Samuelâs Grand manor exceeded every single expectation we had. From start to finish we had the most perfect, beautiful and elegant day. The attentiveness to the bride and guests in general is top notch. The food was incredible and the service matched. We received so many complements during and after the reception. People were blown away at the cocktail hour and the overall venue. I worked closely with Mark to design my ânew York styleâ wedding and he helped me with every step. He was open to changing the normal schedule of the weddings they do and it was done flawlessly. Communication was great and Mark was always available for any questions or concerns. He is extremely organized and his experience in the business shows throughout the process. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly thank you to Mark and Renea. Renea stays the entire evening and is extremely attentive to every detail and makes sure the bride is taken care of. We were able to have our reception, cocktail hour and reception in all different rooms and I really loved that aspect. Since Samuelâs only has one wedding at a time now the entire place is yours for the wedding and you have the choice of where you want to have each part of the evening. The outdoor area is also absolutely beautiful. It makes for great pictures and is kept up beautifully. If youâre looking for a classic modern venue with fantastic food and a fully professional experienced team this is the place for you. We would highly recommend Samuelsâs for anyone.

Samuelâs Grand manor exceeded every single expectation we had. From start to finish we had the most perfect, beautiful and elegant day. I canât say enough amazing things about Samuleâs. My husband and I had our reception there on 9/2/23 and it was an absolute dream. We initially chose Samuelâs because we were looking for a ballroom appearance. Something elegant to match a lot of the details and themes we were having for our wedding. Samuelâs is newly renovated with gorgeous chandeliers, downlighting on the walls, beautiful grounds we ended up taking some of our wedding pictures in with fountains and a gazebo and so much more. The second reason we chose Samuelâs was Mark Fromholt. Mark is so experienced in the event and wedding industry was able to guide us through exactly what to expect and how to navigate planning the wedding. He was always just a text away for any question we had no matter how big or small. He made the process way less stressful for us and was always a reassuring voice everything would turn out perfectly (which it did!)The night of our reception, everything looked absolutely perfect. The wait staff was amazing and made the entire night run so smoothly. Everyone loved our bartenders to the point where there were pictures of guests with them shared with us! The food was absolutely phenomenal (I was stealing lots of filet from the new hubby it was so good).I know this is changing but our wedding happened at a time where there were two weddings on the same night. We couldnât even tell there was another wedding there except for when we ran into someone not from our wedding in the bathroom. The two weddingsâ music did not clash, all our guests were able to spread out outside as desired and Mark doubled his office as a bridal suite so both weddings had space to store things during the night.I canât say enough amazing things about Samuelâs and I would certainly pick it again if given the choice. They made our night absolutely perfect and weâre so thankful.

This was THE perfect venue! Mark, was tremendously helpful during this entire process. He would always answer questions I had, even when he was on vacation, and made sure he understood our vision and plan, to make sure it was executed perfectly. They had amazing food, great areas for pictures, and awesome packages. We had a blast smashing our ice sculpture at the end and all of our guests had a fabulous time. They really enjoyed the Baked Alaska, and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this venue!

Samuelâs Grande Manor was a fantastic venue for our wedding! We originally were scheduled to get married in July of 2020 but had to reschedule because of Covid. Samuelâs worked with us every step of the way and made the transition as smooth as possible. Mark, in particular, was fabulous to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient with us and our parents as we asked many, many questions throughout the wedding planning process. He was phenomenal and it was obvious that he has incredible expertise with wedding planning. We looked to him for advice on many wedding topics and he gave us his honest opinion every time. He was organized, very easy to trust and never let us down once. Mark is a true asset to Samuelâs Grande Manor. We did have a meeting with Carol once, and we found that she was not quite as knowledgeable, courteous or as helpful as Mark. With Samuelâs every detail was meticulously planned and we were guided through the entire process. We got the majestic package and it was wonderful. From the lighting, to the ice sculptures, the dessertâs fire presentation, to the timing of the events, every detail was attended to. Not a single thing went wrong through Samuelâs (and my family is very detail-oriented) which is a testament to their quality of service. We got married at the gazebo in the back and they decorated it exactly as we had wanted (we provided the decorations). The indoor/outdoor feature was great to have. The bartenders and our âcaptainâ, Renee were excellent as well. We got so many compliments on how lovely everything was and what a great time everyone had at our wedding. I wouldnât hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend Samuelâs Grande Manor.

After meeting with Mark for the first time we knew that Samuel's was the only place we wanted to have our wedding ceremony and reception. From the planning process through the day of our wedding everything was smooth, organized and easy. Our wedding day was a joy, and everything was exactly as we'd planned. The room was beautiful and the staff was so professional and helpful. Everyone had such a wonderful time. Wouldn't have changed a thing. The venue is beautiful and the upstairs room was newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous. The biggest selling point is Mark, our wedding coordinator. He is so thoughtful, caring and professional throughout the entire process. He truly treated us like we were family and he knows his stuff! Anyone who has never planned a big event before should book here because Mark walks you through EVERYTHING and provides checklists, seating charts, meal selection tracking charts... The whole nine yards. We needed to reschedule due to COVID and it was a breeze thanks to Mark. The food was outstanding and there was even a little show when they brought out the baked Alaska. Overall, I wouldn't change a thing and I would 1000% have my wedding over and over again at Samuels because of their attention to detail, amazing staff support, beautiful garden and reception space and personalized experience. They were awesome from beginning to end; from when we first contacted them to the wedding day and even after! They're always very accommodating and helpful. We had our ceremony in the beautiful back gardens at the gazebo there, and the reception in the manor itself, which allowed our guests to come in and out from the reception to the gardens at will. The package included a day of coordinator, which was amazing, I didn't have to worry about a thing, they cued everything. The walk-through (rehearsal) went so smooth and I felt like everything would be just fine during the ceremony and it was! Truly, there were so many perks that came standard with this venue, that I cannot recommend it enough. I had never been to the venue as a guest before, but everyone who heard we were having our wedding there spoke highly of the food and entire atmosphere, and our guests said they loved it too! Highly recommend it.

Every meeting I had with Samuels went really well and the staff was very receptive to our needs. On the day of they did a stunning job decorating and the buffet food was great. The guests loved the dessert presentation by the servers with the baked alaska flambé. We used the back gardens and fountains for our photos, which looked incredible, and the guests enjoyed mingling on the back patio and on the grounds. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a gorgeous venue with great food, for a very reasonable price.

Karyl and Sue guided us through the process of planning even though we were 1800 miles away - they both made us feel like our wedding was the most important to them even though we knew how busy they were. The venue and the Josephine Room were beautifully decorated, the food was not only plentiful but so delicious!!! The filet was out of this world tender. Our event captain,Raneheah, was meticulous in setting up our centerpieces, memory table, displays, floral arrangements and on and on. Our music DJ Debbie from Advent Sound was awesome! We canât thank Samuels enough and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect wedding reception!

Mark Fromholt (Manager) Planning Weddings can only be successful if there is passion and a rock solid belief in the institution of marriage. Working with Brides & Grooms, VERY Happily married and father of two daughters has provided the opportunity to understand the significance and impact Weddings days have on a young couple's new life together. 30+ years and thousands of Weddings later our commitment to make each couples Wedding day as unique as their own Love story has only grown stronger.
