Saratoga National Golf Club is a picturesque wedding venue for couples wishing to celebrate their love in Saratoga Springs, NY. Its 18-hole golf course was designed by renowned architect Roger Rulewich and was named one of America's best courses by Golf Digest. Both ceremonies and receptions can be held here, with the grounds offering a beautiful backdrop to outdoor celebrations. Saratoga National Golf Club has both indoor and outdoor event spaces for you to choose from, depending on your vision for the day. You can also take advantage of the landscaped grounds for your wedding photos, with bridges, ponds, and lakes enhancing the natural beauty of the venue. The banquet hall offers views of the golf course, while chandeliers, murals, and rich wooden features create an air of elegance. Large windows fill the room with natural light, illuminating the festivities. It can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests, with plenty of space left over for dancing the night away. Catering for weddings held at this golf course is taken care of by Mazzone Hospitality. The staff at SNGC are wonderful! Laura and Echo took care of us for almost a year as we planned, answering all our questions and coming up with solutions for everything and anything that came up, including adding lots of personal touches to our ceremony and reception. Our day-of staff was professional and helpful, especially our bridal attendant, Hannah, who seemed to think of everything even before we did. The venue itself is beautifully maintained and decorated, especially for the fall season when we had our wedding. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how good the food was! Highly recommend!

From the first time we met Laura at SNGC we were impressed with what the venue had to offer. Once we selected them as our venue we had nothing but an amazing experience from start to finish. Laura and Echo were so incredibly responsive and were an absolute pleasure to work with. On the day of the wedding the event manager, Nick, was just absolutely incredible. He was all over every single detail and the event could not have flowed more seamlessly. Our bridal attendant Meredith was an absolute dream and was so helpful to every single person in our wedding party and made us feel so special. The rest of the staff, bartenders, etc were incredible as well and we got so many positive comments from guests saying how helpful everyone was. We had very high expectations for SNGC and they completely exceeded them. Cannot recommend this venue and team enough.

Saratoga National will absolutely take your breath away. A gorgeous venue on a gorgeous golf course. The mile long driveway and the stone building will take your and your guests breath away. The team there is absolutely phenomenal. Laura, Echo, and Jacob were everything we could've asked for and more. We met in person with the team 5 times before the wedding with countless emails in between and it made my life so easy. Every time I walked in there feeling overwhelmed and left feeling on top of the world. The staff feel like people you are friends with who have your back on top of being the literal A Team. We don't have enough words to describe how wonderful they were and how incredible the venue was. We will miss working with them!!

My husband and I first booked Saratoga National in January of 2020 for our wedding reception, originally planned for October 2020. The planning staff at Saratoga National was SO incredibly accommodating for not just one but TWO date changes, finally culminating in the most incredible wedding reception and ceremony we could have ever asked for in April 2022. The entire staff at SNGC was amazing, Laura was very easy to work with and prompt to answer all my (many) questions leading up to the day. The fantastic day of coordinators Nick and Echo set up the ballroom and managed every detail of the night to perfection. And a special shout-out to Donna my bridal assistant who helped me do my bustle and took care of me all night long- she was a saint! Book SNGC- you will not be disappointed!! My friends and family are still raving about the venue and food!

From the moment David and I went to prime we knew we wanted to have our wedding at this location. The first wedding planner we had was Danielle and she was absolutely amazing! She helped us plan all of the details and gave us wonderful suggestions too. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding. Once we postponed we worked with Laura to help replan our wedding. She did an outstanding job and helped us with all of the details. From the initial planning meeting to the day of our wedding the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. On the day of the wedding Nick and Leah helped the wedding go smoothly and they did not miss a beat! I can not thank the staff at Saratoga National enough for making our day perfect and being total rockstars! We had the best day!:)

Not really even sure where to start- Amanda literally planned a wedding reception for us in the middle of Covid in like 3 weeks time. She was so incredible, professional and extremely good at her job. Everyone commented how amazing it was. Amanda did this in 30 days... my husband and I are so grateful to her, Nick and the entire team of ppl who helped make this happen. It was the best wedding reception, we will never forget it. We are so grateful. Covid wedding planning is not easy. Amanda took over and made it easy. We love her and can't say enough good things!!

Saratoga National Golf Club was the absolute best for our wedding, I don't even know where to begin. When we started planning, looking at venues, what was most important to us was fabulous food and atmosphere. Saratoga National certainly delivered!! We were married at Saratoga National in the tent, and reception in the ballroom on September 27, 2019. From the very beginning, working with Danielle Robinson was amazing. Planning the wedding from FL, I knew I needed to feel 100% confident in our venue planning this far way. We met with many other local venues, and knew right away Danielle and Saratoga National were the best. Danielle made everything seamless. Danielle was very responsive, always very professional, worked with us on all of our special requests, and always available if I needed her to walk me through menu, floor plan, linens, etc....Danielle went above and beyond, she is amazing, we couldn't have done better!Day of, we had an unforseen delay with transportation, setting the schedule back, Danielle and Team handled this flawlessly. They put our minds at ease, made us feel that much better once we arrived, and never impacted our guests. Danielle and Johnathan made certain this did not affect our day! Johnathan Gamble was our Event Manager day of, and he was nothing short of amazing! Johnathan's team kept us on track, provided the best service to our guests; everything was absolutely perfect! Jessica was our bridal attendant and she was the absolutle best! Making sure we were well taken care of the entire evening, helping me get around the course during pictures, making sure my dress was perfect for every shot. Jessica just made us feel that more special, and we loved having her day of. The food exceeded our expectations. We've already known Mazzone has a reputation of providing A+ hospitality, but this was beyond. Our guests have been talking nonstop about the food and service, how it's the best wedding food they've ever had. They couldn't get enough of cocktail hour food and dinner was exceptional on all levels including flavor and temperature. The setting was absolutley beautiful, the tent is gorgeous, the course was perfect for pictures, including pool and deck, and the main entrance was beautifuly decorated for fall. We really cannot say enough about Saratoga National, Danielle, Johnathan, and Jessica. They are the best, we definitely recommend this team for all of your wedding needs. It was a truly an amazing experience. Saratoga National and Team made our wedding dreams come to life!

Where do I even start?! I knew I wanted to book this venue the minute I turned onto the beautiful golf course and saw how amazing the building was. I walked inside and just knew I needed to get married here. My husband and I met at Siena College, where we were getting married and were looking at all different venues in the Capital Region. National was so easy to work with the second we met with the staff and we signed the contract on the first visit! I worked closely with Danielle who was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so relaxed from the start. She is so professional, organized and calming which was so awesome, especially the day of the wedding! The entire staff at National was so friendly and on top of every aspect of the wedding, I honestly felt so relaxed and was able to enjoy every minute of my reception. I could not have asked for a more perfect day and I have to thank everyone at Srataoga National for that!

When we wanted to make a last minute change the day before with our table linens, they were quick to tell us that they could make it happen!! Nick was our day of coordinator and he made sure everything ran smoothly. Our bridal attendant, Sabrina, was amazing and it was so nice to have someone so personable make sure we were comfortable all day long. The food was INCREDIBLE! Thanks Tom Newkirk --SNGC completely blew our expectations away!!

We then worked with Danielle Robinson and she was fabulous! She was always very responsive when we had hundreds of questions regarding planning and preparation. The staff at SNGC was super flexible. When we wanted to make a last minute change the day before with our table linens, they were quick to tell us that they could make it happen!! Where do I even start?! Having our wedding at Saratoga National made us able to have our dream wedding and made planning stress free. From the time we toured the venue until we picked up our belongings the day after the staff at Saratoga National was absolutely fantastic! From the grounds where we took all our pictures, to the tent where we had our ceremony, into the Howard Lounge and the ballroom everything was perfect. Working with Andrea and then Danielle to plan all the details was made easy and stress free for us. Nick and Riley (who day of basically ran our wedding) were amazing. They were there if we needed something but never overbearing. They simply went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The food was amazing and people have not stopped commenting on how good it was. I will never stop recommending Saratoga National to anyone looking for a wedding venue or venue for any other event.

My husband and I got married here in October 2017 and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! We were able to have our dream wedding stress free. The building itself is beautiful on it's own. The food was fantastic but the best part was the staff to make our day the best day ever. You could tell the staff had done this many times in the past. They made everything perfect and carefree. We were able to bring our decorations the day before and everything was set up exactly how we asked. If you want a wedding at a gorgeous venue with great, trustworthy staff this is the place for you and your significant other!

When we met with Saratoga National Golf Club (it was only our second venus meeting) my mind was made up that day. I instantly fell in love with their expertise and knowledge for event planning and hosting, as well as their willingness to make our day what we wanted it to be. Everyone I told had a similar reaction, \"You won't have to worry about anything the day of your wedding, you're in good hands.\" I didn't know how good until the day of. We had started our adventure with Andrea and she guided us every step of the way making the process extremely easy for us. About a month and a half out, we were notified that Danielle would be taking over our event. Of course I went a little crazy and set up a meeting immediately with Danielle- who you would have thought had been following us from the beginning. When reviewing everything we had planned she didn't miss a thing, I instantly felt at ease. The day of the wedding came and everyone was right, I didn't have to think about a single thing. The team at SNGC ran the show. They kept all the vendors on the same page. Made time (undisturbed) for my husband and I to eat. Never left us without a drink in our hands, if that's what we wanted. Kept my dress bustled. You name it, they did it. I am so grateful for every single staff member on their team. The day was stress free because of them. Danielle, Tatyanna, Laura- you three are amazing people and you are going to do amazing things! I cannot tell you how many times I heard, \"That was the best wedding ever,\" and I owe a large part of that to you all. Thank you all so very much!

Where do I begin... our wedding at Saratoga National was beyond perfect. My husband and I were still in the process of deciding on a location (we live in NYC), but we decided to look at this venue since his family spends every racing season in Saratoga. I was leaning towards a wedding in the city, but about five minutes into our meeting with Andrea, I was sold. The venue is gorgeous and the team there is amaaaaaazing! Planning a destination wedding is not easy, but Andrea made the whole process so much easier. She was responsive to every email, every call, every question. I can't fully articulate how impressed my husband and I were with the whole experience, from the day we met Andrea to the end of our wedding! The team with us that day, Tatiana & Nick, are as equally talented as Andrea. When I, my mom, and my MIL sat down at our final meeting before the wedding, we were blown away with everything the two of them went over and thought of - they definitely know what they're doing! The food is also some of the best food you'll ever eat - it is NOT your typical wedding food. With everything you get, you can't compare it to other venues. Such amazing value. Wow! We didn't think this venue could be any more beautiful than it is in its natural state. When we saw the place with all our decorations and flowers we were blown away! The staff was beyond attentive to us and our guests all night long.

I have put off writing this review because I seriously do not think anything I say will do justice to how happy my husband and I are with how our wedding turned out (and our families that had ridiculously high expectations). We live in New York City and wanted to originally get married there but came to the conclusion that we would have a generic, factory wedding if we did (& for a ridiculous price). Flash forward to my in-laws recommending Saratoga National and before we knew it, we were booked with them. We are serious foodies and we have HIGH expectations for food (as does my old-school Italian family). Mazzone and Saratoga National NEVER said no to any of my ideas that were outside of the box and not even on their menu, they said anything could be done, and everything that I wanted was done. I cannot believe that the wedding we had, the food we ate, how beautiful and well coordinated it was actually happened. It was seriously the most perfect day ever. At first we were working with Traci Montanino who was so incredibly amazing and we were sad when she left. In came Andrea Cole, who was seriously surpassed our expectations of what a person would do for us. She was prompt to answer emails and always said anything we wanted could be done. There were NO limits with Saratoga National. We had the most unique, fun, but classic wedding. It was 100% \"us.\" There was nothing factory about it. From the food, the set up, the professionalism of every single person of the staff, just everything was perfect. Many of my New York City friends said they have never seen so much food and that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. In addition to my hip and cool NYC friends, my old-school Italian relatives were extremely happy. National did the PERFECT job helping me customize a menu that catered to the different tastes of guests. Our four course dinner was amazing, everything was perfect. We could have NEVER had such a nice wedding downstate. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough good things about this venue. Andrea Cole was amazing from day one. We always felt like things were being taken care of and we were being heard. The tasting was amazing and the food was just as great on the big day. We had an a amazing team on our wedding day. They fixed an issue with my dress, tromped around the golf course in 30 degree weather so we could get amazing photos, and always made sure we had a drink in hand. The transition between ceremony and reception was flawless. We are getting rave reviews from all of our guests. \r\rHighly highly recommend.

Wow, wow, WOW! Saratoga National Golf Club was the most perfect venue we could have ever dreamed of for our wedding! We were married this past November 7 and two months later we are still dreaming of how wonderful and perfect the day was. \r\rLiving on Long Island, NY, we had big dreams and a limited budget, two things that do NOT combine well in the NY Metropolitan area! We are so lucky that Mazzone Caterers was recommended to us by our family in Albany and that we found SNGC as a result. The venue itself was absolutely perfect and fit out vision perfectly, and we could not believe the price when we heard it! We were able to have the top package, which included more food that we have ever seen at a wedding (a friend actually complained to us that we didn't warn him and he ate too many tacos at the cocktail hour to finish his dinner in the reception), at such an incredible price. \r\rEven better though was the unbelievable professionalism and attention to detail that we encountered in our relationship with SNGC every step of the way. We began our planning with Traci, who was beyond wonderful helping us choose our package and menu. We were so concerned when we heard she would be leaving and we would be switching hands just before our wedding - we happily found that there was no need to fear, our transition to working with Andrea was incredible smooth, it was as if she had been with us from day one! Fast forward to wedding day and working with Amanda and Sabrina was just perfect. Sabrina was an incredible attendant and Amanda never missed a beat as our day-of planner! Special shout out to Amanda - we cannot rave about her enough and wish she could be our every day planner! Please, may we keep you?\r\rThe food was incredible, the space was incredible, the staff was incredible! Thank you, thank you, thank you for the most incredible wedding EVER!!

We had our wedding here on October 3rd and it was absolutely perfect. Leading up, the wedding planner was very helpful and informative during the planning process. On the day of, they went above and beyond. We had an incident with our trolley and an oily substance got on two of my bridesmaids' dresses. The wedding planners were cleaning and blowdrying the dresses before the ceremony. At the reception, everything was perfect. Food was phenomenal and the venue is beautiful. I highly recommend!!

SNGC helped me put on the most amazing wedding on earth! Over 2 weeks later, and my guests are STILL telling me that it was the best wedding they have EVER been to, all thanks to SNGC. Traci, Amanda, Sabrina and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing and had everything handled the whole way through. From the unbelievable cocktail hour on the veranda, to the food ( ENDLESS FOOD) everything was perfect. People couldn't get over the hot and cold stations, appetizer bars, or the multiple TVS we used to play slide shows, and how perfect everything worked. \rThey were there for my husband and I at EVERY second. Sabrina and Amanda ran around getting us food drinks everything all while we were out on the golf course taking pictures, carried my HUGE dress with me everywhere and helped everyone be in the right place at the right time. It was perfect from beginning to end, and our guests were even chanting 1 more song as the night ended because they didn't want to leave.\rThe reception it self was PERFECT, the center dance floor draping and wait staff was not only attentive and extremely friendly, but they were SPOT ON with food delivery, drinks anything we needed they had. We even had a wardrobe malfunction and they were able to help. They set up EVERYTHING how I wanted it, and were so helpful throughout the whole process I wish I could get married there 1000 times more. Traci was an absolute GEM and made the planning process so simple and easy to understand, and was there for me through the very end. Every late email question change etc. I wanted to make was quickly answered and changed, exactly how I wanted it. I viewed over 10 other reception venues before choosing SNGC and I am so unbelievably happy I chose them, they WENT SO ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations and I would recommend them to ANY BRIDE I would ever talk to. If you want the wedding of a lifetime, then you will have it at SNGC. They truly made my fantasy wedding happen and made every minute of it the best of my life. I cannot possibly put into words how amazing our wedding was at Saratoga National! Traci and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the whole planning process, and were always readily available for any questions. The venue and the location are stunning! The ballroom was setup exactly how we envisioned. The outside guest areas as well as the views are absolutely beautiful! The food was outstanding as well as the service. We decided on Saratoga National based on the beautiful grounds and ballroom. Our wedding day went perfectly from start to finish and the staff and venue had a huge part in that. The second I walked into the cocktail hour I was approached by people raving over the food already! The grounds looked beautiful and the room was perfect for our 160 guests. I would do it over the same exact way again and again.

They are very attentive and intuitive. We got married in the tent in September, it was perfect. We recommend getting the tent liner if you do use the tent for the ceremony . To say that Saratoga National made my wedding memorable is an understatement. They worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. They left no detail unattended - it was unbelievable. Traci and Daniel went out of their way to make this day the most incredible day of my life. When my husband and I walked into the ballroom for the first time, prior to any of the guests entering, I cried. Every single item was meticulously placed so as to make my wedding dreams a reality. I can't thank them enough and I would recommend them to every single couple who is considering getting married in the Saratoga area.

To say that Saratoga National made my wedding memorable is an understatement. They worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. They left no detail unattended - it was unbelievable. Traci and Daniel went out of their way to make this day the most incredible day of my life. When my husband and I walked into the ballroom for the first time, prior to any of the guests entering, I cried. Every single item was meticulously placed so as to make my wedding dreams a reality. I can't thank them enough and I would recommend them to every single couple who is considering getting married in the Saratoga area.

Everything went so smoothly, all thanks to the truly amazing staff at SNGC! The food was fantastic, the service was beyond excellent, and everyone loved the cake they made. I remember being on the dance floor and spotting one of the staffers gesturing to ask me if I'd like a drink or not. That's service! :)

I got married at Saratoga National in March 2012 and it was a perfect evening. They were on top of every detail and I did not have to worry about anything that evening. All of the guests raved about how fantastic the food was as well as the beautiful location. I could not have asked for anything more for the day!

They run a well oiled machine. Once I got there I didn't have to do anything or worry about being where I was supposed to be they made sure it happened. Everyone is still talking about our hors d'oeuvres and all the food. They are the most expensive place we looked at but worth every penny!!

I had both my ceremony (outdoors) and reception at Saratoga National. It is located just outside of Saratoga Springs, NY on a sprawling golf course, though it has more of a country club feel. The grounds are beautiful and everyone we worked with, especially Mary and Shannon, were very helpful and accommodating. They do all their catering in-house (by the Mazzone company) so you don't need to worry about bringing in a caterer. All of the food was very high quality. They also did our cake, which was nothing fancy but delicious. I strongly recommend Saratoga National.

The venue was absolutely beautiful; many different spots inside and around the venue to take pictures. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They handled everything and were always available to answer my questions and concerns!

The National did an excellent job for our wedding. They were SUPER organized and professional. I didn't have to think about a single thing the entire day. I had so much fun at my wedding and I think the staff at the National had a big hand in that. The venue looked beautiful and the food was great.

From the decor to the ambiance to the amazing food we have nothing but fantastic things to say about it. I have never heard people rave about wedding food anywhere....however, our guests said it was the best food they've had at a wedding ever! The staff at Saratoga National was also amazing! Questions were answered promptly and efficiently. We recieved the best service possible from every person at Saratoga and wouldn't change a thing!!!!

Meet the Saratoga National Golf Club Team
Amanda Trackey (Coordinator) Amanda graduated from the College of Charleston, earning a Bachelor's degree in both Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism. While double majoring, Amanda did an internship which led to a job at The Carolina Yacht Club. She then went on to be an Event Captain at the Francis Marion Hotel in South Carolina. She also attended the Culinary Institute of Charleston working towards a Baking and Pastry degree until becoming a Restaurant Manager with Maverick Southern Kitchens. Amanda joined the Mazzone Hospitality Team in April of 2012. She worked her way up to Event Management at The Gle
