Sheraton Eatontown Hotel is an elegant wedding venue located in Eatontown, New Jersey. You've never seen anything like our totally transformed Grand and Regal Ballrooms! The Sheraton Eatontown Hotel completed a multi-million renovation from head to toe, including all new luxury guest rooms. Tie the knot in our refreshingly modern, effortlessly elegant, brand new venue. We'll roll out the red carpet every step of the way. Dates are filling up fast! I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Sheraton. This was the first and only venue we looked at and we knew immediately this was where we wanted to get married. The cocktail hour and grand ballroom are absolutely stunning! The entire team from the catering sales/coordinator to the Maitre D were so helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process! They answered and annoying questions I may have had along the way very promptly and were so accommodating! On my wedding day the power had gone out for several hours before the reception. The staff was extremely helpful and reassuring that they would get to the bottom of the issue and have some out to fix it; they kept me updated the whole time. The bridal suite was beautiful and the rooms were so clean. The food was great, all of my guests are still talking about the cocktail hour and dinner. I have type 1 diabetes and the bartender was also very accommodating making sure to keep a big bottle of apple juice behind the bar just for me in case of a low blood sugar. I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone!

We had a great time at our wedding! Angel is everything he is hyped up to be in the reviews. He took care of us and made us feel special - even with another wedding taking place next door. Finding a venue with great food options was very important to us as well, and Hotels Unlimited did not disappoint! The rooms and accommodations at the hotel are perfect for anyone looking to avoid shuttles and keep everyone to one location. The Urbane was a great spot for guests to roll into the after party. Having so much included in the price of our Cocktail Exclusive Package was a huge plus.With all that said, we felt a bit of frustration at times communicating with the on-site staff. We had to reach out in order to move things along in preparation for the wedding - with little initiative from the staff. Also, certain items promised in our contract did not appear the day of the wedding. This includes outdoor fireplaces / heaters (weather would've been perfect for this), as well as a promised warm-up station with hot chocolate and coffee.While Bonvoy points for our room block took over a month to populate, Mick was very communicative and friendly while ensuring he would take of it.Our wedding was a spectacular day that we'll never forget at a beautiful modern venue with excellent food and an A+ maitre d. While most things went right, we felt it important to highlight the things that didn't for future couples to be mindful of. The strongest advice would be to stay on top of communication to ensure everything you need and were promised is taken care of.

The venue is stunning the staff was amazing and the food is good! I repeat the food is good! On top of that, they offer some great add-ons. My daughters wedding was at this location...the Sheraton Eatontown in May of 2023. If I had to rate the the staff on a 10 pt scale, from the initial consultation to the last minute of the wedding I would rate them a 20. Our primary contact was Lara, who was a doll to work with from the minute we stepped into the hotel when we were first looking at the venue. But the whole team was great. If Lara wasn't available, Heidi and Jackie stepped in quickly and efficiently. They were super helpful in answering any questions we had along the way and assuring me that everyone would be perfect and it was! The venue itself was beautiful as well. One of the primary reasons we even considered the hotel was for the possibility of an outdoor ceremony, if the weather cooperated, which it did! I also need to give a shout out to Mick and Angel. We had reserved a block of rooms for guests and Mick was super helpful in accommodating all requests and Angel was our maitre d and was so easy to work with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with Lara and the rest of the team. Thank you!!!

I just had my wedding in the Regal Ballroom at the Sheraton Eatontown on 11/11/22! From start to finish, Heidi, Lara and Jackie were super helpful in answering any questions I had along the way and assuring me that everyone would be perfect and it was! The food, hotel and wait staff, and everything in between was amazing. My guests loved having everything in one place especially when they stayed the night and had breakfast with us the next morning. Angel was our maitre d and was so easy to work with. He is super friendly and made my wedding day a breeze.

My parents celebrated their 50th anniversary at Sheraton Eatontown. I very much recommend this venue for any occasion. Heidi was very kind and responded very quickly to all my questions. Angel was the best and very helpful, he was there for me from the beginning of the party until the end asking if I need anything. Paul was very helpful with a smiley face. I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel this September. It was pricey, but you get what you pay for: The event was classy, fun, and expertly taken care of. We had a team of people working with us from the very beginning - more than a year in advance - to make sure our event went off without a hitch. Special props to Angel for helping me with my request to play my own playlist during the cocktail hour. Dinner was good, but the incredible cocktail hour stations was where the food really shined. I got dozens of compliments on how much fun everyone had and how much they loved the venue. The rooms were also really quite nice: the groom suite has a huge hangout area with its own pool table, and the bridal suite has quite a lot of space as well, including a huge bathroom. Any critiques I have are relatively small nitpicks: the group tasting was a little overwhelming, and the ceremony area is next to a noisy highway and more suited for shorter ceremonies in my opinion (as ours was). Overall, I'm very pleased with our choice. Thanks for making our big day special!

We knew from the second we walked in and saw the large, beautiful staircase in the lobby and gorgeous ballroom that the Sheraton Eatontown is where we wanted to get married aesthetically, but what should really seal the deal for anyone considering this venue is the staff. Heidi and Jackie were available for me practically 24/7 to answer my many questions and made planning so easy! Angel, the maitre d', was a literal angel and made sure everything went off without a hitch on the big day. Rita, the Room Sales Coordinator, was incredibly sweet and so helpful with all of our needs concerning the room blocks. And Laura, the captain of the wait staff, went above and beyond to get us absolutely anything we needed at the reception. I even got sick at one point, and she was right by my side offering assistance until I could rally. The level of care, humanity, and attention to detail at the Sheraton is unmatched; I could honestly cry right now with appreciation! The guests raved about the food, from cocktail hour to the ice cream sundae bar. It truly was the best wedding ever and I am so thankful. GET. MARRIED. HERE. You won't regret it!

What initially drew me to the Sheraton were the modern chandeliers in the Grand Ballroom. We booked during their Black Friday Deals, and got so much for an affordable price! The Sheraton definitely looks and feels like a luxury hotel. Any questions or concerns that we had, the team at the Sheraton worked with us to resolve it. We had our ceremony outside and were concerned with the outdoor pool and Route 35, but we did not hear anything! The food was amazing and we felt taken care of every step of the way. The team at the Sheraton definitely knows how to throw a wedding!!

Overall had a great experience with the Sheraton eatontown. I have two very big complaints however. Firstly, there is no bridal suite for you to get ready in that is complimentary. You have to pay for it and it’s at least 600-700 dollars. If I’m paying a venue for a 200 person wedding, I think this should’ve been included as it was at other venues. The only option for getting ready at the venue was a conference room that was of course not equipped at a space to get ready in. You have to bring your own mirror. Secondly, I had outside catering for my wedding and the Sheraton eatontown had me pay $500 for a dishwasher after they couldn’t convince my caterer to provide one. I have never heard of a venue asking for this and neither had my caterer. I think in the grand scheme of things, this venue could do more to cater to you when you’ve paid them thousands.

I wish I could rate this venue a 10. From the moment we went to visit we fell in love. The catering team Jackie and Heidi was AMAZING. I was completely lost with planning. However, those two made my planning a breeze. My guest raved about the food which was delicious. The banquet manager Angel was also amazing. Everything ran so smooth the day of our wedding. My husband I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone that’s planning to get married.

Five stars does not seem adequate to express my delight with how well our wedding went. When my husband and I started the search for venues last year, it was exhausting. I am SO glad we picked The Sheraton because they were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. From our initial meeting, Heidi and Jackie were always upbeat and SUPER responsive. As the the days drew near, there were loads more questions to answer and some snafus we had to work through and they made the process pretty painless. They were on top of every detail and honestly, much of the planning was in their hands so I got to step back, which was wonderful during a busy time. I honestly never really got too stressed because I knew I was in good hands. Angel, the maître d', made sure everything was in order the week of and day of and constantly checked in with us to see how things were going. The cocktail hour was amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the food and service. SO MUCH FOOD! The reception was just beyond what I had hoped for and the ballroom looked absolutely beautiful. I could not have been happier with the way things turned out. The hotel itself is beautiful, the accommodations were lovely. The bridal and groom suites were super spacious and the BEST place to spend the morning of getting ready. The only down side was that the time went by so quickly and we were having so much fun. I HIGHLY recommend you hiring The Sheraton to host your wedding. You won’t be disappointed. Heidi, Jackie, Lara and Angel are a dream team.

The Sheraton was the perfect choice for our wedding day. It was the only venue we toured because we were confident in our choice. Heidi was always super communicative, answering all of my emails within minutes or having an out of office notice on if she wasn't going to (which is always appreciated!). We had a small situation with the hotel bar being closed after our rehearsal dinner when we were told it would be open, but the staff at the Sheraton quickly jumped into motion and set us up in the executive lounge on the 6th floor for our guests to enjoy. The day of our wedding, everything went super smooth. Heidi and Jackie were there to be hands on with anything we needed, our Maitre D, Angel, was constantly asking us how everything was going, and our head waiter was always there with another drink when ours were empty (even on the dance floor). Our guests loved the modern space, convenience of the hotel being upstairs, and the food reviews we are receiving from others was well worth everything. You will not be disappointed if you book with the Sheraton!

We booked the Sheraton for our wedding hotel block, although we had our wedding reception at the Shadowbrook. Overall, we had a great experience with the Sheraton and their team went out of their way to work with us despite several challenges. Rita in particular was super helpful with our block, and once it was completely filled up she did everything in her power to secure more rooms for our guests by adding unused rooms from other blocks into ours. We also hosted a post-wedding breakfast in the beautiful gallery space and the catering team did a great job setting that up and the food was pretty good. Their team had to add extra tables and seating last minute because we underestimated the amount of guests who would show up, but they did so seamlessly. There were several other weddings at the hotel that weekend, but we didn't feel at any point that our experience was compromised by how busy and short staffed they are. The king suite is where me and my bridal party got ready that morning, and it was surprisingly spacious enough to hold everyone and we took some very nice photos there. We even held an afterparty in the suite following our wedding because the bar was already closed, and our guests had a great time! Overall, we are impressed with the quality of service we received at the hotel and appreciate everything their team did to work with us during the planning process and wedding weekend.

We booked the Sheraton for our wedding hotel block, although we had our wedding reception at the Shadowbrook. Overall, we had a great experience with the Sheraton and their team went out of their way to work with us despite several challenges. Rita in particular was super helpful with our block, and once it was completely filled up she did everything in her power to secure more rooms for our guests by adding unused rooms from other blocks into ours. We also hosted a post-wedding breakfast in the beautiful gallery space and the catering team did a great job setting that up and the food was pretty good. Their team had to add extra tables and seating last minute because we underestimated the amount of guests who would show up, but they did so seamlessly. There were several other weddings at the hotel that weekend, but we didn't feel at any point that our experience was compromised by how busy and short staffed they are. The king suite is where me and my bridal party got ready that morning, and it was surprisingly spacious enough to hold everyone and we took some very nice photos there. We even held an afterparty in the suite following our wedding because the bar was already closed, and our guests had a great time! Overall, we are impressed with the quality of service we received at the hotel and appreciate everything their team did to work with us during the planning process and wedding weekend.

Then, the maitre and team handled everything for us. From our individual needs, guest needs, moving bouquets, holding items for us, etc. Could not have the day without them. My husband and I got married here on October 8th, 2021. We signed for this place because we truly felt like we were getting a lot for our money, and we did. My day was beautiful and the food was great. We had the smaller ballroom and my vendors made it look beautiful. We did go through a lot of people. Signed with one woman, then she got let go so then we where handed off to another who was very sweet and accommodating but then she went away on maternity leave, so we got handed off again. Thankfully I am very organized so i kept all my email chains and receipts. The reason I took off a star was bc my husband told me that while he was in the groom suite the day of the wedding, the cleaning service kept coming up and trying to rush him out. We paid a lot of money that day for our big day and clearly he is a groom and had a late check out, so that was annoying. I had the bridal suite booked the night before the wedding and then got the complimentary night stay day of the wedding. While getting ready for my wedding our keys stopped working for my room bc technically it was a new day, I was told my keys would be good the two days but we had to rush down to go get more bc we were in and out of the suite the morning of. I was also told that during our reception they would have the cleaning service come up and clean up our room and freshen it up for when my husband and I go back there later after the wedding. This was not done at all, I was very annoyed and disappointed in how I found the room, it was terrible that they did not freshen it up. We also were told Corey was our Maitre'D but come the day of Corey wasn't there and we were given someone else. Lastly my sparklers where lost and they could not locate where they where and my bridal party, my videographer, photographers , husband and I where all waiting outside for like 20 minutes until one of my guest had to go and help them look to finally find it. I think the venue is a great affordable option, just be sure to be on top of everything and make sure you get what they promise you.

Our experience with Sheraton Eatontown was fantastic. We had to postpone our original date to a later date due to Covid, but the staff at Sheraton made it very painless. Our wedding day was so smooth and beautiful! We worked with Lauren, Heidi, and Corey. All of them were very responsive and so helpful. After hearing so many horror stories about trying to reschedule due to COVID we were worried when we wanted to push back from our original date which was April 16th. Once we reached out we were shocked with how stress free and easy they made it for us to push the date back. The space is gorgeous and you have everything you need in one place. I had hair and makeup done at the bridal suite that morning which was perfect. We are so happy that we chose this venue to celebrate our wedding day!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! Lauren and Heidi made the planning experience so easy. Every detail was spot on.. food was delicious, drinks were excellent, the ceremony and reception areas were gorgeous. Luckily we had great weather and our guests were able to enjoy some time outside during the cocktail hour and reception. The bridal suite and billiards suite for getting ready were very convenient - awesome set up and very spacious. It turns out that the only two things I sweated over when planning our daughters wedding-where to have our guests stay and where to have the day after brunch-couldn’t have been simpler!Not only is the newly renovated Sheraton by far the nicest hotel in the area, the block room rates they offered were the most reasonable as well.Sydney was a pleasure to work with. She was always available & happy to help with keeping me posted on the status of our room block and added more rooms as needed. Planning the brunch for Sunday couldn’t have been easier. Jennifer was always there with suggestions/advice when needed. We had the option of a beautiful ballroom or the bright, cheerful atrium which looked great with the decor and our choice of linens. Even though we had 30 more guests than expected, the food was plentiful and delicious and was a total nonissue. Our guests were very impressed with everything from the amenities of the hotel (clean, new rooms,indoor & outdoor pool,places to eat, bars) to the service and breakfast provided for them.My only regret is that 5 stars is the highest rating I can give.Thanks Kelly, Jenn, Sydney and your fellow staff members for a job very well done!

We had such a great experience working with the Sheraton for our October 26th wedding! We asked sooooo many questions, because obviously this was a new experience to us, and we wanted everything to be perfect. Jenny could not be more welcoming and accepting to our questions. She wrote back immediately, even when it was a late at night question. Jenny made us feel at ease during our final menu detailing that all of our requests and details. Even on the day of she was there making sure everything was perfect and all the details we had talked about during our conversations/emails were followed through. All of our guests raved about the food! Our only caution was there was a second wedding happening the same time, and there is always going to be something that does not go exactly as you would like. During our reception our photographer wanted pictures of us outside, and we were not able to get all of our pictures that we wanted because of the other wedding. Overall, the Sheraton made sure our wedding was a day worth remembering and one that went as smoothly as possibly. During our wedding planning process, we had the pleasure of working with Jenny, Rachel, Jimmy, Elina and Alex. All of our guests loved our wedding and the new Sheraton. We highly recommend considering the Sheraton as your wedding venue!!!

Rachel, and later Jenny, treat you like valued friends when you work with them - they replied to all my silly text questions and are very attentive to the vision you want for your wedding. Our biggest concern was securing halal-friendly meats for a lot of our guests but not to worry though because the Sheraton k-i-l-l-e-d it. From subbing out horderves to carving stations and entrees they managed it all.When the day of came, safe to say I was NERVOUS. Kelly, Jenny and Corey had me covered from bottled water through a straw to the burn relief and Benadryl for when I was stung by a bee at my ceremony, this team will take care of you I can promise you that.Other than the amazing team it's also important to note the aesthetics and venue, the Sheraton went through a massive facelift, leaving the ballrooms and atrium modern and beautiful. The food - my god the salmon was delicious and guests wanted seconds.

The Sheraton of Eatontown and in very specific particular, Jenny McCann delivered above and beyond exceptional hospitality during my wedding on Sept. 7, 2019.Having booked with Jenny, I worked with her the entire year, coordinating pick up and drop offs with vendors, asking a million questions, coordinating a ceremony rainy weather back-up plan (we were close, but thank god didn't need it), coordinating a rainy day rehearsal and you name it. She was always responsive and patient with all my questions and never ever let me go 24 hours without responding (when she was in office of course).As we approached closer to the date, working with Jenny was a breeze. I loved finalizing our menu selection, working on specific details with her, etc. She gave great suggestions, and wrote everything down clearly for the catering staff so they wouldn't get anything wrong. She even went out of her way to make me the signature cocktail, so I could taste it before buying it! Kelly helped make me a sign for the cocktail that matched my colors on the invitation. Again, everything was above and beyond. The Sheraton of Eatontown truly knows hospitality.I'd like to discuss the day before / and day of my wedding and how exception both Jenny and the overall staff at the Sheraton were to me on these special days. There was a minor snafu with my moms room - I tried to get her on the 1st or 2nd floor and the front desk accidentally put her on the 4th - one call to Jenny and not only was it straightened out in record time, but also she was upgraded. I mean, I can't say enough. She saved my life. Making my parents happy day of - I couldn't ask for anything more.Jenny isn't the only story here. The front desk staff were always patient and accommodating. The bar staff - incredible. The waitresses and waiters during the day - and of course my Matre D' Elina - provided unparalleled service and made me feel truly blessed the entire day. Given the hospitality industry, and particularly the hotel industry in general, I'd say the staff & people were top down, perfection. The rooms since the renovation are incredibly clean. The entire hotel smells so nice and wonderful. The ballrooms are perfect. I mean, get married here.

However, what made Sheraton Eatontown our pick for our wedding was Rachel James, Jennifer (Jenny) McCann, Lauren Ferlise, and Kelly Young. This team was incredibly friendly and helpful from the day we signed to the day we were married. They were not only quick in their responses, but they helped us resolve any issue we may have had. Having them by our side on our wedding day was a relief because we knew we were in good hands!

This team was incredibly friendly and helpful from the day we signed to the day we were married. They were not only quick in their responses, but they helped us resolve any issue we may have had. A couple of my bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding, and my husband and I stayed the night of, in one of the suites and it was so nice! the room was super clean and comfortable. We needed a few things so we called down to the desk to ask for them ( all separate times) and they were so nice and accommodating to our needs. Our wedding was offsite, but at the end of the night we came back with a small group of family and friends and hangout until the bar closed. The renovations that were made to the hotel made it 100X better! I took some photos before my ceremony on the staircase in the lobby and they came out amazing!

They answered ALL our questions (and trust me we had quite a few) and made us feel like we were part of their family. We booked the Sheraton when their renovations had just started and we are so happy we took the leap of faith. This hotel is absolutely stunning! The ballroom is BEAUTIFUL! I mean we liked the space prior to the renovations but they really outdid themselves! Rachel and Jenny genuinely want to see your big day go exactly as you imagine it. They make time to meet with you even if it requires them to start after hours if it's better for your schedule. Truly just top notch hospitality. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone! We've had our family and friends raving about the cocktail hour and how good the food was. The maitre'd Corey is wonderful! He ensured everything went smoothly and that any additional reception requests surpassed our expectations. Any issues we had were completely resolved to our satisfaction and beyond. The hotel as well made up for the issues stemming from the renovations and made what seemed like an impeding disaster into a wonderful wedding experience. We had our wedding and reception on site and everything turned out beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a brunch wedding and the Sheraton definitely had the best brunch options around for the price. Most other venues had prices that were almost the same as dinner pricing, but the Sheraton was much more affordable. I loved the cocktail hour room, which had one wall that was tall windows, so it was very bright. The hotel was recently renovated, so the rooms were beautiful, and the hotel rooms were also brand new, which was great for our guests. My only negative is the fact that the renovations took longer than initially anticipated, so the lobby and restaurant were closed, which we did not expect when we signed our contract. That was definitely disappointing, but the day ended up being beautiful. The food was delicious, and there was a wide selection to choose from. We had an omelet station, which everyone loved, and we had an ice cream bar that also went over well with our guests. The teriyaki salmon was my favorite. The dance floor was huge. I loved working with Jenny McCann to plan the wedding. She was extremely helpful. The venue came with centerpieces, which was great because I was not interested in creating my own. I had multiple guests tell me that this was one of the best weddings that they had been to, despite the fact that some of them were initially not thrilled with the brunch idea. If you're trying to save money, go with a brunch wedding. Seriously, it was great and it didn't seem cheesy at all. Every table had a 3-tiered pastry platter. Instead of salad, we had fresh fruit plates. I'm very happy with the way that everything turned out in the end and once the renovations are complete, nobody else should come across those problems like we had.

My Husband and I cannot say enough about how wonderful Jenny at the Sheraton was on our wedding day! She went out of her way to assure that we had everything that we needed to make sure we had the best day ever !!! They recently renovated the ballroom and it is gorgeous and spacious. I would recommend it if you plan on having a lot of people attend your wedding. We had 225 people and at no time did the ball room seem over crowded. They also renovated their bridal suites which are beautiful! I had a large bridal party and had no issue fitting 10 girls plus a make up artist and hairstylist in the room. All around a wonderful experience

Had our wedding at the Sheraton over the summer and regardless of venue it was going to be the best day. I will admit we had the best time but I don't want to sugar coat it because it is important for them to hear it so they can improve. Two years prior to our event, we began the process with Denise. Denise was great throughout and always returned our calls and emails. When she first took us through the hotel we were very impressed with the cocktail room and ballroom.... it was perfect. Since one of the main reasons we were looking at hotel venues was to accommodate our out of town guests we asked to see the hotel rooms. She took us up to a newly renovated floor. It was beautiful.... Everything was updated and clean and she showed us a nice grand bridal suite with a lot of light which we would have to take pictures of the girls getting ready. It seemed perfect. She assured us that the entire hotel would be updated by the time of our wedding (two years later) including the hotel lobby which had furniture that probably dates back to the hotel opening. The furniture in the hotel lobby was hideous and worn with rips and tears and we said it straight up to Denise. It was embarrassing that this would have been our guest's first impression of the hotel and our wedding especially since the rest of the hotel seemed so nice. Not to worry though, Denise again assured us that this would all be updated well before our date (two years). The day before the event comes and my soon to be bride and I go to check in. We both acknowledge that the lobby has still not been updated. A major disappointment but not to worry this was not going to ruin our day. We get our room key and to our surprise it is located on the ground floor (we were told that it would be the room we originally saw).... we head over and the nightmare begins. We booked the bridal suite for two nights two years in advance so that we wouldn't have any issues.... and our room is in the middle of the parking lot. Yes you hear that right, a room full of windows with cars surrounding and people looking right in... What a great place for a bunch of girls to get ready and take pictures......NOT..... We went right over to the front desk and requested another room... turns out all of the bridal suites are taken or out of service due to renovations (which we were told would be completed way before this date) . How upset and disappointed my soon to be wife was. Lets not forget, we have spent A LOT of money to have the event at this venue and the room we were promised was not available . The hotel manager was able to remedy the solution by offering us two regular connecting rooms. This solution worked.... but let me tell you, we had guest staying a few floors above these rooms and they had these beautiful clean renovated rooms meanwhile the bride and groom are staying in what looked like a dungeon. The reception went smooth. The food was delicious and our guests had a great time. The only thing I can comment on were the wait staff and how they didn't smile and had a noticeable attitude like they didn't want to be there... If we weren't for these issues I would have easily rated 4-5 stars but being promised and then disappointed on your wedding day is not a good feeling.

I am so thankful that my new husband and I chose to hold our reception at the Sheraton Eatontown. I had heard amazing things about the events held there and I was so impressed with just how smoothly everything went the day of our wedding. There were absolutely no hiccups along the way and Corey and Denise were so helpful and organized the entire time. The cocktail hour and reception was amazing and put together beautifully and my whole family didn't have to worry about anything! The service was fantastic and the ballroom was beautiful and everyone kept telling us that it was amazing night!

Denise, Ian and the entire staff are AMAZING. They make sure everything is absolutely perfect for our guests. It's a pleasure to work with the front desk staff who help with the accommodations for our over night guests. The entire staff at the Sheraton make sure that all our guests have a fantastic experience from the moment they walk into the Sheraton and help our event be the best gala to attend.

Four months ago we had an excellent wedding reception in the main ballroom. The set up and layout was quite nice and excellent care was taken to make the area look presentable. The cocktail hour was also very nice with a variety of passed dishes and a few stations. Once dinner started, the food was still very good but the service was excellent.

While searching for a location for our daughters wedding we decided to check out the Sheraton. The location is convenient and our guests being able to stay on site is a bonus. The new ballroom and gardens will be spectacular. We saw an already completed renovated guest room and it is beautiful!!The team has been wonderful to work with and are making sure no detail is overlooked. We can sit back and enjoy this time knowing the first rate staff has everything covered. My daughters dream wedding in a magnificent ballroom will be perfect thanks to the staff at the Sheraton.

We would like to thank the Sheraton, especially Denise Diaz. We recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Sheraton! Our overall experience was exceptional. The staff was very friendly throughout the hotel; housekeeping and front desk. I would also like to express my grattitude to Corey. He truly made sure our special day was perfect with every detail; from the set up, to the end of the night. The food was delicious and our thanks to the Chef. The guest were completely impressed and we received so many compliments, every single dinner choice came out warm and very tasteful. We would recommend the Sheraton over any other venue. We had our wedding at the Sheraton this past April and it truly was the best day of our lives! I worked with Denise from the beginning and she was so wonderful! She put up with my countless questions and emails, and coordinated with our maitre'd to make sure our day was perfect! The garden gazebo ceremony was so nice and the weather turned out PERFECT. I didn't get to enjoy the cocktail hour but I heard rave reviews from our guests. The entrees were delicious and the amount of attention our wait staff gave to my husband and I was wonderful. We never didn't have a drink in our hand and they made sure we were always taken care of. A huge thank you to the entire staff for helping make our day so special!

I didn't get to enjoy the cocktail hour but I heard rave reviews from our guests. The entrees were delicious and the amount of attention our wait staff gave to my husband and I was wonderful. We never didn't have a drink in our hand and they made sure we were always taken care of. A huge thank you to the entire staff for helping make our day so special!

We got married at the Sheraton Sept 2013. \r\rDenise was wonderful through the whole thing! SOOOO helpful and answered all of our ridiculous questions and worries. \r\rThe ceremony was soooo beautiful. \rEveryone loved the food and reception space. \r\rEvery thing was amazing.

it was a very good experience. everyone was really helpful and easy to work with. it was a great place to have our wedding with the convenience of rooms for the guests. the food was great and tasty and overall awesome experience. really recommend this to anyone.

We had a blast at the Sheraton. They were very friendly and very helpful. They were a little pricey but worked with our budget and we definitely got our money worth. They Also worked with us to make sure we had everything for our ceremony and reception. Their food was very tasty. I loved that the cake was included. It made it very easy for us. We definitely recommend this place for a wedding!

We contracted 2 nights for our wedding guests at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel. We worked with Salvatore and he was very helpful.\r\rPROS: The hotel has a very affordable wedding package. Sal was very helpful and flexible. I had to change my contract about 3 times because of sudden changes in guest count. I did not get docked or charged. I also received a complimentary upgrade to a suite from my normal hotel room. We had 20 guests staying the first of 2 nights so we got a free night as well. The hotel staff also helped us arrange a dinner and brunch for our wedding guests. \r\rCONS: The hotel is rather industrial. The water shut off at one point and we could not wash our hands or use the bathroom. The facilities need a bit of a spruce up.

My husband and I got married at the Sheraton on October 20, 2012, Denise Diaz and Ian went above and beyond our expectations!!! Denise was always very responsive and patient with all of our questions and she did everything possible to make our day perfect. The food was amazing, everything was very organized, on time and the entire day ran smoothly. I even recommended the venue to one of my good friends who is getting married there in June! You will not be disappointed if you book your wedding at the Sheraton!!!

We had our wedding this past September at the Sheraton of Eatontown. All I can say is WOW! it was truely a dream come true. My friends and family had an amazing time - the service was great, the venue was beautiful and the room decorated just as we wanted. The staff was super and accomodating from Denise our wedding planner, to Tom Riccardi - the amazing hotel manager who helped us every step of the way. We had the best wedding ever!!! \r

Sheraton made me and my wife's dreams come true...From the friendly and accommodating staff (Denise, Ian) to the chef, to the manager (Tom Riccardi). \r\rBackground is we were supposed to be married Aug. 27th but due to Hurricane Irene we had to postpone the wedding with our old reception venue. However due to poor decisions made on their part, we were forced to scurry and find a wedding with about 2 weeks notice and find a new venue.( BTW They are still holding all of our money) In steps the Sheraton...who pulled off an unbelievable wedding for us.....not only were they super sensitive to our Aug 27th wedding that didn't happen, they more than made up for it by giving us a great deal with a bunch of extra's thrown in... The only bad part is that this was our back up option due to unfortunate circumstances but in reality should have been the 1st choice from the very beginning!!!\r\rThank You once again guys for throwing us the Best Wedding Ever!!!!\r\rVenue was gorgeous, Ceremony was beautiful and the food was delicious!!!

Our guest and I stood at the Sheraton Eatontown. Melisa was the best, we talked all the time and helped me coordinate everything. The hotel was very nice and we had a great breakfast the next morning. I have to say i'm a very lucky girl to have the great place and help from the Sheraton.
