Sheraton Valley Forge is a wedding venue situated in King of Prussia, PA. The hotel is conveniently located just 17 miles from Philadelphia International Airport, and close to the Liberty Bell Center and Valley Forge National Park. Out-of-town guests will appreciate this proximity to Philadelphia’s historic sites, while you and your partner will enjoy the venue’s luxurious amenities and all-inclusive services. Sheraton Valley Forge boasts more than 25,000 square feet of event space which can accommodate as many as 800 guests. The hotel has indoor and outdoor ceremony sites where you can tie the knot, including a courtyard with a covered pool and fire pit. The Grand Ballroom features 25-foot-high ceilings, a large white dance floor, and uplighting in a variety of colors. Blackout capabilities are also available in this spacious and sophisticated banquet hall. A pre-function foyer can be arranged to suit your cocktail hour, while we also offer rehearsal dinner add-on options. Sheraton Valley Forge offers comprehensive packages that come with tables, chairs, dishware, flatware, and help with setup and cleanup. We held our wedding at the Sheraton Valley Forge just over a month ago in June and it was an incredible day! From beginning to end the staff was amazing to work with and truly made our day one to remember. From planning to execution, Elizabeth, the catering sales manager, was amazing. She was incredibly prompt with returning any calls and answering any questions I had the whole way through. It truly felt like I was working with a friend and for that I am grateful because she greatly eased my stress. We are still receiving rave reviews from our guests about the food and the attentiveness of the staff throughout the night. Special shout out to Michael, one of the long-time Bellmen, who went out of his way to help us with anything we needed our entire stay. This is truly a gem in the Montgomery County wedding market. I think the value for what we paid is extremely competitive and worth every penny that we spent. Thank you for making our special day so unforgettable!

Every single person was just so helpful and nice. Our chef and wait staff did such a fantastic job. They would serve drinks to our guest so they did not have to wait in line at the bar. Just literally went above and beyond! The food was absolutely amazing!!! I still have guest reaching out to me raving about the food. I seriously wish I could relive my wedding day/night. One of my best days ever and all thanks to the Sheraton Hotel in Valley Forge!!

We loved the atmosphere of the grand ballroom at the Sheraton which sold us on this venue! With Covid, there were a few changes to who I had been working with throughout the process. When I had my final sit down, I met with Elizabeth Lotz, who was just starting with the Sheraton but I would have never known that! She was so knowledgeable, professional and went through every detail with me. She was so accommodating to any questions I had and extremely responsive over the next few short weeks. She offered suggestions on how to use make the most of our budget and understood every detail! She really brought my vision to life. She also made the night extremely less stressful for me as we have an 18 month old daughter and Elizabeth made sure she was fed on time and helped make the transition to our nanny as smooth as possible. The entire staff at the Sheraton was very professional and made us feel so welcome the entire weekend, especially the bell man, Michael! The food at cocktail hour was so delicious, as were the entrees. Everything about the wedding was exactly as I had hoped and I owe it to the Sheraton staff! Thank you!

We were supposed to go with this vendor for our 2019 wedding. The venue was nice but they pressure you into locking your date fast. As soon as we signed and gave them the deposit, the customer service dropped. It was a huge process to make minor changes, for every question they’d have to reach out or ask someone else. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. 4 months before our wedding, we had a family member pass away in our family suddenly, and we asked if we could reschedule for the following year. They wouldn’t let us reschedule for the following year and kept all of our deposits. Our Sangeet venue, The Notary, was so accommodating and easily let us reschedule for the following year. Ultimately we went with the Hilton Penns Landing to replan the wedding for 2020 and that team and venue there were a breeze when it came to planning. When COVID hit, both The Notary and Hilton were accommodating, and the Hilton even gave us a full refund on our deposit. All of our other vendors worked with us too to reschedule. I wouldn’t recommend this venue based on my experience with the team, and wish someone had warned me. When unfortunate and unforeseen events hit, you want to be working with a team that will be kind and understanding, at a time when you’re already stressed.

I could not have imagined our wedding day anywhere else but at the Sheraton Valley Forge! My husband Matt and I had our wedding reception at the Sheraton VF on 9/14/19, and we could not have asked for a more perfect day. As soon as we met Kim Lissner, we knew she was going to make sure every detail of our day was perfect. She was so easy to communicate with and was so supportive throughout the entire planning process. She gave excellent vendor recommendations and made an overwhelming process seem easy! She took the time to really get to know us as a couple and put personal touches on our day. The whole Sheraton staff was incredible to work with. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food, drinks, and hotel rooms. Since there is only one wedding going on at the hotel per day, everyone in the hotel really took the time to make us feel special. I would highly recommend this venue, but not just for its beautiful decor, modern hotel rooms, delicious food and drinks, but mostly for the amazing staff - especially Kim!

Kim truly worked with us to make sure our wedding was everything we ever dreamed of and how to make it our own. The reason our wedding was so amazing was because of Kim and the amazing staff (how common is it to be hugging your head waitress in the middle of the dance floor at the end of the night because you thought she did such an amazing job?!) We knew the most important thing to us was the food and it was a hit! Kim connected us with amazing vendors, she was always in constant contact with us, answered my 900 emails (never making me feel dumb for my questions) and that night everything turned out perfect. I wish I could do it all over again and not change one thing about that day! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars because it was so much more!

Johnfrank and I (Veronica)had a 375 people wedding at the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel in King of Prussia, PA on Saturday, Novemeber 30th, 2019. We had the pleasure of working with Kim Lissner, the sales coordinator throughout the entire process. WOW! Although we didnt hire a wedding planner for our huge party she pretty much became ours by default and did a wonderful job with every detail and coordinating vendors with our busy full time jobs. The Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel in KOP is very lucky to have her on their team. I never met the people who made the food but guest are still raving about the mahi mahi and cocunut shrimp and doughnut desserts. MIKE the bellman is amazing and friendly as well as Christain and everyone else present that entire weekend. There were a few others I met but can not remember their names however they should be recognized for their outstanding service! We had rehearsal dinner at the hotel on Friday night and were taken care of by a wonderful crew, Jason DiDomenico helped us organize a wonderful and personal menu and all guest enjoyed their customer service and the food was like a 5 star steak house. Thank you to the really nice bartenders Carol and the other really nice gentlemen who bartended our guest on saturday night when the wedding ended. It was a magical evening. Whoever worked between friday November 29 2019 to December 1, 2020 was by far the friendliest team and treated all of my family and friends like their own. I have been to alot of weddings at hotels and stayed at many hotels and I can not emphasize the customer service this team has provided and that they feel like my own family. Thank you to all of you and we will be back at our 1 year anniversary for some wine and steak dinner !!!!!! Veronica and JF Stubits

She always responded to our questions quickly and was so friendly and happy to make sure that our day went exactly the way we wanted. We held our daughter's wedding, both the ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Valley Forge and they exceeded all of our expectations! From the date we booked it, over a year in advance, they worked with us every step of the way. Kim Lissner was outstanding in all of the planning and especially the logistics/choreography the day of. Everything happened perfectly.Our guests raved about the food! Each course was delicious - it wasn't like being at a banquet, it was a five star restaurant. The entree's were terrific!The vendors recommended by Kim were professional and did an outstanding job. We have to give a special accolade to the florist Carl Allen. The flowers were sensational.We can't say enough about the staff , they were so attentive to our every need. Our guest even commented that they looked lost for a fraction of a second and someone was there to direct them. So many of the team were instrumental and we know we are leaving names off, however, Michael and Ryan were on top of helping us move stuff in and logistics, Tasha (Maitre D’) at the reception was like part of the family and we can't forget the bartenders Kelly and Dave who so many of our guest got to know quite well!We can't say enough about how this turned out to be a perfect day and a perfect choice!

From the date we booked it, over a year in advance, they worked with us every step of the way. Kim Lissner was outstanding in all of the planning and especially the logistics/choreography the day of. Everything happened perfectly.Our guests raved about the food! Each course was delicious - it wasn't like being at a banquet, it was a five star restaurant. The entree's were terrific!The vendors recommended by Kim were professional and did an outstanding job. We have to give a special accolade to the florist Carl Allen. The flowers were sensational.We can't say enough about the staff , they were so attentive to our every need. Our guest even commented that they looked lost for a fraction of a second and someone was there to direct them. So many of the team were instrumental and we know we are leaving names off, however, Michael and Ryan were on top of helping us move stuff in and logistics, Tasha (Maitre D’) at the reception was like part of the family and we can't forget the bartenders Kelly and Dave who so many of our guest got to know quite well!We can't say enough about how this turned out to be a perfect day and a perfect choice!

We cannot say how grateful we are to have had our wedding at the Sheraton VF. From the first prospective tour with Jeff, we felt heard. Jeff and Kim took time to listen to our vision for our special day and bring it to life. The facility is versatile and beautiful. We had a large guest list (285) and it was super important to us that no one felt crowded. Kim made sure there was adequate space in our room and on our dance floor! My parents are foodies and wanted to make sure the meals were delicious. Kim communicated ALL of our requests to the chef and our guests raved about the food. My dad wanted guests to easily access a bar and Jeff made sure to make careful note of this in our contract. We had four bars! It was awesome. The room blocking was so well-organized, our families and friends were easily accommodated and enjoyed their stay. Cocktail hour was a blast. And I cannot get over how much fun we had with our maitre d, Tasha. The Sheraton made our wedding planning stress-free and fun. I could not imagine a better experience anywhere else. My cousin and his fiancee booked the same reception hall for their upcoming wedding. And my friend told her newly engaged sister about how accommodating the Sheraton was for our large group, and she also booked it! If this doesn't say 5 stars, I don't know what else does! Kim Lissner, Catering Sales Manager at the Sheraton Valley Forge, made all of our dreams come through! When we first signed with the Sheraton Valley Forge we were working with someone else, but thankfully our wedding was handed off to Kim. Kim was extremely attentive, accommodating, quick to respond to all of our requests and beyond helpful. Of all of the small things that could have went wrong, Kim stepped in and single-handedly solved every one of them.Kim was generally invested in and took an interest in turning our vision in to the most important day of our lives. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim and her team at the Sheraton Valley Forge.The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the process of my guests making a hotel reservation under our wedding room block. Right before we planned our wedding, the Sheraton and Mariott Hotels merged. Due to the merger, all hotel reservations were sent to the central Mariott call center. This caused problems when my guests tried to secure a room because the Mariott employees were not familiar with my wedding block and unknowingly and unintentionally relayed inaccurate information to my guests stating that there were no more rooms available and/or they were unable to receive the room block discounted cost. I am confident that this was an unfortunate circumstance because the merger was new and do not think the problem will persist. Since we were getting married on New Years Eve, it was important to me that all of my guests were able to book a room within the block because I wanted to ensure that everyone was safe.Kim was the reason that our wedding was the most perfect night of our lives.. Thank you Kim!!!

Where to even being except by saying that you! Jeff you and your staff helped pull off the wedding of our dreams, even almost a year later people are saying how great it was. I was one of the brides who signed with Raquel, we loved her she was on the same page with all of our ideas, she saw our vision for our New Years eve wedding. We love and still love the space and the layout of the ballroom. So when i did not hear back i instantly, like any bride would went into panic mode. But thankfully i received a call from Jeff who assured me everything would be ok and to come in and meet with him face to face to figured everything out. And yes he did, over the next year an a half Jeff went above and beyond for us, met with us whenever we needed to, let our vendors come to see the space, answered everyone of my questions, and did everything he could to keep the vision we originally discussed with Raquel come to life. Our pictures are phenomenal with the background of the space in them. Originally we were looking around 300 guests (ended with 250) and we never once were worried about anyone feeling crammed, the room is large but still at the same time wasn't too large where you lost some of the romantic feeling we wanted for our night. With us getting married on a Sunday we had our rehearsal dinner at Raplh's on Saturday. Our guest stayed all weekend and everyone they came in contact with were super helpful and nice. The front desk made check in a breeze and even handed out welcome bags we made to everyone staying. From one happy bride to future brides, if you are thinking about having your wedding here i promise they will do everything to make sure your day is perfect!

I recently got married there September 3, 2017.When I had initially visited the venue, I had met with their sales and catering manager Raquel Sanchez.She was pleasant and gave us the assurance that booking the Sheraton for our wedding would be the best decision we would make.After we had signed the contract, Raquel said she was our point person.My wife and I called Raquel several times because we wanted to go ahead and start planning our wedding.We never heard from Raquel to this day, we left her several messages and emails and finally, after weeks, we were put in touch with Jeff Sands.We had then learned that Raquel was no longer employed at Sheraton.Jeff Sands was the Director of catering, he was also pleasant and assured us that our wedding would go smoothly.Unfortunately, nothing went smoothly and in fact my wedding day was nothing short of a chaotic nightmare.The contract we signed gave us a maître d, captain and white glove service, we did not receive a captain, or a single server that had any serving, hosting, and bartending experience. During our reception, we were only given 4 bartenders, the contract stated we would get 1 bartender per 75 guests, my wedding reception had 650 guests. The bars were understocked with bar tools, glassware, liquor and staff. I had to wait myself being the groom for a drink, because the bartender said she didn’t have a shaker.The contract had also stated the venue would provide 2 servers per 3 tables, which was the biggest lie of all because no one was there to refill waters during the dinner nor was there anyone to pick up plates or refold dinner napkins.My guests had to get up and get water themselves.The hotel was so incredibly under staffed, that my family had to help clean up the rooms for breakfast the next morning.To ensure our guests have a nice breakfast the morning after our wedding we had paid extra to have breakfast in the last section of the ballroom.The staff never cleaned the space, so we had to split our guests up in 2 different break rooms which was confusing for all our guests and the caterers because they had instructions beforehand of where and how to set up breakfast.To make matters worse, we also had problems with our hotel rooms, check in process.On Friday, September 1, 2017 our guests started arriving to the hotel, they had issues checking in.The front desk could not find their names and could not see how many rooms each guest had.We kept receiving calls from both sides of our family seeing if they were at the correct Sheraton.Saturday night, my wife and her family was checking in, they had an unpleasant checking in process.They said they had no room listed under my wife's name, she gave my name, they still could not find it.After that the front desk agent got so flustered she asked my wife to come behind the desk and check herself to see if she would be able to find it.My wife found her room and checked herself in, she only knew how to do this because both of our families own and operate hotels.After my wife had checked herself in, she and my father in law had to stand next to the front desk agent and help her check in all the guests.They had put people in so many different types of rooms than we had booked.It was a living nightmare.The hotel rooming list was given to Jeannine Bates days in advance, so she can input all the reservations, she did not convey the list to the front desk because they had n0 instructions on what to do and no clue on how to fix any of the issues.

David and I recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Valley Forge Sheraton. Everything was PERFECT! Jeff and his staff were exceptional from beginning to end. Everyone was flexible, professional, and courteous. The food was better than most restaurants in the area. We had out-of-town guests that stayed there at the hotel, and they were very satisfied as well. I would absolutely recommend having any event at this venue!

Everyone was flexible, professional, and courteous. The food was better than most restaurants in the area. We had out-of-town guests that stayed there at the hotel, and they were very satisfied as well. I would absolutely recommend having any event at this venue!

We initially signed on with Raquel (the wedding coordinator at the time) a year prior to our event. However, like what many wedding venues experience, she ended up leaving as we really started to communicate with the Sheraton regarding our wedding day details. Of course, as most brides would, I started to freak out after hearing our wedding coordinator was no longer there. However, I was quickly relaxed when I started working with Jeff. Jeff was always so quick to respond to my questions, was ready for them, and was always two steps ahead. He was also very accommodating and flexible with our requests and was always excited to talk to us about our event, even though he does weddings and other events all the time at the Sheraton. He wanted to make sure our day was perfect and how we wanted it, which was nice to see and experience. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and EVERYONE helping with our event was so AMAZING and so nice. They made sure we were well taken care of, as well as our parents, and made sure our guests had everything they needed throughout the night. We couldn't have asked for better service. The food was amazing and just how we experienced it when we had our tasting, which was also a great experience and fun. The presentation of the food and the food itself was well liked by our guests and no one had any complaints. We had both our ceremony (inside) and our reception at the Sheraton. Everything was set up how we wanted. Some of our guests stayed the night, and they all had positive things to say about the rooms. The only issue with the front desk and check in was that they forgot to give out some of the welcome bags to our guests who checked in on Friday, which was a little upsetting. However, it is only a minor detail in the overall experience at the Sheraton and was also separate from everyone who was helping with our actual ceremony and reception. So definitely not a deal breaker if you are looking at the Sheraton as a venue. My husband and I are so happy we chose the Sheraton as our venue and hope to be back there very soon at another event as guests.

We had our daughter's wedding on April 22nd. I expected a nice event, but I have to say I was wowed. And my guests were raving fans. Many were extremely complimentary about everything--- the room, the food, the staff. I even received a thank you from a guest from the groom's side that used many superlatives to describe the event.. It is one thing if people in the wedding party are taken care of, but myguests had very good things to say about the wait staff and the quality ofthe food.Some extras that we had that enhanced the event were the martini bar, the small plates station and the dessert bar Between the ice sculpture and the various stations where you could make your own sundae, have made to order bananas foster or international coffees, my guests said they had never been to a wedding like this before.I want to personally thank Jeff, Andy Justin and others whose names I do not know that were very attentive to my guests. I saw some of the same faces the next morning at the brunch we had for about 30, and they were all bright and cheery. Hamid at the front desk even went out of his way to help my niece with her dress that had a security device still attached to it.Speaking of the brunch, I was worried that the buffet would be the typical cold, not very good, fare. That was definitely not the case. The food was hot and tasty.Oh, and it was really convenient to have the guests stay in the rooms right at the hotel. We did not worry about transportation or anyone driving home after the reception.I expected good things for the reception, but the Sheraton Valley Forge far exceeded my expectations!

We had our daughter's wedding on April 22nd. I expected a nice event, but I have to say I was wowed. And my guests were raving fans. Many were extremely complimentary about everything--- the room, the food, the staff. I even received a thank you from a guest from the groom's side that used many superlatives to describe the event.. If you want your wedding to be coordinated by a used car salesman who will try and oversell you and under deliver than you are in the right place. I originally signed the contract with Raquel who everyone on The Knot raved about. She was fine although I could tell that she was less than impressed by my 120 person wedding. She then did not respond to my emails for 7 months. When I emailed her 1 month before the wedding I found out she was no longer there and Jeff Sands was my new coordinator. Okay, Fine. I already signed a contract paid a ton of money and was 1 month out it's not like I could change anything. Jeff is a used car sales man. First of all, he did not even apologize for the horrible customer service I had already experienced for 7 months. Here's a tip Jeff, take ownership! I don't care who didn't respond to my emails I just want someone to take ownership, acknowledge that it was bad, and apologize. He did not do that. 1 month before the wedding my husband and I had to start from scratch. Jeff made it seem like he was going out of his way to accommodate us (I asked about drapery I saw online in another wedding same location) he made it seem like a big deal I was getting something I had seen that was done. The actual wedding was lovely, the food was delicious and our other vendors were incredible but Jeff Sands LEFT THE RECEPTION without even telling us he left! So when we had a problem with the AC, Lights and Cake Cutting, no one was there to help us! If you want to have a wedding with poor customer service but good food here's your place. But if I had to do it again customer service out weighs everything and I want to feel like a bride not like someone being swindled over by a fast talking used car salesman.

My husband and I hosted our daughter Alexis and Kraig's wedding on September 24, 2016. Raquel Sanchez was professional, amicable and prompt to respond to our needs. Any requests made by Alexis and Kraig were met. All our family and guests continue to rave about the delicious food and wonderful service. The cocktail hour fresh seafood and brochette stations were outstanding. Not to mention the Philly cheese steak station served at 10PM! My husband states the Filet Mignon served as a dinner choice was of the finest quality served at perfect temperature. Well done chef! Thanks also to Jeannine Bates for handling the accommodations for our block of rooms for the wedding. The rooms were lovely and staff was very pleasant and attentive to our needs.

Perfection! Everything about the process - from initially booking the Sheraton Valley Forge to planning, to celebrating at the reception - was seamless. Our wedding coordinator, Raquel Sanchez, was the absolutely the reason we booked the venue. From the beginning she made me feel at ease and not stressed. I trusted she would be able to see my vision for the wedding and make it a reality. She made sure the day went off without a hitch! The hotel is beautiful, charming and just has a really cool, vibe. The food was amazing - and the wedding package is very generous. Tons of food options, open bar, cake included, and more. (Side note: I don't particularly like cake... but this one was delicious!) They were also able to easily accommodate anyone with special diets - vegetarian or gluten-free. Super cool bar in the lobby area that was fun to The staff treated all of my guests like it was their own wedding, vip treatment for everyone. Andy the maitre de made my husband and I feel like royalty. My wedding was almost a month ago now everyone is still talking about it! A++

A bonus is that Raquel is exceptional to work with. She was there throughout the process and resolved any question or concern in a timely and flawless manner. In addition, the day of Sheraton team (Sara, Andy, etc.) also did a phenomenal job and helped make this the most memorable day of our lives. While searching for wedding venues, I had some big ideas and had no idea how to pull it off. I wanted family style Indian and American food for our reception to keep a blend of Western and Indian heritage as my fiance is Italian, Irish and German and I am Indian. I also wanted it to feel like people were in an elegant place to dance and enjoy themselves without feeling like it was just any other hotel. The Sheraton Valley Forge had all the qualities I needed and wanted for our big night this past weekend and I can't thank them and especially Raquel enough. Throughout the planning process Raquel was in constant communication even when she was on vacation and getting engaged! She completely understands a bride's fears and knows how to handle every single on of them. She's very real and pulled this amazing event together for us. We can't thank her and the team that made our wedding happen enough. With her constant support, we were able to have family style for 320 people, a homemade photo booth, a night of dancing the night away, and fantastic bartenders. I can't say enough about the team at the Sheraton. Our caterers, Rasoi, did a fantastic job pulling together American style appetizers and dinners as well and they knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend going to the Sheraton for a fusion/Indian wedding. They've handled the chaos before and they did not break a sweat even with my insane family. Thank you!!!!!

Raquel in particular was amazing - super responsive in terms of getting back to you about any concerns you have throughout the process of planning the event.Not to mention that the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and was exactly what we had in mind when we were thinking about where we wanted to get married. We had about 325 guests attend our wedding and the space in the Grand Ballroom along with the attached ballrooms was more than enough space to accommodate everyone.Raquel and the staff thought of everything when it came to the event - she even designated a particular staff member whose sole responsibility was to take care of the bride and the groom in terms of getting us food or anything else we may have needed throughout the weekend. She was absolutely wonderful!! Everyone was so kind and the service is unparalleled. Overall, having our wedding at the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel was a dream come true thanks to everyone who was involved and we couldn't imagine starting our lives together with a grander event at a more perfect venue!

We had our daughter and son in laws wedding reception at the Sheraton of Valley Forge! It was truly spectacular from beginning to end! Everything was amazing and way better than we anticipated! The service was absolutely unbelievable. Raquel Sanchez The wedding Cordinator, was a great help from beginning to end, we were so well taken care of and every detail was perfect. Any questions/request we had her response was immediate. Andy, the head waiter was an absolute blast to work with, he made sure everything we or our guests needed was taken care of immediately! He then turned around in the morning and served us an amazing morning brunch! Tyrone was also truly wonderful, he was everywhere! Anything we needed, he took care of it! All of the wait staff was so accommodating, not only to the bride and groom but to everyone! Loved having a private room for wedding party to freshen up and eat hors d'oeuvres (which were unbelievable). We have received so many compliments on how awesome the wedding was and delicious the food was! We also had the Venetian dessert buffet which was over and above what we had hoped for! It was worth every penny. The Starbucks coffee was such a nice treat! The ice sculpture was beautiful and all of the desserts were so delicious! The lighting in the room is so beautiful and set the mood for a wonderful evening of dancing and fun! We also extended the reception for an extra hour and they danced the whole time! The best part was our ride home was an elevator ride up to our room! The Hotel room was beautiful! The hotel staff was very helpful also. If you are searching for a wedding that you will never forget you found the right spot! My daughter and Son in law said it was the best day of their lives!

There was no point in time that I felt overwhelmed or questioned how the place would look and if our decor would be setup the way I pictured. She was always jotting down notes and on the day of the wedding everything was just as we hoped and wanted. Raquel was always available and responsive to my texts, calls, emails, and our meetings. The day of the wedding she was checking in on us constantly and making sure we were happy! Our menu was great and we received lots of good reviews on how tasty the food was. The rest of the staff was a joy!!!! Andy killed it all night and don't get me started on the next morning, all of our things were packed and he helped us load everything in the car. He was a true gentleman. Overall I would say the team at the Sheraton in Valley Forge is A+, good customer service is hard to come by these days so thank you for all you did and for making our wedding day literally the best day ever!!!

The food was incredible, the room is very spacious (281 people and we weren't crammed at all), and the staff was wonderful to work with! Raquel keeps everything together so you don't have to worry about a thing. Every member of the wait staff is friendly and accommodating. We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception here and we would have never thought to have it anywhere else. From the service to the amenities this place has it all. All of the staff are very friendly and I knew and trusted that all of our guests would be taken care of and have a great time! Our coordinator Raquel made everything flawless and also assisted in a lot of the small details; we were blown away with how she was able to take our vision(s) to the next level; beyond our imagination gorgeous! Whenever we had a question or concern she and the rest of the staff were easy to contact and got responses promptly. The food at the venue is five stars delicious, we had so many friends and family comment about how awesome every dish was! You can customize the cocktail hour to something personal and fun from many different food bar and drink options. This is a laundry list of things but we cannot talk enough about every moment the Sheraton helped us create to make our wedding the most special day of our lives. So, bride to bride, Definately consider this an option for your special day!

If your looking for a modern, CARE FREE, hands downs best wedding day experience The Sheraton Of Valley Forge is your place! Staff, food, and venue were awesome. Jeff Sands was so easy to work with. He was flexible with our needs. Everybody from the doorman to the servers were so nice and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to hold our wedding.

My husband and I cannot begin to express our gratitude for the staff at the Sheraton in Valley Forge! Raquel Sanchez is amazing, and made our day as perfect as it could be. She answered all of our questions, was incredibly flexible, and so supportive. Everyone at the Sheraton was so accommodating to not only us, but all of our guests. We have heard rave reviews from many of our guests, and we loved everything we saw and tasted for ourselves; from the food we ate to our checkout. If there was one note we heard from our guests, it was that there were not enough cocktail tables at cocktail hour. I can't say enough good things about the Valley Forge Sheraton as a great place to have a wedding reception. Everything from the ballroom,the food, the service, was wonderful.! Raquel the wedding specialist made everything seem so easy! Everything was perfectly in place!Andy, the head waiter,Edward and Tyrone did a fabulous job serving all the guests and at the same time, they seemed to be having fun too!Thank you so much for making my daughter and son in law have a perfect day!

I can't say enough good things about the Valley Forge Sheraton as a great place to have a wedding reception. Everything from the ballroom,the food, the service, was wonderful.! Raquel the wedding specialist made everything seem so easy! After researching multiple venues for our wedding, we chose the Sheraton Valley Forge. We were a little hesitant because did not know anyone else who had their wedding there and it is a relatively new venue. We are very much glad we picked it. \r\rWe had an Indian Wedding and live in the Lehigh Valley. Raquel was our event manager and she was truly incredible. Sheraton VF is about an hour away from the Lehigh Valley as well as Edison, NJ. This helped because it was in proximity to a majority of our guests. The property is only a few years old and the hotel rooms are really nice. The ballroom was gorgeous and the LED up-light add a great vibe to it. The hotel itself added an extra layer of glamour to our wedding and allowed for everyone to stay their and celebrate. \r\rThe hotel staff was very accommodating to most of our requests and ensured everything went smoothly. Especially due to the complexity of an Indian wedding, they were very familiar with most of the different activities and foods. I would highly Sheraton Valley Forge for anyone looking to have an Indian Wedding.

We wanted a small wedding and we wanted to make it easy for all of our out of town guests ... mostly family. The Sheraton Valley Forge was the answer we needed. While not the most original of wedding locations, it was available when we needed it, priced in our budget, and let us have the accommodations we needed for my mother-in-law who has mobility issues. Ray Sowden, catering manager, was SO easy to work with. The food was simply amazing ... the butlered hors d'oevres, the stations, the dinner ... filet for 70 ... all perectly cooked. We have had tons of compliments on the food!! \r\rThe only drawback is that if you want non-industrial looking chairs for ceremony or reception, you'll need to rent. The chairs were not a hill I was going to die on (nor was I going to spend extra money to rent chairs!!) but they aren't pretty at all.\r\rThe hotel was recently gutted and basically rebuilt so the furnishings are nice and new. Very shiny, very modern look. The rooms all have Heavenly Beds and new soft furnishings (comforters, beds, furniture). A suite for the bride and groom was part of our package and we lots of room for for me. We would have been very cramped if I had more than 2 bridesmaids. Maybe they would have offered some other room for getting ready? I didn't need it. \r\rThey have a bridal party room with everything being served at the cocktail hour so I don't feel like my husband and I missed out on food or drink because we were taking pictures and by that point we were both hungry and thirsty!!\r\rWait staff was attentive and our bartenders were bionic to keep up with the drink requests!!\r\rWe wandered down to the hotel bar to do some pictures and we ordered a drink. When I tried to put it on our room bill, they told us, \"Congratulations! It's on us!\"\r\rI felt like it was family taking care of us and of our guests.

We had about 200 people at our Jewish wedding. We had a kosher affair and the guests loved the food. Our wedding was outside and so pretty. Noreen and the hotel staff were great to work with. The only thing is they are not very flexible with changes, especially if it is not their vendor. They were great for allergies. We had a food and wine tasting. The staff was all very professional. If you use the hotel I suggest the bridal party get the two room suite. It is huge and great for getting ready.

Having our wedding at the Sheraton Valley Forge was great! The hotel is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. The food is delicious, and all the staff are friendly and attentive. It was so convenient that all our out of town guests were able to stay right there, and the room rates were reasonable. The ballroom even has built in uplighting, and you can change it to almost any color. We got so many compliments from our guests on how great everything looked and how good the food was. The wedding packages are convenient and even include the wedding cake, which was one of the best cakes I've ever had. The staff are easy to work with, I felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing that night. The only downsides are that there is not a great ceremony space, and you have to know each guest's entree choice, which can be a bit of work (especially if you have a big wedding). On the flipside, we found the price per guest to be reasonable, so that was a plus! Overall, I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Valley Forge for a wedding reception. We had a great time!

They offered us a wonderful wedding package and were very accommodating to all our needs. We are thrilled to be having our wedding here and can not wait for the big day!!
