San Juan Hills Golf Club is an upscale wedding venue in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Nestled along peaceful rolling hills, San Juan Hills Golf Club is ideal for couples looking for a secluded, tranquil place to exchange their vows. Its multiple romantic settings are easily customizable to suit an array of wedding themes, from close-knit gatherings to large, extravagant celebrations. Their main outdoor ceremony space, Cascada Lawn, seats up to 250 people on the emerald green lawn area. It offers a panorama of the standing trees, pond, and waterfall as your backdrop. After you exchange your vows, you guests can then move to one of the three spacious patios to enjoy an uplifting, open-air cocktails hour. Their indoor ballroom, the Green View Room, easily seats up to 150 people around the indoor dance room. Large windows surround the space, offering plenty of natural light and providing a glorious view of the outside landscape. Elegant chandeliers hang from the vaulted ceiling to create a romantic atmosphere. Its sliding glass doors open to the Veranda Patio, to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres under the stars. The newly remodeled Sunset Terrace (seats 40-200) offers an amazing view of the waterfall and pond on the Cascada Lawn/First Tee. A state-of-the-art awning system covers most of the Terrace, with market lights over the remaining space. Adjoined to this area, the Terrace Lounge (seats 20-60) offers additional indoor space for cocktails or rehearsal dinners. The catering team at San Juan Hills Golf Club will be ready to customize your menu for your special day. They can serve their mouth-watering entrees as plated dinners, buffet stations, and self-serve displays. Tables, chairs, linens, and ceremony arches are available and can be set up in any formation you prefer. Wedding Date 03-09-2022
We planned a wedding in 4 months at this venue! It is a beautiful golf course and the locations they offer have the best views. Stacey was so easy to communicate with and she has an amazing list of venders. The venue does all the tables, chairs, dinnerware, food and drinks which makes planning so much easier. They have a lot of options to choose from and to be honest you can't go wrong with anything. Everybody enjoyed the food and everybody had happy tummies. Stacey was also open to special requests and we felt comfortable having our planner ask her about them. Best of all, they were very open about each and every cost. I'm sure everybody dreads the post wedding surprise bill, but we were not surprised at all. They were very fair and open about their charges which I was very grateful for.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here at San Juan Hills Golf Club this February and everything was simply amazing! The staff are so helpful and kind! Stacey was the best as she always responded to my questions so quickly! She is so helpful! The room is absolutely beautiful for an event with open spacious Windows and an attached patio for our guests to mingle. Our guests loved the food so much! Thank you San Juan Hills for making our day run so smoothly from start to finish!

We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at San Juan Hills Golf Club. San Juan Hills had so many options for brides and grooms to choose from in planning their wedding, that we really felt like we were able to make it our own. The event was set-up beautifully, the food was great, and the staff was helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. Stacey was very reliable and knowledgeable in the wedding planning process and helped us every step of the way. Would highly recommend this venue to other couples!

I loved having my wedding here. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was tons of fun. The one downside is I think they needed more waiters during the reception. When we were ready to do the champagne toast and cake cutting it took forever to get the champagne poured and cake passed out. Other than that we had a great time.

I wanted an outdoor wedding and reception and this place was PERFECT! Great price, AMAZING food, Melissa the coordinator is FANTASTIC and the setting was gorgeous!!! Not one thing went wrong, and my special day was just perfect!!!

The San Juan Hills Golf Club is a wonderful location. Melissa the coordinator did an excellent job. The food was amazing and venue was gorgeous. I would recommend this location to anyone.
