of food at a wedding (And I don't think I was biased). The food was one of the most important things to us (especially my Dad) for the wedding. We wanted people to be happy with the food...we think they should be when you pay $50 per head. The Village Pantry made everyone happy! We had stations - which I really liked. They were pasta, salad/veggies, carving, and seafood. The carving station was beef tenderloin and roasted turkey, which were moist and tender and the sauces (especially the mango chutney-I'm still hearing about that) were fabulous. The sushi was great - The shrimp were huge and delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the fact that you got to choose your pasta sauce and toppings - people loved that. The Grilled vegetables, which I thought might get soggy or wilty, were the best grilled veggies I think I've ever eaten...and they were even wonderful left over the next day(my parents said they lasted the whole next week). Then they did a Graeter's Ice Cream bar for dessert - OMG - it was a huge hit! The wait staff was super friendly - I even had a couple guests comment on how great they were after the honeymoon. And Joy, who put it all together was wonderful to work with...she helped us design the menu and she had great follow through. The day of she was totally on top of things, and she even brought me a slice of cake and Ice Cream - otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten any. I can't say enough good things about these folks...I will definitely use them again.

Kathy was a blessing and she basically was the backbone to holding the whole reception together. She was on-key and always there for my mom and I to ensure that things ran smoothly. I was extremely happy that I went with Village Pantry.

I got married on May 28, 2010. RSVP - Village Pantry catered my Rehearsal dinner off site and my Reception at RSVP! Both were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone! ALL my guests raved about the awesome food. I have been to several weddings at RSVP (other than my own) and all have been outstanding.
