Elysa and her staff made our wedding day beyond magical!!! It could not have gone better!! They were so professional, courteous, helpful, and sweet I can't speak of them highly enough!!! 5 stars is no where near high enough of a rating!! The food was amazing and the planning process was made so easy! They made amazing suggestions and didn't pressure us to choose more expensive options. Elysa has so many creative ideas. We would bring her ideas and she would take those ideas, run with them, and make them 1000 times better!!

Elysa and her staff made our wedding day beyond magical!!! It could not have gone better!! They were so professional, courteous, helpful, and sweet I can't speak of them highly enough!!! 5 stars is no where near high enough of a rating!! The food was amazing and the planning process was made so easy! They made amazing suggestions and didn't pressure us to choose more expensive options. Elysa has so many creative ideas. We would bring her ideas and she would take those ideas, run with them, and make them 1000 times better!!

My wife and I got married at Ruffled Feathers in September of 2023. We honestly didn't have any idea what we were doing, but luckily we had Elysa to guide us, making our wedding a very special day. She was extremely responsive, accommodating, and kind. She helped keep the stress of wedding planning to a minimum. All of the food was made in house, and it turned out great! On top of that, the facility including the golf course is beautiful. We would recommend getting married here.

I had a bridal shower for my daughter Sat July 8, 2023 & was very pleased with the extra attention we received from Elysa & her staff! Absolutely gorgeous venue overlooking the golf course! They were wonderful to work with as I planned the shower over the last 6 months. The food was served hot and I received many compliments on how good the food tasted! Elysa was very quick to respond to any question and email I sent her over the past few months! The shower was beautiful and her serving staff was professional & courteous! We were very pleased & would highly recommend this venue! Sara S.

There is so much to say about this venue, but I'm not sure exactly where to start. We had our ups and downs with them. They were kind of hard to contact because they have a high turnover rate in their staff (but maybe this was attributed to the pandemic?). We sent them multiple Excel spreadsheets with our timeline and ideal set up for the ceremony and reception, but some things were missed. I would think that would be fine if they said \"hey this isn't possible for X reason, just so you know\" or offered an alternative, but instead it came across like they ignored my day-of requests.During the event, they had great servers that were attentive. They weren't always careful with our decorations - our cake topper was broken when they removed it from the box (it was not broken when it arrived), but they did glue it back together. It was just a bit of a bummer since we had noticed it after our photographer took photos of the cake (with my hand missing). More attention to detail would have been appreciated. Overall, the cost was worth it and we have beautiful pictures and memories from there. And if you are looking for a venue in the winter that isn't pitch black (I've been to so many weddings where everything is dark the whole time), I was thoroughly impressed by the fact that the reception venue was so well lit. I'd recommend this place if you don't care about all of the details as much.

We would go weeks without responses to our questions, and quite often when we got a response, our question hadn't been answered. Our reception on June 11, 2021 was a nightmare. Ruffled Feathers had told us last year when we tried to cancel that we wouldn’t be able to due to our contract. So, we had the party. We had to cut the guest list to 1/5th of what it was originally. Which was fine, it sucked, but it was fine. I show up to the venue fully ready to see all my wedding crafts and ideas brought to life but I get there with a panicked friend asking me where things go- she was kind enough to get there early and HELP put stuff where they need to go. The coordinator who I had spoken to about where all of my things needed to go was nowhere to be found. So I’m in my wedding dress telling people where my stuff was supposed to be. Signs, picture frames, guest book, gift table, etc. The mirrors and votive vases I had asked for were not placed nor were they ever placed on the tables.I had to get outside to take the bridal party pictures which now were cut short due to me doing the job of a coordinator ON MY WEDDING DAY. There were no golf carts provided to my bridal party on this 95° day to go take pictures (these were promised). I was walking 1/2 a mile in my wedding dress, one of my bridesmaids was 9 months pregnant. It was an absolute nightmare but- once again, we made the best of it and moved on. I get back to the venue after the pictures & still no coordinator to be found- I’m standing at the top of the stairs telling guests where to go as I’m bawling. I was unbelievably frustrated and devastated at how everything was panning out. The dinner itself was an awful experience start to finish. Started with loaded potato soup which I was SO EXCITED about- literally tasted like a cigar- they must’ve burnt something in it and served it anyway. I didn’t even eat the tiny mediocre looking salad which came after the soup because it looked nothing like the beautiful Mediterranean salad I had tried at our tasting. The entree was delicious but it seemed as though they didn’t make enough mashed potatoes since there was only about a tablespoon smeared onto the plate. To end our meal, we had donuts from the Orland Bakery (delicious!) and I had specifically told the coordinator we wanted coffee service/coffee bar- neither of these happened. As my husband and I cut our cake- BOOM a coordinator shows up right next to us and asks us if we need help. Is this guy serious? Has he never been to a wedding before? Ruffled Feathers- thank you for giving me such a terrible experience to top off the nightmare of being a Covid bride. We will have SO many stories to tell.

Honestly I would say 4.5 stars. I feel I need to be picky on this review for future brides. Let me say that I do not regret my choice on venue. I would go back here again for other events. Our day was perfect and we have great memories from it! There are a few glitches that I feel could improve. The venue is absolutely beautiful! On looks alone this could easily be 5 stars. We were drawn to this venue because it’s a square and really not a bad seat for guests. Also the bar is right in the ball room as well, so our guests could constantly be on the dance floor. It’s well lit and the natural light is out of this world. Their food is amazing! We did get a lot of compliments for guests on food from the apps to the sweets. The food service was slow. There was a huge lag between the salad and main entree. It was a large enough lag that my husband and I were trying to determine whether we go up and great tables first or wait for our food. We decided to go great our guests. Even after going to each of our tables, I noticed guests just getting their main dishes (close to 45mins-hour after our service started). I don’t know if the kitchen was slower that night or if it’s normal. We also had some issues with our vendor meals, which it was never communicated to us that they are fed after the guests. If we would have known that we would have put them in the main room with all of us and had them fed at the same time. Our dances and everything for set even further back because of our vendors being fed so late. I actually had to go find someone to get their meals for them, which I was embarrassed I had to do because I paid for my vendors to eat and expected them to be treated as well as myself and my husband. The communication from the venue is minimal. We had switched coordinators about 4 different times. As a Covid wedding that was postponed I understand that a lot has changed, but it seemed that our contract never got passed along. I ended having to email a few times or call to get information and then would get notified that we had someone else handling our wedding. It was difficult to deal with at times. Our tasting was scheduled late due to myself emailing a coordinator who I did not know what no longer there. You just have to take the initiative with communication and keep it consistent. Overall this venue I would highly recommend!! The bar tenders and servers were all amazing and fun! They were out dancing with us by the end of the night, which he loved! Elysa was around throughout the night and helped us pack up at the end. She was beyond helpful with setting up and cleaning up. I truly hope that they can get consistent coordinators because this could easily be a top venue!

Ruffled Feathers was the perfect spot to have our wedding reception. The management was flexible and the packages included almost everything- including the wedding cake if you went with Orland Bakery. The bartenders and waiters were great and the night went smooth. We had our cocktail hour in the bar area and also on the outdoor terrace. We were also able to take pictures out on the golf course with our photographer. Giving 4/5 stars due to our assigned wedding coordinator changing a few times throughout the planning process which made for minor communication issues.

We had our wedding at Ruffled Feathers last night. We had originally chosen Ruffled Feathers because of how beautiful the venue is! We had a winter wedding so we knew we had to love the look and vibe of the inside. Everything was picture perfect! Overall, we had a good experience. However, we were disappointed in the scheduling of a luncheon event prior to our wedding. We were told the luncheon would end at 2PM. There were still many guests from that event at the venue at 3:30PM when our ceremony started at 4:30PM. When we were trying to get our first look pictures and bridal party pictures, there were random people walking around watching us, kids running around, people smoking next to us, and random people taking pictures of us (we were limited on photo locations due to it being winter). We asked the venue coordinator to nicely ask the other guests to steer clear of our pictures and possibly wrap up the event and she refused. So, there were still guests there while our guests were arriving which was frustrating. We also had hired a separate day-of-coordinator who was a godsend. I’m not confident my “vision” would have come to life with just the venue staff.. they acted inconvenienced at times. Overall, we had the best night of our life in a beautiful venue with all of our favorite people. :)

Writing an honest review for future brides:Pros- Food was tasty- Servers and bartenders were friendly and funny- Venue is recently updated and neutrally decorated so you can customize it to your visionUnfortunately I cannot give the venue more than 2 stars due to the following cons:- For some reason, the wedding coordinator made multiple promises the venue didn’t keep. She said there was an event scheduled til 2PM that would be cleaned up by 3, and that she would close off the bar area for our “first look” around 2:45. Our contract also stated that there would be no other events scheduled at the same time as our wedding. None of these things ended up being true. A lot of strangers were intruding on our first personal moments before our wedding when we got to the venue around 2:45 with our photographer and videographer. That wedding shower was still hanging around and not cleared out. The bar area wasn’t closed off and patrons sat at the bar as we were trying to capture our first look. There was also 2 tables of 6 people each doing their wedding tastings in the bar area. The excitement from the wedding party caused strangers to follow us around the venue as we tried to take pictures and capture moments without random people in our photos/video. Also, there was a birthday party downstairs at the same time as our wedding. Those guests also wandered around and were peeking in on our event. In addition to feeling intruded on and lied to, someone stole $100 from my mom’s purse in the bridal suite, which is located above the staircase that led down to the birthday party- During pre-ceremony photos, a staff member literally started vacuuming right outside the train of my dress and directly in the frame of the photo. Our photographer calmly asked her to stop and come back in a few minutes, to which the girl very rudely said, “No,” and kept vacuuming. We left and continued pictures elsewhere. I was appalled. - Tricky wording in contract. We paid to rent the space for 6hrs plus a fee for getting married at the gazebo. Due to bad weather, our ceremony was moved inside where our reception was also held. The venue wouldn’t waive the fee for the gazebo, so we paid to rent same space twice.Again, all this is on the event management and not the servers/bartenders who were fantastic. The end-to-end experience was grossly underwhelming. They should make brides feel special. Most of us are only doing this once in our lives. Our florist got married there and tried to warn me about how the venue handled her wedding earlier in the year, but I’d already signed the contract.

In addition to feeling intruded on and lied to, someone stole $100 from my mom’s purse in the bridal suite, which is located above the staircase that led down to the birthday party- During pre-ceremony photos, a staff member literally started vacuuming right outside the train of my dress and directly in the frame of the photo. Our photographer calmly asked her to stop and come back in a few minutes, to which the girl very rudely said, “No,” and kept vacuuming. We left and continued pictures elsewhere. I was appalled. - Tricky wording in contract. We paid to rent the space for 6hrs plus a fee for getting married at the gazebo. Due to bad weather, our ceremony was moved inside where our reception was also held. The venue wouldn’t waive the fee for the gazebo, so we paid to rent same space twice.Again, all this is on the event management and not the servers/bartenders who were fantastic. The end-to-end experience was grossly underwhelming. They should make brides feel special. Most of us are only doing this once in our lives. Our florist got married there and tried to warn me about how the venue handled her wedding earlier in the year, but I’d already signed the contract.

Kathy is so wonderful and was extremely helpful when we had to make a wedding date change due to a family medical issue. She worked with us on not only our costs, but what would be the best option to give us the most for our money.We did start with a wedding coordinator that left, but we worked with Brianna for the last few months prior. She is really willing to go above and beyond to help make the day perfect. I appreciated that I could drop my centerpieces and decor off and they put them out. Ruffled Feathers was absolutely amazing! Kathy and Brianna were extremely accommodating to all of our wedding needs and wants & made our venue beautiful with all of our decorations. The venue alone is so modern and gives such a unique twist to the everyday banquet hall from the terrace room which has a wall of windows with gorgeous views, geometric lights, \"Chicago\" wall, large bridal suite, \"stone\" bar, gazebo, balconies, the banquet hall covered in windows which brings so much light in, and much much more! It's also a one wedding venue which made it all the more fun for guests to roam! From appetizers through the \"4th Meal\" the staff put us first. So many of our guests could not stop talking about how full they were but also how they wanted to keep eating because the food was \"absolutely delicious.\" On top of all this greatness we were told by guests how nice, friendly, and accommodating the staff and servers were to them :) The staff was absolutely amazing! They all made sure to put us (the bride and groom) first! Brianna helped every step of the way from us entering the venue to our departure! Every time he or I were at the bar a drink was already being made for us without hesitation. For last call the bartenders came up to us and handed us a drink. The staff was absolutely flawless. The entire staff knew how crazy weddings can get and how engulfed the bride and groom become with guests and the entire night that they really took care of us and we cannot thank Ruffled Feathers and the ENTIRE staff for making our night so perfect for not only us but for making our guests rave about how awesome the staff and venue is. Compliments to RF planners, wait staff & chef! My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better evening. Our wedding planner Jaclyn (and Kathy) did a great job in making the venue personalized and beautiful. We had so many compliments about the venue including the wait staff, the decorations (venue set up), the bar and the food especially. The guests did not stop raving about the food (Filet mignon & chicken piccata). Also the back of the venue is the perfect place to get photos taken!! I just got married at the Ruffled Feathers Golf Club on October 12th and I was very happy with our choice. We had 130 people attend and did not feel cramped in the room at all. It was a perfect size. We also had both the wedding ceremony and reception at the venue. All of our guests told me that they felt very welcomed and \"at home\" during the wedding. It is a very beautiful club and golf course. Since the day of my wedding was cold and rainy, we had to move the ceremony inside (instead of at the gazebo) which ended up being great. At first, I didn't like their \"Plan B Ceremony Location\" but was so happy that we ended up using it. They still made it look so beautiful and it was perfect.As for the reception, I loved the organization of the room (which I preplanned with the wedding coordinator) and the food/drinks were great! We got the highest package which included five passed around appetizers, soup, salad, three meal options, cake, a sweets table, AND a late night snack table! All of their packages also include an open bar which was super nice. My only criticism is I wish the wedding planners had more communication with me building up to the wedding day. I felt like I had a lot of questions which made me very stressed leading up to the day. Looking at how the day went, however, everything fell into place and was great though. I loved my wedding day and I am very thankful for Ruffled Feathers!

We had our wedding at Ruffled Feathers and it was incredible! The team is very easy to work with, and the package includes your food, bar service and cake. There are so many wonderful things to say about Ruffled Feathers, I truly don't know where to start. Our first meeting was with Kathy, and she was very nice and very thorough! She helped us with pricing and scheduling so we could get the best date available. Jaclyn was SO helpful! I sent MANY emails and had a lot of questions... often; and a lot of requests to help make our big day perfect. Let me tell you, Jaclyn is a champion at what she does. I wish I knew how perfect she would make everything, I wouldn't have stressed out so much before hand. So to all brides wondering if Ruffled Feathers is right for them, YES, yes it is! It was BEAUTIFUL, the chandeliers were gorgeous in the pictures. The grounds were spectacularly taken care of & look like a magical place in our pictures. The food was VERY good! Not one complaint from anyone! I am beyond thrilled with how wonderful everything turned out. My expectations were met and then some! I will forever recommend Ruffled Feather to others for any event.

My daughter’s wedding just took place last week this is one of the finest places to have a reception that I have ever been to Their attention to every detail was far more than I expected , the staff was terrific especially Colleen our wedding coordinator they definitely exceeded all my expectations 👍

I had an absolutely beautiful wedding at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club last month, and I’m so happy with how my big day turned out! My guests had a great time and continue to tell me how nice the entire evening/night was. The ceremony space and ballroom were absolutely beautiful. All my guests complimented how good the food was too. Plus, with the beautiful weather, the grounds were just breathtaking. Colleen, the Events Coordinator, was very helpful to me and my husband throughout the wedding planning process. She helped with answering all of our questions, and I know I had many :-) especially since I was an out-of-town bride. She was so patient, kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. Kathy, was also helpful throughout the planning process. Kathy and Colleen make an excellent team, and were accommodating with meeting me when I was in town to ensure all my wedding plans were in order. Furthermore, Sean, the banquet manager, did a wonderful job at ensuring the food was perfect and the service was superb. I know it takes a lot of work to have large events go as smoothly as my wedding night did, so I appreciate how much effort everyone put in to deliver the perfect wedding!

We got married at RF on August 4, 2017. I was pretty stressed because someone I worked with had their wedding there in 2016 and said it was awful. However, I shouldn't have worried. My guests had nothing but compliments for the venue. The food was superb (had dijon chicken, salmon, and a vegetarian plate). Most plates were empty by the end of dinner. We purchased the most expensive package, and when I walked into the ceremony and reception, the place looked like a million bucks. It exceeded my expectations and everyone thought the reception cost $5-10,000 more than it actually did. Colleen and Kathy were incredibly accommodating. I hired additional wedding planners that were probably unnecessary but gave me a bit of peace of mind. Once they left for the evening, Julie from RF took over and she was incredibly attentive - to the point that she was bringing us drinks at 10 pm (without being asked) outside while we did photos under the gazebo. The woman literally felt like she was everywhere at once. My only suggestion to brides is to make sure they have your groom's favorite drink. It was on the list of alcohol but they did not have any and he whined about it (but he got drunk and forgot about it by the end of the night). Also, I suggest having someone (like a parent or cousin) collect all the decor at the end of the night. Some items got lost in the clean up - nothing that was upsetting but we were a little bummed and items were thrown into boxes (our guest book canvas was bent when we picked it up the next day). These were very minor issues though compared to the perfection of the entire day.

We recently got married here on 5.28.17. We fell in love with the venue as soon as we walked in. Kathy was our first point of contact. She was very friendly and had so many ideas/pointers for us that we felt very comfortable there. Their package had so many details already included that it made our 5 months of planning super easy. Colleen then became our second contact to set up the tasting and answer any little question as the planning went on. She was very prompt and professional throughout the process. They were super accommodating with everything and made it very easy. On the actual day; Daniel and Julie were amazing!! We had a little hiccup but they pulled through and all the staff helped us out avoid a small disaster :). Everyone was asked multiple times if they needed anything, which helped our grandparents continue drinking since they didn't have to get up from their table. The day flew by, but if I had to do it over, I would not hesitate to do everything the same way. If you are looking for a quick engagement without having to worry too much about certain details; definitely give RFCC a try!!!

As an out of state bride, my advice would be to not use this venue if you don't have plenty of time to visit as often as you need. While Colleen and Kathy are responsive via email, they were not helpful in terms of sending pictures or helping with a sense of the layout and decor options. They're flexible with meal choices and were able to accomodate dietary restrictions. Dinner seemed a little rushed, but that might just be how weddings work. We were able to drive a few golf carts around to different spots for photos which was a blast! The venue has several beautiful spots for pictures, both inside and out. Colleen was great at setting up our decor for us. I dropped everything off the day before and let a list of how I wanted everything. Colleen took care of everything for us and made it all look very pretty. For our ceremony, we used the terrace room and had to ask the bar to turn the music off because we could clearly hear it from the ceremony room. I only mention that so it can be taken into consideration for future weddings.The dance floor was a good size and the layout of the room is completely flexible. The dance floor was important to me because other venues in the area had extremely small dance floors. I also enjoyed having access to the bridal suite throughout the evening, as it definitely came in handy to store our purses, extra shoes, etc.

We are so happy to have held our September wedding at Ruffled Feathers, it was honestly the wedding of our dreams. First off, we cannot say anything but amazing things about Kathy Pauley. While I was a bride with a lot of requests, she definitely delivered, going above and beyond to make sure all of the details were ironed out and perfect before our big day. Since Kathy was out of town the week of our wedding, we also had the pleasure of working with Daniel the day of, who also went above and beyond throughout the night to make sure everything was just as we imagined. While Kathy knew she was going to be out of town, she took the time to plan an extra mini rehearsal with our officiant and introduced us to those who would be covering for her, which definitely put us at ease! You can tell all of the staff at RF love what they do... from the girls who assist with the tasting, to our bartender Mike, everyone makes you feel so warm and welcome... like your wedding is their only priority. We got married in late September outside by the Gazebo and the grounds were perfect. We added a few flowers to the gazebo, but other than that the backdrop was perfect in our pictures. The grounds and the building alone have plenty of awesome picture opportunities, great if you are doing a first look on site! Cocktail hour was perfect, we held ours in the ballroom with the cake in the middle of the dance floor with plenty of room for our guests to mingle and enjoy the amazing (!) hors d'oeuvres. We had 170 guests at our wedding which allowed us plenty of room to fit in all of our tables comfortably (15 plus the head table). We had so many 'extra' decorations for the staff to put up the day of and they executed perfectly, better than I envisioned! Our guests have not stopped raving about the food, service, and fun additions to the night, like the butler passed champagne parade, sweets and late night snack tables, and signature cocktail drinks. We will be forever grateful for the staff at Ruffled Feathers for making our wedding day so perfect! I think it's safe to say I would recommend RF to anyone, you cannot beat the price for all that you get!

Beautiful Venue, especially with new renovations. Kathy was very accommodating. Although sometimes hard to get a hold of, she makes sure that you have every last detail down and set. They decorated our room better than imagined. The food was outstanding. Hors d'oeuvres were excellent as well. She even added in a small sweets table which was to our suprise, and guests LOVED it! We received many compliments on how beautiful everything was and how good the food and drinks were!Our wedding ceremony was held outside at the gazebo, and Kathy was able to provide our guests with fresh lemonade and water outside prior to the ceremony. The location of the golf club is absolutely beautiful & the pictures that we got will forever hold memories of the most beautiful day of our lives.

One of my daughter's requests was that her bridal shower be brunch. After looking at several other venues, I am glad to say we chose Ruffled Feathers. They had the best variety of food on their brunch menu and the mimosa bar was something I did not find at other venues. From beginning to end Kathy and her staff were great. I didn't even get to meet Kathy until a week before our event, but she was always quick to respond to emails and voice mails. At the beginning of the shower, the shift managers met with us and were very accommodating when we had a couple last minute requests. The food was hot and the staff kept everything filled as long as people were still eating. The chefs were great at preparing the made to order omelette station, and the staff kept the mimosa bar flowing which all the guests loved. Thank you Ruffled Feathers for a great shower!

Words cannot express how truly grateful I am of Kathy Pauley and the entire staff at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club. When planning my wedding (3.19.16), I had what kind of wedding I wanted or what my dream wedding was. When I walked into the reception at Ruffled Feathers, I was in tears...it was my absolute dream wedding. Kathy is perfect. She is a true professional. She went above and beyond to ensure there was ZERO stress on the day or even the week of the wedding, it was the best experience, I can't imagine doing it any other way. The venue itself is newly renovated and gorgeous. The food was delicious, I received multiple comments from guests about how good it was. Like, I can go on and on, but I have zero complaints. From the moment we toured, to the tasting, to decision making, to the week of, Kathy ensured everything went exactly how it should be. It was like she was in my head, knew exactly what I wanted, and made it happen without me even having to say a word. I am eternally grateful to Kathy and everyone at ruffled feathers for a truly perfect wedding. LOVE LOVE LOVE her.

From the moment we toured, to the tasting, to decision making, to the week of, Kathy ensured everything went exactly how it should be. It was like she was in my head, knew exactly what I wanted, and made it happen without me even having to say a word. I recently was asked to be the maid of honor of my sisters wedding. I looked at this venue to have her bridal shower here and possibly show it to her as a wedding venue since we originally planned on having a backyard small wedding I tried changing her mind! I LOVED the pictures I saw online and a friend of mine recently got married at this venue and I loved her pictures. I called a couple of times and left messages. When you call it brings you to the golf shop and then they transfer you which usually means you will be kept on hold for quite some time. I talked to a woman named Kathy about a smaller room and she seemed as if I was a bother when I called to talk about it. I asked questions about the size of the room and what rooms I could use and the do's and don't. a few minutes into our conversation I felt as if I was not important and she didn't care if I chose this venue or not. I wanted to feel that push and drive to go for this venue so I could relay that to my sister but it fell flat. Not impressed by the wedding director at all. After reading some of these comments I can see why people don't pick this venue because of her.

We held our wedding and reception at Ruffled Feathers this past January. We had an absolutely amazing experience with the venue, the staff and Kathy. We had a very specific vision for how we wanted our wedding to look and Kathy worked with us every step of the way. She ordered multiple different fabrics, a few different times until she found exactly what we wanted for the tables. We made a few other custom requests and Kathy and the staff were happy to assist us. When we talked to a lot of our friends that have been recently married, they were surprised to hear how flexible Ruffled Feathers was in accommodating our requests. Kathy allowed us to drop off everything a few days before the wedding with a list of instructions. When we showed up the day of the wedding, everything looked perfect. There was no set-up or work needed by our families, which was a relief. After the wedding, they packed up everything and held it so that we could come back after the wedding, which again, was super helpful. The pricing was also very competitive with other places in the area. We were very impressed with the value we received for the budget that we had. It's also one of the few places in the south suburbs that can accommodate 200+ people. We can't say enough good things about the venue, the staff and Kathy. We had a stress free wedding, exactly how we envisioned it, and you can't ask for more than that. We would highly recommend that you check out this place!

I loved our venue but I would choose somewhere else because of her. Kathy is your only contact the entire time you are planing your wedding and she is a complete and total nightmare to work with. Please if you are considering this venue talk to the staff!! I don't know how everyone elses comments on this site speak so highly of her because it could not be further from the truth.

I got married this past January and could not be more happy with choosing Ruffled Feathers as our venue. When first looking at the venue, Kathy was more than helpful when answering our questions and very accommodating for our wants and needs. She was prompt with replying to emails and phone calls I had throughout the wedding planning process. On the day of the wedding, everything went more smoothly than I could imagine. The staff was wonderful and had everything set up perfectly ahead of time. I received many compliments from guests on how attentive the waiting staff and bartenders were throughout the night. We also received many compliments on how wonderful the food was. I couldn't' have asked for a more perfect reception and can't thank Kathy and all of the staff at Ruffled Feathers for making it possible. I highly recommend this venue for any occasion!!!\r

I would actually rate this venue a 0. To start, I would like to say Kathy was prompt to responding to emails and setting up an appointment. However, that is all. When we showed up for our tour, Kathy greeted us upon arrival. Our tour started with some chatting about what we were looking for in the wedding etc. Once our guest count of around 150 came up, she wrote us off. Her overall mood had changed to snooty and disinterested with mostly one word answers. Our tour basically ended after 3 minutes. She did not even try to show us the outdoor ceremony site, which I stated I was looking for. My fiancé asked about different packages and stuff and her response was along the lines, with an attitude \"Oh, I already sent her the stuff, you can just go look at that.\" I felt as if we had wasted her time by going there. The \"conversation\" kept going in the direction of a Friday wedding because it would be cheaper for us. And that having a Saturday wedding with a forecasted $20,000 minimum (for our year) would be too expensive. Mind you, budgets and money had not been brought up at all. \r\rI was looking forward to seeing this venue because it is pretty, but unfortunately our decision was quickly made after the way Kathy treated us. I could already tell that she is not one for this job and would not be a good coordinator. I wish I had read the reviews prior as there are many others with the same experience. If you have your heart set to hold your event here, show up with a Louis Vuitton, fancy clothes, and a high guest count. We decided to hold our no max budget wedding elsewhere.

Kathy Pauley and the entire staff at Ruffled Feather Golf Club went above and beyond to make our day perfect! We had both the ceremony and the reception there and they both went really well and the transition between the two was seamless. They were very quick with communication and more than wiling to help in any way that they could! Anything we wanted, they made it happen. The venue is gorgeous! We got married on 8/8/15, so the golf course was in all of it's green glory! The backdrop of the golf course while inside the venue was beautiful! We had reserved the entire place and it was so nice because then the entire bridal party was able to get ready at the venue. It was so convenient! I love that everyone at Ruffled Feathers was so accommodating! I really felt like I, as well as my husband and the entire bridal party, were their main priority! The food was delicious, the champagne parade was fun, and the night flowed so perfectly! We couldn't have been happier to have chosen Ruffled Feathers to host both our wedding and reception! Kathy Pauley was my wedding coordinator who was available whenever I needed, was able to answer any questions, and was willing to work with my on specific requests that I had for my reception. Through the planning, she was able to offer advice, but also give me space to make decisions - SHE WAS THE BEST! \rThe day of the wedding I also worked with Daniel who was a gem! He came up to me several times throughout the night asking me how I was doing and if I needed anything! He was very attentive and really made me feel like a princess! \rAND THE STAFF! What a great team! I was never without a drink in my hand! They held my food in a warmer while I mingled, and they stayed late after the wedding to clean up (which I was very grateful for) \r\rWhat I loved most about Ruffled Feathers is they made me feel that I was the most important bride, with the most important wedding of the year which made my day that much more magical! \r\rWe also took our pictures on the grounds at Ruffled Feathers which were beautiful. There was not a bad shot! It was nice because we didn't have to travel anywhere! I am SO BEYOND HAPPY that we had our wedding reception at Ruffled Feathers! Kathy is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. I probably emailed her weekly with questions, and they always got answered! She was seriously my go-to-girl! I'm actually sad I'm done working with her! This venue is soooo flexible on what you want to spend as well, allowing you to create any wedding setting to fit your budget. Definitely recommend RF to any bride who wants a Chicago Suburb wedding!

After looking at a number of venues, we immediately knew we needed to have our wedding reception at Ruffled Feathers. The grounds are gorgeous and the ballroom was perfect for us. The free round of golf didn't hurt our decision either. They offer a ton of food choices that allow them to cater to all budgets. The Director of Catering, Kathy, is so wonderful and fun. I just wanted to be best friends with her! Throughout the planning process, we were able to communicate easily with Kathy. When she was not available, we always received a response from one of the other staff members. In the week leading up to the wedding, Kathy listened to what we wanted and offered some great suggestions regarding the seating plans and order of events. We were able to plan a day that was better than we ever imagined. The day of our wedding, the head servers always made sure we were happy, fed, and not thirsty. I had a friend act as wedding coordinator and she said her job was boring because nothing went wrong! We got a ton of compliments on how great the venue looked. Our pictures on the golf course were amazing. The food was delish. Our day ended up being one we will never forget.

I got married this past November and my wedding reception was at Ruffled Feathers. This is such an amazing place to have a wedding. Kathy Pauly, the events coordinator, was a dream to work with! She is so friendly and was very easy to get ahold of during the entire planning process. She made the planning process so easy and had a lot of connections for any additional wants/needs (i.e. photo booth rental company, chair rental company, DJs, bands, etc.). Ruffled Feathers offers multiple packages, sure to fit almost any budget. Another reason I loved Ruffled Feathers was because the ballroom was able to accommodate my large wedding, about 270 people. \r\rThe food was amazing and the staff was so great. All the servers and bartenders were so friendly and always made sure me, my husband, our bridal party and all of our guests were happy. The planning process from start to finish was great and I would definitely recommend Ruffled Feathers to anyone searching for a wedding venue or as a location for any other type of special event.

She made the planning process so easy and had a lot of connections for any additional wants/needs (i.e. photo booth rental company, chair rental company, DJs, bands, etc.). Ruffled Feathers offers multiple packages, sure to fit almost any budget. Another reason I loved Ruffled Feathers was because the ballroom was able to accommodate my large wedding, about 270 people. \r\rThe food was amazing and the staff was so great. All the servers and bartenders were so friendly and always made sure me, my husband, our bridal party and all of our guests were happy. The planning process from start to finish was great and I would definitely recommend Ruffled Feathers to anyone searching for a wedding venue or as a location for any other type of special event.

From the first time we visited RF I knew it was going to be our venue site. We had planned on having an outdoor ceremony at the gazebo followed by an indoor reception. Due to weather we had to last minute change the ceremony to indoors but the entire staff made sure to get it set up and helped my florist turn it into a beautiful site! We worked closely with Kathy and Daniel and they both made sure we were extremely satisfied with our wedding! I was truly happy with our wedding. all of our guests loved the food, especially the chicken/rice soup! Our meat (steak and chicken) were cooked beautifully (juicy, not dry, good flavor). Overall I would give it a 5 out of 5.

Ruffled Feathers' ballroom is a beautiful venue. The ballroom, with its long, floor length windows, made for some great pictures with enjoyable scenery. However, the outside location where we had our ceremony was a different story. We were told landscaping would be done by the summer when we booked with them in the winter. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and things were in bad shape. When my mom and I went to check out the place a month before the wedding, there were dead rosebushes and fake flowers in pots and cigarette butts in the grass. There was no landscaping done and the grounds simply looked like they had been unattended to for some time. My mom and my mother-in-law and her sister graciously landscaped on their own, so the outdoor ceremony ended up being beautiful. They brought in fresh flowers, cleaned up the grounds, cut down branches that were overgrown, etc. It blew me away that if they didn't take their own time and money to do these tasks, it would not have been done. \rAs for service, I think the bottom line is you need a wedding planner of your own if you want to book here. I'm thankful that one of my bridesmaids is a wedding planner, so she helped me a lot in terms of timelines, details, etc. But often times, I felt like I was in the dark because their wedding coordinator was hard to reach at times and didn't give a lot of detail/advice. There was also no one there to help us with the rehearsal. Make sure your officiant knows how to run a rehearsal if you don't have a wedding planner. During the day of the wedding, I was most upset about the lack of communication. I had a timeline for RF that I made myself, with little direction from the wedding coordinator, and I felt like no one on staff had looked at it. My DJ was confused by some things, so he had to come find and ask me the questions because there was no \"point person\" on RF staff. It bothered me that I had to worry about the logistics of the night when I was told someone on staff would be there to assist me. Overall, I would not recommend this venue unless you have a wedding planner of your own, and you are prepared to take on a lot of the work yourself.

My now husband (love saying that!) and I held our wedding reception at Ruffled Feathers in August 2014. We couldn't be happier and know that we picked the absolute best place for our big day. Repeatedly, the feedback that we receive is that it was the best wedding ever. Now I know that this is a phrase that's used loosely, but I truly feel that our guests mean it :) Much of the credit goes to Ruffled Feathers. The venue is absolutely beautiful and creates quite the impression when guests enter. It is a single ballroom surrounded by windows overlooking a beautifully landscaped golf course. A nice feature is that there is a patio directly off the ballroom. This allowed anyone who smokes to still feel a part of the party (as opposed to walking through a lobby to get to the front entrance as we observed at other venues) Also, their bar is beautiful (made of dark wood and slate). This was another positive as it gave the room class and character. It definitely wasn't your standard banquet hall bar built into the wall. Ruffled Feathers packages are very inclusive and fairly priced. This value allowed us to spoil our guests with butler passed hors d'oeuvres, a champaign parade, and late night snacks- not to mention prime rib for the main entree. All the food was delicious- cooked perfectly with lots of flavor! The staff provided excellent service. I must express my gratitude to Kathy Pauley for being so attentive and wonderful to work with. I can't say enough nice things about her. She was quick to respond to my phone calls and emails and supported all the special requests that we made. She is everything a catering director should be and is the reason why our wedding was such a success. Thank you Ruffled Feathers for a beautiful day!!!

This past weekend I hosted my daughter and her husband's wedding at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club. I couldn't have been more pleased and we received so many wonderful compliments from our guests. Kathy Pauley and the entire staff was amazing. From the very beginning, we received personalized attention and our calls and emails with any questions were responded to very quickly. On the day of the wedding, everything was set up perfectly, just as we had requested and they even took care of setting up the candy bar for us. The room was beautiful and the food was delicious. We had a choice menu and each entree was prepared perfectly and served on time. My compliments to the chef as well, because it's not easy to serve a choice menu which included salmon, chicken and 100+ steaks, each cooked perfectly, none over done. The champagne parade started the night off and the service throughout the night was exceptional. Daniel made sure everything ran smooth and the bartenders were friendly and efficient. The staff even helped gather all of our things at the end of the night and stored them till the following day. I can't thank Kathy and the team at Ruffled Feathers enough. You helped to make this a truly magical day. I would recommend this venue in a heartbeat!

We had our reception at Ruffled Feathers and it was amazing. Our wedding ended up getting done earlier then we had been told and so guests started arriving at the reception about a half hour before the event started. The staff was great. They let everyone into the bar area so they could mingle and have some cocktails while they finished getting the ballroom ready. when we came into the ballroom everything was so beautiful. Our guests had a wonderful time, the food was delicious and the cake, provided by the bakery they use was beautiful. Cathy and her team did an excellent job helping make our day go as smoothly as possible. The service was great, and we got a lot for our money. My mother is still talking about the chocolate fountains, and my husband and guests loved the open bar. Oh they also redid the ballroom recently, and it looks fabulous, we went there for our tasting and they had just started the renovations and it is so much nicer in there. The only negative I have wasn't even with them, my DJ while he was a really nice guy, some of the things I wanted to do didn't get done, but he isn't affiliated with Ruffled Feathers, and my photographer but only because there where more family photos I wanted done that weren't. All in all it was a wonderful evening that I will remember all my life.

My son and his fiance had there wedding reception there last weekend and it was beautiful. Kathy Pauley the wedding coordinator was so wonderful and when we got there the staff had everything all setup. We had our wedding at Ruffled Feathers in September 2013 and had a wonderful experience. Working with Kathy was just great. She was available to answer questions by phone and email and really went out of her way to accommodate all our special requests. The venue only accommodates one wedding a night, so they are totally focused on us the whole night, which was great!\r\rOur ceremony was outside by the gazebo which was a beautiful background. After the ceremony we had the party start right away! The reception room was set up totally for us, we did not have to come in and do anything the day of the wedding. We just dropped all our stuff off to Kathy a few days before and she took care of the rest! The room was beautiful and overlooked a beautiful golf course. We had multiple guests comment on how pretty the room was as well. The food was great! We couldn't of asked for a better night, Kathy made everything run so smoothly and the staff was so fun we were really able to ENJOY our day, everything went off w/o a problem!\r\rI would definitely recommend this to any couple as a great option for their wedding!

We had our wedding at Ruffled Feathers in September 2013 and had a wonderful experience. Working with Kathy was just great. She was available to answer questions by phone and email and really went out of her way to accommodate all our special requests. The venue only accommodates one wedding a night, so they are totally focused on us the whole night, which was great!\r\rOur ceremony was outside by the gazebo which was a beautiful background. After the ceremony we had the party start right away! The reception room was set up totally for us, we did not have to come in and do anything the day of the wedding. We just dropped all our stuff off to Kathy a few days before and she took care of the rest! The room was beautiful and overlooked a beautiful golf course. We had multiple guests comment on how pretty the room was as well. The food was great! We couldn't of asked for a better night, Kathy made everything run so smoothly and the staff was so fun we were really able to ENJOY our day, everything went off w/o a problem!\r\rI would definitely recommend this to any couple as a great option for their wedding!

I just had by wedding ceremony/reception here Sept 1, 2013 and I am so disappointed. The ballroom was fantastic and I fell in love but the outside of the facility needs help as well as the wedding coordinator, Kathy. She was horrible. My fiancé and I went in to check the place out and had mentioned that we were having a small wedding to save costs so Kathy mentioned some other packages that they could offer instead of the normal wedding package, so that was great. But as soon as we mentioned \"saving costs\" her attitude changed. Our entire conversation seemed as if we were bothering her and she couldn't wait to get us out of there. She has horrible communication and took (normally) a week to respond to emails/phone calls. She never contacted me about anything unless I contacted her, which was a LOT since I had to basically figure everything out on my own. There is just too much to even say about the poor service we received on my wedding day. First and foremost I had guests actually telling me that Kathy was rude to them and stated that she seemed a little spacey. My guests should NOT be noticing things like that! My fiancé arrived to the facility about an hour before the ceremony started and Kathy wasn't even there yet. He had to set up our unity sand ceremony things since nobody else had done it, Kathy had given our DJ the tulle I provided and said \"here, can you do something with this? you look more creative then me\". Excuse me!? She left ribbon and other items used to set up the ballroom just sitting on the gift table, so that when the guests went in to find their seats they could see it. She put the \"Bride\" and \"Groom\" signs in the wrong spots on the table so the groomsman's wife switched it for us, she had flowers sitting on the cake table and punch table that must have been left over from the night before because they weren't from my florist and weren't supposed to be there and did NOT match. We had a champagne brunch that was buffet style and the chef at the omelette station packed up before everyone was able to get one-including me. Then the staff came out about 40 minutes into brunch and asked if they could start taking the food away-as people were still coming up for more! \rWe also had talked about doing chair covers and sashes. I told her the week before that we wanted them and we had looked at colors prior to that and decided the eggplant was the one we wanted. Kathy didn't respond to my message so after 5 days of waiting I finally called her-at this point it was 2 days before the wedding. She mentioned getting my email and mentioned she would order the chair covers and sashes...why this wasn't done when she first got my email, I don't know. Well it turns out that the sashes we wanted were sold out so instead of calling me back to tell me she emailed me and mentioned maybe doing the plum-which we had looked at but it was not at all the right color. I responded and called and she had never called back. She took it upon herself to go ahead and order the color I had said I DIDN'T want. Nobody noticed except for my and the bridesmaids, but it's the fact that I specifically said NOT to use that color and she did anyways. \rIf I had the chance to do it over again, I would absolutely go somewhere else and save myself the added stress. \rI am currently trying to get ahold of the general manager but he has about the same communication skills as Kathy.

Her team is amazing as well. They did the entire set-up for us, allowing my mom, sister, and I to sit at home the morning of the wedding and not have to rush to put DIY centerpieces together at the hall. We were so thankful for this aspect. On my wedding night, everyone was so nice and so personable! Tristan and Theresa were so accommodating, fun, and really made our night great! Tristan even put up with my bridal party! \r\rThe hall itself is beautiful and elegant. We had AMAZING photos especially in the gazebo at night! The ballroom overlooks the golf course and has a beautiful patio to walk out onto. The bar and carpets were just redone this spring and look beautiful! The bridal room is spacious and has a private bath. The banquet packages are super accommodating, providing options in different price ranges. The packages provide so many perks to help make your wedding great! When I walked into the hall on my wedding day I was taken aback by how perfect everything looked. They set up the tables just the way I asked! The coral organza chair ties Kathy recommended matched our colors perfectly and added such a great burst of color to the room. \r\rThe butler passed hor d'oeuvres and the cheese display was delicious and impressive. There was more than enough for everyone! The champagne parade was so exciting and my guests loved it! The food was AMAZING! We had roasted garlic sundried tomato soup, the mimosa salad, almond chicken, cozumel blend (veggies), and red roasted herb potatoes. The almond chicken they served was HUGE and cooked to perfection! The cake from Dominos was fabulous! It turned out perfectly!\r\rOverall, I could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience, or a better location and package for my wedding. Book Ruffled Feathers! You won’t be disappointed! \r

We used Ruffled Feathers for our March 9th wedding and could not be happier. \r\rThe thing that immediately drew us to Ruffled Feathers was the fact that we would be the only wedding going on at the hall that night. We knew that we would be the primary focus of the hall that night. I’ll begin by saying that the value of the package was amazing! We needed to keep to a tight budget and were able to have a beautiful wedding at a fair price. \r\rThe room was spectacular. The room is basically wall to wall windows which overlook the golf course. In addition, they had just had the bar remodeled with stacked stone and a deep rich wood before our wedding. It was beautiful! Also, they just had the carpet re-done to a very neutral color that will complement almost any wedding color. In addition, the chandeliers add a great touch to the beauty of the room. And, we had our own bridal suite with a bathroom which was also a great touch. \r\rThe food was AMAZING! We had the Italian Wedding soup, Mimosa salad, Dijon Chicken with Green Beans & the Twice Baked Potato. We also had our cake arranged through a local bakery which was part of the RF package. The bartender service seemed to be fairly quick the entire night as well which we appreciated. \r\rThe service was impeccable. Every server was quick, professional, and courteous. There was never an issue with not having enough servers to guests. Also, the servers did a fantastic job setting up all of our reception décor to a tee. We had a lot of things that we wanted in a particular place and they made sure that everything was perfect. \r\rFinally, our coordinator, Kathy Pauley, was great. Originally, we signed our contract with Toby who was the coordinator before Kathy. Kathy did a great job. There were a couple of times that we lost touch in communication. However, this woman is a wonder! She has a lot on her plate and never fails to do a great job. She made sure that everything at our reception was wonderful. \r\rWe highly recommend Ruffled Feathers to any bride and groom. Our wedding was so memorable and I know a big part of it is due to the fact that we had an amazing hall with a great coordinator and impeccable service. \r

My fiance and I knew ahead of time that we wanted a venue that had a very open and elegant feel to it with lots of natural light. Ruffled Feathers was just the place for us. Working with Kathy was great. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, provided advice and was a great help through the planning process. The reception itself was beautiful right down to every detail. The food was fantastic and people were talking about it for days after. The only very minor gripe I have is that the air conditioning in the bridal suite wasn't working very well, but the AC in the rest of the place was on full blast and everyone was very comfortable despite the very hot July day outside. We received lots of compliments on our venue choice and the attentiveness of the servers. If you're looking for a beautiful venue for a group under 200 people, this is the perfect place.

When we first booked, Tony was in charge and was very accommodating and told us we could pretty much do everything we wanted. About 2 months before the wedding Kathy took over as Tony took a job elsewhere. She informed us that there was an extra charge for certain things we had wanted and that we would not be able to fit as many people as Tony had told us. Fortunately we did not have as many people as we expected to have and so all 160 guests fit in the room perfectly, but the 250 that Tony said would have been way too crowded. Kathy ended up being wonderful to work with and everything turned out perfectly!! She and I talked almost everyday the week before the weeding to make sure things were in place and she knew exactly what we wanted. She did a wonderful job and the staff was excellent!

Toby & his staff @ Ruffled Feathers were absolutely amazing! No, \"amazing\" doesn't even do them justice. I'm not sure there is a word I can use to explain how fabulous this venue & their staff are. It didn't matter who we dealt w/...from Toby, his assistants, the wait staff, to the employee running the pro shop. This staff & facility are HIGH CLASS & I recommend them to anyone looking for a site that is going to make their planning easier, worries near non-existent, & dreams made reality. When you have questions, they respond quickly. This is the most ACCOMODATING facility I have EVER dealt with! I just can't put into words how absolutely amazing & beautiful Ruffled Feathers was. The pictures speak for themselves! The best choice we made during our wedding planning! What more could a busy, stressed out bride want but someone to say...\"Yes, we can do that!\" I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything was professional from the staff's attire to the overall appearance of the venue at all times. I provided a list of how to set things up, changes we wanted to the menu, outside vendors & their set-up times/requirements...& Ruffled Feathers made sure everything was perfect. Not only did they make things perfect for me, but most importantly they made things perfect for my guests...on a number of occasions, that I didn't even find out about until weeks after the wedding...from my extremely happy guests! I was highly impressed!!! We recommend Ruffled Feathers for any event you may be planning. The quality, service, & value were all 5 Stars in our book & we thank them for making our day absolutely amazing & worry free!!! We could not have asked for anything more! Thank you Toby & staff for making our wedding carefree & absolutely perfect. You all are the best!!! P.S. The pictures w/ my puppers absolutely made my day & we're so grateful you allowed us to take them. Thank you, thank you, thank you from Ryan & myself for everything!!! I fell in love with the venue from the minute I walked in. I could see us getting married outside at the gazebo to celebrating with or family and friends in the ball room. Toby was wonderful answering all of our questions and making sure our night was PERFECT! The staff was great and the food was fantastic. I would have any large events there again!

My husband and I had both our wedding and reception here and it was amazing. Many guests commented on how nice the space was and the food was amazing. The waitstaff was great and Toby the catering head really worked with us throughout the process to make our day really special. The space does require at $5000 minimum but it was a good value and you have three different packages to choose from. We got a great discount because we had our wedding/reception on a Sunday. The one minor thing was that the lady that was our coordinator the day of Melissa seemed new and a little green. She was very nice and tried to be attentive but at times seemed a little unfocused but overall she did a great job and accomplished everything I asked of her and also did extra such as running for water etc. Overall is was a great day and I would recommend ruffled feathers.

We immediately liked Ruffled Feathers. Toby, the coordinator was nothing but personable and was accomodating to our every need. The food was great and the wait staff went above and beyond to meet our every need. I did not even have to hire a wedding coordinator because Toby and the staff made sure everything went smoothly. They went out of their way to get additional beer/liquor even the day of the wedding. I could not have asked for a better reception hall.

I just had my wedding reception at Ruffled Feathers on 6/25/11 and I don't think that I could find anything even remotely negative to say about my experience with Ruffled Feathers. Toby, Jackie and the entire staff were great to work with and everything turned out exactly as planned. As the bride, I hardly had a chance to eat but Toby made sure that me and my husband got a plate of appetizers right when we sat down to eat. Everyone said that the food was great (we had the filet and salmon), the sweet table was excellent and they even gave us containers to take the sweets home. My wedding coordinator (Linda Smith Wedding - see review) cancelled the day before the wedding and the entire Ruffled Featherss staff made sure that everything went eactly as planned. I would say that a Wedding Coordiantor would be a waste of money if you work with Ruffled Feathers because they can take care of every little detail. The room looked amazing, when I walked in I couldn't beleive that it was exactly as I had pictured....beautiful!. There entire staff was hands on to make sure our guests didn't wait for the food to be served or to be served at the bar. Also, compared to other venues in the area Ruffled Feathers prices were lower and with the Premium Package you got a lot of extras. \r\rMy experience with Ruffled Feathers was excellent and would recommend them without any hesitation. I would like to thank Toby, Jackie and the entire staff for helping to make my wedding everything that I could have asked for!!!!
