We felt like royalty and the entire wedding/wedding planning process was stress free. Secret Garden guides you and helps plan every small detail that we wouldn't have thought of, and the food was amazing! Thank you so much for curating the best night of our lives! The Venue is gorgeous and from the start the staff was wonderful, incredibly helpful, and accommodating through the planning process. The day of our reception was perfect, better than anything I could have imagined. Sam and Karen made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night, our drinks were perfect and the food delicious. Everything flowed perfectly and seamlessly from start to finish. The Venue is gorgeous and from the start the staff was wonderful, incredibly helpful, and accommodating through the planning process. The day of our reception was perfect, better than anything I could have imagined. We pretty much knew from our first visit to the Secret Garden that this place was special, but didn't realize just how amazing the team would be until we started the planning process. Questions were answered promptly over e-mail. The couples night where we got to meet vendors and sample the food was amazing and only got us more excited for our big day. Rosemary was our day of coordinator and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better hype girl. She made everything so seamless I truly had no stress going into the day and just got to enjoy my wedding to the fullest. Our guests loved the food, the flow and just the overall ambience. There is no question that we would book again if given the choice. WORTH IT!

We cannot recommend The Secret Garden enough! Our wedding was absolutely seamless and it was all thanks to the staff here. Our wedding coordinator was Huntyr, but we worked with a majority of the staff throughout our planning process and they were all phenomenal to work with. If you are even slightly considering booking with them, DO IT! We heard multiple compliments from our friends and family on how perfect the venue was, how amazing the food and drinks were and just how well everything flowed throughout the night. We cannot recommend this team and this venue enough!

Our wedding with Secret Garden by Wedgewood was literally perfect. If you are thinking about using them as your venue I cannot recommend enough. From booking and beginning the planning process they made everything so easy. When you book with Wedgewood the price you pay includes ALL of your vendors, and from there you just schedule when you want to meet with them and make your choices. From there all that info gets sent back to their event experts. A few planning meetings, and then all you have to do is show up and enjoy your wedding. Huntyr was our day of coordinator and she herself deserves her own 5 stars, she made sure everything ran just as planned and the rest of the staff at Secret Garden was amazing. I have to say that they above all else made this day what it was, you could feel the amount of care and detail they put into their work and Secret Garden's staff truly does want you to have the most amazing day of your life and you can feel it in their customer service! A truly grade A company. Thank you so much for making our day so memorable and perfect!

From the very first interaction during one of their open houses we got a warm and fuzzy feeling from both Gianna and the venue. We knew immediately our friends and family would absolutely love the space and the environment they have created. During each and every meeting and phone call Gianna was professional, helpful, and full of wonderful ideas to help make our day even better. To top it all off they are almost an \"all-inclusive venue\" where they have vendors they closely work with included in their packages to make planning the actual wedding way less stressful. BEST NIGHT EVER! The moment my husband and I chose the elite all-inclusive package, we realized that 85% of the wedding planning was already finished! Open bar, floral centerpieces, DJ, and cake etc ALL INCLUDED! Perfect for any size wedding, intimate or up to 200! The bridal suite that was just re-furnished is beautiful and the team even made sure there was complimentary champagne inside when I arrived that day! My favorite wedding photos are in front of the building, a registered Arizona historic property.. but walking down that staircase was a real princess moment!! their team was great and fluffed my dress before I walked down, but Gianna, our wedding coordinator, is truly special. Patient, kind, had the answer to every question, and was there with us through it all! đ

This venue is absolutely gorgeous and the entire process of planning with them is fantastic. Our coordinator, Sydney, was incredible and our banquet captain, Karen was wonderful as well. The entire staff was extremely responsive to any questions and they did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life. The fact that you can customize your package to your needs is extremely helpful and my husband and I definitely felt less stressed through the entire planning process. We highly recommend this venue!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous and the entire process of planning with them is fantastic. Our coordinator, Sydney, was incredible and our banquet captain, Karen was wonderful as well. The entire staff was extremely responsive to any questions and they did a wonderful job bringing my vision to life. The fact that you can customize your package to your needs is extremely helpful and my husband and I definitely felt less stressed through the entire planning process. We highly recommend this venue!

A month before my husband and I got married my sister in law tied the knot. The wedding was filled terrible food, frozen/unedible desserts, freezing cold guests, an empty dance floor and a very unhappy bride, groom and guests. Seeing that a month before my wedding terrified me. Thankfully for me I choose the best venue and got married at The Secret Garden! They said a wedding is your special day but its not really a special day without your guests being happy too. The food was delicious! Every guest that tried the salmon said it was the best salmon they ever had! Including one guest who is a chef! The variety of food and quantity that was laid out for us was so plentiful everyone left full and happy! The cake vendor they work with was amazing, and the DJ had us all moving and grooving all night! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and everyone there said it was such a beautiful sight to see a bride coming down the stairs and make it down to the aisle/arch. I felt like the staff were super accommodating with the things we wanted to do to make the day special! Our event coordinators were truly amazing! One even helped re attach my veil when I was ready to just throw it out the window and cry in frustration because it wouldn't stay in place. They constantly asked what they could do for me and my husband and I felt like I was stress free the entire day. I knew with my coordinators by my side there wasn't a thing I couldn't handle. If you are contemplating going with The Secret Garden do it! Your guest will leave happy and you will leave knowing you just had the wedding of your dreams! Thank you to Cassie and Sydney for all you did to make my special day the best day of our lives!

My wife and I decided on a date 5 months before our wedding date. We scrabbled to find a venue that would allow us to have our ceremony outside and move the dancing and dinner inside. Right before we gave up we learned that Secret Garden has a cancellation for 11/11/22. We immediately booked it and couldn't be happier. All of the staff were gracious and clearly communicated all details with no surprises. Sydney was wonderful preparing us for our special day and was on site from start to finish. Many of our guest expressed how it was the best wedding they had been to. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the best service.

Gianna did an incredible job on our wedding day coordination and keeping a drink in our hands at all times! The food was excellent & service was superb! The response times via email over the year of our wedding planning were always so timely. Our day of coordinator Sydney was so awesome and flexible with us- even letting our florist come to the venue an hour early to start setting up. After the wedding, there were so many personal touches like taking the first photo of us as a married couple and gifting it to us in a frame at dinner that very night. They also provided us with togo boxes of both our cake and wedding meal (which was awesome because everyone knows you barely have time to eat at your own wedding :))Thanks so much Secret Garden for making our wedding the best day ever!

My wife and I just got married on September 22, 2022 at the Secret Garden, and it was absolutely magical! The venue was beautiful with the 1920's architecture, gorgeous lit up trees, and classy decor. The wedding coordinators, especially Huntyr, did an amazing job guiding us through the planning process and making sure the big day went off without a hitch! She even had umbrellas for us all on rehearsal day. Karen, the banquet coordinator, was so attentive during the reception and made sure we had everything we needed! Piece of Cake made a delicious vegan cake and decorated it beautifully! We honestly couldn't have asked for more! We highly recommend this venue!!

The venue was beautiful with the 1920's architecture, gorgeous lit up trees, and classy decor. The wedding coordinators, especially Huntyr, did an amazing job guiding us through the planning process and making sure the big day went off without a hitch! They made the planning process very easy for me as there are a lot of hurdles planning a wedding! We had such a great experience with this venue. The outdoor/indoor spaces were beautiful and the food was tasty but the biggest thing that stood out about the Secret Garden was their team. The planning team tracked all of our details in an organized way, offered advice on experiences they had from prior weddings regarding what looked/worked best, and most importantly, they made the big day go off without any issues or unnecessary stress! The banquet leader helped make sure our guests with dietary restrictions were fed safely and many guests commented on how fast the food service was (we did plated meals). We went with the Elite package and loved having the photo booth and very personable bartender. The groom and I were so happy with how well the wedding, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception went. We couldn't think of a single detail that could have been better. I'm sure I'm forgetting some details but the moral of the story is that we would highly recommend this venue to any couple.

All of the Wedgewood staff and vendors did an exceptional job planning and executing on our special day! Iâd like to say thank you to our wedding coordinator Gianna who went above and beyond to make sure that our day went just as we imagined! From working with our many requests during the planning meetings, having such a kind word for us at the rehearsal, ensuring all the vendors received their thank-you notes, lighting all of our many candles, ensuring the event stayed on schedule, and making sure we were having fun, this girl deserves SO much credit! I appreciated that she remained calm and collected during such a high-emotion day. She also felt like my personal hype girl providing me with several compliments that made me feel like the most beautiful bride -How sweet!Weâd also like to give a special mention to the banquet captain Karen! I felt like Karen made it her personal responsibility to take care of Anthony and I during the entire event. Even through all of that, our experience could not have been better. The all-inclusive packages make it so easy to basically have the best vendors already set up for you, along with a coordinator to help you plan everything. Our coordinator was Sammy, and I can't say enough great things about her! She was always so responsive, eager to answer questions, and super knowledgeable about the venue and vendors. She is a huge reason why our entire wedding went off without a hitch! The venue was absolutely gorgeous in every way, and the staff that night was completely on top of everything, and did everything with a huge smile on their face. I got a ton of compliments on how good the food was, and how many different options were served. If I had to re-do my wedding, I would 10/10 pick Secret Garden over again and not change one thing!

The ceremony spot under the large tree is gorgeous, and the option to do the reception indoors or out is great so you can fit it to your style. We chose an indoor reception due to the heat in September, but we still had full access to the outdoor area where we chose to set up lawn games and whatnot. This venue truly is beautiful, and can fit any vibe you are going for.As for the fact that the venue is a Wedgewood site, that just made the whole process even better. Wedgewood makes wedding planning SO SO easy! The fact that they have customizable packages that include everything you could possibly need is like the ideal way to plan a wedding. We used almost all their vendors, minus a photographer and officiant because we already had people in mind for that. But using their vendor for florals, dessert, catering, music, and invitations was wonderful. 1) The food was DELICIOUS - so many guests commented on that! 2) The florals were beautiful - Shelli at In Bloom did an amazing job!3) The dessert (various cupcake flavors) were a huge hit with the guest, and tasted amazing - Piece of Cake did a wonderful job!4) The invitations were super easy to design and order online!5) And the women at Secret Garden who helped plan the whole thing as coordinators, Natalia and Sammy, were absolutely amazing! It was quick and everyone felt super prepared when we left. They helped set up all our decor, signage, and details the day of... and I was not stressed ONE TIME on the day of the wedding. They coordinated everything so well that I truly felt like I had nothing to worry about. They were there for every moment to make sure it went smoothly. The ladies at this venue are genuine and their positivity & joy made this a day we will never forget.The venue is clean and gorgeous. Outside, the twinkling lights made the dining and special moments so memorable and romantic. The indoor/outdoor flow made for plenty of room for fun. A month later, guests are still talking to me about the delish food and beautiful celebration. As the mother of the bride, I truly was able to attend my daughters wedding! What a fun, worry free day. Rosemary and Natalia made sure everything ran smoothly- \"we will take care of that\" was their theme. Words cannot accurately describe how Secret Garden by Wedgewood Weddings captured and engraved in our memory the most perfect, spectacular day of our lives.Adrian and I had fallen in love with the Secret Garden and booked in 2018, anticipating our wedding in May of 2020. Unfortunately COVID happened and Adrian I had to make the difficult decision of postponing another full year. The staff at Secret Garden were so kind and helpful and assured us that we were able to move our date without hesitation. They were there every step of the way leading up to our new date. We cannot express enough how truly wonderful the day of went. Adrian and I still get compliments from our guests how beautiful and amazing the wedding was. My cousin-bridesmaid had stepped away from dinner to nurse her newborn and she said a server approached her and brought her a plate of food from the buffet without being asked. This is just a small detail of exceptional service guided by the leadership from Rosemary the General Manager. Rosemary was there alongside Natalia, our day of coordinator, making sure everything was on time and where it needed to be. Not a single detail was missed! Samantha was so sweet and helpful at our planning appointments. The outdoor dining under the stars experience was so gorgeous and romantic. The food was exceptional and plentiful! This was hands down the best day ever! We had just received our highlight video from our videographer before we wrote this review (NORMSCAR VIDEO PRODUCTIONS). We are overjoyed with the content showcasing this beautiful venue and are so happy to say we can relive it through the screen forever and ever. Thank you for everything, we are truly blessed to have booked our special day with you and the extra year was definitely WORTH the wait!

Our wedding at the Secret Garden was March 20, 2021 and it was absolutely perfect. Honestly, the entire \"wedding planning\" period wasn't stressful at all. I kept feeling like I wasn't doing something right because I wasn't stressed. Nope, they just make it that easy for you! The day of, we did not have to worry about LITERALLY one thing with the venue. I couldn't believe it. Sammy and the team took care of EVERYTHING. They set the venue up with my decorations exactly how I wanted it and it looked beautiful. They are a power house. It was the wedding of our dreams. All of our guests raved about the beautiful, unique venue and the AMAZING food. One guest came up to us and said \"wow I totally get the name of this venue... It's truly a secret beautiful garden hidden right on Baseline road\". It's seriously a magical place and we are so happy we chose it as our venue. Thank you guys for giving us the perfect day, we will cherish it forever <3

The Secret Garden was the second venue we visited and we immediately knew that was the place for us! The property is absolutely stunning and was the perfect backdrop for our wedding reception. My husband and I had a Catholic ceremony off site but Camille and Stepheny worked with us so that our bridal party could take advantage of the beautiful bride and groom suites to get ready and take photos beforehand. Also, Stepheny went above and beyond to help us figure out the best plan for adjusting to COVID-19 concerns so that our day was absolutely flawless! We wish we could do it all over again because it was such a wonderful experience!

From the moment we walked in the doors at The Secret Garden and were greeted by Cammy and Sammy we knew it was the perfect spot for our wedding. The staff is extremely professional, detail oriented, and felt like family to us! They worked so hard to make sure everything about our day was absolutely perfect. Our guests were extremely impressed with how beautiful the grounds were, how smoothly everything went, and how delicious the food was. The Secret Garden is so well maintained and the grounds are absolutely beautiful, there are so many spots for photo ops! We had such a great day from the moment our wedding party arrived to get ready in the bride and groom suites, to walking down the grand staircase into our gorgeous ceremony space, to dancing the night away with our friends and family. Sammy was so on top of everything, was so responsive to every email, phone call, and text, and even facetimed me to walk me through the outdoor dinner space one day when I had a question about placement of our DJ table. She made wedding planning so easy and stress free, and went above and beyond to be so well connected with each of our vendors to ensure our day went smoothly and stayed on schedule. I am an extremely detailed person but because Sammy is so amazing I was more than able to relax and just enjoy the day without a single worry. Overall, I cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else or with any other team. The Secret Garden family will help you plan the perfect day for your wedding or event and I cannot recommend them enough. We will cherish the memories and beautiful photos from our day forever, and The Secret Garden will always have a special place in our hearts!

With Stepheny as our coordinator, everything ran seamlessly. She was a dream to work with; sheâs warm, extremely professional, efficient & thorough. Itâs clear that this is not just her job, itâs her passion & she treated us like family. The tasting with Chef Doug was like an event! He was entertaining, informative & kind. Everything we sampled was delicious & beautifully presented. We left absolutely knowing that our guests were in for a real treat! Itâs important to feel confident that youâre in good hands before the big event. We definitely felt that way & for good reason. Everything from the ceremony, that was lit gold by the setting sun, to the dazzling sparkler exit, felt magical. Several guests commented that this was âthe PERFECT wedding!â Out-of-towners & locals alike were awed by this hidden jewel of a place with its beautiful mountain views & lush gardens full of twinkling lights. Itâs super inviting & romantic! We were blessed to have perfect weather in this gorgeous setting for the ceremony & cocktail hour, as well. Great music, cocktails & appetizers kicked things up a notch & got the party started! We enjoyed dinner & dancing in the Pavilion. Its classic Spanish style w/ cathedral ceiling, iron chandeliers, double french doors, patio fireplace, etc. made a rich backdrop for our decor, which included lush high & low floral centerpieces, tons of candles & sparkly gold touches. We envisioned an elegant, enchanting garden wedding & it was all that & more. All the preferred vendors were wonderful to work with & delivered on their promises. Also, the bridal party had a blast getting ready in the historical main house, where the guys & gals have separate quarters to dress in & have photos taken. The brideâs suite is very formal; beautifully appointed & elegant! We highly recommend The Secret Garden for any event. Look forward to finding an excuse to plan something there again in the near future. :)***On a side note, Sammy (who is also a coordinator there) helped me with set up for a small fee. The bridal suites were beautifully decorated for photos and spacious for everyone to get ready. The grooms suite was far enough away from the bridal suite that I didnât have to worry about seeing my husband. The photos came back so beautiful for the ceremony and the reception. The ceremony area is perfect! With the alter at the top of a slight hill there is not a bad seat! Fake grass so my heals didnât sink in. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Stephanie the wedding coordinator was a huge help, she made sure I didnât worry about a single thing. I highly recommend this venue to everyone. Beautiful areas for photos and it is spacious for all your family members. And SUCH a wonderful team with their Creative Hands Cuisine Caterer in house. Food was also so amazing!

Five stars is not enough for the Secret Garden Event Center and our coordinator Stepheny! The Secret Garden Event Center was the perfect place to have our wedding. The vendors they work with are top notch! Aside from how pretty and well maintained the venue is. The real hidden gem is their event coordinators! Our coordinator was Stepheny, and she is phenomenal! From our first email, she was extremely attentive. Any question, concern, or hiccups that came up she had an answer.. The closer we got, the more we reached out to finalize details. Without fail Stepheny always got back to us on the next business day. Even after the wedding, she got back to us on her day off! If I called she always made herself available or called back that day! When we had our tasting she was there with us. We had the good fortunate of meeting her husband, who is a chef with Creative Hands Cuisine, he was our chef for that night. We had several attendees who have dietary restrictions, including myself. Both Stepheny and Stephan know the menu inside and out. They were able to help us plan an amazing menu! We could not have had a more perfect wedding day! To be perfectly honest a good portion of that goes into how organized Stepheny and the vendors contracted with The Secret Garden Event Center are. Stepheny handled every little detail. At the end of the night she even grabbed the heels, I had changed out of and got them in a box so they made it home! I canât even imagine how stressed if I would have been the day of the wedding, if not for Stepheny and the vendors we had! Thankfully I had no stress and that is in large part due to the fact that I knew Stepheny had it handled. She knew our wedding and all the plans inside and out, and took care of it all! Every detail Stepheny has thought of, and will be able to use her knowledge and expertise to make your event as amazing as ours! Creative Hands Cuisine will take care of any and all dietary needs! On top of that the food will be top notch! You can not find a venue with better food! The contracted cake vendor is Inspired Sugar, and the cake is amazing! We could not have asked for more delicious cake. Our guests told us best wedding cake they'd ever had! They even suggested the bakery we got gluten free cakes from, for our guests.Starz Entertainment has an amazing online portal to take you through the entertainment package process. The djs they have are top notch. Stepheny had all the details handled better than anyone else! The being said the dj we had, Brent has bringing a party to life down to a science!Fred's Florist is one of three florist we had the choice to choose from. We felt Renee with Fred's Florist connected best with us. They really added to the beauty to our event! The bouquets, centerpieces, flower girl crowns, corsages, boutonnières, chuppah, and all other decorations they were involved in were gorgeous!The only vendors we had to find outside of their package list we photography/videography and specialty cake. For photography/videography we went with RMW Photography and Videography. Rebecca and her whole team are incredible. We didn't even know they were there, unless they were giving direct instructions for photos.Specialty cake was made by Jewel's Cafe and Bakery! Guests couldn't even tell it was gluten free, or that the other specialty cake was gluten free, dairy free!Our guests are telling us we had the best wedding ever! It was made possible by The Secret Garden Event Center.

The Secret Garden was home to a beautiful wedding reception full of memories we will cherish forever. Our ceremony was held at a church in Chandler but we wanted a venue location for the reception that would have easy access to the airport and hotels as most of our guests were traveling. Our guests stayed at the Arizona Grand Resort and it worked out very well having a private shuttle run between the two places (the service at the AZ Grand was truly five star and there is a discount code for booking with the Secret Garden- highly recommend). The staff at the Secret Garden, particularly Stepheny was amazing. I work very random hours in the ER (in Michigan, with a three hour time difference) and she promptly replied via phone, text and email on nights and weekends. She worked seamlessly with an outside wedding planner we hired and truly seems to love what she does. The venue itself sells the packages for a reason, they deliver them well. There was some opportunity for improved flexibility on certain things outside of those packages, though in the end they truly delivered. The best example of this was the menu tasting, we recommend contacting them early and requesting the entrees/hors d'oeuvres you are interested in tasting (otherwise it is a general menu they prepare). The venue itself is a beautiful setting. We used the large lawn for our cocktail hour complete with a quartet in the gazebo, the wedding burro, lawn games and two bars. Our dinner under the stars was timed perfectly for a sunset seating, complete with a duet plated service delivered beautifully by Chef Doug with creative hands cuisine (those mashed potatoes though!) and live jazz music. Electricity in the garden area has historically been a bit difficult, but Stepheny worked in coordination with our DJ (Greg, Gold Ring Entertainment) and our Jazz Band to make sure enough power was available. Dinner was truly magical. I remember taking a moment with my husband during dinner and looking out at all of the candlelit tables full of our favorite people and thinking how blessed we are. Inspired sugar delivered a beautiful and equally delicious cake to serve as our third course and then we moved inside for dancing! I donât think we left the dance floor the rest of the night. At one point, I did briefly step out when the bustle on my dress broke. Stepheny was the first person by my side literally with a needle and thread offering to stitch it back together. The service throughout the entire night was genuine, kind and excellent. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so special.

My husband and I live in Norway (I am American) so it was very important for us to get married at a location which could easily accommodate our American friends/family as well as our guests from all over the world in relaxed but sophisticated surroundings. We really wanted a location which lent itself well to interaction among guests but was still classy enough to feel like a wedding venue.WHY WE CHOOSE THE SECRET GARDENThe Secret Garden is not only beautiful, with its Spanish Mission styled buildings and lush gardens but cosy and intimate too. As we had such a unique group of people attending, we really wanted people to mingle in a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. Also, my husband and I loved that we got married on the grounds of a historic home with character.LOCATIONThe grounds are tidy, thoughtful and well laid out. You get some desert vibes without being too ranch-y and do not have to walk long stretches to get from one part of your program to the other. The fountain at the entrance and the arches on the property are a nice touch. The grand staircase is just beautiful too. Several of our guests commented on how pleasant it was to be able to go outside to talk or just mingle next to the fire during our reception. So something for everyone â the dancers, non-dancers and some desert vibes too! PRE-PLANNING and WEDDING DAYWe worked with Stepheny and she was very humorous and kind, but also thoughtful and resourceful. Since I was in Norway for all of the pre-planning, Stepheny chatted with me on Skype and emailed back and forth with me. She held my hand through much of the planning process but also gave me enough space to make my own decisions too. I never felt like she was pushy or trying to pull a fast one on us either. She was âon top ofâ our event and was mindful any of the important details we asked be respected. She also made sure some extra touches were in place on the day of our ceremony, so everything flowed well. Again, she was organized, thoughtful, positive and HONEST â pretty much everything youâd hope for on your wedding day. I personally felt taken care of and respected but also got to relax and just have fun on the day of because she was a professional.Maggie was also a part of our journey with The Secret Garden. Again, very professional and really sweet when we met her in person. THE FOODWeâre big time foodies (hate that word but itâs true) â and were blown away by the menu from Creative Hands. Not only was the food delicious but stylish and simply put, perfect. Edible flowers, visually interesting garnishes plus thoughtfully done combinations â and the food was tasty too! I think about half our wedding party came up to us to rave about the food during the event and weâre talking about a crowd from 11 different countries! So yes, if you enjoy a good meal and need a chef who can provide a world class dining experience, this is definitely the place for you. I cannot rave enough about the food â it was excellent!WHAT WE WERE MOST DELIGHTED WITHI wouldnât change anything about our wedding and am so thankful we had such a top-notch venue to host our special day! We absolutely loved the Secret Garden as our event venue and LOVED (!!!!!!) Creative Hands as our caterer. If youâre getting married in Phoenix area, you MUST book your wedding at the Secret Garden.

Not only is it a beautiful venue that your guests will love, but the food is AMAZING! Weâve all been to weddings where the food was sub par, this is not the case. My bridal party and guests are still raving over their dinner. Our coordinator Carina deserves 5 stars of her own. Youâll never meet a more prompt, sweet, and informative person in all of your planning adventures. You know youâve lucked out when you feel like youâre discussing your ideas with a friend rather than a staff member. We could not recommend this venue more, you wonât be disappointed!

In March, I was lucky enough to marry an incredible man at the most incredible venue! This is my first time leaving reviews of any kind, but after my wedding experience, I felt it was important to give credit where credit was due. Secret Garden is not only beautiful, with its Spanish Mission styled buildings and lush gardens, but from day one I felt that they were invested in make sure everyone had the best experience. The owners, Camille and Doug Brochu, are wonderful. I met Camille when touring the venue for the first time. I instantly knew that she was someone I would enjoy working with and every time I spoke to her, she exceeded my expectations with kindness and professionalism. I met Doug for the first time at our menu tasting. He is the Head Chef and truly made it memorable. The meal he made was visually pleasing and delicious which made it clear that he was an incredible chef. The whole staff was kind and congratulator through the whole process, but the true MVP was the Event Manager, Monica Crothers. She was my main point of contact for almost a year and there was not a moment where I did not love her. She responded to my calls and emails in an appropriate time frame, gave me advise when I felt lost and always took it upon herself to follow up with me at specific mile stones to see how she could help. On the day of, she was there to help everyone prep and feel comfortable and I did not worry once about how the day would go because I trusted her fully.The beautiful venue was the reason I initially picked Secret Garden but the people and the experience they created is why I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else!!

The owners, Camille and Doug Brochu, are wonderful. I met Camille when touring the venue for the first time. I instantly knew that she was someone I would enjoy working with and every time I spoke to her, she exceeded my expectations with kindness and professionalism. I met Doug for the first time at our menu tasting. He is the Head Chef and truly made it memorable. The meal he made was visually pleasing and delicious which made it clear that he was an incredible chef. The whole staff was kind and congratulator through the whole process, but the true MVP was the Event Manager, Monica Crothers. She was my main point of contact for almost a year and there was not a moment where I did not love her. She responded to my calls and emails in an appropriate time frame, gave me advise when I felt lost and always took it upon herself to follow up with me at specific mile stones to see how she could help. On the day of, she was there to help everyone prep and feel comfortable and I did not worry once about how the day would go because I trusted her fully.The beautiful venue was the reason I initially picked Secret Garden but the people and the experience they created is why I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else!!

The food is delicious, all our guests raved about the food afterwards. Everything went very smoothly and I could not have been happier with Secret Garden!!! Highly recommend!

If I could give the Secret Garden, Creative Hands Cuisine, and their staffs 10 stars for creating the dream, fairytale wedding for my daughter, Chase, and her new husband Angel, on March 30, 2018 ... I most certainly would!! From the first phone call, we knew we were in great hands. Maggie was tremendously helpful in setting up our tour, answering our initial questions, and securing our date. She is so knowledgeable and personable, and the Secret Garden is so beautiful that our choice for this venue was a no-brainer for my daughterâs night of a lifetime!!Next came Monica, the Secret Garden's Coordinator/ Planner Extraordinaire. After booking the Secret Garden for our wedding, she sat with us to thoroughly tackle all details of my daughter's special day, so that nothing was missed or left to chance. She worked with us throughout the process and was there to navigate and guide us through my daughterâs big day ...she is absolutely amazing!! The service at cocktail hour and at dinner was top notch and on point. Whenever I was ready for a passed Hors d'oeuvre, a Butler was there with one ...much like the Butler in Mr. Deeds!!After Sarah helped us with planning everything bar related, Jimmy, the bartender, stepped in and was personable, helpful, funny, witty, talented, and kept our guests entertained while they were sampling his tasty libations....which brings me to the food... Words cannot describe how incredible the food is. Chef Doug (with his lovely wife Camille) created a mouth-watering menu for us that was out-of-this-world OUTSTANDING (including his famous, signature vanilla-basil lemonade), and Chef Layndon delivered the knockout punch from the kitchen that night for all our guests!! Everyone is still raving!! From beginning to end, my daughterâs magical day went off without a hitch. I have 3 more daughters, and plan to have all of their weddings at the Secret Garden as well... it was that phenomenal!! Secret Garden is an outstanding wedding venue! I had my wedding at there in April of 2017 and I couldnât be more impressed with the staff and the venue. Our guests loved the location and we thought it was absolutely beautiful. From the structure and the big tree, to the carriage house, to dinner under the stars and the elegant pavilion, we had amazing event; it was a true romantic, garden experience. We first met with Gina in December of 2015 and she showed us she was professional and cared about our wedding. The Secret Garden staff was very accommodating throughout the entire process and they were eager to build the experience we wanted for our wedding. We utilized the entire property to give our guests a unique taste for each part of the evening. The staff also worked with us on what we wanted to do for the ceremony and gave us new ideas. The meetings we had with them were personal and I truly felt like we were a priority. When we had our tasting with Creative Hands Cuisine, Doug blew us away with the food he presented. In addition, he was able to build some options for our menu that were personal to familiesâ heritages. I am so grateful to Gina and the Secret Garden team for contributing to our event and helping make it a success. The quality of service was incredible and I appreciate their flexibility with our event.

We got married on 3-10-17 and it was the best day of our lives! It was the wedding of our dreams and our guests loved everything about it. I never thought I would give less than 5 stars to Secret Garden, but I will explain why. The food, bartender, staff, cake, DJ, and photographers were amazing and on point! The only down fall to anything that day were moments that our day of coordinator, Maggie, had. Ok first off, when we had our walk through of the venue it was perfect! Maggie was the one who actually sold the place to us and she had me in tears! She was amazing and we wanted her on the day of our wedding. She was honestly lovely up until the actual day of the wedding. I showed up and went to my bridal suite with my girls. I had no idea where Maggie was and assumed she was in her office working, which was fine with me. About 30-45 minutes later, as I'm getting my makeup done, Maggie comes into the bridal suite, no hello or anything, and starts lecturing my make-up artist about getting the makeup off of the new chairs. She clearly seemed stressed and immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I brushed it off. My mom comes back from me sending her to check on a few things and comments on how Maggie seems stressed out. That's great. I find out later that she interrupted my mother-in-law while she was helping the guys put on their boutonnieres, and told her she was doing it wrong. What?! Then, she comes up to the bridal suite and rushes my bridesmaids to get downstairs and lined up. I asked if she could have the groom start walking down the aisle while the girls lined up because they were in white and it was a surprise for my husband to see them in white, because my dress wasn't white. She sternly looked at me and said, \"It's too late for that.\". I honestly couldn't believe it. She apologized and said, \"We didn't rehearse that so sorry.\". I don't understand what was so hard about making a tiny adjustment last minute and I'm sorry that I clearly had so much on my mind that I didn't mention that at the rehearsal. In the midst of all of this happening, being rushed, I forgot to put my veil on. Then, while she was helping take gifts out to be loaded, she was rude to my maid of honor and she started taking cards out of gift bags! So we had to go on our registry and ask many people what they got us, so for when we did our thank you cards. Kind of embarrassing and more work for us. The staff started cleaning up way too early. We paid to have the venue until 11pm and they started cleaning up around 10pm. We did not expect that to happen. Overall the venue was phenomenal and besides Maggie and the staff cleaning up early, everything was perfect and this post would've gotten 5 stars. The previous manager, Alexis, and the new manager, Monica; whom both assisted in the planning process, were amazing!! Beautiful venue and everyone couldn't stop talking about how lovely the wedding was. Maybe Maggie was having a bad day, it happens, but it was unfortunate that it had to happen on our wedding day. -The Murdicks

Gorgeous venue and honky tonk catering made for a fun low key event! Amazing attention to detail with antiques, flowers and set up. NOT for the control freak, as they can be hard to get in touch with and do not stress details, but that worked amazingly for our day.

We had our wedding there in October and everything was amazing! I could not have asked for a better place and would 100% choose this venue if I had to do it again. We initially went with the Secret Garden for the value, which we thought was great compared to a lot of other venues that we looked at and got information for. The other thing that attracted us to it was that it was BYOB and after speaking with Chef Doug about the food options and doing a tasting, we were hooked! Everyone there was so amazing and helpful. The owners, Camille and Doug spent a lot of time speaking with us and helping us nail down the fine details. Alexis was great during the lead-up process. She was super responsive and every small detail was addressed. Maggie and Gina handled the day of and it went super smoothly. I did not have to worry about anything. On the day of, the grounds looked so beautiful and the food was AMAZING. I still have people comment on the Mac and Cheese bar we had. I definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the Phoenix area.
