A true California gem, Santa Anita Park features the best Los Angeles has to offer. From dramatic views of the San Gabriel mountains, to the lush park setting, there is a space that will appeal to everyone. Whether you are looking for a rustic chic vibe or an opulent historic location, the park has a space for you. We can host your ceremony and reception, or the reception only. Choose from our beautiful outdoor locations for the ceremony, such as the Kingsbury Fountain, Paddock Gardens, Grandstand or Infield. Then host your reception indoors or outdoors. Our most popular spaces are the opulent Chandelier Ballroom or Director's Room. For outdoor receptions we recommend the Paddock Gardens or Infield. We can host weddings during racing and non-racing seasons, depending on the location.

Wedding Date 07-10-2022
Our wedding was Oct 7, 2022 7pm until midnight the venue was beautiful although the air conditioning was not sufficient to keep our guest comfortable; no reasoning was provided and some of our guest left early and many spent a good portion of the evening outside. We have no idea of what the problem was but there was no effort to remedy and in follow up with Santa Anita after the event the reply was simply Thank You for the Feedback.

We had THE best day of our lives here. We are so glad we chose SAP for our wedding. We chose the chandelier ball room which took our breath away when Rebecca Young showed it to us. We had such ease in working with SAP. The food, the staff, the venue, everything was absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend them enough for your wedding, too.

We couldn’t have asked for a more incredible venue. From the staff to the food to the room, all top notch. We had the Chandelier Room which is breath taking on its own. Our guests loved the view of the track and mountains during the cocktail hour. Truly amazing venue!

Rebecca is amazing. She is very responsive and always gets back to us within a day, sometimes even in minutes. She gave us lots of suggestions and was really accommodating to our (many) quirks. She handled everything so perfectly, even the little things we didn't think of. We were able to pull off our wedding in 5 months thanks to her and her team. I was surprised this venue is not more popular. It is gorgeous and they have options for ceremony & reception, indoor & outdoor. We picked the Chandelier Room and love the art deco style. It includes balcony area overlooking race track for cocktail hour as well as the Americana Foyer (with the vintage motorcycle) next to the banquet hall. We didn't need much decoration because it is already beautiful. We also have access around the complex for pictures of the lush greenery, the fountain, etc. We really like the food, especially the beef sliders, spanakopita, and passion fruit panna cotta (creme brulee is amazing too but we decided to go with the panna cotta because it's so pretty and unique). If anyone is debating between venues, all we can say is this was the best decision we made!

My husband and I were guests at a wedding at Santa Anita Park. Let me begin by saying the evening was flawless, the grounds beautiful, the ballroom exquisite. As we finished up the cocktail hour, which was lovely and delicious, we entered the ballroom to be seated for our meal. The entire dinner experience was amazing...............from the presentation of the food to the wonderful servers. The food was prepared in an artistic and very appealing manner, at our table we all commented on how very pretty our plates looked. However, not only was the food pretty, but oh so delicious! Our servers were THE BEST ever. Polite, helpful, conscientious, careful, friendly, thoughtful.............a few words that come to mind when describing them. All of our food was brought in a very timely manner and, if anyone needed anything, no sooner was it requested, it was delivered!! Needless to say, our kind servers played a big part in making a very special evening even more special.We have wonderful memories of our time at Santa Anita Park celebrating a special marriage. Part of these memories include the kind faces of our servers as they worked so very hard and diligently..............even my husband, who doesn’t pay so much attention to details, commented on how wonderful your staff is.

We had our ceremony and reception for our wedding at Santa Anita. It was such a seamless experience and had a magical ambience. We had our ceremony in front of the fountain outside and the reception in the beautiful Chandelier room. They provided most everything we needed in the package such as amazing food, drinks, tables, chairs, desert, cake, and the service was impeccable. The venue is beautiful and a unique place to photograph. We are very pleased with our experience and would recommend to anyone.

We had our ceremony and reception for our wedding at Santa Anita. It was such a seamless experience and had a magical ambience. We were looking for a venue that had a vintage yet elegant look and feel. The Chandelier Room at Santa Anita Park was exactly what we were looking for. The chandeliers are beautiful. The Speakeasy is amazing. The splendor of the entire venue takes you back in time. The view of the grounds and the San Gabriel Mountains from the balcony was beautiful.It was the right choice! Our guest loved everything about the venue. We received comments on how PERFECT it was. The food was delicious. They had a grand time. The attention and frequent communication we received made the planning much easier and less stressful. The cost is reasonable compared to other venues with less personality.Extremely satisfied with Santa Anita Park!

We were looking for a venue that had a vintage yet elegant look and feel. The Chandelier Room at Santa Anita Park was exactly what we were looking for. The chandeliers are beautiful. The Speakeasy is amazing. The splendor of the entire venue takes you back in time. The view of the grounds and the San Gabriel Mountains from the balcony was beautiful.It was the right choice! Our guest loved everything about the venue. We received comments on how PERFECT it was. The food was delicious. They had a grand time. The attention and frequent communication we received made the planning much easier and less stressful. The cost is reasonable compared to other venues with less personality.Extremely satisfied with Santa Anita Park!

We looked long and hard to find the right venue for our wedding. We wanted something unique and that would be memorable, Santa Anita Park definitely checked those boxes. We chose the Chandelier Room for both the ceremony and reception and it was amazing. A grand Art Deco room with a fantastic private balcony over looking the track was the perfect place for the big day. We used the speakeasy as our \"green room\" which made the whole process of getting ready super easy and really fun. What a special thing to be able to say that we got dressed in a speak easy at the horse races for our wedding!From the first walk through of the venue, through the various steps of narrowing down options, picking the food, wine, & cocktails, to the big day itself, Chelsea, Pamela, Mario, and Chef Paula were fantastic and made the whole process easy for us.Again, from the first walk through to our wedding day itself, the entire staff was polite, professional, courteous and very helpful. All of our vendors (flowers, photographer, DJ, and lighting teams) were given clear directions and a lot of help from the staff.Our entire wedding went smoothly and without a hitch.Many of our guests had never been to the horse races, and everyone of them loved it!We had our wedding on a race day and got to pick the name of the final race (we chose \"Seth and Kevin's Race to the Altar) as well as get our picture taken with the winning horse and jockey! That was such a special moment.The Chandelier Room and the outdoor balcony connected to it was a perfect place to host this event. We invited our guests to the Park a couple of hours before the wedding and were able to watch and bet on the races, Santa Anita even provided hosts to help our guests bet on the races. After the final race they all came into the Chandelier Room's main floor for the ceremony. After the ceremony, while the wedding party and the parents popped off to get pictures taken, our guests went back up to the balconies for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while the staff reset the room for dinner.Dinner was wonderful. Chef Paula set up food stations and we got so many compliments on her food. She and her staff did an amazing job. As they also did with the dessert tables that were set up after the meal.We then proceeded to dance the night away and have wonderful cocktails and wine.It was an event that we and all of our guests will remember, and much of that is due to Santa Anita Park and their lovely teams that helped us make our wedding such a special event.If you are looking for something different, but still want elegance, and a bit of unexpected fun, I would highly recommend Santa Anita Park.
