The Proper Hotel in Santa Monica was the perfect venue for our wedding! The property itself was beautiful and impeccably designed, and the team led by David Houde made the whole process seamless -- from the flow of the event, to the incredible service, to the delicious food. We had so many compliments from wedding guests about how special the venue was and how good the food & drinks tasted -- we couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else! And to top it all off, the interior design made our pictures look and feel like they were out of a magazine!

Do yourself a favor and BOOK THE SM PROPER as soon as you can. The entire team is so incredibly helpful, attentive, informative, accommodating, loving, and all around AMAZING to work with. From David (the Events GURU and absolute dream for any bride to work with), to Brady (the BEST last minute chauffeur/car-dance partner in town), to the amazing chef and banquet staff–there is no shortage of much needed support for your big day. The spaces they have available are visually stunning and there's a reason why it is the #1 rated wedding venue in all of Los Angeles! Kelly Wearstler's eye for style is incomparable, and the entire venue fit our wedding style/vibe almost too perfectly. You will keep coming back to reminisce over cocktails on the rooftop (which makes for a great welcome party ahead too). Their wedding packages are the best in town (think deliciously curated 3 course menus of your choosing, memorable signature cocktails, beautiful linens and furniture, etc.) the food is PHENOMENAL and I must mention again how fabulous the staff is (who go above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined). We also got married at St. Monica's which is so conveniently close by, so having the entire bridal party get ready in the gorgeous rooms was just an added bonus to the overall amazing experience we had. Thank you to our Santa Monica Proper Hotel family for the most amazing experience for our Wedding!
