We could not be happier with our wedding venue!!!! Everything was absolutely amazing and made our dreams become a reality. From the second we walked in the doors we knew we wanted to have our reception here. The food was amazing, room absolutely beautiful & staff were professional and treated us like true royalty. We are so grateful to have had them for our special day. We could not recommend them highly enough!!!! It was magical and pure perfection having our wedding venue here.

Extremely helpful and patient during the planning process and the day of the wedding they delivered amazing service. Choosing this venue was a no brainer. We worked with Audrey who closed the deal! I've seen some bad reviews on her but she was great with us. She went over every detail with us before we booked with the venue. Before booking, Mr. Russo came into the room and welcomed us. Our Maitre'd was Joe Vacca. He is AMAZING! I must say he's amazing at what he does and HE IS THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY! HANDS DOWN! Joe worked with my husband and I non stop to make sure we were satisfied and every detail was perfect. I am all about detail, and I am somewhat picky so this must have been challenging for him but he managed and dealt with me LOL. He went over the food choices with us, menus, decor, entrance, place cards, favors and more. The food is just amazing!! Everyone ranted about our cocktail hour and the 11 entrees that Russo's has to offer. They offer everything you can imagine from shrimp, tacos, salads, fruits, steak, pasta, asparagus, sushi, rice balls, sausages and MORE!! My husband and I have high standards regarding food and service, and we must they are over the top! Also – the cocktail room is indoors and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The cocktail room overlooks the water and it’s so modern and elegant. The night of our wedding, Russo’s went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. They made sure every moment of the night we had our FAVORITE drinks in our hands, and made sure we ate. My bridal attendant was amazing and sweet. She sat with me during cocktail hour and made sure I ate a few items. She bustled my ballgown, and made sure I felt beautiful and comfortable all night.

Simply the absolute BEST! We got married (both ceremony and reception) at Russo’s on the Bay on 8/31/18 and they more than exceeded our expectations. They made the planning process easy and comfortable. Sophia helped us every step of the way and was just fabulous! In the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, Joe Vacca, our matire’d, answered every question and concern immediately, he put me at complete ease. He then ran our wedding like a well oiled machine! Joe is really the best in the business! My bridal attendant Hope was great! If I needed or wanted something she was back to me in a flash with it! Bravo to the chefs! The food was outstanding! The food presentation was also very impressive! OMG the bakery - cookies, pastries and CAKE that was out of this world! The entire staff is professional and very accommodating but not in a stiff unattached way, they are friendly, everyone was smiling and happy help in anyway they could. The service was seriously fantastic! Even Mr. Russo stopped by to ask us if everything was going well and to be sure we were happy. The venue is gorgeous, the pics on their website doesn’t do it justice. I could go on and on, instead I’ll leave you with this - As our guests left, many people told us that this was the best wedding they had EVER been to! As a bride & groom, I can’t tell you how happy that made us! We would have our wedding at Russo's again tomorrow if we could! Everyone up to now in October keeps complimenting me about how nice my venue was and the food not one thing on the menu were disliked . Everyone compliment me about the food and how it just kept on coming. My guests said to me I did a wonderful job but I just picked the right venue but YOU GUYS were the one that did a wonderful job and I thank you guys for that. RUSSO'S ON THE BAY gave an amazing experience for our wedding. Russo's staff was amazing from Mr. Russo, who comes around to make sure everything is ok and to our Maitre'D Joann the Bridal Attendant, very pleasant, and always smiling did an excellent job They were very attentive to us from the moment we pulled up in the Limo until we left at the end of the night. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed the entire evening and made sure everything ran smooth.. The Tavoli room and Garden is beautiful, as a matter of fact the entire place is gorgeous. The food was tasty, plentiful and unbelievable. Our guests had a great time and feed back was awesome. We truly appreciate everything the staff did for making our wedding day memorable and magical. I will recommend Russos on the bay for any event anyone has. Thank you Theresa and Joe.

Planning a wedding is stressful, to say the least, but the staff at Russo's was patient in answering all questions and problem solving when an issue would arise concerning the reception. They had the answer for everything which was great.2. The entrance for the bride and groom into the reception was impressive. It was so original and the guests loved it. (I won't mention it online in case it is supposed to be a surprise for some people.)3. The food! The food not only tastes fabulous, but there is A LOT of it. We chose not to get any \"extras\" added to our cocktail hour because the amount and type of food that is served is beyond impressive. Several guests asked after the cocktail hour if there was a dinner following and they were surprised when we said \"yes\". Also, the standard procedure was a choice of ELEVEN dinners, including one vegetarian and one vegan. This was great because I had a few guests who are vegetarian and one vegan.4. The reception staff. The staff that runs the reception is also exceptional. I was treated like a princess by them (which is great!) but in addition the mothers of the bride and groom were also treated special. The reception ran like a well-oiled machine. I would definitely recommend Russo's on the Bay to anyone getting married in the area!!

My wedding was on May 20 2017 and it was such a Beautiful day. Russos on the Bay is the best place to have a wedding . The room was decorated with such a presentable and romantic feel. I brought some extra stuff to display and they put them all out nicely . The food is delicious especially the cocktail hour and my most favorite part is the Venetian hour because I am big on sweets and they display so may different treats it felt like I was in a Willy Wonka setting . They even have sugar free station for my family that were diabetic. My Maitre D was Joe and he was so helpful every step of the way! His team were so nice , one of the girls Bussel my dress for me and one of the guys waited on me the whole night. He packed up few different dinners , and many treats from Venetian hour so that I can enjoy it at home . I felt like a princess on my wedding day because I was treated like a princess. Frank Russo comes and check on you during the Reception to make sure you are doing okay ! They make you feel so comfortable and at home . My guests told me what a great time they had at our wedding and that they love this venue. They have many spots on the venue to take beautiful photos whether it's our side in the garden or in front of the building or even inside of the building . Russos on the Bay is definitely the best place to have your wedding Day. My husband and I are very happy we chose Russos on the Bay and believe me you will e too ! You will be a very happy Bride and Groom.

Our wedding was almost a month ago on September 30, 2017 and we are still talking about how amazing the day was! One of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process was booking Russo’s as our venue. After attending several weddings this year at other venues, we really appreciated all that Russo’s has to offer. You get so much more for your money at Russo’s because they truly want you to have the most amazing day, and the food is unbelievable! From the day that we first visited for pricing to the days following our wedding when we picked up our decor, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Joe Vacca was our Matre'd and he was AWESOME! We were in the Renaissance room and he ensured the room was absolutely perfect and set up exactly how we wanted it before the night began. He was also constantly checking in with us throughout the night, making sure we had the best time and leading us through all the details that you don't think of (but don't have to because he has it all covered!). Mr. Russo also came into the room multiple times to check in with us and our parents. As for the perks, the grand entrance was a huge hit! We also added a hospitality hour (open bar in Crystal Lounge) so that we could take family photos before cocktail hour, a mini venetian hour with extra desserts brought out to each table and an after hours party in the Crystal Lounge with open bar and snacks. We are still getting compliments from our friends and family about what a great time they all had! I can’t thank Russo’s enough for such an amazing night – we hope to be back there soon to attend someone else’s wedding!

From the day we made our decision to book with Andrea (Sales), to the day we got hooked up with Joe Vacca (Maitre d), our experience with Russo's has been nothing but fantastic. Joe is amazing with communication, details, and treats you like family. Family and friends were wow'ed with the overflowing amount choices during cocktail hour, and were so surprised with the elevator entrance in the Tivoli room. There are very few venues in NYC that have such spectacular options for the newlyweds' entrance -- and we are glad we found the best one! Location was convenient for guests from both Queens/Long Island and Brooklyn/Staten Island, and we did not have to drive through a forest and through the woods to get there.We could not believe the night was over already, when Joe and his team helped pack up our things, along with plates and trays of food and desserts not only for us, but also for our parents, to bring home to enjoy. And also a heads-up to any prospective bride seeking out a venue: Make sure you have good chemistry with the person you're working with, and ask for Joe! If i could get married all over again, I would choose Russo's and Joe, in a heartbeat!

Russo's on the Bay far exceeded both mine and my husband's expectations for our wedding day. Picking this venue was easy since we had both been to many Russo's events. The combination of food and service are unmatched by any other venue we have visited throughout the years. Your guests will never go one hungry and will certainly be talking about the huge variety of delicious food they offer. The size of the cocktail hour, to the 11 choices for a main course, to the expansive selection at the Viennese hour is something my guests from all over are still talking about. Our wedding day was stress free thanks to the amazing crew Russo's on the Bay has put together. One person who went way above and beyond to make our special day carefree was our Maitre 'D, Joe Vacca. From the moment we met him, he made us feel as if we had known him for decades. Joe took care of everything the day of the wedding day so my husband and I could enjoy our party. He is highly professional and knows what it takes to put on an amazing show. He was extremely patient with us and made himself available at any time to answer questions we had for weeks up to the wedding. I highly recommend requesting him to work your party!!! I would also recommend booking the Crystal Lounge for after hours, especially if you want to unwind a little with your guests. It's definitely worth the money. We had our wedding at Russos on the Bay in July of 2017. We can not say enough wonderful things about the venue. Everything was top -- the people, the food, the experience, everything. We felt very taken cared of during the entire planning process the staff was able to answer all our questions and concerns. Plus when it got closer to the wedding we were in direct daily contact with Joey Vacca the Wedding Maitre'd who handled all the last minute things. I changed the seating chart 10 times the week of the wedding and each time he reassured me it would be no problem. The day of the wedding The staff was with us the entire time making sure everything went perfectly. Each table had individual waitors so our guests were taken cared of no matter what the need was, including drink orders brought right to the tablw. The food was outstanding. Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour. While the venue can be costly you will not regret the money spent. You will get what you paid for and much much more. Its hard to really explain the level of service but here is one example. When we got in our car to go home from our wedding at 1:30am, the staff had filled our car with dinners, dessert, water, cookies. It was such a wonderful surprise and made for a great meal when we got home. When you have a wedding at Russo's you will experience excellence in every regard and have to worry about nothing.

Russo’s on the Bay is beyond beautiful. The venue is top notch & on your wedding day, you will feel like a queen. I was nervous throughout the wedding process because I didn’t have a lot of communication with workers at Russo’s or their vendors, but a month before my wedding they all reached out to me. Joe - my Maitre D texted me at all times & made my worries go away. He said he would take care of it all & come the wedding day everything was perfect. He showed me the reception area before guests arrived so I could make sure everything was how I wanted it. We didn’t do a rehearsal the night before, so of course I was worried. But he was right! You didn’t need one. He told everyone where to go and made sure everything went smoothly. My guests had the time of their lives, complimenting the scenery, the decorations, the food, etc. everyone who came (close to 200) said that this was the best wedding that they ever went to! I’m now hoping that one of my friends will choose Russo’s for their wedding venue so my husband and I can go as guests and enjoy.

I was nervous throughout the wedding process because I didn’t have a lot of communication with workers at Russo’s or their vendors, but a month before my wedding they all reached out to me. Joe - my Maitre D texted me at all times & made my worries go away. He said he would take care of it all & come the wedding day everything was perfect. He showed me the reception area before guests arrived so I could make sure everything was how I wanted it. We didn’t do a rehearsal the night before, so of course I was worried. But he was right! You didn’t need one. He told everyone where to go and made sure everything went smoothly. My guests had the time of their lives, complimenting the scenery, the decorations, the food, etc. everyone who came (close to 200) said that this was the best wedding that they ever went to! I’m now hoping that one of my friends will choose Russo’s for their wedding venue so my husband and I can go as guests and enjoy.

I wish I could give Russo's On The Bay endless stars. We were married on September 1, 2017 and it was a dream come true. We could not have done it without the help of the Russo's. From our very first meeting with Carol (sales) to our final meeting before the wedding with Joe Vacca (maitre'd), the whole process was seamless. The day of the wedding we took photos in their garden and they came out beautiful! We walked into our room and I immediately started crying, I was so happy and the room completely took my breath away! You truly cannot beat Russo's quality and attention to detail. Our guests are still raving about the amazing and abundant food during cocktail hour and dinner. Our grand entrance into the Renaissance Room and the extravagant Viennese hour left everyone speechless! Russo's goes above and beyond and their service can't be matched. Words cannot describe the amazing experience we had at Russo's on the Bay for our wedding on September 16, 2017. To say that Russo's exceeded all expectations would be the large understatement of the year! Russo's staff was amazing from Mr. Russo to Carol Silva to our Maitre'D Joann the Bridal Attendant Hope were all beyond attentive. They were very attentive to us from the moment we pulled up in the Limo until we left at the end of the night on our shuttle bus. Our Maitre'D Joann and Bridal Attendant Hope made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed the entire evening. Joann, our Maitre'D made sure everything ran smooth from start to finish. The Ballroom and Gardens are beautiful. The food was spectacular!! The staff was attentive and professional... They didn't miss a beat! Everything was exactly how we planned!! From the beginning to the very end! We truly appreciate all the work the staff put into making our wedding day a magical day!!

Joanne our Maitre d was the absolute best! She was never far away and sensed that I needed her before I could even ask! I cannot even imagine where to begin about Russo's on the bay prior to choosing a venue I have read many reviews and visited over a dozen venues just going to a wedding showcase I fell soo in love with that venue.I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Carol as my coordinator they put you on a pedestal from the very first encounter till the final phenomenal day. Mr. Joe Vacca was my Maitre D ohhh my God what can I say he knew what to do what to say I may have given slight trouble but when I tell you he made sure as the bride you remain at your best with ease from the suggestions and recommendations to the courteous and professionalism hands down they are the BEST!!! EVERY AND I MEAN EVERY staff was polite courteous all around from the bridal attendant, waiters, waitresses, bartender, doorman and valet service if 10 stars was available they would have it. I wanna thank Russo's On The Bay for making our day the most amazing day of our lives we thank you from the bottom of our hearts .

\tMy husband and I got married at Russo’s on the Bay on August 12, 2016. The level of service at Russo’s on the Bay is simply incomparable to any other catering hall in the Tri-State areas. Deciding to book our wedding here was one of the best decisions we ever made. \tAndrea, our sales consultant, made a terrific first impression by greeting us with champagne and cake pops during our initial consultation. Every inch of the venue is lavish and glamorous – it was exactly what we had in mind for our wedding day! During our tour of the venue, Andrea walked us through the kitchen – which was immaculate! Talking with Andrea was like talking with a friend; we never felt any type of sales pressure. My fiancé and I were amazed when Andrea began reviewing the menu with us. We had looked at 12 different venues, but we immediately knew Russo’s was the one! \tShortly after we booked our wedding we were contacted to schedule a meeting with Priscilla, the event concierge. Priscilla is an angel! She took the time to get to know us and learn about the vision we had for our wedding day. This allowed her to make the absolute best vendor recommendations that matched our style, perfectly! We were thrilled with every single vendor we worked with and owe that to Priscilla! My friends could not believe that this was a complementary service included in our package- no other venue offers such an amenity! \tSofia was another gem we had the pleasure of working with throughout our wedding planning experience. She always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel at ease. Her kind-hearted disposition coupled with her knowledge of the hospitality field made us feel confident that we were in good hands. \tLater in the planning process we met our maitre’d, Joe. Joe was yet another talented individual that we were fortunate enough to work with. I was shocked when he gave me his cell phone number and encouraged me to reach out to him with any questions that I had in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I texted Joe at all hours of the day and he always responded promptly and professionally. On the day of the wedding, Joe took such good care of us! If you are planning a party at Russo’s do yourself a favor and request him to be your maitre’d – I assure you, you will be in the best hands. \tOur wedding day was an absolute fairy tale – every detail was exactly how I dreamed it would be! To say the food was delicious and plentiful would be an understatement. My guests couldn’t believe the grandeur of the cocktail hour, the number of dinner options available, or the lavish Viennese hour. Our cake looked like something you would see on TV. The service was top notch – the drinks were constantly being refilled and napkins were folded each time someone left their seat. Mr. Russo even checked in with us numerous times throughout the evening. Mr. Russo’s son helped us organize our entrance, which was another aspect of our wedding that guests could not stop raving about! I wish there were more stars because Russo's was INCREDIBLE!! We set our date 2 and a half years in advanced and worked with various consultants, including Jennifer and Andrea, throughout to make payments and make sure everything was going as planned. We fell in love with the Renaissance Room and Frank Russo worked with us to make sure we stayed within budget, got the Ren Room (even though we did not meet the minimum guest count), AND got some specific meals and desserts that we wanted. We could not have gotten better service anywhere else! When we met our Matre D, Joe Vacca, he made all the final details and decision-making a breeze! He was available for questions via phone, text, and email and responded quickly and professionally. He was a pleasure to work with planning for our wedding but he was even more amazing on the day of our wedding! He took care of everything and made sure that things went without a hitch! The room was set up perfectly and I never had to worry about a thing! Gina was our Captain the day of our wedding and she was incredibly attentive! She kept our drinks filled, our food warm while we were dancing or greeting people, and helped to bustle my dress! She packed everything up including food and dessert for us to take home and made sure it all got into our car! She really helped to keep us at ease and reassured us that we would not leave anything behind! Overall, our experience at Russo's was incredible and we can't wait to go back there for another event! I almost wish we could get married again just to do it all over! :)

Russo's on the Bay was the best venue for my wedding. We truly felt like a king and queen. Our guests felt like royalty. The Tivoli room elevator entrance astounded out guests. The food was amazing. Compared to other venues we visited, the food actually tasted amazing.The night was memorable and my husband and I are happy that we have this memory to share with our future children! Big shout out to Carol. She really made helped us with our planning.

We looked at so many reception venues around Queens and nothing even came close to what Russo's had to offer in terms of style, elegance, and class...and that was just first impressions. From the moment my husband and I met with our sales person, Jennifer, we knew that Russo's on the Bay was where we would be having our wedding reception. No detail went unnoticed, no drink went empty, no request was not granted. Our maitre'd Tracey was amazing, Lauren, the concierge, was super helpful with recommendations on vendors, the whole staff is amazing. The food is second to none- I had the best time of my life and everyone is saying that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. I wouldn't change a thing except to make the night last longer. If you haven't checked it out, you need to- they are the best!

\rOn March 28, 2014 our daughter Julianne and her husband Michael had their wedding at Russo’s on the Bay. Michael is from NY but Julianne being from NJ we were a bit reluctant about having our daughter’s wedding in NY. They just loved everything about Russo’s on the Bay so much that no other place they looked at even came close, so of course we couldn't say no.\r We knew it would be a great wedding but never in our wildest dreams did we expect the outstanding service we, along with every one of our guests received. Every moment from start to finish, far exceeded our expectations.\rWe just can’t praise Maitride Joe Vacca enough, he and the entire staff treated all of us like royalty, we wanted for nothing. Joe is nothing less than amazing!\r Our guests are still talking about how they have never been to a wedding with such an amazing bride and groom entrance, so much delicious food and entrée choices, not having to wait for cocktails at the bar, impeccable table service like they have never seen and “the cake” that everyone raved about, saying it was the best cake they have ever eaten.\r As one of our guests said...the bar has been raised, this is the wedding to top! Before signing the contract Carol Silva was awesome. After I signed the contract and gave my deposit it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of her. She wouldn't return emails or phone calls. She made a finalization appt to meet with us and never showed up. Mr. Russo apologized but an explanation was never offered. Someone else covered down on the appt and neglected to tell us inforamtion due to other appt's waiting or they assumed Carol told us. The lack of information cost us a little over $3000 at close out. We attempted to explain to Mr. Russo we were not aware of these things but he swore his employees would never neglect such information. The majority of the staff memebrs are great and they are ALL loyal to the Russo's name. I admire that. I hope my experience was just unique. The food was great, the staff that worked with us the day of the wedding was awesome and the venue was beautiful. There are no rehersals. Even though the staff has done tons of weddings it was my first wedding. A rehersal or at least a plan should've been laid out to us prior to the event. If you do plan on doing an event here and you get Carol Silva ask for someone else. Lauren and Allyson are great to work with and actually respond to emails and phone calls.

Dear Russo's On The Bay Staff\r\r\rI dont even know where to start except by saying THANK YOU THANK YOU. My wedding day was more then i could have even imagined. I knew Russos was going to be the place i married my best friend when we first went to go look, i left in tears because it was so beautiful. Needless to say 3 days later we went back and booked our Feb 16th 2014 Wedding. I worried about everything with my wedding except for Russo's. I knew that everything would be handled in an more then professional manner. Knowing all i had to do was show up, but of course i had a million questions in between. \r\rI waited for the call to do our food tasting and when we finally had it to say the least i was astonished by everything they had to offer. After that night i could not wait for that call for our final meeting. Our final meeting couldnt have happened at a better time, it just so happened that the week of our final meeting there seemed to be an issue with almost every vendor (except russo's) We met with Christina our Maitre D who i cannot even say enough about. I knew she was going to be amazing on our wedding day and she was just the added piece to keep an already nervous and anxious bride calm. She said i could email her with any questions (and that i did probably almost every day) \r\rFast Forward to our wedding day Feb 16th 2014, when the nervous and anxious bride was calm until our rolls royce cancelled due to the weather and our videographer cancelled because of the flu and sent a replacement. As soon as i got off that trolley in front of Russo's i saw Christina and finally all the stress from the morning disappeared. It was my wedding day and i knew the staff at Russos was going to do everything to make my day amazing and that they did. \r\rOur wedding was more then magical and a week later our guests are still talking about the cocktail hour, the rooms decor , desserts and of course the Opera Trio wedding cake(can we order that to go for birthdays?) someone even said \" i dont think your guests are ever going to leave\" . I have never been more impressed in my life then the wedding Russo's On The Bay hosted for us. I was so impressed at the entire staff from our Maitre D Christina who i said was the sanity that every bride deserves, our asst Maitre D who was there in a heartbeat for everything we needed, to the wait staff who went above and beyond to making sure we were okay. During dinner i counted 9 people asking us if we were okay and what else we needed. And finally even more impressed that throughout the night we saw Mr. Russo about 10 times in our venue to make sure everything was perfect,shaking our parents hands and having conversation with our guests \r\rThank you Russos On The Bay for our incredible and unforgettable wedding, See you for our 10 year Anniversary\r\rTodd & Brianne Klarikaitis\r\r

Russo's does not need reviews as I am pretty sure that throughout New York City and the boroughs, this venue's reputation precedes itself. It is not possible to have a complaint about Russo's. We just got married in January 2014. I am not even going to go into the effort that is put into the tasting, into each meeting you have there, into communication and managing a payment plan. All those items were A+. Aesthetically, the place is exquisite. Food has to be top five available through New York City. The amount of food is ridiculous - every guest \"12 options for dinner - what is this place?\" The Maitre D -we had Christina - literally treated us like a King and Queen and made everything run seamlessly. Mr. Russo was walking around greeting our guests, making sure we were having the time of our lives (which we did), and making sure our parents were enjoying themselves. Here is one example of what you can expect from Russo's - and a testament to how they treat their customers. We got married on Jan. 4, just a few days after the big snow storm hit NYC. We had a 3 pm ceremony, squeezed in about a half hour of outdoor pictures at sunset, and then arrived by 5:15 pm to our Russos's with our 30 person bridal party. No sweat - they wined and dined us in the bridal sweet for nearly 2 hrs before the cocktail hour started! No questions, didn't make us feel like we were imposing, but rather made it seem like it was their honor to host us. This is what you want to feel on your wedding day guys. Other places we considered -The Waters Edge and The Dyker Heights Golf Course- charged comparable prices and did not compare in 1) how they treated us as customers 2) the amount and quality of the food, booze, and service. IF you are having a larger wedding, you cannot go wrong with Russo's - we had a 250+ person wedding, but the staff is so well-trained and talented that they make it seem like it was as simple as serving a weekly family dinner. Excellent, superb, hands down the best.

IF you are having a larger wedding, you cannot go wrong with Russo's - we had a 250+ person wedding, but the staff is so well-trained and talented that they make it seem like it was as simple as serving a weekly family dinner. Excellent, superb, hands down the best.

Dear Russo's On The Bay Staff \r\rI'd like to Thank everyone at Russo's on the Bay for making our wedding day a spectacular event. From the moment we walked in to inquire about the venue; up to the last second of the wedding your staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. After searching serval venue around NYC we finally arrive to Russo's where we met with Jennifer. She welcomed us as if we were already clients. \r\rAfter we explained to Jennifer what we were looking for; she carefully put together a package that she thought would best accommodate our needs. She patiently answered any and all questions we had and took the extra step to call Mr. Russo in to personally meet us. Mr. Russo added additional amenities and we were sold. With the wedding less than 6 month away the Russo's staff assured us that everything would work out beautiful to our liking. \r\rA few months later we were invited to the showcase where we were able see first hand some of the florist, photographers, jewelers and much much more. We then were invited back to Russo's for our food and cake tasting which was absolutely delightful. While tasting each course and engaging with other couples that were to be married; step-by-step the staff assisted us in personalizing our menu for our wedding day. \r\rThe closer we got to the wedding day the more anxiety started to build. No matter how many question I had Christine and Jennifer were there attentively with the answers I needed. Just when I thought Russo's had done enough I was pleasantly surprised to meet our Maître de Joe Vacca 1 month before the wedding. Joe calmly sat down with my partner and me and we went over our package in detail to assure we had what we needed. \r\rOn the morning of my wedding Jan 12, 2014 I walked into Russo's on the Bay without any worries. As we entered the building the Assistant Maître de greeted me and my soon to be husband. Shortly after Joe came to my suite and assured me that everything would be perfect. Joe met with my best man to go over any last minute details. When I entered into the ceremony space for the short rehearsal I was blown away by the beauty of the room. The florist had done a remarkable job with the flowers. The special touch that Joe added which were the lighting and the white carpet runner really made the room feel romantic. \r\rAlthough I have use many words above to elaborate on my wedding experience at Russo’s on the Bay there is not one word that would suffice to say how much joy you brought to me on my wedding day. Not only were we made feel comfortable but also every guest that attended. I commend Russo's for there commitment to providing the excellent quality of service, there miraculous attention to detail and the outstanding dishes served which can only be described as Superb. My husband and I were looking forward to our wedding mostly in part to the choose of Russo's on the Bay. Our two years of planning was worth every second and even more fun having the help of Russo's. Frank, Carol, Joe and the entire staff were so helpful to our particular needs and dreams for our special day. They truly make you feel important and are incredibly thankful for our business. They function as a family and invite their clients to become family as well. Everything from the planning to the cocktail hour, main dinner, and Viennese hour was out of this world. The food was amazingly delicious and beautifully presented. The decor and our cake was stunning (and delicious as well!!!). Everyone's only regret is that they didn't get to eat more ....certainly not for lack of food but rather too full! Even our vendors were excited for the food! Not only that but they truly made the entire process of planning so very easy. They helped take care of communicating with our outside vendors as well as presenting our favors, seating board, and all the little odds and ends we planned. They covered every little detail! And of course....we can not stop playing the video of our entrance through the floor. It was truly the most incredible night of our lives and unbelievable experience! We cannot thank Mr. Russo's and his family enough for such dedication and we can only hope someone else gets married there so we can attend another wedding there!

I got married at Russo's December 16, 2011 and it was simply amazing. It was perfection from the food to the service everything was top notch. Not to mention the fact that the owner, Mr. Russo, was there right in the middle of his staff helping them throughout the night making sure everything ran beautifully. That just shows the level of dedication he has to his business to ensure every couple's wedding is flawless and unforgettable. I could not say enough good things about Russo's but one final thing; not one guest had a complaint and there were 350 people at the wedding to me that says something about a venue!

Russo's on the Bay was our only choice for our wedding. We did not want to look anywhere else. They went above and beyond for my guests, as well as my husband and I. I was beyond happy with our wedding from start to finish. They did not miss a thing. Every guest I had raves about our wedding till this day (over a year later). Russo's on the Bay is the best!! I knew when I had my Sweet 16 in the Tivoli room over 12 years ago that this was where I was going to have my Wedding. I was a Bride's Maid in my cousins Wedding on August 24th and everything was amazing!! Our Maitre D really treated us like Royalty and made sure we had everything from the cocktail hour in the bridal suite.I have my Wedding booked in the Big Room room next July and I know it is going to be spectacular. My family that was just there can't wait to come back, everyone is still talking about the food! The place looks so beautiful too I can't wait to see the pictures from the Wedding.

My wedding reception was held at Russo's on the Bay last July. Mr. Russo and his talented team met all of my expectations! Our cocktail hour spanned the entire length of the floor and the food was fresh and delicious! Guests are still raving about the abundance and quality of Russo's food! My reception was held in the Tivoli room. I had dreamed of our elevator entrance since I was a little girl, and it was more than amazing! The new elevator curtain and floor level smoke cannons really surprised guests who had been in the Tivoli room years before! Mr. Russo and his team advised that I go with neutral linens to pick up the purple lighting in the room and they were right! The room was spectacular and some guests claim that the lighting in the room gave them chills when they first walked in! My guests were able to choose from eleven entrees and people raved about each one! As always, the service was impeccable. In fact, guests reported that their glasses were never empty! To make everything even sweeter, the Viennese hour boasted desserts to please every palette...from popcorn and candy to beautifully displayed gelato and pastries! A Russo's bride is truly treated like royalty and many of my friends are still talking about the delicious food, ornate décor, and top of the line service! I wish I could do it all over again at Russo's!

There were so many options. Quest were never hungry. They also catered to my guests. Everyone was pleased with the service and food. Russo's is beautiful. My husband and I made the perfect choice to have our wedding. We have gone to many events at Russo's On The Bay and we never had a bad experience. We knew it was the right place for us and we knew it would be a wonderful experience. Everyone always tells the bride and groom that something always goes wrong the day of your wedding. Well I said to my husband once we walk into Russo's on our wedding day we will have nothing to worry about.... and we didn’t. It was exactly what we wanted.\r\rThe wait staff was spectacular, any time someone left there seat to go dance when they came back there drink was replenished and there table setting was fixed as well as there napkin. When you have a wedding at Russo's your guests will be treated as if they are the only ones at the wedding. \r\rAs much as we loved our wedding 2 stories were told to my husband and I that made us smile.\r\rThe first was one of my cousins has a severe allergy to peanuts and we made it clear to our coordinator Jennifer Falco who was fabulous as well that my cousin could not touch anything that was cross contaminated with any of the other food from that evening and so for the whole night my cousin had his own waitress who only served him. His food was cooked in a sterile location as well as his drinks and his desserts. He could not believe the service that was given to him and my family and I are very grateful for that.\r\rThe second story was how 2 guests at our wedding who have dined at many top rated restaurant’s and have attend celebrity status galas said they never had a steak cooked the way they asked for it. It was always to rare or to cooked but the fantastic culinary staff got it right! It was cooked to perfection and they thoroughly enjoyed it. \r\rComing from an Italian - America background we knew food was the main attraction out our wedding and a wedding at Russo's is exactly that. After seeing pictures I was quiet upset I did not attend my own cocktail hour. Note to future brides and grooms go to your cocktail hour it is phenomenal. People could not get over the amount of food that was given and how delicious it was. You know it is a good wedding when everyone leaves with a full tummy. I cannot say a negative thing about Russo’s. The staff is amazing, my husband and I had 2 fantastic bridal attendants that we asked to be with us from the time we had our engagement party to my bridal shower and then our wedding.\r\rWe truly mean it when we say that, “Russo’s On The Bay will forever be our home for our future events!” \r\rTo the Staff and Mr. Frank Russo, you couldn’t have made our day any better!\r\rWith Love,\rC and A Napolitano\r

Tried and true, just as the little check mark states. My wedding was nothing short of the fairytale that my husband and I (or as every bride knows, my mother) could have imagined. The entire staff at Russo's on the Bay was professional and at the same time, made us feel like a part of the \"family.\" All of my visions were not only discussed but brought to fruition with minimal guidance on my end. We had a fantastic consultant, Andrea, and I was thrilled when I was assigned Joe as our maitre'd. There was a constant flow of effective communication from the signing of our contract up through our wedding night. We were treated like royalty, from the beautiful decor to the five star food. I don't even need to begin to discuss the service- everyone on staff, starting with Anthony and Diana, was there to take care of our every need. Tried and true, just as the little check mark states. My wedding was nothing short of the fairytale that my husband and I (or as every bride knows, my mother) could have imagined. The entire staff at Russo's on the Bay was professional and at the same time, made us feel like a part of the \"family.\" All of my visions were not only discussed but brought to fruition with minimal guidance on my end. We had a fantastic consultant, Andrea, and I was thrilled when I was assigned Joe as our maitre'd. There was a constant flow of effective communication from the signing of our contract up through our wedding night. We were treated like royalty, from the beautiful decor to the five star food. I don't even need to begin to discuss the service- everyone on staff, starting with Anthony and Diana, was there to take care of our every need. Each of our guests left \"filled\" and with smiles on their faces. People are still talking about our special day. I cannot wait to have future family events at Russo' on the Bay!

Russo's on the bay puts together such amazing events! It was a evening that will never be forgotten! Everything went smoothly! The entire staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive! The food was amazing! Everyone that night couldn't stop talking about it! I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional and outstanding job they did!

I would not change a thing that took place at Russo's. The staff, the service, the food, the appearance, basically everything was more than I could ask for. Every time I called or went there in person, every person I dealt with was helpful and pleasant. Mr. Russo was always present and made sure I was being taken care of.

I honestly don't know how to put into words how amazing Russo's on the Bay was to work with. In the 24 months that my husband and I planned our wedding every late night email, every phone call, each question was answered cheerfully and with a helpful response. Frank Russo Jr and his incredible staff did everything in their power to make sure all of our dreams came true. From meeting with Kelly the incredibly understanding wedding planner, to Marco the on staff baker, to Joe V our maitre d, each staff member beyond exceeded our expectations. It feels so good almost three weeks later to have guest still calling to rave about how amazing the food was, the unbelievable service, how beautiful the property is. We love Russo's and would do it all over again with them.

The service the day of was excellent (food, planning, delivering what was agreed to in the contract, etc.) the consultant I worked with during planning however was difficult to get in contact with and failed to respond to calls and emails promptly.

Russo's on the Bay has a reputation of being one of the the best places in NY to have a wedding, because quite simply, it is. The service was outstanding, and there was someone there to cater to our every need. The food was amazing, and there was so much of it. Our cocktail hour was one of the most impressive things most people have ever seen, and the reception was flawless. Mr. Russo even came in to check on everything. All of the feedback we got was nothing but positive, and most people told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

Russo's was perfect!!! I was not the typical bride extremely laid back and did not get worked up over detail. There were very few things that were important to me. FOOD was one of them coming from a large Italian family. Russo's definitely provides this. The food was endless and delicious. The service was perfect. They provide a maitre D who can not do enough for you. Anything you needed he was right there.
