San Ramon Marriott Reviews
Ashlee Evanchik(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 29-08-2015 I was blown away by the San Ramon Marriott. I worked very closely with Natalie for months. She always got back to my emails and phone calls. We had constant contact. I wanted to make sure that my wedding guests had the best of the best. And I couldn't have asked for more from this hotel and staff. The hotel itself is just beautiful. The rooms were just amazing! We booked a Jr. Suit for me and my bridal party to get ready for the wedding, the room was huge! Just the perfect amount of space for everyone who was in and out that day (+ the hair & make-up gals!). Natalie also sent up a bottle of Champy and orange juice for us ladies which was such a treat! Then once the wedding was over she had another bottle delivered with chocolate covered strawberries for me and my husbands wedding night!! The pool and bar were also a huge hit! We had arranged with Natalie to have pizza's out for our guests after the wedding in the bar area, that was just awesome! My Husband and I didn't even get to eat our dinner so that hit the spot! All of our guests said just how awesome he hotel and staff were. Just blow away by this hotel, cant say it enough! Reviewed on 10-09-2015
Eric McPherson(groom)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-11-2018 Nice staff, especially Marisa, Zach & PJ, BUT: Multiple phone calls only resulted in unfilled requests to the room, Lounge was closed with no notice on website, App nor even in front of the lounge door! Breakfast is ok, typical scaled down American. Rooms have no towel bars anywhere in bathroom except a small hook on the door. Woke-up early to eat breakfast at 6:30 only to discover sign was wrong (had the \"weekday\" sign up instead of the weekend sign which states breakfast is at 7 AM not 6 AM). Manager said same thing happened last year with the lounge, GO FIGURE why actually resolve a problem if you're aware of it! Reviewed on 24-11-2018
Tracy Stuhr(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-11-2013 From blocking the rooms to reserving my suite, the San Ramon Marriott was wonderful to work with. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. The hotel is beautiful and we were able to take some great photos. Reviewed on 13-12-2013

Erin Chan(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-11-2012 I used this hotel to book my out of town guests and we stayed here for my wedding night. the staff is helpful and the planners were very responsive. The hotel is also clean, roomy, and very upscale. They have a great lobby and bar area as well. It was convenient for our wedding location and they were very professional with their services at a great price. I would recommend them to anyone with an event in the area. Reviewed on 28-11-2012
Taryn Galvin(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-06-2012 We love the San Ramon Marriott on most occassions, it's where we have all our visitors stay. We booked a block of rooms (50) and this was great except that one guest called and was put at another location. When she went to check in they told her there was nothing they could for her and she would have to pay an additional $150 to stay at this location. This was one of my bridesmaids so I was not happy and went to the front desk to see what they could do, the gentleman at the front desk told me that we should have asked if it was the right hotel and he couldn't help, not the answer I wanted after booking 50+ rooms for more than 3 nights.\rThe only other thing that was not great, the bar! We held a happy hour on both Thursday and Friday which there was over 50 guests at both which meant yes, they were busy but they were also making tons of money. The bartender acted like you were bothing him anytime you ordered a drink. Not my idea of customer service.\rI think that the San Ramon Marriott is beautiful and our guests loved it but I think they have a few opportunities when it comes to customer services especially when you have a huge group.
