Overall we are very happy with Signature. Over the last 2 years there was high turnover with the event coordinator which led to confusion on our wedding date, prices etc. At the end of the day everything was perfect.

DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE! Throughout the entire planning process, communication was horrendous. We dealt with FIVE planners over the course of a year and were never notified when employees left. With such high turnover, so many things fell through the cracks. We were shocked that our planner didn’t even show up on the night of our wedding. We didn’t receive any notice and had no alternative contact to turn to during the reception for various issues. We were told by multiple servers and bar tenders that it was their first or second day on the job, and they didn’t know how to make a single drink. They apparently ran out of scotch, champagne, and beer during cocktail hour, which is completely unacceptable. They had zero experience or training about the job and it seemed that it was a scramble to find people to staff our event. Management at this venue completely failed to adequately host our reception. We noticed a disgusting mess of smashed food on the windows and we told multiple workers who never cleaned it up. There was a bird flying around inside, so many issues with our cake and cake cutting, centerpiece candles not lit, missing guest chairs and place settings, the list goes on…We do not feel that we were taken care of or treated as valued customers given the amount of money we spent there. We would not recommend Signature of Solon to anyone getting married and would highly encourage everyone to go elsewhere.

We could not have been happier with this venue. The space was perfect for our needs. I honestly don't think any other venue could have offered us the spaces and flexibility that we needed. The staff went OVER AND ABOVE to please us. The bridge and the dramatic staircase (which we had decorated with faux candles and greenery) were perfect for gorgeous pictures. Would definitely recommend.

I must commend Jennifer at Signature of Solon for the outstanding job she and her staff did for the Kostandaras wedding! There was nothing but praise from everyone that attended. Jennifer was amazing and made everything perfect on my wedding day. It was a lot of back and forth and took about a million phone calls but it was worth it. My wedding turned out exactly the way I wanted it to. She listened to what I wanted and turned it into reality. There was never a line at the bar, dinner service was seamless, and the whole event was so impressive multiple people came up to ask about having their own weddings at Signature! The whole day could not have gone any better. I HIGHLY recommend Signature of Solon and Jennifer.

To sum our experience in one word would be “perfect”.Our ceremony was outside with a beautiful greenery and a lake. The weather was perfect!Our entire day was awesome from getting ready in the bridal suite with all of my bridesmaids to brunch and mimosas. It was the best start to our perfect day!Jennifer Gilmore was the best event coordinator ever and I can say this because we had to switch our venue last minute and she picked up the pieces! She was able to match our wedding perfectly. The food was phenomenal the wait staff were attentive and helpful. Our guests felt safe and were able to enjoy themselves from beginning to end.covid made things tough but I couldn’t have asked for a better day at a better venue with or with out a pandemic.

We used the Signature Room at Signature of Solon Country Club for my daughter's bridal shower on August 15, 2020. Jennifer was awesome to work with in planning the event. She gave many helpful suggestions, was prompt with emails and phone calls, and helped us set up the room. She allowed us to come in the day before to decorate which made the day of the shower stress free! The service was prompt and friendly; we had a plated luncheon for 30 people and everyone was served quickly. The food and drinks were delicious! I would not hesitate to use Signature of Solon Country Club again in the future.

The venue itself is a reason alone to say yes to the reception hall. Add in the staff, and this place is such a winner. Michael made it so easy to plan my wedding here. He was very thorough with emailing to get details for my wedding to make sure the day went smoothly. The venue itself is so beautiful. I had so many people compliment me on the area. The plated food we went with was delicious, and I'm still having people talk about how good the food was to this day. Dinner was served promptly. Overall, I would say yes to the venue over and over and over again.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here on July 7th, 2018. We could not have asked for more wonderful staff, and the venue is gorgeous. Michael, the event coordinator, is truly incredible. He is down to earth with the perfect touch of professionalism. He helped our day to be exactly what we wanted it to be and the event ran smoothly (with the help of the other amazing staff of course). We had SO many compliments about how incredible the food was and the great service they received.

Michael, the event coordinator, is truly incredible. He is down to earth with the perfect touch of professionalism. Signature of Solon made for the best wedding reception ever. The ballroom was the perfect size for our 300 guests. We got an extra bar for the cocktail hour, which really helped with traffic, flow, and access to drinks. We were able to fit all of our guests without having to put tables on the dance floor, there was plenty of room for our band to set up, and the dance floor was full, but not over-crowded. The groom and I were able to sneak out to a beautiful bridge on the golf course for some late night pictures. It was the perfect space. There were also conveniently located elevators to help our elderly guests get to the party.The food was phenomenal. Our hors-d'oeuvres were convenient and delicious. There were tons of delicious options. The stationary snacks were a huge plus, as well. Sometimes it's scary to imagine that the perfect dishes from the tasting will translate on a large scale, but let me tell you: Signature delivered. We received countless compliments from guests on the food. We were able to give our guests 3 options to pick from and all of them were fabulous. The caterers brought out the food very quickly, and all the dishes were covered to conserve warmth. A few guests reported that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding.We were originally working with Melanie, but when she went on maternity leave Michael took over for us. Michael was professional, friendly and flexible with making our vision come to life. We were able to play golf on the course, which was a plus. My only complaint is that Signature employees were not very responsive to emails, but it didn't end up affecting anything in the long run. Overall, great service.I would highly recommend having your wedding at Signature of Solon. It was a wonderful experience, and I loved every minute. Happy bride, happy groom, happy families, happy guests!!

Signature is a beautiful venue and it shined even brighter with the decor. Michael and his staff were easy to work with and extremely accommodating. They worked tirelessly to make our big day perfect. We didn't use their caterer as we wanted Indian cuisine. Only hiccup was when their stage broke a few weeks before our wedding and they replaced it with a smaller stage. We ended up having to rent a stage which was a disappointing last minute expense.

Signature was AMAZING. They did all of the hard work for me, and made the whole process easier. Melanie, our coordinator, made the day go by so smoothly. I loved that the venue was so all-inclusive. The guests raved about the food, particularly the mini Beef Wellington. There are only two reasons I am giving this a four star instead of five. First, would be communication. While everything got finished without a hitch, I was concerned at times when I couldn't get any information back. Sometimes it would take 3 weeks or more to hear back. I also got a couple complaints from a couple of vendors who tried to contact Signature and were unable to get a hold of them. Also, you pay for two police officers. Toward the end of the night, two guests got into an altercation. When I went to find an officer, they were no where to be found. (Though, I realize that this is not necessarily the fault of Signature, more the Solon PD). But other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend Signature. We had a last minute change in plans due to weather, and they made the indoor space so beautiful it brought me to tears. If you have the money to spend, I definitely recommend checking out Signature.

Signature was AMAZING. They did all of the hard work for me, and made the whole process easier. Melanie, our coordinator, made the day go by so smoothly. I loved that the venue was so all-inclusive. The guests raved about the food, particularly the mini Beef Wellington. There are only two reasons I am giving this a four star instead of five. First, would be communication. While everything got finished without a hitch, I was concerned at times when I couldn't get any information back. Sometimes it would take 3 weeks or more to hear back. I also got a couple complaints from a couple of vendors who tried to contact Signature and were unable to get a hold of them. Also, you pay for two police officers. Toward the end of the night, two guests got into an altercation. When I went to find an officer, they were no where to be found. (Though, I realize that this is not necessarily the fault of Signature, more the Solon PD). But other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend Signature. We had a last minute change in plans due to weather, and they made the indoor space so beautiful it brought me to tears. If you have the money to spend, I definitely recommend checking out Signature.

Signature of Solon was a perfect venue! David and the entire staff were great to work with and helped take the stress and worry off the Bride. David was such a pleasure to work with especially while planning a wedding while living out of town! He was always available by phone or email to work out any little or major detail. The food was excellent! View was beautiful! I cant say enough positive things about the magical event and venue!

Signature of Solon did an amazing job with Katherine & Greg's wedding reception, a plated dinner for 220 guests. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The upstairs ballroom has many windows and a large dance floor. There are many photo ops within the building, on the golf course and on the grounds near the club. The food was excellent, presented very well and timely. The service was \"over the top.\" The entire staff from planning to executing was very organized, helpful and responsive.

Amazing! All of the staff, especially Dave Ohmer who coordinated everything, pulled together to create a magical day for us. The Full Ballroom that we had was gorgeous. I arrived early and Dave brought me in to the room. I was floored. Everything was absolutely perfect, more than I could have dreamed of. The staff was professional, fun and the night was perfect. Everything from the food, to decor and they way we were treated was top notch. Thank you Signature of Solon and all of your amazing staff. We heard over and over again how wonderful the food was. Also, my husband had a button pop off his vest and the manager took it and sewed it back on. Their service and personal attention was excellent.;There is not a comfortable outside area for smokers. Because it is a gated community there were houses in the backdrops of some of the pictures, which I would rather not have seen.
