De La Ronde turned out to be the perfect fit for our wedding budget. They provided the venue, food, bar, and even some decor for such a good price compared to other venues we considered. Their wedding packages also include the option to add a DJ and wedding cake at no extra charge if you book through their preferred vendors. Their food was amazing- we had loads of compliments from our guests- and their day-of coordinators were super sweet helpful throughout the entire wedding process.

This is the place to have your wedding reception for fabulous food, top notch service, and outstanding staff! Our event was January 14, 2022 and we received so many compliments on how great the food was and also this being the best wedding reception ever. Food was served throughout the entire evening and the 2 bar stations were well staffed. Jenny and Chelsea are very organized and easy to work with. They take care of all the fine details so you don’t have to worry about anything. I cannot imagine having a reception anywhere else. Choose De La Ronde !

Everything that i asked for the answer was we will handle it and they certainly did not disappoint. Our kids night was so magical thanks to Jenny & Chelsea at Ruffinos it was the best night ever! The service was impeccable, the food was hot and constantly replenished. My only wish is that i would have ordered additional prime rib because it was a hit. They were constantly checking in with the bride, groom and parents. Everything down to the last minute was perfect! They even went the extra yard to send over a care package with food to the hotel where Bride and Groom where staying. They really took care of everything and for that we did not need a wedding planner. This venue was very surprising and I was extremely impressed with what it offered. They even did some remodeling before our event which made it even better.

Jenny and the entire staff at De La Ronde Hall made the entire wedding planning process so easy! Our reception was held here and it could not have been more perfect! Every tiny detail was thought out by Jenny, who was an absolute joy to work with throughout the process! Our guests still tell us how wonderful everything was from the food to the decor to the staff. I cannot recommend using this venue enough for a wedding or any event as they are experienced, professional, and a delight to work with! My husband and I had our reception with Ruffino’s at De La Ronde Hall, and it is difficult to describe how truly incredible this venue is. Having our reception here was hands down one of the best decisions that we made, and we feel extremely blessed to have celebrated our day here. Sarah, the event coordinator, is amazing. She is extremely professional, kind, and patient, and she genuinely cares about the success of the event. Sarah went out of her way to ensure that my husband and I had what we desired and what we needed for our reception. She is incredibly accommodating and made the planning process and the reception itself smooth and enjoyable. Sarah met with us numerous times to discuss the details of our reception, coordinated the set-up with all of our vendors, decorated for the reception, and coordinated the timing of the reception. In addition to providing outstanding service, she is honestly hilarious and a joy to work with. We truly enjoyed working with Sarah and all of the members of her team, including Jennie and Lakyn. Together they made our reception beautiful, memorable, and fun. The food and service at the venue was also fantastic. Everything on the menu was delicious, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed all of the food. All of the servers were kind and professional, and they helped to make our guests feel welcome. Our servers ensured that my husband and I were able to eat and that we always had a drink if we wanted one. Their attentiveness was something we greatly appreciated.Aside from the outstanding food and service, the venue itself is beautiful. It was such a welcoming and enjoyable setting for our reception. The size was accommodating for all of our guests, and the tables, chairs, and linens provided by the venue looked great in the space. We appreciated that we did not have to rent any of these items for the reception. Overall, we cannot say enough good about this venue! We absolutely loved having our reception here, and we highly recommend them to anyone!

I will never regret that I had my wedding reception at Ruffino's at De La Ronde Hall! They made sure that every detail of my reception was PERFECT! There was never a shortage of food and everyone I have talked to has told me how much they loved everything they tried. You also get such a variety of food that there is always something new coming from the kitchen. They made sure that me and my groom were both pampered and I never had to ask for anything! The whole team was great! I would recommend anyone to have their party there. I cannot say enough positive things about this venue! Amanda, our catering/event coordinator from Ruffino's, and De La Ronde as venue were fantastic! My parents, husband and I keep getting calls and texts about how amazing the food, service and overall atmosphere were. In regards to the food, we had high expectations that we knew would be delivered having grown up in Baton Rouge and knowing the reputation that Ruffino's has. And it surpassed the highest of expectations that we had! Our guests said they'd never eaten so much at a wedding before. Also, we got so much great feedback about the service. The bartenders were awesome - very generous on the alcohol as opposed to a lot of places where they are stingy and make weak drinks. Also, the servers were tireless and guests barely didn't ever have to go looking for food. The big selling point for me with this venue was that it's an all-inclusive package and I didn't have to deal with a bunch of different vendors. You could opt to pick your own vendors for things if you prefer, but I went with the all-inclusive route and Amanda handled everything - DJ, food, cake, setup, clean-up, security, you name it she did it. We were also able to borrow some of their decorations for our centerpieces which allowed us to cut down on costs there. Overall, everyone loved the venue and the vibe, and I can't name one thing I would change. It was perfect!!

I chose this hall for my reception because it was all inclusive - one vendor to handle venue, food, table, chairs, bar and servers. They also have partnerships in place to offer special deals on DJs and wedding cakes (price included with large parties). They were so helpful all throughout our planning phase, and the night of the wedding, I felt like every whim my groom, family, or wedding party had was anticipated and addressed according to our wishes! All my guests raved about how delicious the food was and the great variety. From boudin balls and seafood aracini to bread pudding and tuna tartare, the food was so flavorful. De la ronde also will get your cake from Ambrosia. The staff is great and so helpful. They take care of everything at the site and coordinate with all your vendors! Guests loved the venue and the place was very accommodating to us setting up and taking down.

Our guests truly enjoyed our reception. We received so many compliments on the food and service. They were so attentive to us as well. We never had to ask to have our glasses filled. They kept us on time but did not rush us. I am so happy we decided to have our reception at this location. Thank you so much to Brittney and Ashley!

We used De La Ronde Hall for our wedding reception last month. It was the best choice we made in planning this wedding. EVERYTHING was taken care of. The coordinators at the reception hall were in communication with our other vendors and made everything go off without a hitch. My parents even commented on how organized everything was and how effortless it was! We were VERY pleased with De La Ronde and would recommend them to everyone.

The staff is wonderful, and they take care of EVERYTHING!! The food is fantastic, the room is beautiful, and they put candles all over the room for me! I highly reccommend looking at this space for a downtown Baton Rouge wedding.
