We are so impressed with all the attention to details that Seven Springs provided! Helaina LeGrand was so easy to work with , she was completely professional and she communicated quickly! All the bases are covered and she answered every question we had. Extremely organized! They have packages for every price point and comfort level. So happy we chose them. Literally can’t say enough about the whole experience and Helaina and team!!The outdoor ceremony at Meadowoods was like a fairy tale. Striking! Winterberry was our reception venue, it offers an outdoor patio and our guests loved having cocktail hour and being able to relax a bit between dances.The space is gorgeous as it is and if Linda Brown Floral is your florist then it’s transformed to whatever your hearts desire!The whole experience was magical

I can’t say enough good things about Seven Springs and their team. We had friends who got married here and had all good things to say. We enjoyed their wedding so when we were looking for venues this was at the top of our list. As soon as we toured the Meadowoods ceremony site we knew this was the place we wanted to get married because it was beautiful. We also loved that Seven Springs provided pretty much everything in their wedding packages; coordinator, wedding cake, linens, alcohol, food, room for the wedding night, and shuttle busses for the guests to get to and from the ceremony and reception. Our coordination Helaina was amazing. She was extremely professional, responsive, and answered all the questions I had. We had our reception in the Alpine Room and that came with the outside deck and fire pits as well which our guests loved. As for food, I’ve had so many people tell me that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and I’d have to agree. Our cake was out of this world as well. They got the design exactly how I’d asked for it to be. It was beautiful and delicious! We also loved that it was at a resort so all our guests could spend the weekend and we had a ton of time to spend with our families over the weekend. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a mountain setting for their wedding!

We loved having our reception at Seven Springs and still have family and friends saying how much fun they had/how nice it was. Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with and was always on top of all the planning and day of setup - we never had to worry about anything. Also, the food was great and the bartenders and servers were all extremely nice and professional. Our only complaint was the resort accommodations for guests. We had several guests tell us they had issues with booking a room and we even had a couple people tell us they couldn’t come because there were no rooms left (This may have been a limited time issue since their system was down).

I honestly cannot speak more highly of Seven springs! We worked closely with Rena & Nicole, who are a few of the sweetest people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting & working with. During all the uncertainty they never made us feel pressured to make a decision. Even when we thought we were cancelling all together, they wished us all the best without hesitation. No detail went unnoticed, If I didn’t remember something they did! Anything we needed, they did it or figured out how to make it happen! They are extremely attentive, made sure our day ran perfectly, and made sure every detail was perfect! Depending on what package you would choose everything is included- table linens, open bar, meals, cake, set up, take down, and a shuttle around the resort for your guests! Not to mention the food and cake was delicious! If you’re looking for a rustic/ modern venue where everyone has the ability to stay, definitely look into them!

We were looking for somewhere that would have perfect fall colors for our outdoor ceremony and boy did we find it! We almost didn't go outside due to the rain but I'm glad we did! We went at the end of October and everything was a beautiful green and orange. Specifically, we got married at the patio outside Helen's waterfall which was perfect for our small wedding (~60 people) but might be a tight squeeze for anything larger. Nicole was an amazing help from getting all the details organized to bringing in the emergency hair dryer when I was trying to dry my train out during cocktail hour. The only issues we had were with checking into the hotel. Some of my guests had wrong rooms (needed handicap but got a regular, was fixed) and I was told I had no reservation the night before even though I asked to book it (only the night of is included in the package we chose so if you want the night before to have an area to get ready the next day definitely do that). Other than that everything went off without a hitch! Also, if you want to have your hair and makeup done on property, the Trillium salon they have there did an amazing job! They also cater to any makeup allergies which was really great. Overall I'd definitely recommend Seven Springs if you want the fall foliage as your backdrop.

Nicole organizes every single thing you could ever need and does it all effortlessly. Seven Springs offers every single thing your heart could desire. Your guests will have plenty to do and will want to make a full weekend out of it. There are soo many places to host all of your events. Helen's in the PERFECT spot for a cozy rehearsal dinner and Foggy Brews is a large space and super fun to host friends and family the night before the wedding. Meadowoods is gorgeous year-round, even with 2 inches of snow in November. My guests gasped as they walked into Winterberry in its full glamour and loved the large space for the dance floor and all of the rustic charm. The absolute best part is that the shuttles are amazing so none of your guests ever have to drive anywhere and can just relax. I had the best and most gorgeous weekend of my life and my guests said it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. I am so grateful for Nicole and the entire Seven Springs crew for running an absolutely SEAMLESS weekend with 170 of my closest people. 10/10 recommend.

My fiancé and I knew as soon as we got engaged that we wanted to have our wedding at the beautiful 7Springs Mountain Resort. Unfortunately, our original wedding date was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our 7Springs wedding planner, Nicole Gradler, was AMAZING working with us through restrictions, rescheduling, and every aspect of planning our special day. 7Springs was very accommodating to us through rescheduling to the following year. Finally, we had our dream wedding on October 23, 2021. Every detail of our day was perfectly executed, better than we could have ever imagined. Nicole was very organized, thoughtful, and professional. She truly made our dream come true. As a bride, I appreciated having zero stress on the wedding day. Everything was thought out and planned to a T. I only had to worry about the rainy weather forecast for our outdoor ceremony. Nicole checked in with me throughout the day and we made the final call 2 hours prior to the ceremony time. We got to have our dream outdoor ceremony and everything was set up beautifully, even with a rainy morning. The reception food was amazing, staff were nice and professional, and we received so many compliments from our guests how beautiful everything was. Our ONLY complaint relates to the 7Springs hotel service. Our ceremony was at 4:00 and hotel check in was also at 4:00. We requested an early check in to accommodate our guests but got some push back and uncertainty. At the end of the day things ended up working out, but it would have been much less stressful to have this coordinated from the beginning. I would 100% recommend 7Springs for planning your dream wedding. It was truly the best day of our lives!

Seven Springs was the perfect place to host our Reception! We had around 200 people and the exhibit hall was the perfect size for the amount people. The food options for the package we chose was incredible! Our guests spoke so highly of the food and the service. We worked with Nicole and she was amazing! She made sure that all of our stuff was set up for when our guest arrived and she was able to coordinate our stay. The whole process of planning and choosing all of our options for the big day was so easy!

I don't even know where to start with the compliments and praise we have for 7 Springs. Rena, Nicole & the entire sales team were professional and on top of everything. We had to reschedule twice, once from Covid and another from Navy orders. They made the transitions seamless for us as well as kept us together when we forgot NUMEROUS things. Their calm and excited demeanor made us feel at ease and truly taken care of. Jenn from Truillum Salon also set up our hair and makeup appointments. They did a fantastic job and made us all feel like royalty. We were all so happy with how easy everything was to plan at 7 Springs. Our entire wedding party & guests were from out of town and this was the perfect place for everyone to be. We are so happy with 7 Springs we wish we could do this all over again.

When COVID caused our Pittsburgh venue to close, forcing us to move our daughter and son-in-law's original wedding date and to find a new venue, we were so fortunate to find Sierra and Seven Springs!. From the first time I spoke to Sierra, she was very understanding, assuring, and willing to answer each and every question or concern I had. Meadowoods served as a beautiful ceremony site and The Winterberry Room was amazing! All of our guests complimented the food and the service. The pastry chef made an absolutely beautiful cake that was just as delicious as it looked. Everything was just incredible! I highly recommend Seven Springs and Sierra!

From the first time I spoke to Sierra, she was very understanding, assuring, and willing to answer each and every question or concern I had. Meadowoods served as a beautiful ceremony site and The Winterberry Room was amazing! All of our guests complimented the food and the service. Seven Springs did a wonderful job with our wedding. Rena worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to ensure that we would still have the wedding of our dreams. Sarah helped Rena on our wedding day to keep our whole crew organized and even helped bustle my dress. We received so many compliments on the stunning ceremony and reception spaces, delicious food, stunning cake, and wonderful staff. The entire Seven Springs team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. The hotel and resort also provided entertainment for our guests throughout the wedding weekend and a place to stay.

I can not say enough about how absolutely incredible Seven Springs was as a venue across the board for our wedding day. From the very first time we toured I was impressed by how beautiful the spaces are. Rena and her team are organized and on top of it all, but have such an easy going attitude no matter the situation. It was just so easy breezy right away and incredibly transparent. Every single detail of the day was put together with care, experience and a sense of fun. There are so many things included in your package and it brings such an ease to a day that can be very stressful. All our guests were truly blown away. If I was beginning this whole process again, I would choose them once more without hesitation.

The staff at Seven Springs was incredibly helpful in making our wedding happen. It was planned in 7 weeks, in the middle of COVID, on one of the most popular days of the year (10/10/20). All of the day-of staff members were booked for the day, so we had to be flexible. Since the resort is such a special and sentimental spot for me, I so wanted to make it work out and have my ceremony at the resort. Rena and Sierra offered me a few options, and we ultimately booked a small inlet at the top of the mountain near Tahoe Lodge. While we did not have day-of staff (which I totally agreed to!) Seven Springs managed to set up the perfect number of chairs. They even left us a rag to wipe the chairs down the day of in case it rained the night before/morning before the ceremony. We had to work around the paddleboards/boats at the lake, but no one was there at the time of our 5 PM ceremony. I would highly recommend having your wedding here (especially at the top near Lake Tahoe)! I can imagine it would be so much fun without COVID restrictions, too!

Rena and Sierra offered me a few options, and we ultimately booked a small inlet at the top of the mountain near Tahoe Lodge. While we did not have day-of staff (which I totally agreed to!) Seven Springs managed to set up the perfect number of chairs. They even left us a rag to wipe the chairs down the day of in case it rained the night before/morning before the ceremony. We had to work around the paddleboards/boats at the lake, but no one was there at the time of our 5 PM ceremony. I would highly recommend having your wedding here (especially at the top near Lake Tahoe)! I can imagine it would be so much fun without COVID restrictions, too!

We had our wedding in the Winterberry room on January 11th. The food was AMAZING. I still have guests talking about how great their dinner was ( we had options of filet, salmon, chicken oscar & arancini ravioli). We had about 200 guests and for the food to come out delicious for all guests was amazing to me.The venue was beautiful and I didn't need to add much decor to it because it has so much to offer on its own.The only thing I wish Winterberry could offer was a separate room for the bridal party to hang out in before getting announced into the reception. We made due with what we had, but it wasn't ideal.We got amazing photos around the resort & our own shuttle to help transport our bridal party around the property. This was super helpful!I can not say enough good things about Rena & her team. They were accommodating with every request we had thrown their way and did in their best power to make everything exactly how we wanted. They made sure the day went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing!

We just had our wedding August 17th,2019. We first fell in love with the winterberry venue. From the marble looking floors to the romantic chandeliers it’s perfection. A venue that truly speaks for its self. Very little decor needed to make it into your very own wedding oasis. Then we met Rena, we fell in love with her! who is nothing short of amazing. Thorough, thoughtful, competent, and very responsive. I never had to wait to hear back from her. She and her team were always pleasant and helpful. This is not their first rodeo and it shows. Anything we needed or wanted to do she made it happen. She even went as far as sewing on our rings last minute for our ring bearers! organizing photo opportunities, getting on the bus on our wedding day to make sure we got amazing shots and had clear direction on how to get there so we could use every minute of our time wisely. Our photos are breath taking. Something I will be thankful for the rest of our lives. You can’t find that type of dedication anywhere. When we started planning we heard “ ready for it to be over”? Our answer was no. She made it so easy I was never stressed or overwhelmed through the entire process. ESP the day of. I had nothing to worry about which is priceless. For planning a wedding with someone you love you just want to enjoy and sit back and love every minute of it. That’s exactly what we got from our wedding experience. It was THAT amazing.\" I have nothing but nice things to say about Nicole, Rena, Hannah and the seven springs venue as a whole. Nicole was extremely attentive throughout the entire process, from showing us the venue, to answering weekly questions over a year long planning process, and even to the day of when she checked on us in person frequently, texted me, and attended portions of our reception to make sure everything was seamless (and it was). Our rehearsal dinner was on the alpine deck with the country buffet, and it was a perfect slope side picnic under bistro lights. Our ceremony took place in the breathtaking Meadowoods that felt so spiritual and dreamlike, it brought every guest to tears. Lastly, our reception in the Timberstone room...a perfect party to end a perfect weekend! The food was phenomenal (even our photographers made a point to tell us they enjoyed our food), the venue was decorated perfectly, and I am already looking forward to our 1st year anniversary cake it was so good. I keep closing my eyes and wishing I could go back to that day and do it all over again..and again...and again. I recommend Seven Springs to any bride that wants enjoyable stress free planning, and the BEST day of their lives.

We loved having our wedding at Seven Springs! The wedding coordinators, Rena and Nicole, were very responsive and on top of things. They would send us timelines and check in with us if we needed anything. They were also very helpful with giving great vendor advice. Rena miraculously had a baby and despite being on maternity leave things were so smooth. Nicole covered her, or she responded via email and it was a real non-issue for something that could have been stressful! Having those two help us, made everything less stressful.We had 140 people at our wedding and they fit comfortably inside the Alpine room. The Alpine room has a great rustic feel to it and has an amazing view of the slopes that make for some great pictures. We loved having our wedding at Seven Springs! The wedding coordinators, Rena and Nicole, were very responsive and on top of things. They would send us timelines and check in with us if we needed anything. They were also very helpful with giving great vendor advice. Rena miraculously had a baby and despite being on maternity leave things were so smooth. Nicole covered her, or she responded via email and it was a real non-issue for something that could have been stressful! Having those two help us, made everything less stressful.We had 140 people at our wedding and they fit comfortably inside the Alpine room. The Alpine room has a great rustic feel to it and has an amazing view of the slopes that make for some great pictures. We could not have picked a more amazing venue for our reception. We chose to use the Alpine Room. With that room we had access to the outside patio area which was a huge hit with our guests. We don't live in the area and had no idea of which vendors to chose. Rena provided a comprehensive list that we were able to find the perfect florist and DJ from. Rena let us know a few months before the wedding that she was due very close to our big day (CONGRATS ON THE BABY!!) but she introduced us to Nicole who would be taking charge. Nicole did just that. She was easy to communicate with and so helpful. Our day flowed so well thanks to Nicole, Eileen and the rest of the Seven Springs staff. Our ceremony was a little chilly but they provided blankets and even cleaned up while we were taking pictures. The extent to which this staff went to make our day go so perfectly was astonishing. So many compliments on the beauty of our setting, the deliciousness of our food and the friendliness of the staff. Wow! Where to even start...I grew up in the area and now reside in NC. When I took my husband to see SS over a year before our wedding day. He saw me light up and wanted to book it right away.Of course the memories I have as a kid at SS accounted for my joy but even more than that was meeting Rena! My grandfather was with us and I remember discussing the pros and cons to make the decision... his comment was anything you are unsure about, is trumped by Rena; I don’t think you can go wrong with her.Boy was he right. We continued to nag Rena for the next 13 months and she was always responsive but most of all accomodating. There wasnt a question she couldn’t answer or resolution she could not find. We got to work a little with Nicole as well! And same thing—- top notch! They made us feel like family. Have you seen the movie ‘The Wedding Planner?’ That is this team—- they make your day more than you can ever imagine. Everyone was so impressed with the amount of food and cooridating that was provided. Not just the amount, but the quality! Our family and friends will be talking about the beauty of the resort, the fun they had dancing, the new SS family they gained and the deliciousness of the food—- who says that about wedding food??? No one! But you will here. This team is top notch and we hope to visit them year after year when we are in town!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we can't thank Rena and everyone else at 7 Springs enough! Rena made the planning process so easy and was always there to answer questions and discuss details. We had our ceremony at Meadowoods and reception in Exhibit Hall. We also had our rehearsal dinner in the Alpine Room the night before. Rena made sure all of my visions came to life and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. The entire weekend was completely stress-free, Rena and her team made sure everyone was where they needed to be (and on time), organized shuttles, helped with decorations, communicated with vendors and directed guests. The food at our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception was amazing (buffet style for rehearsal and served meal at the reception) and guests are still talking about it. The filet mignon and pesto gnocchi are among the favorites! Our wedding cake was beautiful AND delicious! We opted to come back on our first anniversary to pick up a fresh cake rather than save it in our freezer! (love that they provided that option) Guests really enjoyed staying at the resort for the weekend, whether they stayed in the hotel or in a cabin. There was complimentary 24 hour shuttle service around the resort, which we all took complete advantage of! Our wedding weekend was magical and I would highly recommend to have a wedding at 7 Springs!

I honestly never stressed once about anything at any point in time, because everything was so nicely organized. Everyone during our entire day was in constant contact with one another, and I was honestly amazed that we did not have even one mishap (which I was expecting, because things happen sometimes). I cannot say how amazing our wedding was because of the decision to have our ceremony, reception, and guests stay at 7 Springs Mountain Resort. We worked with Rena to create our natural, rustic wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. The best idea was to get the wedding package which includes almost everything you need for the wedding (the cake, the ceremony and reception location, the room the night of the wedding, the wedding coordinator, the food, the alcohol, etc.). I am very OCD and had a specific vision in mind, I still couldn't believe my eyes when the wedding day came and everything was pulled together to create what I thought could only exist in my mind. All of our guests came from all over the country so having a huge resort with multiple options (hotel, chalets, rental homes, etc.) was crucial. We also had some kids so they loved all the activities on site. The mountain views and deck really wowed our guests along with how friendly the bartenders and staff were. Everyone just kept saying how beautiful and happy they were with the site and the party. If you are on the fence about this place do yourself a favor and go check it out. My decision was made 5 minutes into the tour and my eyes sparkled so brightly that my then fiancé knew there was no other option. We are so happy and can't wait to go back for our one year anniversary! Thank you 7 Springs, we all love you!

Our wedding at Seven Springs was exactly what we had dreamed of! Rena and Nicole went the extra mile to answer all of our questions leading up to the day of our wedding and then amazed us when our weekend finally came. Rena and Nicole guided us along the planning path from helping out with local vendor recommendations to the best meal options and schedule of events. When the day came everything ran smoothly. The Meadowoods venue was beautiful for an outdoor venue in the beginning of June with birds singing and the leaves rustling throughout the service. The picture locations all around the resort are beyond amazing especially turtle dam and Helen’s! The reception was held in the Alpine room which was perfect for our 120 guests. The guests were able to enjoy the cocktail hour on the large private deck before an excellent dinner and night of fun. The deck was perfect throughout the reception as a place to step out and relax under the night sky and Edison Lighting. Throughout the reception the staff was amazing and took care of everyone’s requests. The things that surprised us the most about the service at Seven Springs was the entire staffs dedication to ensure that our day was perfect. Our Maid of Honor was beyond thrilled when Rena and Nicole even helped bustle the dress! We had the most incredible experience from the start of planning to actually getting married.Meadowoods and Exhibit Hall were absolutely STUNNING as the venues for our ceremony and reception - like a real life fairytale! There was no question this was where we would have our wedding when we first saw it all. In addition, there are lots of other things to do around the resort, which made the weekend almost like a mini destination wedding for many of our guests!As awesome as the place itself is, the real gem here is Rena, our wedding coordinator. I don’t even think I can write a review that does this woman justice! She made the entire planning process seamless and catered to every need and request. Literally ANYTHING we asked for, she made it happen like magic! She also made sure I was aware of other things going on around the resort at the same time as my wedding that we could take advantage of to enhance the experience. She patiently handled frequent changes and modifications, and made everything so stress-free. The day of, she was basically my wedding angel. She was so attentive and I am so grateful to have had her to run the show! Also, Nicole worked with Rena the day of the wedding - I met her for the first time that morning and you really would have thought she’d been working on our event from the start! They both genuinely care about the success of your day, and that makes the whole experience so much more amazing!

FANTASTIC! We had the most incredible experience from the start of planning to actually getting married.Meadowoods and Exhibit Hall were absolutely STUNNING as the venues for our ceremony and reception - like a real life fairytale! There was no question this was where we would have our wedding when we first saw it all. In addition, there are lots of other things to do around the resort, which made the weekend almost like a mini destination wedding for many of our guests!As awesome as the place itself is, the real gem here is Rena, our wedding coordinator. I don’t even think I can write a review that does this woman justice! She made the entire planning process seamless and catered to every need and request. Literally ANYTHING we asked for, she made it happen like magic! She also made sure I was aware of other things going on around the resort at the same time as my wedding that we could take advantage of to enhance the experience. She patiently handled frequent changes and modifications, and made everything so stress-free. The day of, she was basically my wedding angel. She was there from beginning to end to keep things running smoothly, to make sure everyone and everything was in the right place at the right time, and, honestly, to calm my nerves! I don't have enough GREAT things to say about Seven Springs!Sierra and Rena are the best, most amazing, fantastic wedding planners, ever! They didn't leave anything to question and covered absolutely every detail. They made our wedding absolutely perfect and everything went off without a hitch thanks to their amazing expertise. They are quick to answer any question or solve and problem with poise and grace. They truly are the BEST. The food was absolutely phenomenal! All of our guests raved over it, and we had A LOT of picking eaters. They were sure to accommodate everyone. We had our rehearsal dinner at the Foggy Goggle with the mountain bbq buffet and it was to die for. I don't eat meat and I was obsessing over the steak.Our ceremony took place at the breathtaking Meadowoods. Nestled into the forest and tucked in among the trees, it was the perfect place for an outdoor ceremony. Our reception was in Exhibit Hall! The huge space and stone cased walls, sold me instantly! The high ceilings give an elegant ballroom feel but the stone walls and sconces give just a hint of the warm rustic mountain resort feel. Everyone at the resort was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. It is the perfect venue for any wedding with the best food, service and style around. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our choice in our wedding venue. We are so thankful to Seven Springs for helping us create the best day of our lives!

The endless locations for wedding spots and photo options sealed the deal. Every square foot of this resort is beautiful. Rena was our wedding coordinator and I could not have been more pleased. She helped me every step of the way, answering countless emails, providing vendor suggestions, and even measuring the length of the aisle at Meadowoods - And, that was before the wedding day. We got married in the Timberstone room, which is nestled at the bottom of the ski slopes, windows all around the room, a deck on the perimeter, with beautiful wood and stone pillars inside. On top of that, the staff was incredible. They were prepared for anything, including the torrential downpour that occurred during our ceremony. They provided all of the transportation around the resort shuttling guests to and from the main lodge and the wedding party around the resort to get photos. Also, the saying that wedding food usually sucks did not apply here. Their food was amazing, even better than when we tried it for the tasting. Our guests were blown away - even I was blown away! Rena and Sierra helped the day of the wedding, and I am so thankful for them. They kept everything on track and made sure no details were missed. If we could do the day over again we would not change a thing. The ceremony space, the reception room, the food, the staff, the wedding coordinators - everything was more than perfect!

Brady & I had our wedding reception at Seven Springs on June 10, 2017. There are SO many great things to say about this venue!! Rena, our event planner, was amazing from the beginning! She was so organized from day 1 and made sure every little detail was taken care of. She was SO accomodating and made everything we wanted possible! The day of the wedding was PERFECT! Rena made sure all of our decorations, table linens, chairs, etc. were in the correct spot. She took care of everything! We had cocktail hour outside of the Timberstone room on the patio & the reception in the Timberstone room. We loved the Timberstone room from the beginning. The big glass windows give a wonderful view of the mountains. It was beautiful in the summer! The food, cake, and drinks were all delicious!! The wedding cake was beautiful & looked exactly like the picture I had sent. Rena was there the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly! She even made sure our \"Sparkler Send Off\" went as planned! Seven Springs is such a great place for guests to stay for a weekend. There were so many things to do for everyone! My husband, John, & I were married at Seven Springs on February 11, 2017. I cannot begin to express how extraordinary our day was! From day one we fell in love with the beauty of the venue. The wooden beams and stone walls fit in with our rustic winter theme perfectly. After we spoke with Rena we determined Seven Springs was just right. Rena hit the ground running by explaining everything in detail and covering all the little things we might not have thought of. They were extremely accomodating with all our requests and allowed us to make the changes we wanted. On the actual day, Rena was nothing short of PERFECT! She took care of everything behind the scenes and absolutely nothing went wrong. The Alpine room was set up exactly as I wanted it. The food prepared by the chef was delicious and fresh! The servers were on top of their game. The bar tenders handled drink requests and the crowd super well. The wedding cake was stunning, exactly as I had asked, and scrumptious...multiple guests complimented the whole day. Our hotel rooms were clean and comfy, as well as the gorgeous Sugar Hill cabin my family rented. The rest of the resort was fun and entertaining, and all of my guests had the best weekend ever. I seriously cannot say enough about it all. I would 110% choose Seven Springs to do it all again. This is a special place for my husband and I, I learned to ski here, he learned to ski here, he proposed on the Great Western trail in 2015 and this July we got married here. This venue is SPECTACULAR. The views of the mountain are superb and you have a plethora of places to take beautiful wedding photos. It was so nice to have a one stop shop for our wedding, people could walk from the reception straight back to their hotel rooms. Having the option to rent a townhome/condo allowed us to have an intimate rehearsal dinner/party with our family (with 24/7 shuttles to return them to the hotel!).Franki (the wedding coordinator) was FANTASTIC and helped everything run smoothly the day of. If anything went wrong, I had no idea, because it was all perfectly executed. To be honest I couldn't have imagined a better location to celebrate the most wonderful day of my life.

Not only does it offer beautiful scenery, but we had our wedding on a Friday; therefore, it was the perfect place for our guests to spend the entire weekend, as there are A LOT of activities for families and people of all ages, no matter what time of year! Franki and Rena were absolutely AMAZING! Since we were planning our wedding from northern VA, they made the best vendor recommendations and were extremely accommodating to our non-traditional ideas. They made the entire process, from our tasting to the wedding day, completely seamless and truly unforgettable. Even though we were married on one of the busiest wedding weekends (Labor Day), we were always treated as though we were their number one priority. Also, the food was DELICIOUS and never-ending! Our guests continue to rave about the level of service, how amazing the food was, and what a great time they had at our wedding! I definitely recommend Seven Springs to anyone who is looking for stress-free planning and an all-inclusive wedding package. Everyone at the resort was excellent from the staff, the chefs, servers, and event crew. If you book a wedding at this resort you get the service of a wedding coordinator to help you with all the details of the big day. Rena was assigned to my wedding and she was absolutely fantastic!! She always answered my emails and phone calls the same day and made sure to always have an answer for me. She assisted me from the very beginning with planning and made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. I never realized how much of a great help she would be, but I couldn't have done it without her. There was a wedding tasting a few months prior to the wedding and it was delicious all the food was excellent. They prepare so much food and dessert for you to try that its hard to choose just a few items! When booking a wedding you also get a wedding cake designed by the resort's bakery team. My cake was delicious and turned out beautifully- it looked exactly how I wanted it to!! I got so many compliments from my guests stating how gorgeous my wedding was and it was the best wedding they have every been to- It was also a huge hit that people could stay at the resort the night before and the night of for convince. Guests do not even have to go outside they can just walk down the hall to the room my wedding was held in. My guests loved all the amenities the resort had to offer such as a swimming pool, spa, game room, restaurants, bars, shops, skiing, snow tubing, live music, Christmas events and more! I highly recommend anyone getting married to check out seven springs resort, you won't be disappointed!!

My son was married over Labor Day weekend 2016. This was the first of our four children to get married. He and his bride really set the bar high. EVERYTHING was perfect about the wedding venue, from the initial planning stages up to and including the wedding itself. We worked with Sierra Jack initially, and were concerned when she left and Franki Wasik took over. Franki, however, soon showed her true colors and her most professional attitude as the transition was seamless! She promptly returned all emails and phone calls and patiently answered this first timer's questions never implying as if it was anything other than her pleasure. She showed us all the marriage sites and made several wonderful suggestions when we asked for them (never putting her own opinions above ours). She was in constant communication with my daughter-in-law which made the bride feel relieved also. She organized our taste testing and participated with us again answering all questions. She provided excellent rehearsal dinner options as we did that at Seven Springs too! We went with the Mountain barbecue which was wonderful. She was with us for the rehearsal and kept things organized and moving along, again providing outstanding suggestions, as to what worked well due to her experience. The day of the wedding she was there but not invading \"our space\". Our cocktail hour was perfect as were our dinners and our Pittsburgh Cookie Table was set up perfectly to display our hard work in a beautiful setting. There was an ice luge with my son and daughter-in-law's names sculpted and their signature drink! Beautiful elegant table settings, gorgeous atmosphere and the icing on the cake were the fireworks that went off that evening. Our guests were beyond impressed as were we! After the wedding was over, the left over cookies were nicely boxed up for us to take home as well as the bride and groom's toasting flutes and cake knife. We didn't have to worry about anything!Upon going home, I had some additional concerns and reached out to Franki who again responded in a prompt and professional manner even though the wedding was now over. I can't say enough about how perfect EVERYTHING was and am wondering how we can ever top that wedding with our others!

She promptly returned all emails and phone calls and patiently answered this first timer's questions never implying as if it was anything other than her pleasure. She showed us all the marriage sites and made several wonderful suggestions when we asked for them (never putting her own opinions above ours). She was in constant communication with my daughter-in-law which made the bride feel relieved also. She organized our taste testing and participated with us again answering all questions. She provided excellent rehearsal dinner options as we did that at Seven Springs too! We went with the Mountain barbecue which was wonderful. She was with us for the rehearsal and kept things organized and moving along, again providing outstanding suggestions, as to what worked well due to her experience. The day of the wedding she was there but not invading \"our space\". Our cocktail hour was perfect as were our dinners and our Pittsburgh Cookie Table was set up perfectly to display our hard work in a beautiful setting. There was an ice luge with my son and daughter-in-law's names sculpted and their signature drink! Beautiful elegant table settings, gorgeous atmosphere and the icing on the cake were the fireworks that went off that evening. Our guests were beyond impressed as were we! After the wedding was over, the left over cookies were nicely boxed up for us to take home as well as the bride and groom's toasting flutes and cake knife. We didn't have to worry about anything!Upon going home, I had some additional concerns and reached out to Franki who again responded in a prompt and professional manner even though the wedding was now over. I can't say enough about how perfect EVERYTHING was and am wondering how we can ever top that wedding with our others!

Seven Springs Mountain Resort is a beautiful location and offers a wide variety of accommodations and activities. I rented Fin'n Feather for the weekend and hosted a wedding celebration for 120 people. The venue was amazing. Family and friends all stayed at the resort, some at the hotel and others in cabins and chalets. Guests with kids enjoyed outdoor activities, with the alpine slide being a favorite!The employees that I worked with were wonderful. Thoughtful and timely in their communication and focused on making our wedding day dreams a reality. While we ended up planning everything from food and music to decorations, arrangements and set-up (all a ton of work!) I wad thankful that this venue allowed us to do what we wanted. Book really early.. Like more than a year in advance. And if you are managing a lot of the details on your own, I suggest visiting multiple times if you are from out of town. It was nice to do this because we got a little vacation every time we had to leave town for wedding stuff! And what better place to vacation. My wedding was in mid-July. Thought it would be a tad cooler up in the hills, but it was not! Even so, we were surrounded by plenty of tall trees to keep the sun at bay. I really can't say enough about the grounds of Fin'n Feather. We knew what it would be like, but the day of the wedding (after all the craziness of last minute set-up) it was more perfect than we had imagined. Our guests have told us over and over how much they enjoyed the whole day and the location. We were delighted to give our guests a true vacation from the hustle and bustle, by making our wedding celebration all day. No rushing. No driving. Just an authentic outdoor experience. We brought in a bluegrass/swing band with a caller and square-danced the night away on the large grassy lawn. Truly one of the best days I have ever known. I can't wait to keep up the tradition and visit Seven Springs year after year.

And it was SO helpful to not have to worry about all of that stuff and know that it was taken care of. And they did a wonderful job with everything - the reception was beautiful, and I wouldn't have changed a thing!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about the venue and the staff; everyone was so kind and helpful, and the venue was gorgeous and everything I ever hoped for. Rena and Frankie are so helpful, professional and organized - I truly don't know how they do it. They had a total of SEVEN weddings at Seven Springs the same weekend as ours, and somehow still managed to make us feel like ours was the only one. They dedicated so much time and energy to making sure that everything went off without a hitch. I was truly impressed by them. I worked mostly with Rena up until the day of when Frankie joined us also, and she checked in with me regularly to make sure we were on the same page, kept me on track with the decisions I needed to make at the time, and answered all of my questions. She was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and always accessible. She responded to phone calls and emails almost always within 24 hours. She really worked with my husband and I to customize our wedding package and our experience so that it was everything that the two of us wanted. She is WONDERFUL to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone!! I truly cannot say enough great things about her and our entire experience with Seven Springs. I wish we could relive the day over and over again, and I wouldn't change a thing!! Except maybe drink a little less so I could make it to brunch Sunday morning :)

My husband and I got married at Seven Springs in June 2016. Our ceremony was at Meadowoods and our reception was in the Timberstone room. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at Helens. We loved our day and it was truly one of the best days of our lives. We got a lot of compliments. Overall the service was great. The food was also fantastic. The Princess cake is to die for. However we did experience a few things that we wish we'd thought about earlier or had changed. About 4-6 months prior to the wedding we did experience delayed responses from the wedding coordinators. Once it got to be 1-2 months prior to our wedding it got better. After the reception, it was confusing for some of our guests to get back to the hotel if the shuttle wasn't there to provide the transportation. There were no signs and no attendant to alert our guests to wait for a shuttle after the reception. We also did not get back some of our props and the majority of our cookie containers/tins after we were told all of our stuff would be packed up for us. After our wedding they found three props, but did not say anything about finding the rest.

Franki made sure everything was enjoyable for us, from our tasting to the rehearsal dinner, everything went very smoothly. When the wedding day finally came, I was relaxed and able to enjoy the entire day! (I am not a relaxed person – my sister said the groom was worried sick I didn’t have a “Melt-down” yet. And it never happened!) Franki and her team took everything I said I wanted, and took it to the next level. What I loved most about Franki, was that I could let my ideas flow and she had a sensible solution that was better than originally envisioned. As I walked in to see the reception to review before our guests arrived, I said to my husband – “Wow! This is really our wedding? This is more beautiful than I imagined.” For one day out of our lives, we were the King and Queen, Franki and her staff did everything we asked without hesitation, accommodations appeared to be endless, and our Fairy tale wedding in the mountains was enjoyable, stress free and simply more than we could have every hoped for. Our wedding dream, became our wedding reality.

My groom and I determined 7 Springs was the perfect place for our wedding because the mountain is special to us, but i had NO IDEA how AMAZING it was actually going to be! First off, we looked into 7 springs on a whim, thinking that it was going to be WAY out of our budget, but to our surprise, it was equivalent, if not cheaper than many of the places we considered in Pittsburgh. Once the planning began, I worked with Sierra. She was awesome. She listened to all of our requests, concerns, and ideas and offered her advice and fixes for our consideration. She put my mind at ease every step of the way. Any concern (or minor panic attack) i had, she quickly calmed with the perfect answer. I'm still not sure how she did it. She was a true professional. Less than 4 months before my wedding, i got the terrible news that Sierra was leaving 7 Springs and that Franki would be taking over. I believe in many circumstances, a change like this would have some misses or bumps, but the transition was seamless! Franki is just as, if not more, talented, organized, and professional as Seirra. The team of Franki and Rena made sure every last detail was perfect. They went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. The wedding turned out better than i ever dreamed, and it was because of the entire staff at 7 springs. Everyone had so much heart and passion for what they do, and it showed in their work. Because of their dedication, we were able to have our dreams come true. Many of our friends and family are still telling us that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Thank you Franki and Rena!!!!!!!!!!

My coordinator was Franki, and she made the whole experience (from our initial calls, to the tasting, to the actual wedding) stress-free and easy for me. I did most of my planning during the height of wedding season, but she was still super responsive to all of my calls and e-mails. Our actual wedding day was PERFECT! We had about 100 guests for our ceremony and dinner in the Alpine room, filled with candles and winter white flowers and the space looked beautiful. I recommend opting for the ceiling twinkle lights and a fireplace full of candles if you're having an evening wedding. The food was also outstanding, and there was SO MUCH of it. P.S. The “Princess cake” of strawberries and bananas is probably the best thing you’ll ever eat! \r\rWe hired acoustic musician John Wiatrak to play from the start of our ceremony until the end of the reception, and we received so many compliments from our guests on the music. If a DJ isn’t your style, you MUST get details on John! \r\rThe wedding day went smoothly as Franki and her assistant that day, Rena, handled all the details. It allowed us to really enjoy each special moment of the day. \r\rOur guests enjoyed spending the entire weekend at the resort and it allowed us to spend a little extra time with everyone. We can’t wait to go back next year for our Anniversary! \r

Sierra and Franki are nothing short of a joy to work with and Seven Springs is truly the most beautiful wedding venue that I have ever seen. My out of town guests could not get over how nice everything was. I still have guests telling me that the food they had at my wedding was better than any meal they have ever eaten! Sierra and Franki gave us a stress-free and perfect day, and there is no way to thank them enough for that. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding and not stress about a single thing, look no further than Seven Springs.

Seven Springs and Sierra Jack made sure we had the wedding of our dreams! We booked them a year and half ahead of time, and are so glad we did! They have so many different options with their packages that we were able to pick what was best for us and our needs. We had 160 guests at our wedding, and every person had the most amazing time! The wedding planner, Sierra Jack, is Seven Springs' best asset. She kept me calm, coordinated every last detail, and made sure everything was where it needed to be, so we could focus on enjoying ourselves! She was so wonderful to work with, would answer emails on time, and coordinated the other vendors so we didn't have to worry about that the day of. The food was amazing, staff was so friendly, and the atmosphere was incredible. Seven Springs is the perfect mix of elegance and rustic-chic and fit so well with our style. In addition to everything else, we submitted a picture of a cake that we loved, and were so surprised that the cake looked identical to the picture! I can't say enough good things about this venue, the food, and staff. I will definitely be encouraging all of my friends to get married there, just so we can re-live the amazing experience!

A year out and booked already… but to our surprise, a Sunday wedding turned out to be the perfect option! We made a long weekend of it. Friends and family came in from all over and enjoyed the autumn festival the resort was hosting that weekend; we had a welcome party Friday, rehearsal dinner Saturday, and Sunday was the big day. We even had a lot of close family and friends stay until Monday as well. \r\r\rThe food, was great, the packages are even better. Basically a one stop shop and no worries because our wedding coordinator sierra was there every step of the way. We definitely recommend Seven Springs!!! \r

I recently got married and had my reception at Seven Springs Mountain Resort and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. In planning the ceremony and reception, my husband and I had so many options which made it so easy to really have our dream wedding. Each location was truly beautiful and unique. My ceremony was at Meadow Woods and I could not have picked a better location! It is truly magical there and my guests were amazed with how beautiful it was. It also made for some stunning photos! Our reception was held in the Timberstone Room. We were able to create our own atmosphere and look while still enjoying a beautiful room. Again, our guests were beyond impressed with how beautiful it was. I would also like to mention how extraordinary the wedding coordinator, Sierra, and her assistant, Joy, were. My wedding would not have been what it was without their patience and desire to make the day perfect. We were dodging rain storms that day and because our ceremony was planned for outside, I typically would have had to make the tough decision to move inside hours before. However, Sierra understood how much I wanted to be outside so she went above and beyond to ensure we could do so (thankfully the rain stopped!) without any extra stress for us. She was also so responsive to questions and concerns and helped to make the planning so much easier. I am BEYOND thankful for everything Sierra and Joy did to make our wedding perfect. Along with the wedding coordinators, the staff at Seven Springs were absolutely fantastic. From taking care of the bride and groom to each and every guest, they truly went above and beyond with their service. I have absolutely no complaints or regrets. My guests contacted me for weeks after the wedding to tell me how great of a time they had and how impressed they were with the venue and staff. We did not have to worry about a thing! Sierra and her team set everything up the day before and had it ready to go for us the following morning. What a wonderful feeling after your wedding! Looking back, I would not have changed my venue location at all. From the convenience of having both the ceremony and reception in one place to the incredible service from Sierra and her staff, I am so happy that I chose Seven Springs. My husband and I still talk about how easy and enjoyable the experience was. You definitely get it all when having your wedding at Seven Springs. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone at Seven Springs who made our day absolutely perfect!!!

The guests loved all of the activities at the resort and some rented chalets, which they loved.\rI truly have just two complaints: trying to coordinate all of this with the resort was one of the biggest headaches -- ever. The group sales staff really didn't communicate well, which was incredibly unsettling! And the bar continually kicked out our guests, who were sober!

The Special Occasions Coordinator, Sierra Jack was absolutely amazing. We loved everything about hosting our wedding at Seven Springs. From the initial planning stages a year prior to the event, all the way through the Sunday after the wedding, we were very impressed and happy with their services. We had a very large guest list (350) as well as a very large wedding party (24). Sierra and her team were able to provide suggestions and come up with the most beautiful ideas to make the day extra special for us. \r\rWe had our ceremony at the Meadow Woods which was the perfect location for a rustic outdoor theme. The Meadow Woods only held about 250 people so Seven Springs provided white garden chairs for the rest of our guests. It was perfect. We loved the Bridal Barn. That was added a few months before the wedding and we absolutely loved it. \r\rOur reception was held in the Grand Ballroom and Sierra and her team did a fabulous job decorating. They were able to design the room to fit all of the guests, DJ, Band, photobooth, gift table, memory table, cocktail area and cookies. Sierra utilized the garage space for our Cookie Room, which she decorated and designed her self. \r\rThe day went without a hitch! It was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Seven Springs to anyone looking to have their wedding around this area. The service is out of this world. Sierra and her team really have the knowledge and experience to make your special day an unforgettable one.

Seven Springs hosted the Wedding on Meagan Strang and Dustin Norberg this past fall on September 29th, 2013 and it was spectacular. As a member of the bride's family, there was understandably a lot of responsibilities and pressure but the team at Seven Springs, led by coordinator Sierra Jack were phenomenal. They willingly gave us a tour of the property and talked through the many options for a wedding at the resort. Once we settled on the main items, the ceremony venue of Meadowoods and and the reception hall of the Alpine Room, Sierra and her team took over. As we were planning this wedding from 4 hours away, she lead the day to day corresponding with the other vendors and teams- ie. food/beverages, flowers, decor etc. on our behalf which was tremendously helpful.\r\rAfter months of planning, the wedding weekend came and went off with out a hitch. Sierra and her team worked tirelessly to ensure the entire bridal party, family and guests enjoyed themselves and didn't have to worry about the small details. There are so many activities to enjoy while there that all the guests could explore at their own pace- the spa, golfing, mountain biking, hiking and more. The wedding turned into an entire weekend of fun times. It was an incredible wedding and I would recommend Seven Springs to anyone that is looking for a uniquely charming wedding.

Being from out of state and only a few months to plan, we didn't have the opportunity to have a tasting for our wedding - but we were pleasantly surprised. Sierra Jack, the Special Events Manager had walked us through menu options and allowed us to customize as we wanted - and on our wedding day it was exactly as promised. Our cake was identical to the pictures we had sent! To top the night, Sierra turned the fireplace in the Alpine Room into a rustic lantern garden - it was fantastic. \rSierra Jack was hands on and ensured we were taken care of from start to finish. Sierra Jack, the Special Events Manager had walked us through menu options and allowed us to customize as we wanted - and on our wedding day it was exactly as promised. Our cake was identical to the pictures we had sent! To top the night, Sierra turned the fireplace in the Alpine Room into a rustic lantern garden - it was fantastic. \rSierra Jack was hands on and ensured we were taken care of from start to finish. We had a Friday wedding. We had planned to be outdoors for the ceremony but Mother Nature had a different plan. They were accommodating in switching the ceremony to inside. \r\rCons: Entrees at reception weren't very good. I was disappointed. Rooms in hotel were really warm since they turned on the heat. \r\rOverall, our wedding was beautiful. I would recommend it to others.

We honestly could not have had a better experience with Seven Springs and the wedding coordinator, Sierra Jack! It was such a joy planning my wedding with Sierra throughout the year. She would remember details I wanted that I mentioned months earlier. She understood my dream and vision but put it together without a problem and added great advice along the way. It was such an easy and carefree wedding day because everything was taken care of for us. Everything from the food (which was amazing), the cake, flowers, and linens. The resort provided even a shuttle to take my bridal party around for pictures so I didn't have to stress about finding the perfect background. I would recommend any event there for any occasion and they will be sure to take care of everything for you. My only advice would be to make sure you bring your ID to any of the bars on the resort, they will not let anyone in without it even if you are the bride and groom!

Seven springs was the perfect location for our destination wedding. We had a girls and guys night out Friday, Saturday was golf and pampering with rehearsal and dinner with Sunday the big event. We did our weekend over Memorial Day weekend, the weather, food, band, photographer everything was perfect. Our wedding coordinator, Sierra is awesome! We could not have had a more beautiful wedding.

My fiance and I planned our wedding one month (!) from the date of the event. I thought 7Springs would be a beautiful location, so I sent an e-mail inquiring about the options of a small ceremony, and I immediately received a helpful and informative response from Sierra Jack, the Special Occasions Coordinator. Over the next two weeks, we were able to plan our ceremony that included a total of 8 people and would take place at Helen's Restaurant. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative and we did not have the outside wedding by the waterfall; however, Helen's accommodated nicely by allowing us to have the wedding in front of the fireplace. It was private, cozy, and afterward, we walked into the next room and had a phenomenal dinner. I was (and still am) amazed at how well everything turned out. We were able to have a shuttle take us from the Hotel to the Restaurant and back, which was extremely convenient, and we had fun downstairs in the Matterhorn afterwards. I cannot thank Sierra enough for how helpful she was in putting our special day together for us and making the arrangements!! If there was anything I would have to mention to someone planning to rent a room at the Hotel, whether getting married or not, I would advise if using a credit card to book the room, use one that you feel comfortable getting charged in full right away. Unlike every other hotel experience I've had, instead of using the card to hold the room until check it, it was charged immediately. Also, in the room that we stayed, the pipes were really loud for some reason and we heard them throughout the night. Other than those hotel issues, which were fairly minor and the credit card issue was corrected right away, I would give the 7Springs Wedding Experience my highest recommendation :)
