New Venue! Now Accepting Reservations for 2024 Sally Port View is a brand new waterfront event property currently under construction on 57 acres of serene countryside with over 1,200ft of Lake Ontario private waterfront. A 'sally port' is a military structure intended to guard an entrance to a place of importance. We're constructing a sally port as the drop-off point and entry to the 11k+ sqft main hall. The views from the drop-off and surrounding trails provide a breathtaking panorama of Three Mile Bay. Five small cottages near the shoreline can host up to four guests each. A bride and groom's suite in the main hall doubles as overnight accommodations. SPV operates a full bar with a range of options for beverages. A full professional kitchen can play host to a preferred caterer for service of up to 220 seated guests. The white & black minimalist decor, concrete floors, wrap-around porch, fully enclosed bathroom stalls, tower lounge room, and country trails are just some of the details that make this a perfect venue for your wedding. It's normal to see bald eagles, osprey, blue heron, swan, and more feeding in the water and around the property. The waters itself are home to some of the best fishing in the country. The entire property can be yours for an hour or a whole weekend. Outdoor event spaces enable tons of activities to supplement your wedding schedule. An SPV event coordinator will be in touch with you throughout the process to ensure we live up to your expectations.
