My fiancée and I came here for a tour for a wedding. We showed up and were very unclear on where to go for our appointment, and had to call to figure out where to go. Once we were met the person giving us a tour, an older man (presumably the owner), met us with little enthusiasm. We were given some paperwork to fill out and led on a tour with equal enthusiasm. Towards the end of our tour, we were taken to an office to see videos of the bridal suite since it was currently being used for a wedding that day. We were expecting prior taken videos of an empty suite, but instead were shown live video security camera footage of a group of women actively getting ready for the wedding. Needless to say we were quite disturbed by this, while the owner seemed all too comfortable showing us. Even zooming into a spot of the room and announcing to us that, \"this is where the bride changes into her dress\". Unfortunately, the venue is absolutely beautiful, and has a very good price for what you get from it. This incident with the videos was just a little too unsettling for us to in good faith pick it for our wedding. Reviewed on 29-09-2023

I was allowed to attend the Gold Menu tasting even though I was on the silver package. I did upgrade to gold food and ordered the Chicken Pomodoro (which was at the Tasting) and I gambled on the Beef Brasciola (which we didn't taste, and was quite dry). The Ceasar salad, sauteed veggies, and Pomodoro were quite good. Stuffed mushroom for Vegetarians was excellent I was told.Day of, I was pleased the staff helped set up everything discussed. They were helpful throughout the night & fairly good at keeping us on our timeline as I did not hire a coordinator.** They had a blowtorch to aid in lighting sparklers which happened right at the entrance, they did all the serving of salad, cake, and taking away dishes, sometimes before people were finished...but it was smooth. The slideshow ran smoothly, mics for the ceremony were great & cleanup was fast!****The issues I had: Most of these are trivial, don't let them deter you from booking this great venue, but DO learn from my regrets! I will also post a video review on my YouTube Channel AdreamInJapan so please check it out! Minor regrets: Not doing SOME pictures before the ceremony as I didn't realize how much time the gold cart would take. My photographer, Kristin Bendigo, was not given a mic to organize pictures. ( Her&Her team did a lot to keep us on schedule! I am forever grateful to them!) But we got sunset pics and started dinner on time thanks to them and the venue staff! My guests ate the salad too slowly? So, 30 min into dinner no one was eating DINNER yet, I had to tell staff to start serving but we were already 30 minutes behind which was very annoying as some of my guests left before sparklers! B/c the schedule was behind, I felt obligated to extend the bar(+$100/hr cash) AND our cake was cut late, which I didn't think would matter, but half of my guests told me that they never even got to eat the cake served to them because they were dancing and it had been cleared away before they sat back down. Cake was cut JUST before dancing started. I also had 2 (of 4) cakes leftover, yet the pieces served were these itty bitty slices, and no one got a choice of flavor. So, be clear with your cake plan I guess? The last major issue I had was with the DJ (JJ). We talked & planned via zoom, JJ was lovely & personable, he knew his stuff & I felt very comfortable that everything would be great, and it was great until the dance time came after dinner. I had a very wide age range of guests, and had provided ample slow & fast songs we liked & I'd filled out all the paperwork, yet once the dancing started JJ only played loud fast jumping-type songs. I, THE BRIDE, even asked JJ personally after the 1st & 2nd songs were super loud to play a slow dance, but the next 2 songs were loud/fast. Then it was time for sparklers since we were behind. Many older couples never had a chance to slow dance, MOB never got to dance with the groom, & then, all the cupid shuffle-type dances were lumped at the end. The last minor thing was some missing items after cleanup which were never found, luckily nothing personal.Wonderful night overall! Reviewed on 06-06-2022
Taylor Burton(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 31-12-2021 This venue was incredibly helpful with the booking and touring process when both my fiancé and I were in separate states for work. The team at Saguaro Buttes is very communicative throughout the entire process. Sadly, it happened to rain on our wedding day, but they were prepared with umbrellas for the bridal party and guests; they also gave us the option to have it inside in the reception hall. The only sad thing is we didn't get to take full advantage of all of the beautiful scenery, due to the weather. We stayed under the covered porch for most of the photos. Reviewed on 08-01-2022
Noelia Yucupicio(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 18-07-2021 What we liked about our experience with Saguaro Butte was that so much of the setup was done by the staff. Setting up the tables, dealing with catering, setting up the ceremony site (the archway flowers were done by Flower Bee). They have a variety of decorations and colors to choose from and they even held onto our personal decorations and items and set them up for us.If there was something that could have been better, I think it would be arranging signs to direct traffic to the front door. There are three parking areas, the top where the front door is, the middle where the office and ceremony site are, and the bottom where there is the largest amount of parking. Since the top was blocked off and traffic was directed to the mid-parking lot, a lot of people saw the sign for the office and the sign to the ceremony site to the right, no indication of taking the stairs to the left to get to the front door. Because of that, a lot of people missed the welcome area that had our \"no photos/videos please\" sign. In hindsight, our DJ did announce for people to put their phones away but they used them regardless. We would have had less phones and more faces to look at as we walked down and exited the aisle, but that is not at the fault of the vendor. The staff was very courteous and our evening manager, Ryan, even saran-wrapped the hell out of our wedding cake for us when we had no way to get it home in a box. He also helped us out with some unexpected changes, so thank you Ryan. Reviewed on 05-01-2022
Laura Reyes(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-04-2021 After touring and researching many venues, there was no doubt we wanted our wedding at Saguaro Buttes. The beautiful desert landscape, friendly staff, and affordability were all major draws. The 360 degree desert views overlooking Saguaro National Park East are hands down the most beautiful in the Tucson area. Unlike resorts, the entire venue is completely private and felt so special and personalized. Saguaro Buttes allows you to bring in your own alcohol and provides a bartender which was the greatest aspect of affordability since all of the other venues we were interested in charged an exorbitant amount for hosting an open bar. We also chose the venue because of their excellent communication and the down-to-earth and caring nature of Pastor Dave and Cindy and the friendly outgoing attitude of DJ Rashid. The planning process was easy thanks to the excellent communication of the coordinators, Sarah and Natalie. We chose a few of our own vendors outside of the venue which brought up a lot of questions. The coordinators were so quick to respond to our emails and patiently addressed any questions or concerns that we had. The owners were also flexible with some of the ideas we had. We are very appreciative of their kind accommodations. It was also important to us to have delicious quality food for our guests. We were initially concerned after the group tasting. The food served at the group tasting was disappointing. We mentioned this concern to the owner, Cindy. She was very understanding and immediately addressed our concern with their catering partner, Edge Catering. We were impressed with the private tasting that was set up which relieved our concerns. Edge Catering was very accommodating addressing our concerns and suggestions. We chose Sonoran BBQ and our guests did not stop raving about the food with some saying they went back for thirds! The only complaint we heard from our guests was that there was one caterer in particular that was very rude and pushy about taking their plates when they were not done. Our guests couldn’t say enough positive comments about the provided bartender and setup. Randee had the best energy and really engaged with our guests. We were so thankful to have Bar None Bartending as a part of our day and their hospitality shined amongst our guests.Rashid with Harmony Entertainment really made our ceremony and reception absolutely beautiful. Immediately upon meeting Rashid, we were impressed with the way he communicated. He is friendly and flexible. He listened and met our needs, provided helpful suggestions, and really came through with excellent customer service. We are so thankful Rashid was the included DJ and couldn't have had a better DJ experience. While postponing due to a pandemic was heartbreaking, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful wedding at Saguaro Buttes. We had originally planned for an indoor reception, but we decided on having the reception by the pond to safely accommodate our guests. The changes that were made to the pond reception area during the pandemic further validated that we made the right choice. Our reception was stunning- from the artificial turf, lights, trickling reflection pond, linens, table setup, to the details requested, we were in awe of how beautiful our reception was. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Tucson, I highly recommend checking out Saguaro Buttes! The views alone will take your breath away. Our pictures turned out fantastic and basically every single one of them will be turned into a canvas and given as gifts or hung up in our house. Saguaro Buttes has a variety of packages to choose from, all within a reasonable price point. The food was amazing too and they were able to make adjustments for some of our guests who had specific dietary concerns. The room that I was able to get ready in with my bridesmaids was beautiful and spacious. There is a separate room for the groom where he was able to get ready and store his items during the evening. The staff at Saguaro Buttes were responsive to any questions I had and were willing to accommodate any requests. In this age of COVID, we wanted to be able to do a Zoom meeting for those that couldn't attend. The site allowed my mom and I to come in several times to practice the set up and find the best spot for the camera. There were no issues with the wifi, and the guests who couldn’t physically be there were still able to see and hear everything that was going on. Dave made our ceremony feel so personal. He met with us beforehand to go over all the details and learn more about us as a couple. He was able to add in some humor but also made it meaningful; it was the perfect balance. They say that your wedding day will go by in a blur and you'll only remember certain things, but I will remember every moment. The staff took care of everything so there was no stress the day of and it was an absolute blast for everyone involved. I am so happy that we decided to choose Saguaro Buttes as our venue. We immediately fell in love with the location, which is unrivaled being next to the Saguaro National Park. We had our reception outside by the pond, and it was just astoundingly gorgeous at night. Thee stone arches on the dance floor, the lit up pond with mini waterfalls, and strung up lights over the grass area made for some beautiful photo opportunities. Meeting the wonderful staff and the multitude of inclusive wedding packages instantly sealed the deal. Sarah and Natalie were so incredible to work with, and really turned all my dreams into reality. Cindy was so attentive and easy to reach as well, and was so knowledgeable in answering all my questions! They were so very easy to reach all throughout the wedding process, and was so kind to accommodate some last minute frantic changes in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. And a big shout out to DJ Rashid of Harmony Entertainment who is, without a doubt, the best DJ ever. The reception went so incredibly smooth, and it’s all thanks to him being so attentive to the flow of the night and attention to us sand our guests. He even taught us how to do the wobble!! Nanette at Picture me Photo setup up the most wonderful photobooth for our guests. We have such a beloved memento from our wedding, where our guests took photos, placed them in a guest book and signed next to them. Bar None Bartending had the kindest, and generous bartender that pretty much made any drink my guests and I could think of! And Edge Catering provided the most delicious catering (no seriously, my guests kept saying how delicious all the food was), and their waiters were so skilled and diligent! Even when we had to postpone our wedding, they made it so unbelievably easy to reschedule and really worked with us to have a very safe, and fun wedding. Saguaro Buttes is phenomenal at what they do. I’m writing this on behalf of my brother and his future bride and as a newly engaged bride-to-be. My entire family is honestly VERY disappointed with this venue and they should be ashamed of taking advantage of couples during this awful time of COVID-19. My family was looking forward to celebrating my brother’s wedding scheduled over a year ago. After so much planning, saving money, and hard work, they had to make the heartbreaking decision to postpone their wedding like many other couples. All of their vendors have been supportive and very understanding, except Saguaro Buttes. It’s been very surprising since they are a Christian based locally owned company. They are charging couples a $700 rescheduling fee to postpone a wedding until the following year- and on top of that there are only giving you Thursdays and Sundays to choose from. The government didn’t even allow the couple to have their wedding with more than 10 people and who knows what will happen for the rest of 2020… So now the couple had to choose a Thursday or Sunday date that coordinates with all of their other vendors AND pay $700.00 to have their wedding on a safer date in 2021. None of the other vendors are charging a fee and they have been so accommodating. Saguaro Buttes had been very accommodating up until this global pandemic and I had even considered having my wedding here, but now I don’t want anything to do with them seeing how they are using this outbreak to their advantage. The location is beautiful and the grounds are well kept, but when I recently toured the venue before the lockdown, I couldn’t believe the inside was not pristine with how much they are charging. The carpets were dirty and stained and there was dust on the drapes and piano. My brother also said the food tasting wasn’t anything exciting. And now that they’re charging couples a fee for something out of their control, it’s not right and I hope that other couples speak up without the fear of repercussion. I’ve heard of other local venues rescheduling without a fee. I get that a charge may happen for premium days, but for a Thursday or Sunday?? When I looked into booking my wedding, they already had premium days like Friday and Saturdays booked in 2021. So now they are taking advantage and charging for Thursdays and Sundays after the couple already experienced losing their weekend wedding day. It’s not right to treat my family like this or any other couple who had to go thru this awful time. It’s too bad my brother is locked into a contract. I want to make this known in the wedding community- this couple and others have been thru enough as it is. I will not be booking my wedding here or recommending Saguaro Buttes in the future. There are other local Tucson venues that are more understanding and make sure you’re getting your money’s worth. Reviewed on 09-05-2020

Cindy can answer most questions as well, or will forward your question to Sarah. They were open and available for me at all times. The venue itself is amazing. We opted for the ceremony outside in the garden area and the reception inside, with our cocktail hour by the pond. The setting is beautiful and we have zero regrets. Amanda Watts(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-02-2019 We could not have picked a more PERFECT venue for our wedding. Saguaro Buttes is perfectly staged for every sort of memory you're hoping to create. There's a pond with lighting at night, a beautiful Saguaro cacti background for the ceremony, a reception hall with floor to ceiling windows, several fountains, a sunset photo spot, and access to the roof for pictures of the whole valley. They're also amazing people to work with for all your details and execution of the big day. Dave was our officiant and he did an AMAZING job. We had several guests come up to us after the ceremony and tell us it was the best they've been to in a while - then proceeded to ask how long we'd known Dave. The answer was we sat down with him once for a couple hours. He just really takes the time to get to know you as a couple and does a really great job personalizing the ceremony accordingly. Sarah, Natalie, and Cindy are also wonderful to work with for planning/executing and contract information. They all have a specific role and do it well! 100% would recommend Saguaro Buttes to anyone looking to get married in Tucson! Reviewed on 22-03-2019

On our wedding day, I gave them a general direction of what I wanted the reception area to look like and they absolutely blew me away. Everything looked beautiful and our guests loved the venue. This venue is built for weddings. They have all the decorations, from table settings, to the gazebo outside. The only thing you need to buy are fresh flowers, and wedding favors (but that’s optional). They actually set everything up for you, so all you have to do is show up, get dressed, and get married. They also have an area for the bride and party to get ready, and across from it there’s a room for the groom also. I highly recommend you go get a tour of this location, it’s beautiful! The venue was beautiful and all of our guests kept complimenting the views and the decorations. Sonia Stagg(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-04-2018 I loved our wedding so much, it was magical, in part because of the venue. However, I do have a few complaints—nothing that ruined the wedding at all, but...the biggest issue was that we wanted to have our own MC and DJ, friends of ours. They weren’t okay with that at first, then said it would be okay when we told them how important it was for us, but then during the wedding, both the MC & DJ later told us, their in-house MC tried to take over several times, getting on the mic to say corny things to the crowd, and trying to play certain songs that he thought would get them really going (ie Bruno Mars, who I really hate listening to). It was really disappointing that we thought our two friends would be able to manage our announcements and music on their own terms, while enjoying our wedding, but instead had to battle with this guy all night. I’m sure the in house MC is good for most people’s needs, but we are in our thirties and really didn’t want a stranger to be in charge, saying things like “everyone having fun tonight!?” And playing music we happen to not like...we even made a 13 hour playlist just to ensure no songs we didn’t like would get played. The other thing was there was green lighting on the catered buffet line, so guests didn’t know what the food was. Also my cousin asked if the pork was chicken, and the cater waiter said yes. She doesn’t eat pork. She ate pork for the first time in her life that night. Also a strange detail is the brides’ room doesn’t have a bathroom connected to it, and is just an empty room, while the grooms room has a bathroom, huge tv, video games, couch etc. seems like an oversight & kind of offensive, since the bride ends up spending more time in there and is trapped in there for hours if she is doing the traditional thing where the groom can’t see her in her dress. Besides those things it was a beautiful place, the park is gorgeous and our guests commented on how amazing it all was. I would highly recommend this place especially for the price, just wanted to mention the above since they were minorly upsetting issues that I hope aren’t repeated for anyone else. Deirdre Treanor(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-03-2017 Saguaro Buttes is a wonderful place to get married. The whole venue is beautiful, with a gorgeous pond that is great for pictures. Pricing is very reasonable, with great package selections and add-ons. You really can customize your day. They also have a lot of the decor, so you won't be spending extra for all of that. If I could have given 4.5 stars, I would have because there were a couple of issues.1) The catering company you have to use missed our vegetarian dishes. This doesn't directly reflect on the venue, as they had the order correct, but to my knowledge this is the only caterer you can use. *I* was actually the one who noticed the 2 vegetarians had not been served, and I had to bring it to the staff's attention.2) Our ceremony got the job done, but it wasn't great. Pastor Dave is a very nice man, and has been doing this for many years, but he really didn't make our story flow. We completed a form he has to give him our love story, and it was like he just read from that. I expected something a little more polished, that flowed well. He also missed the one and only reading we had, but that worked out well because it was done at the reception. The head wedding coordinator is Cindy, and our personal coordinator was Sarah. One thing I loved about Saguaro Buttes was that everything was included, including meetings with Cindy, who helps with the planning of your event. Cindy was very professional and did everything to make planning our wedding as stress-free as possible. We used Dave for our ceremony and everyone loved how Dave included personal details in the ceremony! We have had many compliments since our wedding about how wonderful the ceremony was. In addition to having our wedding here, we also had our rehearsal dinner at Saguaro Buttes; we had a Mexican restaurant cater it. We loved that we were able to have a relaxing and quiet evening prior to the wedding with our families and our wedding party. It was a great opportunity to have everyone enjoy the venue and the beauty surrounding Saguaro Buttes. Cindy and Dave were extremely helpful in our planning to have our rehearsal dinner there. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because there was an issue with the lighting on the dance floor on the day of the wedding. They worked quickly to get it fixed, but it caused a delay in our first dance and dinner service. Other than that everything went smoothly and everyone had a great time and loved the location. Michelle Luz(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-11-2015 My husband and I both live in Brooklyn but we met in Tucson and both of us grew up in Arizona. We wanted a venue that had everything and we found it all at Saguaro Buttes. It was very important to us to have that beautiful desert scenery for our ceremony and OH MY GOSH does this place have just that. I looked at venues ALL OVER Arizona and jam-packed weeks worth of venue searching during my trips to Arizona for our wedding. I could not find a spot that I could justify spending the price for the lack of quality and scenery. I was about to give up when it hit me that he and I met in Tucson and maybe there was something there. I was so right. Saguaro Buttes is an absolute dream of a wedding venue. I cried the moment I saw it. It is incredibly affordable and accommodating. We went with the Gold Package and had Pastor Dave as our officiant. He was one of the best parts of our entire wedding. I have gone to a ton of weddings and never really thought too much about the ceremonies- we had people coming up to us throughout the reception and for weeks after just to tell us how much our ceremony and Pastor Dave moved them. It was interfaith (Jewish and Catholic) and he nailed it. DJ Rashid... their in house DJ is AMAZING. We had a phone conference with him before the wedding, he had us fill out a detailed sheet of what we want. He went above and beyond throughout the reception and everyone loved him. The dance floor was literally never empty. He was the best. Getting married across the country and the planning involved can be really difficult, i've heard. Not for me. Cindy answered every single email and question I had as if there were no other brides she had to talk to or deal with. Everything was so personal and kind. When you go with this venue you are going with a beautiful location but also good people who will have your back every step of the way and keep you at ease and stress free. Planning this wedding was an absolute blast and I would do it again and again if I could. My husband and I are already looking forward to having a ten year anniversary celebration there. Seriously... we said that ON our wedding night when we were still at Saguaro Buttes. oh my goodness- what else... the food was great! Nice bathrooms... super clean. Bathrooms were really important to my mother in the venue search (we all have our 'isms') and this place has great bathrooms.... yup. But in all seriousness- It shouldn't even be a question- if you're getting married in Arizona- check this place out. It definitely has a piece of my heart and my husband and I will be forever grateful. Reviewed on 22-12-2015

I was on my own as far as planning went, without the help of any family or friends so I felt the pressure! I really relied on Cindy to help, and she was very nice. However she seemed to be very unorganized. She over-charge me twice, and it was hard to get a meeting with her. I think she needs to hire an assistant for the office part of it because her and her husband take it all on themselves. I'm very organized so this part drove me crazy... Other than that the venue was absolutely beautiful! On the day of the wedding, all of the workers were super helpful and organized and made me feel at ease the day of the wedding and everything went smoothly! The DJ was so fun and made it fun for all the guests. I received so many compliments on everything I was very pleased! I am happy I chose saguaro buttes to get married. It was just the beginning chaos that I dealt with that made it more stressful than it should have been, but overall a great experience and I highly recommend this venue. One more thing that did put a damper on things is the food tasting for their catering company was not as I expected. We wanted to do an Italian menu and they only had lasagna to try and not any of the pastas or other Italian options so in the end we just chose chicken since we were unable to try the other food.. Just a heads up! Also, many of my guests at least half of them got very sick the weekend after my wedding and we believe it was food positioning.. Nothing anyone can fully control but it was horrible hearing how many people got sick! The food was however very tasty it was just an unfortunate thing that happened! Otherwise great experience. Dave the officiant did an amazing job of making the ceremony very personable and special I received many compliments about that as well! Reviewed on 21-04-2015

The natural beauty of the area was a great backdrop and being in the middle of nowhere ensured privacy! It is very pricey but the food was amazing (we had the italian menu with lasagna and chicken fettucini.) \rThey will offer you a $2000 \"concierge\" package which will include flowers, cake, and photographer. This is the only thing I could really downgrade them on and is why I can't give 5/5. I would suggest NOT purchasing this package because the florist and cake company they use are a pair of sisters who are complete idiots who messed up my flowers AND my cake and left us scrambling last minute to make fixes. \rThe DJ who is included with this venue (Rashid) is AMAZING at keeping the reception rolling after the manager Cindy has left for the evening. The night manager also was helpful but Rashid really took over and wrangled everyone to the dance floor when they were congregating outside, and he kept things moving. He played amazing music and was very intuitive based on what we told him we liked. \rOverall this venue is amazing. Any bride who gets married here is guaranteed to feel like a queen. Paster Dave made my service beautiful, funny, and memorable with every detail from the moment I caught eye of my husband, to when he proposed, to setting the scene of our first tour at the Buttes to all the bible passages to just a beautiful service. Saguaro Buttes is beautiful and romantic. The true beauty of the desert during the day and the lights at night and sounds the place to the amazing monsoon sunset that evening it was just breath taking and not to forget a never invited guest a rattle snake. D.J Rashid set the theme of the whole evening. he is amazing and we loved his energy and enthusiasm. We had the fajita mexican buffet it was delicious. The whole room set up for the bride to get ready and groom was perfect. Natalie, Cindy were very understanding and patient, everyone else who helped made my wedding night the most amazing day of my life. If I had to say one thing they need to work on in the future would be during the heat or monsoon season and the bridal party wanted butter cream cake and 100 cupcakes that the venue temperature be set to the appropriate settings and not placed in front of the sun and the window opened near it! Checked couple of venue, nothing was really impressed us, but the moment we drove through the Saguaro Buttes site, our breath was taking away, It was gorgeous and I am really sure my family (they are from out of country) will have a new experience with beautiful view like that.\rAfter talking with Cindy, we knew we want to get married here and decided to book our date. Cindy was really sweet, helpful when we got stuck on decision, patient even we changed the plan couple of times, care and very professional. You will get your email replied back on the same day you sent it out, that's how responsive they are. \rIt was raining on the day but Cindy and the crew could handle everything. They had second or even third plan on every situation occurred.\rWe also got Pastor Dave as our Officiant and no regret He is the best. From the counseling session to the day, He always could get the fun and happy moment around but maintain the sacred moment of the Ceremony itself.\r\rThe value we paid is beyond on what we got. If I have a chance to celebrate anything again, I'd love to find a reason to celebrate it at Saguaro Buttes. Reviewed on 11-06-2013

Melissa Gebert(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-06-2012 We couldn't have asked for a better setting for our desert-themed wedding! Our outdoor ceremony overlooked Saguaro National Park, complete with towering saguaro cactuses and the beautiful desert landscape! The staff was more than helpful, very knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure that our special day was just that - special! I especially liked that we had a staff member specifically assigned to us during the entire event. It took a lot of the stress off. They made sure I always had a drink in my hand, brought us food from the buffet so we didn't have to get it ourselves, and made sure that we got to eat a piece of our own wedding cake (which I'm told a lot of couples are too busy on their wedding day to enjoy). Saguaro Buttes had reasonable price options and worked with us until all our questions were answered. I was not stressed out in the least on my wedding day because I was confident that SB took care of everything. They even allowed us to bring in Eegee's - if you're a Tucson local like me, Eegee's is near and dear to your heart. And it was a delightful addition to our hot, hot, hot summer wedding! Stacy Linrud(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-02-2010 The location is perfect for a Tucson or southwest wedding - lots of cacti with foothills and mountains all around - it's beautiful. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Pastor Dave married us, and we took advantage of the free premarital counseling (not required) which was fun, too. He really personalized the ceremony, and made it fun for everyone, including personal stories about us. Cindy (Dave's wife) was great with pre-wedding prep work, and the whole staff was wonderful on our big day. Anytime I needed anything, someone would magically appear with it! Our dj, Rashid, (included in the price) was excellent as well. He played songs we wanted, switched things up when needed (empty dancefloor was filled!), and asked me before playing a \"no play\" song that someone had requested (and I let them hear it, why not). The food was great, the tasting before the wedding was fun. \r\rThey include almost everything in the price, and it's a really great deal. They even include little things you might forget, like a fancy knife for cutting the cake (or maybe you don't want to spend $50 on a knife!), and a cute basket for the cards. They can also connect with great vendors for the few not-included things (a bartender, on-site babysitters, etc).\r\rI was VERY happy with everything here. This was for both the ceremony and reception. Reviewed on 26-08-2010
