Sanctuary Golf Course is a wedding venue located in Sedalia, CO. Surrounded by captivating views of the Rocky Mountains, this idyllic venue offers a remarkable backdrop for couples to host the wedding event of their dreams. The property's dedicated team of event staff will work diligently to ensure that every element of your long-anticipated celebration is carefully considered and expertly executed. At Sanctuary Golf Course, couples are invited to choose from a number of event spaces for their ceremony and reception. For those looking to celebrate in the warmth of the sun, the Outdoor Pavilion can accommodate both a romantic service and a celebratory reception. Alternatively, The Great Room is a versatile open-plan space that can be transformed to suit your vision. For a sophisticated cocktail hour, you and your loved ones can gather by the fire pit at sunset. Throughout the day, you and your wedding party will have access to the property's Get Ready Suites. These secluded rooms provide you with ample space to prepare for your festivities and to freshen up as the evening unfolds. The team at Sanctuary Golf Course will work with you to make your joyous day a success. The estate's event coordinator will be on hand to answer questions and to provide you with a stress-free planning experience. Set-up and clean-up services will be provided, allowing you to relax without worrying about the smaller details. Event items such as audio equipment, tables, chairs, linens, barware, china and flatware will be available for use on the day. Chelsea and the entire team at the Sanctuary were nothing short of perfection. I was planning a wedding out of state and having Chelsea was a life saver. They helped with everything from linens, table cloth to timeline and coordination with all other vendors. They gave great recommendations for other vendors which helped my planning process being out of state. She was always quick to respond to any emails or questions we had. On our wedding day they helped set everything up so we had nothing to worry about. The food is amazing. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about it a month later. And of course you can’t beat the scenery and views. If you want a stress free wedding with a true luxury feel I highly recommend the Sanctuary. Chelsea and the entire team at the Sanctuary were nothing short of perfection. I was planning a wedding out of state and having Chelsea was a life saver. They helped with everything from linens, table cloth to timeline and coordination with all other vendors. They gave great recommendations for other vendors which helped my planning process being out of state. She was always quick to respond to any emails or questions we had. On our wedding day they helped set everything up so we had nothing to worry about. The food is amazing. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about it a month later. And of course you can’t beat the scenery and views. If you want a stress free wedding with a true luxury feel I highly recommend the Sanctuary. The Sanctuary Golf Course exceeded all of our expectations from service, to planning, to the day of level of attention that was given to my special day. Julie made sure absolutely nothing fell through the cracks and the day was perfection all around. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and in the most beautiful setting. The venue is the absolute perfect layout for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception out in the pavilion. A month later our guests still cannot stop talking about how wonderful it was! You will not regret choosing this perfect venue for your special day!

Choosing to have our wedding at the Sanctuary Golf Course was the best decision. Chelsea was our event coordinator and she was super responsive, incredible to work with and an absolute pleasure to work with. The staff was so kind and the venue was breathtaking. The food and drinks were so amazing. We got compliments from our guests that this was the best wedding they've ever been to. Their recommended vendor list was amazing - we chose all of our vendors based on this list and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Every vendor was so easy to work with, made us feel comfortable, super professional and I loved working with every one of them.If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I truly believe you can't go wrong if you are at this venue.

Choosing to have our wedding at the Sanctuary Golf Course was the best decision. Sanctuary is not only a stunning venue to have a wedding but the staff is phenomenal. Julie helped us through the entire process through table layouts, timeline, speciality drinks and food, and everything else. They provide a fantastic list of other vendors they recommend and the entire staff really cares about making your wedding an amazing experience. We had the most fantastic wedding at this venue and it is Julie and the amazing chefs, waiters, and staff that make it all happen. The food is very tasty, a wide variety of appetizers, entrees, and late night snacks to chose from and they will help tailor the menu to you and your guests needs.

We had our wedding here in June and loved it!!! Our Day of Coordinator Chelsea was amazing, professional and prompt. Food is incredible and reasonably priced. Love that the venue included glassware, linens, silverware, staff, etc - made things much easier. The venue itself is so gorgeous, everyone loved it. Would absolutely have our wedding here again if given the choice!

My hubby and I were looking at multiple venues in Colorado. We were between Sanctuary, and River Bend. We ended up choosing Sanctuary for a variety of reasons and we had an absolute BLAST at this venue. Chelsea was our wedding coordinator, and she is absolutely fantastic. She was so on top of everything, so helpful, always available. They were very flexible with our decor, and they truly were the best. The staff was amazing and so kind to us. We had a Lord of the Rings inspired wedding as well, and the staff seemed to love it and fit in as a guest! I loved this place and would do it there over and over. The reception was gorgeous. If it rained, snowed, etx, it was still in a great spot to not have that cramp the style! The food was delicious. The ceremony was beautiful and many guests told us it was the most beautiful and genuine they had been too. Overall, ZERO complaints. I love Sanctuary.

My husband and I got married at the Sanctuary a month ago and we had the most amazing day thanks to the Sanctuary! The Sanctuary staff is unbelievable and helped our big day move smoothly from start to finish. Julie, one of their coordinators is literally a superhero. She kept us all on track and took care of anything that popped up on our day. To say that she is the best at her job is a gross understatement. She was extremely responsive in answering the plethora of questions my husband and I had prior to our wedding and accommodated any special requests that we needed. We were so impressed by all of the Sanctuary’s staff members. A special shout out to Sarah who soothed our 3-year-old ring bearer when he was having a meltdown prior to walking down the aisle. She is a child whisperer. Everyone’s service and positivity throughout the night was extremely professional and very much appreciated. We received so many compliments from our guests about the 5-star service and the amazing food! The food at both our cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic!We cannot recommend this venue enough! You will be well taken care of and feel like a part of the Sanctuary family before your wedding is over.

The Sanctuary Golf Course is hands down the most beautiful venue in Colorado. We viewed multiple venues and the grounds are so beautiful itself you could honestly do with no additional decor. We personally worked with Julie, as you get a venue coordinator and she was amazing. We had no wedding planner or additional help and it was not needed with the Sanctuary and utilizing their amazing recommended vendors list. All of our guests were blown away and although it was raining on our wedding day, the best thing about this venue is everything outdoors is covered where the wedding takes place so nothing has to change! Overall, just gorgeous and was the best decision we made.

Wow! Our wedding was literally a dream at the Sanctuary. This venue is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. We received endless compliments from guests on the view, the staff, and the food! It is no small feat to make ~75 steaks to order but they absolutely killed it. We worked with Julie and honestly she was more on top of planning than we were. She helped keep us on track and we trusted her 100% with our day. Cannot recommend enough!!

My family and I cannot say enough words about SGC. We came to them after our first venue fell through and planned everything very quickly before the end of this year. Our wedding day overall was the most perfect, seamless, no stress, AND SO MUCH FUN Day! SGC staff was beyond awesome and made the experience for our guest feel so special. From the tasting to our final walk through it was the best experience we've had working with a venue. Julie was hands down the best person to work with. We knew that the Sanctuary was our venue the moment we stepped into the lobby. The venue made us feel like we were in the mountains without having to drive into the mountains. Our guests were blown away at how beautiful the venue was. We worked with Julie and she was incredible and so thoughtful. She gave us so many advice and made sure that we were happy with everything. Our guests also couldn't stop raving about how delicious the food was as well! Some even told me that it's the best wedding food that they've ever had! PSA: Save yourselves some time and pick this venue! I cannot stress how perfect everything was. When we toured the venue for the first time, we knew it was the one. It's tucked away in such a private location and everything is so stunning from the building to the landscape to incredible mountain range views. The other thing I loved about it was that I could have an outdoor ceremony without stressing about the weather. Our ceremony was held under their beautiful covered pavilion with the mountains as the backdrop which was then repurposed later in the evening to dance the night away. Such a unique space and it was the perfect setting for both the ceremony and the dancing. The other thing I must mention is the food. The food is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. So many of our guests reached backed out to us after our wedding to tell us how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. Lastly, the service was top notch. The servers were amazing and we loved getting to work with Chelsea and her team to help us create the most memorable night. She was so wonderful to work with and she was always so quick to respond to our many emails which we also appreciated! Choose this venue for your wedding, you won't regret it!

We could not have asked for a better venue to have our wedding ceremony and reception. We worked with Julie Gambrell as our coordinator and she was phenomenally organized, responsive, and offered advice on what she's seen other couples do etc. throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding went incredibly smooth thanks to her, more so than weddings I have been a part of in the past. We received amazing reviews from guests on the quality of the food, attentiveness of the entire staff, and just the location in general. Our guests got amazing photos and they were able to feel like they were in the mountains without being too far from the city. If you are worried about weather, the ceremony and dance floor takes place in the covered gazebo, and that was a huge selling point for us since you can never predict Colorado weather. We could not have asked for a better venue to have our wedding ceremony and reception. We worked with Julie Gambrell as our coordinator and she was phenomenally organized, responsive, and offered advice on what she's seen other couples do etc. throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding went incredibly smooth thanks to her, more so than weddings I have been a part of in the past. We received amazing reviews from guests on the quality of the food, attentiveness of the entire staff, and just the location in general. Our guests got amazing photos and they were able to feel like they were in the mountains without being too far from the city. If you are worried about weather, the ceremony and dance floor takes place in the covered gazebo, and that was a huge selling point for us since you can never predict Colorado weather. We ended up with a perfect day, but the next week was rainy, but we would have been fine either way. I can't recommend this venue enough!

We could not be happier with our experience at the Sanctuary. From right when we toured it back in December 2020, we knew it would be our venue. The views are amazing, the food is delicious, and the overall ambiance is just perfect. Upon booking, you are paired up with a venue coordinator. We were lucky enough to be paired with Chelsea, who was truly our biggest cheerleader during the planning process. We were planning from out of state, and her flexibility and patience through time changes, food tastings, and even the final walkthrough took so much stress off of our plates. She was always available to chat and was very easy to get ahold of via email. We also found the venue to be so versatile and unique - we got married in the pavilion outside, and after dinner in the clubhouse, transformed the pavilion into a dance floor that our guests continue to rave about. The staff at the Sanctuary went above and beyond to make sure the entire event ran smoothly - Julie and her team executed every detail perfectly, and even was kind enough to save us some cake on our way home. It is an easy drive from the airport, and has great hotels and restaurants nearby for guests. In short - don't think twice about booking this venue it is the best decision we made while planning!

Sanctuary is THE place to get married! We just held our wedding here in October and it was an absolute DREAM! Even with a small hiccup with one of the other vendors we worked with, Chelsea was able to handle it so we didn't have to sweat a single thing! This venue has the BEST VIEWS of the mountain range as well as their course, and the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking! All of our guests kept commenting on how amazing this venue is - the waterfall alone is worth it! We cannot recommend Sanctuary enough, even being a COVID couple they were very willing and helpful working with us on rescheduling which cannot be said for many venues. If you haven't booked this place already - what are you waiting for?!

I recently had my wedding at the Sanctuary this past July. I cannot recommend this wedding venue enough. This place is just magical and blew every expectation we had for our wedding day out of the water. Everything about this venue is so pristine- to the service to the stunning natural beauty, we were and still are in awe of The Sanctuary. The Sanctuary is so unique in that you can have your ceremony outside in the covered pavilion that frames Pike's Peak where you don't have to worry about Colorado's infamous late afternoon storms. Your guests then move to the breathtaking terrace overlooking the Rocky Mountains. Dinner is served inside the classic, stunning clubhouse, and then we opted to have our dance back outside under the stone pavilion. We had such a wonderful experience working with Julie as our wedding coordinator. She was so on top of everything that we didn't have to worry one bit leading up to our special day. We even had a chance to meet the General Manager, Rudy Zupetz, who was also so helpful and amazing. The staff that they have trained here are all just incredible and go over the top to make sure everyone is having an exceptional time. The next day, my husband and I tried to think of anything that went wrong and we couldn't think of a thing- it was perfect. This venue takes care of it all for you. The compliments we received on the food , service, and overall ambiance of the venue were countless. So many people told us that our wedding was like a fairytale and I 100% can say it was because of The Sanctuary. At the end of the night, my friends, family, and I didn't want to leave because it's just such an incredible place! Trust me when I say you can not go wrong with booking this wedding venue. It is hands down the best decision we made in our wedding planning journey.

I'm not sure you will ever find a more stunning wedding venue with the same level of service in the entire state of Colorado. We fell in love with Sanctuary as soon as we pulled through the gate. The entire space is spectacular and full of immaculate details, and save for ceremony and centerpiece florals, we didn't need to even consider other decorations. The food is incredible, and the chef was happy to create custom items for us. As an out of town couple planning our wedding during the pandemic, the flexibility provided by the venue and staff was so reassuring. They helped us to schedule our site visits/tastings to coincide with our travel plans, and it really made no difference whether we were planning from across the country or down the street. Chelsea was our day-of contact, and even though she had multiple weddings each week once Covid-19 restrictions started lifting, she made us feel like ours was the only event she had on her plate. If there were any issues, we never even knew! Our wedding felt so luxe and exclusive, but it was honestly way more affordable than other venues we looked at when you looked at catering/decorations needed for other locations. Go with Sanctuary, you will love it!

After touring and researching other venues around Colorado, we realized it was right in line with similar venues. We do not regret one thing about having our wedding at The Sanctuary. We dealt directly with Steffany while planning and on the day of our wedding. Steffany and her team were so well organized and precise that everything went off without a hitch. I would give the Sanctuary 1,000 stars if I could. From the very first time we stepped foot on to the property, we had an amazing experience. Steffany, our wedding coordinator, was the BEST! She made everything so smooth, from the planning through the wedding! I couldn’t have done it without her. The servers and bartenders were great as well-so friendly! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous-inside and out. We couldn’t have picked a better venue!

The Sanctuary exceeded our expectations in every way and made our daughter’s wedding day a beautiful, special memory we will always cherish. The staff is very professional to work with from the time the wedding date is booked. Email communications is preferred to ask questions and get help with wedding planning. Steffany, our event manager, has a lot of good experience in running a wedding event at the Sanctuary. She is easy to work with, punctual in responding to questions via email, and follows through with every aspect of the plans made, as well as runs a seamless wedding and reception experience with all her good coordination of their excellent staff. We used the Sanctuary’s referrals for our florist, DJ, and photographer which were all excellent. The vendors they recommend have worked at the Sanctuary and know how to allocate their time well and get the most out of the venue. They were also enjoyable to work with. Our guests were overwhelmed by the beauty of the Sanctuary, and we heard from several people it was the best wedding food they ever had and the best wedding they ever attended. Overall our experience with the Sanctuary was exceptional and without hesitation I would highly recommend them.

The pictures for this venue do not do it justice, it is ten times more beautiful in person! Every one of our out of town guests fell in love and could not stop raving about how worth it the travel was! (It was an easy drive, or train, from the Denver airport) I loved that on the day of our wedding we had the entire venue to ourselves, it made for an intimate vibe with all of our loved ones without leaving us feeling confined to a small space. There are a lot of beautiful places to walk around and explore on the property! If you are a flower lover then you are in luck!!! That was a HUGE thing on my check list and they did not disappoint- dahlia blooms the size of my face, everywhere!! This Texas girl was impressed! You definitely don’t need to splurge for extra floral if you don’t want too between the generously placed flower pots and the natural view! Pair it all with the included up lighting in the pavilion and it makes for a magical evening dancing in the mountains! Don’t forget to ask for the s’mores, it’s worth it to sit by the fire pit at the end of the night! The staff here is amazing, everyone worked as one big cohesive team to make sure that every guests needs were being met! We had a sit down dinner (which I highly recommend, because the Lamb was amazing!) and the staff did an amazing job with making sure everyone got served the correct meal and that their glasses were never empty (which is always an important thing to do around speech time!) I am a picky vegetarian and the chef worked with me to create a custom meal to make sure I would be fed and happy on my wedding day! As a foodie, I really appreciated that- most places would just offer up a salad.Lastly, I had the pleasure of working with Steffany as our day of coordinator (and leading up to the wedding). She was beyond amazing and always answered me in a timely manor! She was the only reason our wedding got planned from start to finish so seamlessly. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she proves that with how seriously she takes her role. At the rehearsal she will make sure she is clear about the expectations of the wedding party and will gently remind them of why they are standing up there with you that day, which was nice because it added another layer of importance to their roles and left no room for confusion or discomfort on the day of. Our wedding procession went off flawlessly and our pictures came out amazing because she had even reminded everyone to stand the same way! On the day of my actual wedding I was not nervous at all because I was able to have full faith and confidence in her!Overall, everything about this venue and our experience was amazing and we would recommend it every single time!! Thank y’all again so much for everything, truly y’all made a mark on our lives- we will be back to visit for anniversaries for sure!

We got married at the Sanctuary in July 2019 and could not be happier with our experience from start to finish. During the planning leading up to the wedding, Dani was communicative and always on top of it even though she was assigned to our wedding later on in the process. Especially the week leading up to our wedding, she communicated with our vendors, provided us with necessary details and was overall a warm and welcoming presence. The Sanctuary itself is stunning, providing a mountain feel without going too far from Denver. The Day of our wedding we had some weather-related complications and Dani and her entire staff handled it all with ease, allowing us to truly enjoy our special day. The food is incredible. We were very happy with our experience and wouldn't change a thing with the Sanctuary or its staff.

We looked at A LOT of venues, but there is nothing like The Sanctuary. We are huge golfers, so that was a factor, but as soon as you see this place you will die. The staff went above and beyond in making our guests feel comfortable and attend to whatever was needed. I personally worked with their planner, Dani, and she is the best at what she does. She made sure everything went according to plan and on schedule. Most people say things will go wrong at your wedding, but with Dani and the great Sanctuary staff, nothing went wrong and our wedding was simply perfect. The views are pretty hard to beat as well.

I was hired to be the videographer at a wedding here and it's an amazing venue! There are epic views, waterfalls, and more. Plus the indoor space in huge, and even has a giant fireplace. We could not have been more pleased with everything Steffany and her team did to make our day so special. We were completely blown away by the attention to detail and level of service provided. Working with Steffany has been such a wonderful experience. We knew from day one we could count on her for her honest opinions, prompt responses, thoroughness, and overall professionalism. Throughout our wedding planning experience we have met with good and not so good vendors, and Steffany and the Sanctuary have blown them all out of the water. I am forever grateful for everything the team did to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, fun experience both with the planning and the actual wedding day/night. Steffany was there to calm me down during the stress of the First Look when our guests arrived early and we had to adjust the location of our photos to prevent guests from seeing me before the ceremony. Our guests are still raving about the food, scenery, service, and overall amazing experience they had at the Sanctuary. I've been told by many family members that ours was the best wedding they have been to (which says A LOT because our family throws large, extravagant weddings pretty often)!I highly recommend the Sanctuary for your wedding in Colorado. I cannot say enough about the amazing food, service, attention to detail, and customization they offered for us. We even had the chef make an amazing batch of Gumbo, which received the highest praises from our New Orleans guests (including myself- the Bride). We were also able to customize the reception to be a Southern-style event with food stations rather than a sit-down meal. Every detail was planned and followed to the \"t\" and we will forever be grateful to Steffany and her team.

Dani and her team were amazing!!!! The reception was smooth and the staff was so friendly! They took great care of my husband(!) and I and made sure to bring us appetizers and drinks right away. We had a very stressful planning process where our original venue fell through six months before our date and now we are SOO happy it happened that way because that's how we found The Sanctuary. Dani and the entire staff made the planning process stress free. They are extremely quick to respond, will provide guidance when asked and are so knowledgeable. The venue its self is breathtaking in any weather and we loved that you get the entire place to yourself, there aren't any other events or golfers there for your big day. Dani was amazing running the rehearsal and the wedding. I was prepared for something to go wrong and to just roll with it because that's what everyone warns you about for your wedding day... truly nothing went wrong, at all. Literally everything was perfect thanks to the staff at The Sanctuary. Would HIGHLY recommend this venue!

This venue - and our coordinator Steffany - exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Steffany was so professional and timely with everything. I was in the middle of switching jobs while wedding planning so life was very hectic for me and Steffany was such a gem to work with. She always responded quickly to emails and was very organized. She was friendly and great in working with our parents, too, which was a plus. The venue is gorgeous and I was struck by how smoothly everything went! It's clear the Sanctuary staff know what they're doing. The staff would check in with my husband and I throughout the night to see if we needed anything which was SO nice. We were taken care of. In the stress of wedding planning, the venue and your day-of coordinator are the foundation on which you build everything. We were so fortunate to have chosen Sanctuary. We have only wonderful things to say from our experience with them.

The Sanctuary is the perfect venue. Not only is it picturesque, but also the food is amazing and the staff is exceptional. My wedding coordinator, Steffany, executed my vision flawlessly. We cannot begin to describe how beautiful this venue is, nor how professional, helpful and attentive our day-of coordinator (Brooke) and the whole staff were throughout this whole process. From our first meeting and walk-through, to the rehearsal, to the big day itself, Brooke ensured that no detail was overlooked, and that everything was in order and to our liking. We couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Brooke, and couldn't have imagined a more beautiful place to tie the knot. The exposed stone structures, as well as the gorgeous mountains and golf course back drop, made for incredible in-person experience and photos (from our professional photographer and even guest photos). We are still hearing from our guests how beautiful the whole evening was. It was a magical day, and that is largely in part to the gorgeous venue and the incredible team who made our vision a reality.

The PERFECT venue! We absolutely loved our experience with the Sanctuary for our wedding reception. The property alone would have made for an amazing wedding day, but the team at The Sanctuary is truly top notch and they made our day a dream come true.We worked with Steffany and from the first moment we met her she was kind, organized, thoughtful, responsive and so fun to work with. Every detail was perfect and the service was incredible. The Sanctuary team members were attentive and very professional. We did cocktail hour, a buffet dinner and late night snacks for our wedding and all of the food was unbelievably good! Many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was, how great the food was and complimented the service. We could not have picked a better venue! Sanctuary is AMAZING! Literally everything I ever dreamed of for my wedding. The day went so smoothly and easy. I literally never had to worry about a thing. They did it all for me and communicated with my vendors when they arrived for where to put everything. I was able to arrive and just enjoy the 2 hours before I walked down the isle. The food is amazing here as well! Our guest cannot stop talking about it! It comes out hot and perfectly cooked. Everyone who works there is so experienced and knows how the wedding business should work and how to run a 5 star service. Having your own coordinator is amazing, you do not need a wedding planner at this place. Relaying everything to your coordinator is just like having a wedding planner (i.e. who your vendors are, when they are arriving, contact information, etc.). My coordinator even chatting with my DJ for me to make sure they were on the same page for the day of timeline, it was great because I didn't have to play the middle man. Literally the most amazing day of my life! The pictures there turn out amazing as well. You will not be disappointed if you pick Sanctuary.

Wedding October 2017, 130 guestsI am SO happy we decided to get married at the Sanctuary. Although this venue is pricey, and I cannot emphasize enough how many great, convenient, and high quality things are included in that price. When you personally don't have to organize linens, cutlery, security, a sound system, table numbers, cake stand, chairs, food, drinks, champagne, etc, etc, it saves you a lot of stress. We mainly worked with Steffany, and she is amazing! I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of, because Steffany is so on top of things and trustworthy. Steffany made sure all our decorations looked perfect on the day of, and (as an example) even wrote on our chalkboard signs for us when my mom ran out of time. 90% of our guests flew in from out of town, and we wanted to give them great Colorado views without requiring them to drive into the mountains, and the Sanctuary was perfect for this. Our guests went on and on about how beautiful the views and the venue were. Plus, the waterfall is an awesome place to take pictures. We had the ceremony in the pavilion, dinner inside, and dancing out in the pavilion again, and I was quite nervous about people getting really cold during the dancing portion. However, the staff turned on the heaters and pulled down the wind shades, and it was nice and toasty despite being outside! We didn't love the buffet choices that were given, and the Sanctuary was so accommodating that the chef came up with a pasta buffet menu for us. The food was awesome!! The Sanctuary staff was also accommodating and patient by letting us tour the venue 3 times before we booked it (my family and husband weren't all able to make it at the same time). The only complaint I have about the Sanctuary is that we weren't allowed to show up on the wedding day more than 2 hours before the start of the wedding ceremony. More time would have been super helpful for photos. However, everything else was perfect! Steffany and the Sanctuary staff were amazing!

We chose the Sanctuary because of how beautiful it was and how you felt like you were in the mountains without actually being in the mountains. We got married in May and I didn’t worry about the weather at all because the ceremony site is open but covered in a beautiful pavilion that has heaters if need be. Thankfully the day was beautiful and we had cocktail hour outside on the terrace and then reception and dancing in the clubhouse. The Sanctuary staff went above and beyond in every capacity. The planners we worked with were attentive to emails and Steffany could basically read my mind when it came to the vision we had for the wedding. She laid out all of our décor and paid attention to every detail. The day of our wedding I didn’t worry about anything not being taken care of because of our trust in Steffany, she seriously thinks of everything! We had the most amazing tasting before the wedding to select our food and the food at the wedding was even better (we chose the salmon and the steak). All our guests were commenting on how delectable the food was. We had a large wedding and so we had a few tables on the dance floor that needed to be broken down after dinner, the staff was so efficient and discreet, the whole process took less than five minutes and we were ready to dance the night away. The bar tenders were incredible, they remembered everyone and what they were drinking and I never saw a line form (which I hate waiting in line for a drink at a wedding). We did a sparkler exit and they had all of the sparklers lit so quickly and safely. My friends and I have been to a ton of weddings in the last few years and nearly every one of them came up to us throughout the night and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, which is all because of the Sanctuary and STEFFANY! We would do it all over again and not change one single thing.

We loved our wedding reception at Sanctuary! Absolutely beautiful. Brad, our coordinator worked with us every step of the way. They make wedding planning easy with their experience and recommended vendors. Anyone getting married soon should definitely check out Sanctuary!

Almost all of our guests were from out of state and every one of them could not get over how beautiful the Sanctuary was. The weather was gorgeous the food was delicious and service was excellent. Leanne and the rest of the staff guided us through every step, and every decision, making it as stress free as possible.

I couldn't be more happy with my choice to have our wedding here. It was beautiful and so so easy! The staff we great to work with and made planning everything a piece of cake. With the service, food, views, and ease, it was well worth the cost. People ranted and raved about it and I have heard nothing but positive feedback from all of my guests. Leanne was also absolutely lovely to work with. And the views...some of the best views of the front range mountains. You can't go wrong.

I would highly recommend Sanctuary for any wedding event. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff is beyond excellent if that is possible. We had a wedding scheduled for May and had all expected wonderful weather but at the last minute experienced snow. While it was cold outside, none of the guests were and the staff handled the weather conditions with ease. Every aspect of the event was coordinated perfectly, from arrival to the ceremony, through dinner service and through out the evening. The food was excellent and the serving staff was excellent. I have read some reviews that said the venue was a little pricey but I disagree. We looked at several venues and with the all inclusive price, I found the venue extremely affordable and especially knowing that you would not have to worry about anything and we didn't. The professionalism was extremely high and I would suggest anyone looking for a wedding venue to consider Sanctuary as a top contender. I worked with Gaby who was a delight to work with as well.

I don't think it could get any better than this!\r\rFood was AMAZING! Don't be frightened by their online quote... You can get great dinners to wow your guests for a great value. Multiple courses and wine and champaign included!\r\rViews: Self explanatory... If you like panoramic mountain views, this is your place.\r\rStaff: I didn't have to worry about a single thing leading up to or day of my wedding. They are so organized and experienced with putting together and carrying out word class events. \r\rFacilities were absolutely perfect too. Our wedding party had 12 people not including parents and other random family members. We had more than enough room to get ready and spread out. \r\rThey are the BEST. Plain and Simple!

The process of planning a wedding at Sanctuary was smooth and simple and the day of the wedding was perfect. We had a ton of people who thought Sanctuary was expensive but when you look at how much you get for the price (day-of coordinator, table linens, food prices are good, votive candles for the tables, etc.) it's actually a really great deal and is a better price than many venues around the Denver area. Plus, the views are unbeatable. I cannot recommend Sanctuary enough. You will not regret having your wedding here!

I cannot say enough positive things about Sanctuary! From the staff to the venue to the food...it was all perfect! Resa, our coordinator, helped me manage the timeline from start to finish. EVERY vendor she recommended was fabulous. The food was delicious. The price, which included food, beverage, facility rental AND linens, was VERY reasonable. The setting is absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to see the pictures! The night of the event, EVERY staff member was courteous, kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this venue for any event!

We recently had our wedding at The Sanctuary, and I am now convinced this is the best wedding venue in Colorado hands down! When we first did a site visit there, we were mesmerized by the views and loved that we could have our entire ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in the same venue, so we booked almost immediately. What I did not realize at the time is the exceptional service we would receive. Resa is one of Sanctuary's wedding coordinators, and she held my hand throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, she and her staff were there to make sure the day went off without a hitch. AMAZING service. My guests cannot stop talking not only about the gorgeous scenery at The Sanctuary, but also the amazing food, service and professionalism they experienced. Thanks to them, my wedding was amazing for both my groom and me, as well as our guests!!!

I could not have asked for a better venue for our August wedding! The staff was great, food was amazing, and the views were breathtaking. It's no wonder this place gets booked so quickly. Resa was our coordinator and was in constant contact not only with us, but our vendors to make sure our day was perfect. Everyone went above and beyond for us to make sure our big day was just how we had pictured it. 5 stars to the Sanctuary all around!

If you are looking for the perfect Colorado wedding venue, look no further! Sanctuary is an absolutely gorgeous full service wedding venue, and although expensive, it's worth it!\rOur \"Fall in Colorado\" wedding would not have been possible without the staff at Sanctuary. The in house catering manager, Leanne Rupnow, was there for our every needs. We were planning our wedding from NC, and she made every accommodation to fit our schedule and timeframe since we were only able to be in town a few times prior to the wedding.\rThe food, atmosphere, wait staff and wedding day assistants were absolutely top notch. I can't imagine using any other location, and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a first class event. Like I said, expensive, but worth every penny!

We had our reception at Sanctuary and it was out of this world!!!!! We can't say enough about this venue and the staff. It is absolutely gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. We worked with Resa and Brad and the staff is top notch and first class. They were on point from the beginning of the planning process more than a year before the wedding and incredibly helpful and responsive. The night of the wedding, the staff treated out guests like royalty and we received countless compliments on them and the beautiful venue. The food is also amazing! There is no place like this in Colorado!!!

They put us (and my parents) at ease with their professionalism leading up to the event and executed everything flawlessly the day of. They took great care to ensure that my groom, bridal party and myself had everything we needed, down to saving us appetizers and making sure we had beverages as we were mingling between guests.\r\rIn house bar and catering was great!

The woman helping us in our changing room actually did some sewing on one of my bridesmaid's dress and she steamed my dress! They also brought me cocktails while we did pictures. \r\rThe food was also delicious. We had steak and swordfish, and guests said it was great. \r\rNo complaints. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. It is pricier, but worth every penny!!

The Sanctuary was the perfect venue to host our ceremony and reception. The views are breathtaking, the venue is spectacular, and the staff were very accommodating. The venue alone is elegant, modern and boasts a rustic chic simplicity that requires little decoration. The food was superb, from the signature drinks, to the apps to the main course-- everything was cooked to perfection. This location was chosen due to the dynamic interior, the the surrounding mountain views and open fields make for great pictures, too.
