We actually lost our venue one month prior to our event, which as anyone could guess, made our wedding planning exponentially more stressful. Luckily, we found Cerritos Sheraton and they made the event for us much better than what we could have imagined from our first venue. It was truly a pleasure working with them.

We had our reception at the Cerritos Sheraton hotel and it was flawless! The staff there were so professional, and friendly. The food was so delicious. The hotel ballroom was beautiful. Our overall experience was excellent. We felt everything detail was thought of and attention was given to our every need. Our wedding was 2 1/2 months ago, and our guests are still talking about how wonderful our wedding was and how much they enjoyed themselves. We were so happy that we chose the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel for our reception. They made our big day perfect and special.

The new coordinator is not very organized. Many things which were requested were not taken care of on our wedding day. We paid for tray passed hor deurves to find them laid out on a table. Boxes that were carefully labeled were left on the floor and we (the bride and groom) had to frantically make sure things were taken care of just 10 mins prior to the ballroom doors opening. The staff were also rude to our staff. When they asked for soda, the staff told them to get it themselves from the bar. The Sheraton coordinator was no where to be found during the evening. Later was told she was at a \"meeting\" on a Saturday evening. The food was also not made as we ordered (no horseradish with our steak, plain rice, instead of mushroom risotto). It was a dissapointment.
