Other amenities include a private restroom, “salon-like” vanity area and wet bar outfitted with glassware, plateware, coffee maker, etc.. The Green Room, located on the lower level of the venue and is our second private suite. Accessible through a private entrance and with a masculine touch, this thoughtfully designed area is the perfect place for the “man cave” hide away. Receptions can take place in the very heart of Saint Elle, the Bow Truss. I would not recommend Saint Zelle, Ashley, or Posh Occasions for your wedding. Ashley was extremely last minute, disorganized and a mess for our wedding last weekend. I was in tears the entire weekend with her complete disregard for everything we had worked so hard to put in place and spent a fortune on. Ashley’s assistant Lauren was incredible, which was the only redeeming quality. My family, friends, husband and I were all shocked at how little Ashley did to make our day special - or even the bare minimum to make the day pleasant despite months of pre-planning and consistent communication of our plans. Ashley didn’t meet with our caterers or any of our other vendors until a couple days before despite having their info MONTHS in advance, which turned into a mess that my husband and I had to fix FOR HER in the days leading up to our wedding. Our bar tab which was supposed to be capped at a certain dollar amount suddenly was $1500 over despite us telling the venue to cut it off, and we were left to foot the bill and deal with the horrible “security” person Kevin at Saint Elle, which was told to us in the middle of our reception. Saint Elle has been unresponsive and Michael with the bar was too busy for us leading up to the wedding much less at the wedding where his bar staff was scrambling to make things right. Even our wedding-day agenda was totally wrong and she didn’t send it until the day before, which sent my entire wedding party into a tailspin and my husband and I were clamoring to make things right up until we walked down the isle. Everything about our wedding day was dramatic and completely avoidable and unnecessary. She was very nice and made it feel like things were in control leading up to our big day, so maybe it was her being overbooked or just a bad time for her personally, but I would look around first and book Saint Elle, Ashley/Posh Occasions with strong caution. I had a great experience with Saint Elle. Communication with them was very easy through their portal, and my wedding was an absolute dream. I got so many compliments about the beauty of the venue. I also wanna s/o Michael the bar manager who was just amazing with trying to fit our budget needs. He really stood out to me overall! Would absolutely recommend Saint Elle Reviewed on 11-08-2023

Lauren Schaefer(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-03-2023 I myself am a wedding planner- having planned over 300 weddings. When it came to planning my own wedding, there was no doubt in my mind I was going to Saint Elle. The space is beautiful, stunning and spacious, of course, but beyond that, the space makes sense! It was thoughtfully curated to make the day seamless from you- from easy vendor load-in access, a suite for your wedding planner, large suites for both sides of the wedding party, the most gorgeous and plentiful bathrooms (with Thistle Farm products!), a kitchen that caterers dream of, adaptable space so that both ceremony and reception can be under the same roof, and a bar package that is the best bang for your buck and will provide you peace of mind. Not to mention, the staff is a dream. They are KIND. They are prompt. They are respectful. They are lovely humans that care about their space and about the success of your event. I would choose Saint Elle one thousand times over and over again and I'm so grateful whenever any of my clients book Saint Elle. It is THE place to get married in Nashville! Reviewed on 07-04-2023

Abby Campbell(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-06-2022 Not the best experience, and bad customer service for how much they charge. They seem to only care about making money and don't care about you as a customer AT ALL. They try to dazzle you during the tour, and then everything changes once they hooked you with the contract. After booking them, they were VERY slow to respond, which really irked me for how outrageously expensive they were. I expected great customer service since they charge $10k and absolutely nothing is included in that cost. Like that's fine if that's your fee, but you better have great customer service with that price tag. On top of being very slow to respond to time sensitive questions, (and not very friendly when they would respond), they also REFUSED to let us into the venue before 11am on the wedding day, when our hair and makeup and very tight photography schedule needed to start at 10am. We tried to negotiate and asked for 10:30, but they refused, which COMPLETELY screwed our schedule for the day. Believe it or not, 30 minutes is a lot when it comes to a tight timeline and because of this, there were a lot of photos we weren't able to capture since we were so rushed. My planner even begged them to let us in 15 minute early so at least the hair and makeup team could start setting up, but they would't budge, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. I understand that it's in our contract that we only have the venue for 12 hours (we ended at 11pm) but my God, I think you could swing to let us in 30 mins early when we're paying an arm and leg to rent the space. This is a small thing, but they required us to purchase their alcohol for our \"getting ready\" suites. That's totally fine, but it was very overpriced and was crap quality. They charged me $100 for a \"fresh mimosa bar\" so I expected it to be set up in a nice presentation when we got there. Nope. It was nowhere to be found and when I asked where it was she said \"in the mini fridge.\" I open it up to find mismatched bottles of champagne and individual plastic bottles of Minute Maid orange juice... $100 for MINUTE MAID orange juice! Are you kidding?? At that price, I expected fresh squeezed or higher quality juice, or at the very least thought they'd pour it into some pretty pitchers or something. Again... just poor customer service and very over priced. I will say, the only great experience we had was with the bar staff. They were awesome, nice, quick to respond, and created wonderful custom cocktails for us. Other than that, I would not book this place if I could do it over again. Reviewed on 13-07-2022
Amber Marie Richardson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-03-2022 We recently got married here and loved Saint Elle! What set it apart for us was how much natural lighting and brightness there is throughout the space, while still maintaining an industrial vibe. The bridal suite is extraordinary -- it has plenty of room, amenities, and seating to make you feel comfortable yet luxurious while you're getting ready. There is also a dedicated, decorated groom room completely separate from the bridal suite and from the main event area, something many other Nashville venues don't have. The space comes with many string lights and moveable greenery carts, which can be stand-alone decor or can serve as a foundation for your own design vision. We chose to keep the indoor area quite open, adding our accent colors and just a few floral arrangements. We were also able to keep our wedding nearly entirely indoors without feeling cramped, but the patio space is so charming that we couldn't help but include some outdoor activities for our guests to enjoy. As far as logistics go, the staff was very upfront with everything -- the price, the parking situation, vendor requirements, etc. It has a relatively high sticker price just to rent the space, but there were no secret fees hidden in the quote that we were not expecting (they even built taxes into the cost). Compared to the total amount of guests the space can host, the on-site parking isn't completely adequate, but that's pretty common for downtown Nashville event venues. Plus, with some recommendations from the staff, we were able to come up with a solution. Before we'd even booked with Saint Elle, they gave us a list of Nashville-area vendors that they had worked with in the past, which made booking things like rentals and catering much easier. Overall, Saint Elle is an elegant, clean, and spacious venue. We are so happy we chose them for our wedding! Reviewed on 10-04-2022

It really does feel like you are stepping into an oasis when you enter! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our event went smoothly and that everyone was safe. There are so many amazing spots for photos throughout the venue and nearby outside. We loved using the beautiful boxwood trees that line the patio as a backdrop for our photobooth. After decades of adventure and travel, three longtime friends decided to come back to their roots in the south and open an event venue. Our first space, The Cordelle, was created for co-owner, Leigh Watson's own wedding and that original concept grew from possibilities to knowledge and then expanded to open SAINT ELLE. Our focus at both venues is client service and transparent hospitality, encouraging clients to celebrate and make memories. We promise to share our 6 years of experience in the event world to ensure our clients and guests feel cared for from the first drink to the last dance.
