I had my 9/23 wedding at Salvatore's and it went beautifully! They handled our 150+ guests with ease. There were a few mishaps that were quickly rectified and made up for. Josette is a fantastic event planner that worked with us every step of the way of our wedding planning process. There were a couple meals that were incorrect but they made it up to us by extending our bar time free of charge! They also provided vegan and allergy friendly desserts for our guests who couldn't have our cake. Our guests loved this extravagant location with its delicious food. Add on a sorbet intermezzo to your plated dinner- it was an elegant touch to our reception that our guests are still buzzing about. We also had a \"Pizza Party\" late night station that our guests had a lot of fun with. Thank you Salvatore's and Josette for making our day special!

Salvatore's owns and operates The Brickhall in the Hollow. This review is for the Salvatore's Hospitality organization:We had a family wedding here. When we arrived for rehearsal we noticed there were dead plants in the pots by the front door and had to ask that that be replaced or removed, and they were, but the facility should be self managing on this point. The venue is beautiful but definitely a bit tight for just under 100 guests, although we were told it wouldn't be a problem. Despite meetings, emails with setup maps, the setup staff was definitely not clear on what we had communicated and needed several reminders and corrections. Two bathrooms were not really enough as several times there were lines of 6 or more people waiting. H'ors D'ouvres were placed on a large round table that didn't allow room for guests to navigate between it and guest seating. A long narrow table would have been a much better choice. Dinner service was disorganized. We offered guests a choice of three entrees. It appeared that the staff was distributing meals randomly among tables, with no real order or organization. Table one was partially served about midway through and entrees were only slightly warm at this point. We chose entrees because we wanted to avoid the time lag that takes place with buffets but this was much worse. Bread was not served until the end of the meal. Some guests have made us aware that beer being served initially was warm. After an extended wait for vendors to be served dinner so that she and the groom could have their first dance, the bride had to remind staff to please serve them. No dessert plates were provided until approximately 15 minutes after desserts were put out. Water refills only took place by request. The heel of my shoe became lodged in a hole in the dance floor, nearly causing me to fall. The hole is round and approximately 1/2” in diameter. (This is an fyi so no one is injured in the future.) Worst of all: Baked cod was one of our entree choices, and it was TILAPIA!!! See attached picture. Overall, while the other vendors really delivered and it was a great evening, the Salvatore's organization, which we had trusted to deliver on promises, service and authentic menu items, has sorely disappointed us. It seems they entrusted the evening to a relatively junior staff member. It was apparently the first event he managed, as I overheard from a staff member the night of rehearsal. It also was evident that there were not enough servers for the number of guests. It was not this young man's fault, but the failure of management. I should note that we were very pleased with how well all of our decor items were packed up for us after the event. It's disappointing that we experienced these issues, and unconscionable that Salvatore's would pass off Tilapia for Cod.

Food was very good. But a few issues Communication leading up to our wedding wasn’t great. Our coordinator wasn’t very responsive She also didn’t check in with us once the day of our wedding which was very disappointing Dinner service took a very long time. And the bar was very backed up at the start of the night. Both of these concerns I brought up with our coordinator prior to the wedding and she “ensured” us it wouldn’t be an issue, and then it was.

We recently had our wedding at Salvatore’s and it was everything we could have dreamed of. We worked with Janet and she was wonderful from the moment we first met her last year. Our wedding was planned in its entirety during the pandemic and Janet was there for us every step of the way. From different restrictions and what we could do, she was so accommodating. She was also so supportive with how we were feeling. Thankfully, we were able to have a full wedding reception with passed appetizers and a dance floor. We loved our appetizers that we chose (cheese tray selection, beef on weck crostini, and loaded baked potato bites). And the food was absolutely amazing! We chose the Chicken Française which was paired with sliced tenderloin of filet. So many people at the wedding told us they loved the food and one groomsman reported he wanted to “lick the plate clean”. Our captain, Jennifer, who took care of us all night, was wonderful! I felt like before I could even ask for something she automatically knew what I wanted. The champagne toast was so cool and everyone loved that as well. Honestly, everything went off without a hitch and I had the best wedding I could have imagined. I am sure that a lot of that had to do with Salvatore’s and if you are considering them, I would highly recommend that you go with them. They were great!

I can’t even begin to express how incredible Salvatore’s is. They truly went well above and beyond anything I could have hoped for our wedding. Everyone that we worked with was so accommodating, anticipated our needs in advance, incredibly friendly, and overall exemplified amazing customer service. In particular, Janet and James were such a joy to work with, made sure that every detail was perfect, and ensured our wedding was so enjoyable and stress free. Just one example of how great Salvatore’s is (although I could talk of so many instances)- the strap on my dress broke and completely unprompted, a server brought me a little sewing kit to help fix my dress. I didn’t tell anyone that my strap was broken and they went out of their way to help me. Salvatore’s made our wedding a great experience. On top of the unparalleled service, the venue is so beautiful and well decorated. The food was amazing as well! I am so glad that we had our wedding at Salvatore’s. I have heard many wonderful comments from our guests about our wedding. I could go on about how great Salvatore’s is but they have an excellent reputation for a reason- they truly are the best! I highly recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely use Salvatore’s for any events we have in the future.

We had our wedding reception/private dinner at Salvatores. The actual venue is within The Delevan Hotel. Due to COVID-19 we decided to scale down our originally high number of guests to a small banquet of 24. Our event coordinator gave us some options that would be more accommodating to us and we were very impressed and pleased with how the night turned out. Our family and friends who attended were highly pleased as well. We were blown away with how supportive and high spirited the staff was the night of our event. Very pleased. My wife's grandmother enjoyed it so much that she is planning a birthday celebration for herself there next year.

So thankful that Salvatore’s was able to accommodate us for our September wedding. Due to COVID, we made the last minute decision to change our venue and lower our guest list from 220+ to 50 people. A big shout out to Christina who helped pull it all together, wonderfully. By phone or email, she was an absolute angel, and was always quick to answer my (many) questions and concerns. We definitely recommend spending the night or weekend at the Delavan Hotel. It was so convenient for ourselves, as well as our guests to have rooms right there! My bridesmaids also got ready in the morning with me in our Harriet Suite. Additionally, we used the gorgeous outdoor ceremony space for our first look prior to our ceremony. And the Bella ballroom was a beautiful room for our reception. Our guests raved about the food, and particularly loved the champagne parade prior to dinner. We celebrated our wedding almost 1 year ago. During the planning process the unthinkable happened, my mother passed away 2 months prior to our big day. I had a hard time finding the motivation to move forward with anything. After having an outburst during one of our planning meetings with Krystle H. She recognized my heartache and hugged me. She completely took the reigns and helped me move forward with everything making it as easy as possible. I will forever be grateful for her. As for our big day, the food, the decor, the staff were all absolutely amazing. One of mine and my husband's favorite memories will always be the way the banquet staff kicked off our wedding reception with the champagne parade (our we even put photos of them in our wedding album) Mrs. Salvatore created a beautiful little bouquet for our flower girl that she can keep forever. I cant thank them enough for everything. I recieved so many compliments on how great the food was. Thank You again to all of the planning staff at Salvatores, forever in my heart ❤ we plan on spending our 1 year anniversary at Salvatores as well.

Salvatore's did a great job from the time we signed the contract to the night of our wedding. Their event coordinators were great to work with and were always in contact with my husband and I and were quick to answer all of our questions. We also sat down with the florist at Salvatores who designed our flowers just the way we wanted them. On the day of our wedding, everything went as planned. They set up our ballroom as instructed and even went the extra mile to set up some further fall decorations. The bar was well staffed for quick service for our guests. During our reception, they performed a champagne toast which was a special touch. Dinner was served promptly and the food was delicious. The whole experience with Salvatore's was wonderful and we would recommended them to anyone looking to have a wedding or event.

We had originally booked our wedding for September 2018 at Glen Oak (which was owned by Salvatore's at the time) with Janet, who was the event coordinator there. A couple months after booking, Janet called to tell us that Glen Oak had been sold, and we could choose to stay there and work with the new company, or come with her to Salvatore's. Honestly, we loved Janet so much and felt so comfortable with her taking care of everything, we moved the wedding to Salvatore's. They took us in with open arms, made sure we had everything that we were getting at Glen Oak, and more. It was on shorter notice but they were still able to accommodate us and provide all of the same menu items, even if they were not on the Salvatore's menu. We got a complimentary suite for the night, and free shuttle transportation to the airport the next morning for the honeymoon.We got to use the house centerpieces, free of charge, and bring in some other items to jazz them up. We were able to bring in homemade cookies and sweets. The bartenders and servers were awesome - very attentive and polite.

Salvatore’s was the perfect wedding location for my husband and I. They are so attentive and make sure every single detail of our big day was the best it could be!! The food was excellent, the drinks were amazing, and the service was great!! The venue itself is also so gorgeous, it’s truthful breathtaking. The decor made for perfect photos, and looked very high class. I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect place to have my wedding, and I’m so happy we chose Salvatore’s.

The food was excellent, the drinks were amazing, and the service was great!! The venue itself is also so gorgeous, it’s truthful breathtaking. The decor made for perfect photos, and looked very high class. I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect place to have my wedding, and I’m so happy we chose Salvatore’s.

We are beyond happy with how our wedding turned out! We had the pleasure of working with Paula Salvatore for all our flowers and ceremony & reception decorations. She did a beautiful job, we got so many compliments. She was so pleasant to work with and you can tell she takes pride in the work she does and will not disappoint-and she certainly did not!! We had our ceremony outside and it was beyond beautiful! It was so nice to have everything all in one place. Janet was our coordinator from start to finish. She was wonderful to work with and very helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone we worked with at Salvatore's was always so nice and willing to help. We had the buffet option for dinner and we had so many of our guests compliment us on the food being one of the best they had ever had at a wedding. The late night snack was a big hit! We were on a very tight budget and I didn't think we'd be able to afford everything we did at Salvatore's but they are very reasonable!!! We are so happy we ended up having our wedding at Salvatore's, it's truly a one stop shop.

The planning process for my wedding was a little difficult. Being from out of town my MIL had to do a lot of the face to face stuff at Salvatores. It seemed like every time I reached out to the event coordinators, I talked to a different one. I was billed for things that my mother had already paid for and had to keep correcting the spelling of my name on everything (it was almost right on the wedding day.) We booked the hotel rooms at the Delavan for my parents and in laws far in advance but when they got there-neither of them had rooms! My mother booked a room with two beds but they only had a room with one bed left. Kind of messed up her plans.Also, on the day of, I was surprised to not hear from an event coordinator at all. When you book your wedding with them they say you have your own personal wedding planner but I didn't find that to be the case. I had my ceremony at the Garden Place Hotel and the janitor that was working was the one that helped answer my questions and get things organized. Overall, leading up to the wedding there was a lot of confusion and frustration.The reception was held at the Delavan. It was wonderful. The food was AMAZING, wait staff were so fast, beautiful place for a reception. I was very happy with how that part went.

My husband and I are so, so happy that we decided to have our wedding reception at Salvatore's. Since we were planning our wedding from out of town, we looked at many different venues around the Buffalo area and Salvatore's was the best choice we could have made! Surprisingly it was actually one of the more affordable options for us. The venue itself is beautiful, but even more important to us were the people we worked with throughout the whole planning process. We worked with Janet who was super helpful from the start. She was flexible in meeting with us whenever we were in town and was always easy to reach by phone or email. She was very responsive to our requests for special accommodations/meals for certain guests, and took a lot of our stress away. We also decided to work with Paula and Orlando for our flowers and decorations, which worked out perfectly! They were comparably priced compared to other florists we had looked at, and actually offered way more than we expected. I had a general idea about color scheme, flowers and centerpieces, and Paula made it happen - she even ordered lanterns for us to use! Paula's and Orlando's suggestions were invaluable and really made the whole day and night look beautiful. They even came to the church before the ceremony to make sure everything was running smoothly behind the scenes and set up decorations/pin boutonnieres on the guys. We had a wonderful time at the reception, the food was delicious and served quickly, and the wait staff was friendly, flexible and responsive throughout the whole night. Most of our guests also stayed at the attached Delavan hotel the night before and the night of the wedding, which was convenient, affordable and beautiful. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that we would not have changed anything about our wedding, and we would 100% work with Salvatore's again! They were personal, professional, and really made us feel like family.

Our wedding at Salvatore's was a dream come true! Krystle helped us make selections and guided us through the entire process in a professional way, and everything came together flawlessly on our special day. We received so many compliments on the Bella Ballroom including the decorations and the way it was set up to accommodate both our wedding service and the reception. The food was delicious and the service top notch. Kudos to your chefs, bartenders and servers. Krystal was our wedding coordinator and helped us make sure we had all details set. Everyone was great to work with. Salvatore's was our first pick when we were looking at venues for our wedding. The food and service alone is 1st class. Our event coordinator Kate was excellent to work with! She helped my vision come alive in the Venetian ballroom and knew exactly what I was looking for. I could not have asked for a better person to work with! The wait staff provided our 200 guest with hot meals all at the same time with the perfect amount of time between courses. Trish and James were excellent! The champagne parade was fun entertainment for our guest who really seemed to enjoy the performance. We worked with Paula on renting the flower wall - it was the most beautiful backdrop to our sweetheart table! She was so great to work with. Salvatore's really is the whole package, I could not have asked for a more perfect reception!

From the food, hotel rooms, shuttle service, Capello Salon, flowers, centerpieces, bartenders, servers... they all have this perfected.Josette was wonderful to work with! She made our dream wedding come true! From helping us plan the menu and room layout, to making suggestions as to the timeline of events, she was there every step of the way. Paula did our flowers and centerpieces ... they were BEAUTIFUL and the perfect colors to match the girls' dresses! Our sweetheart table and cake table looked beautiful, too. The flower girls' princess wands were a BIG hit with the little ones!My bridal party and I had our hair and makeup done at Capello Salon in the Delevan and they did a beautiful job- everyone loved their experience there! It was very convenient to be right down the hallway from the salon! The venue is so pretty-- lots of places for picture taking!Everything was so wonderful- the food, drinks, INCREDIBLE service! I had my wedding here July 2017 in the Bella ballroom. I had to go with a three here because some of my experiences were a 5 and some were a 1. Overall the event was lovely and they really put in the extra effort at the end so my mothers and I wouldn’t have to. They have great packages and are willing to work with you if you want something a little different. I did have a tough time getting a hold of my coordinator since I’m from out of town, but I believe this was due to the turnover we experienced during our planning period. If you do want something outside of their packages please be very, very specific. They missed the mark on a few things which is where I would put my 1. I would definitely use them again if I had to do it all over. The event was a great success and everyone had a really lovely time.

I had my wedding at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens this past weekend and everything turned out perfect. Before my wedding, I have never been to Buffalo, NY and never stepped inside Salvatore’s restaurant. I did all my planning online and hoped for the best. I came in without expecting too much but I was super pleased with the beauty of this place and the hospitality from everyone. A sincere thank you to Krystle who helped me with the planning and responded to all of my emails this past year. If I were a Bridezilla, then she dealt with the worst of me. Even at last minute, my flower vendor failed to deliver, and she stepped right in and got everything taken care of. Overall, the staff at Salvatore’s is very kind. Everyone. Not just to me but my family and friends commented that the people there are extremely nice to them as well. After having my wedding reception there and dealing with everyone, I recommend that if you truly want things to go right and even have it your ways, please communicate with them. Tell them what you want. They will try their best to please you. Seriously, people here will stop what they’re doing to help you. I was so busy, I forgot to schedule my hair and makeup appointment, I called the morning of my wedding and the Capello Salon at the Delavan hotel took me in right away. They really do accommodate to all your needs.

Salvatore's exceeded our expectations for our wedding! My husband and I are from Rochester but both of my brothers had their receptions at Salvatore's, since the day of their weddings I knew that's where I wanted to have mine. We had no problem traveling the extra hour, it is more than worth it! All of the employees leading up to the day of our reception were helpful and knowledgeable. Krystle gave us all the help that we needed along the way and helped us anyway possible. We attended the food tasting and that was a great expierence to see what we wanted served for our wedding. The food was outstanding, our guests are still talking about the peanut butter pie that was served after dinner. It's a must! The staff the night of the wedding were helpful, organized and polite the entire time. Anything I needed they were there for and checked in on us multiple times. We stayed at the Delevan the night of our wedding. It was complimentary and absolutely stunning! We got so many great pictures of our wedding party at Salvatore's and the Delevan. It was truly an amazing night that my husband and I will never forget!

We had no problem traveling the extra hour, it is more than worth it! All of the employees leading up to the day of our reception were helpful and knowledgeable. Krystle gave us all the help that we needed along the way and helped us anyway possible. We attended the food tasting and that was a great expierence to see what we wanted served for our wedding. The food was outstanding, our guests are still talking about the peanut butter pie that was served after dinner. It's a must! The staff the night of the wedding were helpful, organized and polite the entire time. Anything I needed they were there for and checked in on us multiple times. We stayed at the Delevan the night of our wedding. It was complimentary and absolutely stunning! We got so many great pictures of our wedding party at Salvatore's and the Delevan. It was truly an amazing night that my husband and I will never forget!

Salvatore’s was almost (if not the most) affordable venue that we looked at during our entire search. They have one hotel right on property, as well as another hotel they own that they provide constant shuttles to and from. Their Amore ballroom was absolutely stunning. We were speechless when we saw it set up the day before our wedding.Salvatore’s allowed us to purchase any craft beer we wanted to provide to our guests; we ended up getting a west coast IPA and a summer ale to go along with the two domestic beers included in our package.It was honestly surprising how many people would come up to us and tell us how outstanding the food was that night. I personally think that the food is probably the thing that people will remember most about the venue, and I couldn’t believe how many people absolutely raved about how good everything tasted. We had four passed hors d'oeuvres as well as a cheese and fruit station during the cocktail hour before the 5-course dinner started. The bottomless wine with dinner is perfect for the guests who forget to refill their drink before the bar closes while everyone eats. The steak was amazingly tender and delicious, and the chicken was excellent as well. Nobody will leave hungry after that meal. Even the vegans were impressed with how everything on their menu tasted. For dessert, we had cheesecake, wedding cake, and the Salvatore’s dessert station (where the cheese and fruit display was during cocktail hour).Lastly, the dance floor was placed perfectly in front of the head table, with the guest tables surrounding it in a U-shape so everyone had a great view of the guests that were dancing.Working with Krystle was an absolute pleasure. She was always quick to answer any questions we had about the reception, and we had nothing to worry about the week and days leading up to the wedding—she made sure everything was taken care of. She was upfront and honest about what everything would cost us (including our craft beer) and made sure we were in full understanding about how the night at Salvatore’s would flow.My wife and I truly could not be happier on our selection of Salvatore’s for our wedding. Every staff member we worked with, from the reception to the hotel, to the florist, to the staff working our reception were so friendly and accommodating. I didn't have a worry in the world when my big day rolled around because of Josette and the Salvatore's team. My husband and I chose to get married at Salvatore's for many reasons, the price being a huge factor. I was pleasantly surprised to see how affordable our wedding at Salvatore's could be when I compared venues. Another big reason we chose Salvatore's is that they allowed us to get married and have our reception immediately following the ceremony without having to transport our guests to another location. We had a lot of out of town guests and knew that the Garden Place Hotel and The Delavan Hotel would accommodate our numbers perfectly. Additionally, the hotel shuttle from the Garden Place to the restaurant was perfect and saved us hundreds of dollars, since we didn't have to book our guests' transportation to and from the hotel. Our florist, Paula Salvatore, had great ideas and was very reasonably priced. My flowers, especially my bouquet and centerpieces, were breathtaking. Throughout the planning stages, the Salvatore's team was right there to field questions and make our ideas a reality. I loved having a \"one stop shop\" for our wedding. I can't say enough good things about this venue.

I had my wedding at Salvatores October 8th 2016 in the amore room. I knew from the start that i wanted to have my reception there. Salvatore's has an elegance that you just can't find anywhere else! We had the most amazing wedding day! So far my experience with Salvatore's has been great! My wedding will be next fall, but my experience thus far is very satisfying. Krystle has been great to work with, and has been very accommodating. Out of all the venues I've looked into, Salvatore's definitely offers the most privacy, a very spacious room, and great accommodations. I will review again after my big day!!

I had my son and daughter in law's Wedding Reception in the Amore Room on 10/7/16. Everything was wonderful! The food was good, drinks plentiful, the sound system utilizing the in-room speakers was perfect. Guests could hear each other speak, while those dancing could feel the beat.The banquet manager I worked with that night was very attentive. Krystle, who I worked with prior to the reception, was extremely helpful. She promptly responded to e-mails and phone calls. She answered all the many questions I asked.I was able to see the room the morning of the reception to be sure that all was set up correctly. Several concerns that I raised were promptly addressed. The room looked great when the guests arrived.I would advise paying the extra money for the full length tablecloths. They make the room look more elegant and formal. So glad I decided to add them the day before the reception.I would recommend Salvatore's Banquet Facilities to anyone!

Salvatore's was great- did an excellent job on setting up the room (they had to flip it from a luncheon to a wedding of 200+ in about two hours!) and was very professional! Food was excellent and the ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. Paula Salvatore did our flowers as well- she was great!! We also stayed at the Delavan onsite. It was an absolutely beautiful hotel- our guests were raving about every detail of our day!

My husband and I got married at Salvatore's over a month ago. They were amazing throughout the process! They were so accommodating and helpful! My sister-in-law, has planned her wedding reception to be there as well next summer!

Salvatore's exceeded our expectations. We were met with wonderful staffing representative, our service was wonderful during our catered sections of our meal, and all members of the staff responded promptly to emails!

Two weeks before our wedding our venue backed out. We started contacting every banquet facility in Buffalo. Salvatore's responded and was able to provide us with a wedding that was second to none.Every person that we dealt with went beyond our expectations to make our wedding a day to remember. From the owners to the servers, each one made us feel welcome and confident, relieving the great stress of the situation.The banquet room was beautiful, the service fantastic and the food was delicious; some of our guests said it was the best meal that they had ever had. Not what you typically find at a wedding. I also need to mention the beautiful room we stayed in at the new Delavan Hotel. The staff at the desk was professional and friendly. The accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. I cannot that the people at Salvatore's enough for what they did for us. We cannot wait to go there again soon for dinner.A special thanks to Kristle Hanson for all she did to pull this off in two weeks!!

Could not have asked for a better day to celebrate our wedding! The staff made sure everything went well. If we had any issues they were on top of it immediately! Highly recommend this venue for anyone planning their special day!

We had our Son and Future Daughter in Laws Engagement catered by Salvatore's this past Saturday the 24th of September.This made our party so special and enjoyable. The staff came, set up, served, cleaned up and we were able to enjoy our guests and not the worry of one thing. We are still getting calls and emails about how delicious all the food was and what a great evening it was. May we suggest the Antipasto, Steak in the Grass sandwiches, Salad Bar, Pasta Station and of course the wonderful desserts...Thank you Nick~Jossete~Krystle and Staff for putting this all together for us.

Paula was amazing to work with and so very talented - I met with her only having a few photos and some general ideas and she made my vision come to life. She was able to take our colors and theme and pull together exactly what we wanted! She also went above and beyond in service - she offered to drop off the boys' flowers to where they were getting ready instead of one of the girls needing to bring them there - it was such a huge help on a day where there is already so much going on! Paula did such a great job and our flowers were stunning - we highly recommend her!

We chose the \"Wedding of Your Dreams\" package are were very happy. There was a lot of food and it was all delicious! We have a large Italian and Irish family and heard only positive feedback from our guests. The sparkler presentation with the dessert added some more excitement to the meal as well! The staff worked well with us with regards to planning our perfect party in their gorgeous Amore Ballroom. The price was very reasonable considering we had a party of 230+ people.

Tons of people at the wedding commented on the great service and of course, the AMAZING food! I even made sure I ate some of my dinner, it was so good! They made everything so easy since they are such professionals and have worked with everyone in the business! They even brought out 3 bartenders since my guests were such big fans and salvatores didn't want anyone to wait in too long of a line! they made my day truly perfect :)

A top notch venue with fantastic quality and price. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is high class. My guests were so impressed with Salvatore's!!I would book them again in an instant!!! And did I mention the food was WONDERFUL? They even let us come in months prior to the wedding and taste the wedding menu. It was a five star experience!

Our day was absolute perfection. We did not have a wedding plann and I was a little nervous about everything being set up the correct way. Overall it was beautiful but they did not follow the whole contract of what the bride and groom wanted. And the management has never gotten back to us after the wedding to let us know what they could do for the bride and groom. They did not have enough appetizers for the headtable.

By far, the best decision we made. The package included sooo much, the food was outstanding, and they catered to every single one of our requests. The coordinators were fantastic at returning emails/phone calls promptly and always answered any questions. We received soooo many compliments; would highly recommend them.
