hen my (now) husband and I first walked into the chapel at Rustic Grace Estate we knew that is where we wanted to be married. The property is beautiful, the chapel is stunning, and the barn is a good mix of rustic but still updated. What I appreciate about the staff at Rustic Grace Estate is their kindness and patience. I asked A LOT of questions throughout the wedding planning process, and Rustic Grace always answered quickly and with kindness. I also appreciate their flexibility. Typically they offer 10am-12pm as their venue rental time, but I wanted to adjust this to 8:15am-10:15pm to accommodate and earlier ceremony time due to the time change. Rustic Grace Estate was willing to do this and so much more to support me through the process. They provide a list of suggested vendors that they have worked with, and that list was a huge help throughout the wedding planning process. I would suggest Rustic Grace Estate to anyone who wants a wonderful wedding experience. It's a beautiful, versatile space and it's run by people with the kindest hearts- and that made all the difference for me.

Rustic Grace Estates is great! All the staff were very helpful and friendly though the whole planning process and day of. They made everything very easy. I love that they have the chapel and barn. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great venue!

Loved everything about this venue! I had so many questions throughout my whole planning process and everyone who I worked with was amazing. Karon was with us on our wedding day and I couldn’t say enough great things about her. She went above and beyond!

My husband and I got married in January and we had an amazing experience! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful prior to the wedding and on the day of our big day. The venue is beautiful and all of our guests were impressed by the quality of the venue and it's unique architecture! This is not just another barndemenium venue with a chapel--the owners put in great details to make the venue unique and are always striving to make improvements to the venue to make every wedding day as special as it can be. I would highly recommend Rustic Grace Estate for you wedding!

My husband and I got married in January and we had an amazing experience! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful prior to the wedding and on the day of our big day. The venue is beautiful and all of our guests were impressed by the quality of the venue and it's unique architecture! This is not just another barndemenium venue with a chapel--the owners put in great details to make the venue unique and are always striving to make improvements to the venue to make every wedding day as special as it can be. I would highly recommend Rustic Grace Estate for you wedding!

BEAUTIFUL venue inside and out! Highly recommend visiting the venue in person before making any decision because pictures do not do it justice! Originally, my husband and I were not interested in RGE at all and only went on a tour because my mom had already scheduled an appointment. We went in with low expectations and were very adamant that this was not going to be the venue we would choose. However, from the moment we arrived, our opinions began to immediately change and once we opened the doors to the chapel, all three of us instantly got goosebumps and teary-eyed. It was in that moment that we knew RGE was where we would get married. By the time our tour was over, all other venue tours were cancelled and our wedding day was booked<3 It ended up being EXACTLY what I imagined my venue to be!The staff were very helpful during the whole process and even sent us a card after our wedding! Their response time was always quick and efficient, sometimes even immediate. They are all so sweet, professional and you can really tell they love what they do.

I found RGE on The Knot. After doing a lot of research of venues in the DFW area, RGE was the only venue my then-fiance wanted to look at. We were looking for something rustic and scenic, with the option to have an indoor ceremony AND reception. RGE is one of the few venues that has a standalone chapel (which is gorgeous and doesn't need any additional decor!) and reception space. On top of that, their whole team was super easy to work with. They have a great approved vendor list, and Laci made the whole process easy - both leading up to our wedding day, and during the day. The team communicates clearly, answers questions promptly, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this venue, whether you're looking for a casual space, or something luxurious - it is capable of accommodating both.

They’re not super involved day-of, which was only a problem for us insofar as we had to ask friends of ours to help manage trash - not exactly ideal, but I imagine most couples with slightly bigger budgets will have caterers do that. The hands-off thing was otherwise fine by me since I’m naturally very organized and we preferred to save the money and do it all ourselves. Besides that - we really couldn’t have been happier with how easy and beautiful Rustic Grace made our day. And the pictures are STUNNING. Overall, definitely recommend this venue!

I only wish I could give them another star. Every single thing about this venue and those who run it went PERFECT. This venue its self is so beautiful and was so perfect for my daughters wedding. The owners and staff were so nice and so professional. Outside of the security cost for those serving alcohol there are no extra cost. It is a complete package.I owners and staff were over the top accommodating, helpful and a complete delight to work with. As MOB I was also wedding coordinator so I had a lot of questions. Toni was so wonderful and patient with every call and question. She gave me so many suggestions on things I would have never thought of that were so helpful. I was amazed at the details they have thought through and provide. The chapel, the barn, the silos, the bridal suite...everything was top notch. Thank you to all i worked with.

The venue is breathtaking, from the beautiful chapel to the gorgeous brick silos and vintage barn! The bridal suite is spacious and the lighting is amazing as well as the view! I did all the planning without the help of an even planner. I had a lot of questions and the venue was so helpful in pointing me in the right direction. The day of was very stressful for me but our venue attendant (Antonia) went above and beyond in making sure it went smoothly and any questions or concerns I had were answered. Other than being helpful she was so kind which made everything even better. Our day was beautiful and our guests loved the spacious reception area!!!

Let me start off with this Venue is such a beautiful building BUT when booking with this place its all you get. From day one I was under the impression that I would have help \"every step of the way\" as they put it in the tour that they provided. Each time that I had a question I was meet with the same response of see the list of venders we provided. We had reached an agreement that I would be able to place some wine bottles as decorations during the reception moments after they were put out they were picked up by the venue staff. Same staff member who I was told was our day of coordinator that was more of a babysitter didn't do anything to help anyone in any way. I had to ask this employee 3 times to lower the AC as many of my guests were fanning them selves with our wedding programs because of how hot it was. Also note this venue does not have a refrigerator at all, when I asked why I was told one ever had an issue or need for it (find it hard to believe). If we had not rented an Air BnB 5 minutes away my cake would have melted. To top it all off no one could hear the DJ to the point that I had to yell out to get everyone's attention to please sit down so that My Husband and I could be introduced if it wasn't for the DJ himself bringing in his own speaker no one would have heard any other music that night. So many details about this place left me very disappointed as I mentioned its just a beautiful building that you are getting. Shop around there are plenty of venues in this area that provide such a better wedding day experience.

Where do I begin, when Kyle and I decided that we were going to start looking for a a venue we looked all over the DFW area. My dream venue was a white chapel with natural lighting, rustic, has a reception hall onsite, a bridal/grooms suite, and have a Texas feel to it! Well, let me just tell you, RGE was all of that plus more. In the DFW area you have tons of options, however for us it is all about the connection we make with the vendors and where we could envision ourselves getting married with our closest families and friends. Well, at our initial tour one of RGE's team members, Toni, completely won me over with her sweet personality. What also won us over was the double doors in the chapel, the beautiful hardwood floors, and being able to stand up on the stairs with my husband and envisioning our friends and family being there. We also loved the silos, the longhorns, hello Texas atmosphere! Of course they had the rustic barn where we held our reception and beautiful bridal suite. To say the least, it felt like the perfect decision for us, RGE was the perfect team. They were responsive any time I needed to see the venue, which was more than a dozen times, they responded quickly, and when it came down to my bridal moments, they also were the best gals to reassure me when needed. To say the least, if you are looking for a beautiful white chapel, rustic barn, basically a traditional Texas wedding, RGE is just that. They also are also affordable and have the best staff. Thank you RGE for helping to make our big day such a dream come true!

Absolutely stunning venue that I highly suggest if you are going for the rustic look. Antonia and Abby were so helpful through the entire process and answered any questions I had so quickly. The property is just beautiful and loved the separate chapel and the reception barn. RGE has hanging lights and chandeliers so I truly only brought a handful of decor because the area is beautiful already. Cannot recommend enough!

This venue is breath-taking! There are so many ways to accent their already beautiful facility or go with the natural elegance built into the location. I can't say enough about this venue!! It blew away my other options. From the beautiful chapel to the lovely lake/longhorn view outside. Perfect locations for pictures. Rustic Grace is ALL around AMAZING! It was everything I dreamed of and more! Not only was it the perfect magical, romantic, cozy, rustic chique I was looking for, the staff was AMAZING to work with! I am from California and planned my wedding from afar (in Texas) in a short 6 month period. Joy and Antonia were always SO quick at responding and getting back to me if I ever needed anything. And they recommended so many great vendors on top of it that made my planning even easier. Not to mention, it is such a beautiful area and the chapel is to die for! I am from California and planned my wedding from afar (in Texas) in a short 6 month period. Joy and Antonia were always SO quick at responding and getting back to me if I ever needed anything. And they recommended so many great vendors on top of it that made my planning even easier. Not to mention, it is such a beautiful area and the chapel is to die for! I fell in love with the Rustic Grace about 3 years ago, as soon as my fiancé and I got engaged I knew we had to get married there! The chapel is absolutely breathtaking! The silos are a new addition, which makes for a massive bridal suite! The venue is magical, and the venue staff is amazing as well. They are all very quick to respond and gave me updates through this COVID process. They had all the safety precautions in place, and sent us all the guidelines well in advance. There is no place I would have rather gotten married.

I fell in love with the Rustic Grace about 3 years ago, as soon as my fiancé and I got engaged I knew we had to get married there! The chapel is absolutely breathtaking! Antonia and Joy were kind and helpful every step of the way. They were quick to respond to my emails and questions and so kind. Toni was just the best-- she went above and beyond before, during, and after the wedding. She was so responsive and helpful, and really felt like a friend through this process. The venue is gorgeous and so well kept. We got so many compliments on the buildings and grounds. The chapel reminded us of an intimate little church overlooking a lake. The barn and silos have so many twinkly lights and give off a very romantic feel. The bridal suite is perfect and feels like a Cinderella castle. Groom's suite had an xbox which was great for the guys. We just loved having our wedding here!

If I was interested in having something different (a coffee/tea bar), they gave me suggestions based on past weddings. It was so easy to double-check and confirm what we were planning met their requirements (send off, etc). *****Everything was in the contract; there was no fine print and zero surprises.**** I could rave about this space for days. The chapel is so simple and elegant, I didn't even bother with decorations (they would detract). My husband and I were so pleased with the order of how this venue ran and was kept nice and clean. The bridal suite was spacious and calming; if I only I could have spent more time in there! Joy, Toni, and Keven are all great to work with, as well! This place will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we know we made the right decision in choosing our forever to start there.

We LOVED RGE! From the venue itself to the staff, everything was wonderful. They were so friendly, helpful, accommodating, and hardworking. The silos were still under construction at the time of our wedding, but they were so willing to listen to any suggestions or requests we had and we were even able to use the silo for the food area. We LOVED RGE! From the venue itself to the staff, everything was wonderful. They were so friendly, helpful, accommodating, and hardworking. The silos were still under construction at the time of our wedding, but they were so willing to listen to any suggestions or requests we had and we were even able to use the silo for the food area. Kevin, Joy, Katrina and Toni were always very responsive and super easy to work with. They helped ensure everything was set up and ran smoothly the day of. We had so many comments on how beautiful the venue was. Highly recommend Rustic Grace Estate!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Rustic Grace Estate on 5-11-17. We loved everything about the venue. Initially, I wanted a destination wedding on the beach. I started looking around locally and that's when I found Rustic Grace on the knot. The pictures of the chapel and barn sold me and I no longer wanted a beach wedding. The property is beautiful! Very rustic and country. The chapel is gorgeous, you will barely need any decor for the chapel. All my guests loved the venue, especially seeing the lorn horns on the property.The Rustic Grace answers your emails within a timely manner and will always work with any of your concerns. Joy was great to work with. They will allow you to have a 2-hour photo shoot before your wedding. My husband and I did our photo-shoot a couple days before the wedding. We had our first look 2 days before and were able to get a ton of pictures done. This way on the day of the wedding, we were able to enjoy our time with our family and friends. I can't say enough about the Rustic Grace Estate. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a rustic/ country wedding.

My husband, Andrew and I married at Rustic Grace on March 2nd 2017. I would HIGHLY recommend Rustic Grace. I found the venue on theKnot.com and I loved the pictures. The venue was exactly what I was looking for. Andrew and I drove an hour early Saturday morning to get a tour of the venue. I fell in love with the venue even more - seeing it physically. I think the thing that really sold me was the management of the venue. A family owns the property. It was obvious that they care about ALL of their couples and try their best to give them their money worth. I've heard crazy stories about some of the other venues in the DFW area. When I emailed other venue's they didn't email me back right away, they didn't seem to care that I was looking into their venue. With Rustic Grace, I always got a response within 24 hours, sometimes even quicker. Most importantly they were EXTREMELY patient with us. We signed a contract to have a wedding in October 2017, but due to special family members being in the Military and a due date in mid April we had to change the date to March. We changed the date three times and they were extremely gracious and understanding. I didn't have a wedding coordinator, but Toni helped us run through the rehearsal. She was fantastic. If it wasn't for her our wedding would not have run as smoothly as it did. Rustic Grace is a perfect name for the venue because it is very rustic and beautiful and the management is definitely FULL of grace. It's rare to find a venue that is beautiful AND genuinely cares for each couple. Another plus was that Andrew and I felt like we didn't need to decorate too much because the venue is so beautiful especially with all of the lights hanging up in and outside the barn. For the ceremony we built a cross and had mason jars with flowers down the isle. For the reception we had a PVC pipe photo booth and mainly just decorated the tables. You'll save money with this venue because it's so beautiful it doesn't need much to decorate it.

The bridal suite is a great size - we had a makeup artist, hair stylist, myself, my mom, and my 6 bridesmaids all in there comfortably with a full bathroom. Kevin and his 6 groomsmen and 2 users as well has both of our fathers got changed in the groom's room. This was a wonderful spot to have our wedding. We both wanted a lovely outdoor fall wedding with seasonal decor and Rustic Grace fit the bill. A few notes:-They will put up a personalized sign with your name and wedding date that you get to take home. Not only was this a nice surprise, it fit perfectly with our decor.-They have several rules which they enforce strictly. No candles, no real flowers outside. The biggest hassle for us was no leaving items overnight. I understand why they do it, but it made coordinating our linen pickup more challenging.-The staff is a joy to work with and they quickly respond to emails. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure you have a special day.-The bride's suite may look small, but we had about 10 getting ready in there at one point with all our bags and had room to spare. Plus, there are plenty of outlets all over the room.-THEY HAVE AN INDOOR OPTION! This is what sold me on Rustic Grace. Though I had dreamed of an outdoor wedding, there's always a risk of inclement weather. Rustic Grace was the only venue I toured where you could seamlessly move your outdoor ceremony indoors if need be. I didn't have to use this option, but I'm so glad it was there.-We had about 110 attend and it seemed to be just the right amount. If you have 140 or more planning to attend, you should probably look for a larger space.Overall, I loved having my wedding here. The look of the barn is gorgeous (string lights, chandeliers, weathered wood) and fit perfectly with our desired scheme.

My daughter's wedding was at Rustic Grace Estate a couple of weeks ago. There are no words to express how incredibly happy we are with our experience! The venue is absolutely beautiful and everyone could not have been more supportive and helpful. Katrina and Kevin helped us get the ball rolling with reserving this beautiful venue. We have worked with Toni on all of the preparation and planning leading up to the big day. She was always there for questions and to make sure we thought about everything from the ceremony through the reception. Joy has also been there as the day approached and for the rehearsal and of course the day of. Joy is a perfect name for her because she is certainly a joy to work with! We had a slight hiccup with the bartender. She immediately stepped in and resolved the problem. That was a huge stress relieve for us! I don't expect to have another wedding to plan, but I will definitely recommend Rustic Grace Estate to anyone that is!

This venue was perfect!! The chapel is indescribably beautiful and the renovated barn is amazing! We have received so many complements on our venue selection. I would chose this venue every time. My daughter and now son in law were married at Rustic Grace in February. They fell in love with the venue at first sight. They had visited several and this was the first venue that treated them like family and was genuinely excited for their future event. My husband and I were unable to see the venue until a month before the event and I had been extremely nervous. All of that was gone after seeing RG! We both saw exactly what they fell in love with. This was our first face to face with Antonia and she immediately made us feel so comfortable. The staff was amazing and the venue is understated by saying just perfect. The day went off without a hitch. Antonia just made it so easy for me to enjoy this day with my daughter. She and I were oblivious to any glitches that day. This is what every parent dreams of. Guests are still raving about what a great time they had. I think the biggest compliment was my son in laws senior great aunt saying, \"I feel like Cinderella and this isn't even my day\". We celebrated a beautiful union in the amazing chapel and laughed, ate & danced the night away in the oh so perfect reception barn. The place is so beautiful you barely need to decorate. It just takes away from the perfect lighting and charm. I highly recommend RG for anyone wanting a perfect celebration. It is a must see!

I had the pleasure of helping with my nephew's wedding at Rustic Grace Estate. It was absolutely beautiful! The outdoor space and barn were the perfect place for the wedding and reception. The chandeliers, lights, lake, longhorns and overall rustic feel all added to the perfect atmosphere. The owners we super helpful and went out of their way to do everything they could to make the day special. I recommend Rustic Grace Estate to every bride that wants a perfect wedding!

While the look of the venue is exactly what I wanted, BE CAREFUL. On my tour I was promised a lot of thing that didn't end up being true. A lot like a car salesman. Wants to make a sale, so will tell you anything. For example: \r\r-I could pay at any pace as long as it's all paid for a month in advance. When really I got tons of annoying emails telling me my payments were late. \r\r-There would be pretty flowers in the huge planters by the entrance to the barn. When really there were dead ugly stick looking things. \r\r-I would have the whole day because they're \"all about the bride and they live out of city limits so we can stay as late as we want.\" When really I had to pick a time frame (which I was notified of just a couple months before my wedding). \r\r-And more! \r\rAs a laid back, nice person, I was stressed and forced to be more assertive than I ever like to be because of all the ways they did NOT keep their word. Additionally the wedding planner they hired halfway through my planning was useless. She just sent tons of annoying emails, she opened the alter doors too early (against MY actually wedding planners request) so everyone saw me standing there before my song even came on. And at the end of the wedding when my family was rushing to get everything cleaned up, she was just standing there looking at her watch to make sure we were out of there in time, or else we would have to pay more. \r\rOverall: not a good experience!!

It was the perfect size for our party and the ambiance was warm and inviting on our drizzly November evening. The buildings have so much personality and work perfectly for any kind of wedding you'd want, whether it is laid back or high-falootin'! While we ended up having our ceremony in the chapel, we definitely toyed with the idea of having it outside with the longhorn as a witness! It's such a versatile venue with wonderful staff in close proximity to the metroplex without all of the hustle and bustle. Do not overlook Rustic Grace Estate when choosing the location for your event!
