This venue is breathtaking and a hidden gem in the desert. Be aware, the service fee can be up to 25% so take that into account when budgeting. Worth every penny!

We loved that Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass could accommodate both an outdoor ceremony and reception, while still being very natural with desert landscaping! Sandra was very easy to work with, especially when my email account was having issues, she gave me her personal number and texted instead! The food was beyond amazing and the staff was very courteous. We absolutely loved our wedding and we have the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass and Sandra to thank for that!

We held our wedding reception at Wild Horse Pass. The location is beautiful, desert landscaping, well maintained grounds (makes for great photos) clean, bright, and open. The food that we chose from the caterer was Rosie for. Everyone is still talking about the risotto! The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. I'd say the only disappointing thing was our room was supposed to have complimentary champagne and strawberries waiting for us in our room and there wasn't any. My husband called and it took over 45 minutes to get them (we were so tired and just wanted to go to bed by the time they came). The staff also crowded towards the wall when we cut our cake so they are all in the background of our wedding photos. Other than that it was a spectacular venue to have a wedding reception at!

Let me start with the positive. The Wild Horse Pass has hands down the best catering in the valley! My photographer told me this info early in my planning and he was right! My guests could not stop raving about how great the food was, some stating that it was, “the best meal they’ve ever had!” Also, the surroundings and scenery environment is incredible! My fiancé and I both agreed that the drive back to the resort was so relaxing and a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of the city. \r\rNow the negative. The sales manager that we worked with was disappointing. All communications were initiated by me (because I needed answers to move forward with my planning). She had extremely limited availability for meetings, food tasting, and rehearsal. My fiancé and I had to take off work several times and were extremely limited for rehearsal times. Had we not asked for a tasting we would not have had one, and when you’re spending 10,000+ on catering I think you’d like to know what you’re getting. Finally, the day of the wedding she was away from the resort until just before the ceremony.\r\rThe Wild Horse Pass is unlike any other venue in the valley. The surroundings and resort accommodations were enjoyed by all of our guests. Just a word of caution regarding the sales manager.\r

This is a well kept secret in Chandler! The property is surrounded by beautiful golf courses, mountain ranges and breathtaking Arizona desert landscapes. We had our reception in the Akimel ballroom and it was perfect! The decorations and staff were wonderful. Thank you to Sandra for all your help! =)

I had guests coming form all over the world and put everyone up at the resort. The service was perfect. They adjusted our check in times so eveyone could get into a room as soon as they arrived. I will use them everytime someone comes into town. Donot forget to visit the spa and the restaurants PERFECTION!!!
