We have been voted 2023 Second Best Wedding Venue in the El Dorado Foothills, Folsom, and El Dorado Hills Region. This is a BIG deal, as 2024 will be our third season in business!! Saureel Vineyards is located in the foothills of Placerville, CA. We are 12 minutes from Historic Placerville and Highway 50. This estate offers a peaceful getaway for couples and their loved ones on their wedding day. Sprawling over 162 acres, the French country estate is an incredible new property to celebrate your union. We offer you a modern chic barn with an indoor-outdoor concept, complete with lux cross-back cushioned event chairs and event tables set as you request; experience the still waters and gentle breeze as you take your vows under our old oak lakeside peninsula before you treat your guests to one of the best sunsets in the region. Our professional outdoor evening event lighting highlights the majestic oaks and the meticulous landscaping. When the night has drawn to a close, rest and relax in the newly remodeled ranch home, decorated luxuriously with newlyweds in mind. Overlooking the lake, the home boasts three bedrooms (luxury beds and bedding), 2.5 baths, a modern make-up salon with three makeup stations, and an outdoor private patio. Ample parking is set conveniently next to the reception site. An experienced venue management team, J. Marie Custom Events, will guide you through the planning process and assist with managing all the details of the day, leaving you all the precious minutes to enjoy your extraordinary day.

The moment we set eyes on Saureel Vineyards - we were 100% sold. Plus, Jordan Brushia made the entire process easy and painless. I cannot recommend the venue and Jordan enough. It was also so special to be able to stay at the house on the property over the weekend. We will never forget these memories. Thank you Jordan and Saureel!

We had the most beautiful and epic wedding at this venue and would highly recommend! Jordan and her team of coordinators were very helpful and communicative during the whole planning process and pulled off all our decor and last minute items super well! All staff is very friendly and approachable. The environment is casual , but classy and the surroundings are unmatched for unbelievable photos! Our guests all said it was one, if not the best wedding they've attended. The lake house is an added bonus as well and we plan to return to stay in their super comfy beds!

We absolutely loved everything about this venue. We knew we were going to book the venue the moment that we arrived. The barn is amazing blank slate to decorate to your liking. Their main contact, Jordan, was amazing, too!

We took full advantage of the beauty of Saureel coming in on a horse and buggy with a drive capturing every move. We loved the versatility of the barn for our reception. All of our guests had a wonderful time and they were amazed at how picturesque our ceremony was. We used the lake house for our bridesmaids to stay and get ready.m. We took lots of pics getting ready in the bridal suite and the patio. The eagle made its appearance during the reception. It was like God giving His approval.

Such an amazing venue! I love all the rolling hills and the huge tree by the lake. Not only is the venue perfect, but the staff is amazing, would definitely recommend this venue!

I was a lead Wedding Photographer for this venue and it was absolute stunning. The drive up through the large iron black gate alongside horse pastures and vineyards speak for itself. The getting ready spaces are large and the lighting is perfect all throughout the day. The coordinates and other vendors were 100% a delight to work for and would do it over again if I could. Their timeline blew me away as my couple and I were allowed roughly an hour for sunset pictures. These started in a gorgeous field out behind the ceremony site. We then hopped in a golf cart and took our time watching the sun fade away and the gorgeous skies flourish in the reflection on the pound. If you are a rustic bride looking for something elegant but wont shy from southern charm. This venue is for you! Plus, I think I'll get married here someday!
