Sheraton Lisle Naperville Hotel Reviews
Megan Nakra(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 23-03-2019 Mona and Ceasar really came through for us. When our option to choose a Chicago venue fell through, Sheraton Lisle Naperville was the best choice and truly met our expectations. From the start, we new it would be difficult to plan a wedding so quickly, but Mona was patient, flexible and anticipated our needs. She asked us about the details we had not thought about from the color of linens, to gift box, to reservations. We changed the number of people, which they expertly accommodated in seating and hotel reservations. They offered a shuttle service from the hotel to our Welcome Party offsite. They provided extra mirrors and chairs for bridal suite. Additionally, they worked with our other vendors very well, especially Cuisine of India and Poonam Creations. We very much appreciate how sweet and patient Mona was with us to help make our day a wonderful experience! Reviewed on 07-04-2019
Gianni Jackson(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-02-2018 I am very disappointed my experience with the Sheraton. We sent several emails and made several phone calls almost 2 months trying to request information about a hotel block, possible wedding ceremony location and touring the facility. I finally made some headway through the Knot, however, the the communication was still slow. Then, finally I received an emailing stating they were not able to accomate us, becasue they had already booked the space. Very poor customer service. Reviewed on 18-04-2017
Christine Boepple(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-12-2014 The most stressful aspect of my wedding was staying at this hotel. The \"suite\" was small and dark - not ideal for day of preparation, but we dealt with it. The bride's suite reservation was lost, but we dealt with it. The mother of the bride's reservations were lost and her name was paired with a stranger's email during check-out (how did someone else's information get there?), but we dealt with it. The pricing of the suite changed based on the person you spoke to, but we paid and dealt with it. The hotel shuttle service ignored my husband's phone calls, refused to shuttle the bridal party 1.1 miles away to the ceremony (and informed the bride and groom the day before the wedding). When inquired further about not having transportation (and being notified at the very last minute), the employee stated, “call a cab.” But they would take wedding guests that were staying in the hotel (with the exception of the bridal party). Again, we dealt with it, but from a corporate level. \r\rThe staff was rude, disorganized, and unapologetic. \r\rAll this treatment for a platinum member – can you imagine your stay if you did not have status? molly moore(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-04-2014 We chose this venue originally because it was close. They did everything they could to make this day special for us and they succeeded. They made the planning as painless as possible and we could not have had a better time plus the food was fantastic. Reviewed on 02-09-2014

We started out somewhat rocky and unsure because we booked with the Wyndham who was bought by the Sheraton after our contract was signed. We spent many weeks nervous of our decision because of the hotels transition. Once the hotel got their staff in place and we settled in with the wedding coordinator everything was upfront and smooth. She was a delight to work with. She listened to my wishes, questions and concerns and did her best to address each issue. On the day of my daughters wedding the banquet hall was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff did a wonderful job. Everything was presented and executed for the most part, exactly how we were told it would be and it was clear to me it was the coordinator and banquet captain's goal to see that we were 100% pleased. Our guests used the hotel and there were some issues with the room blocks but in the end (again, thanks to our coordinator) the hotel staff was very helpful and even assisted us by handing out goodie bags we had made for our guests. We heard that the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was closed for renovation but other than that, I didn't hear one complaint. We had so many compliments on our daughters wedding that we were really quite happy with our decision. If I knew you would be working with the same staff that we did I would recommend The Sheraton Lisle. Reviewed on 15-06-2014
