Having our wedding at Sirata Beach Resort was the best decision we made. We knew we wanted to have a destination wedding, but had no idea where to start with the logistics. We visited 4 hotels in the area, and the minute we stepped foot on Sirataâs property, and met Kelli Love, we knew we had found the place.Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Kelli was extremely organized and put my mind at ease when I physically lived thousands of miles away. She was patient and responsive with all my questions, and you can tell the entire staff at Sirata is a well-oiled machine. We only had one visit to Sirata during our entire planning process (for our tasting), and still not ONE thing went wrong our on wedding day. Kelli and her team also have an amazing list of preferred vendors, which made the few things I did have to do on my own extremely easy. We received so many compliments on how good our cocktail hour and reception food was, and the staff made sure my husband and I were well fed, which is so important. (They always say youâll forget to eat on your wedding day, and itâs absolutely true).A few important shout outs if you get the chance to work with any of these folks at Sirata: Kelli and Jessica are the two main coordinators. They both went above and beyond to help with our dĂ©cor, keep our bridal party in line, and thought of every single logistic so I didnât have to. Melissa was a tremendous help during our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, and made sure that all of our events were timely and perfect. Greyson at the front desk made sure our guests were taken care of, and went above and beyond to make sure all the rooms in our block were comfortable for them. Shanna and Jakeya helped tremendously with our room block, and even helped deliver welcome bags for our guests at check-in. Derek, our reception bartender, made our drinks strong and delicious, and all our guests loved him! All the staff at the two bars on the property, particularly Shanna and Kevin, made sure we were well-fed all weekend and made sure our guests always had a drink in their hand. đ Everyone you meet at Sirata is so friendly, and made us and our guests feel so welcome.The entire crew at the Sirata brought our dream wedding to life, far beyond anything we could have imagined. The property is absolutely perfect for an extended weekend for out-of-town guests. On top of our ceremony and reception, we had a welcome party the night before at Rum Runners, and a farewell brunch the next day at Harryâs. Our guests appreciated how easy all the logistics were, which is exactly what we wanted for our destination wedding. The property is also dog friendly, so we were able to have our beloved pug stand up in our wedding. Sirata not only helped with the permits to have him on the beach, but they ENCOURAGED our obsession with our dog đIt's been a month since our wedding and Iâm still emotional thinking about how grateful I am to Kelli and the entire Sirata staff. If you want a perfect beach wedding, with great food, good drinks, and friendly staff, this is your place.

My husband and I had our perfect beach wedding at the Sirata Beach Resort. Kelli Love and her team did absolutely everything and more than we could have imagined. You hear stories about how stressful planning a wedding is and everything that comes with it. We didnât feel that way at all, Kelli and her team have been doing this for 20years. When she suggested something we went with it considering she has seen it all, so why would we go the opposite way. We recently had our wedding at the Sirata and had an amazing experience! Kelli, one of the wedding coordinators is wonderful to work with and so responsive & helpful! She and the rest of the staff there helped make our wedding incredible. Highly recommend for a wedding venue!

Jessica was our point of contact, and was great to work with. She was very organized throughout the planning process and was generally pretty responsive. She was always very friendly and always doing what she could to accommodate what we wanted for our wedding day. There was a issue with the arch as the ceremony was about to begin on the beach, which delayed the ceremony a bit, which then lead to all other events being a little off on time and delayed for the rest of the night. Unfortunately, that time was not made up for at the end of the night, and the reception ended as planned prior. So that was a bit frustrating. Another area that we wished could have improved was the communication about our sparkler send off at the end of the night. Unfortunately, this portion of the night was a bit confusing since we believe there was not good enough communication with the appropriate personnel, thus my husband, our DJ, and photographer had to take over the situation and get things set up. That aside, Sirata is a decent venue for any couple and their food is delicious. The views are unbeatable! Our overall experience was fair, but weâd do it all over again if we could, though hopefully with better follow through. đ-Ellen & Joe

So let me start by saying that our wedding was amazing! There were chances of storms all day and we did end up having rain before the ceremony (and during pictures) but Jessica was amazing in keeping things exactly how I wanted to the best of her ability and was 100% an amazing coordinator from beginning to end. Our wedding turned out beautifully and the food was AMAZING! That being said, we attended a wedding for friends here two years ago and had a great time at the Sirata, prompting us to have our wedding here as well (we are from out of state). I do feel like the property in general has gone down hill since then. We had multiple guests with room issues and it just seems like it isnât as well-maintained as what it used to be. We also had issues with communication with the room booking people once their management switched over in the middle of our planning process which was frustrating. Overall though, the wedding ceremony and reception itself were perfect and I wouldnât change a thing about those at all.

I canât say enough amazing things about our wedding here. First of all, Jessica Bentley was an absolutely JOY to work with, and she made the planning process so incredibly easy. There were plenty of venue options, and the prices were so so worth what we paid. We loved the food for both the rehearsal dinner & reception as well as the options for the open bar. Our guests were raving at how beautiful it was & we are so so happy we had our special day here!

Sirata Beach Resort was the perfect place for our wedding. The hotel was great for our out-of-state families to have a mini-vacation as well as attend our wedding. The catering and staff were INCREDIBLE! Our guests could not stop raving about the food that was served. Lastly, Jessica was an out of this world venue coordinator. She responded very quickly with any question I had and made sure that every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend Jessica (venue coordinator) and Sirata Beach Resort.

Sirata Beach Resort was the perfect place for our wedding. The hotel was great for our out-of-state families to have a mini-vacation as well as attend our wedding. The catering and staff were INCREDIBLE! Our guests could not stop raving about the food that was served. Lastly, Jessica was an out of this world venue coordinator. She responded very quickly with any question I had and made sure that every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend Jessica (venue coordinator) and Sirata Beach Resort.

I canât say it enough, they were so amazing during the entire planning process and wedding day! Everything was so perfect on our wedding day! The food was incredible and the staff during our reception was just amazing! They were pleasant and accommodating, always helping make our night about us and making sure we had a great time! I would not have changed a single thing! Everyone was great, but especially Jessica, our coordinator for made our day so wonderful and took a lot of the anxiety and stress away from us! She was very responsive and answered the many questions I had from the moment we booked to right up to the actual ceremony! We had our ceremony on the beach and the reception in the tent near the beach. It was beautiful and the reception was the perfect size for our 90 guests, intimate enough that we were close, but big enough that it didnât feel like we were squeezed in! We had a DJ, photo booth, gift table, an artist doing a live painting, and dessert table which all fit just fine with plenty of room! Of course there was the bar and buffet, as well. It was all just wonderful, we would pick Sirata over and over again!

We hosted our wedding reception at the Sirata Beach Resort under the Coconut Palm Pavilion and we are SO happy with how it turned out! It was perfect for our small wedding of 50 people. Right on the beach, air conditioned, plenty of space, great food! Only downfall when booking the pavilion is that the bathroom is a small hike but our guests didnât seemed bothered. Jessica was our event manager and she was so wonderful to work with. She was helpful, accommodating, organized, and super kind! Weâre really grateful to have worked with her and we highly recommend the Sirata! Really beautiful resort right on the beach, canât beat it!

The Sirata was EXACTLY what I pictured for my destination beach wedding! We couldnât have picked a better venue. From the first time we arrived to the day we said âI doâ it was nothing but exceptional. We got a tour and decided immediately this is it! After the deposit was put down we were able to pick & secure all our vendors and set up the taste testing for food. They are a âone stop shopâ venue that knocks it out of the park. They have recommendations for every vendor you need (florist, transportation, officiant, DJ, dessert, photography, videography, rentals, photo booths, etc), but offer a lot themselves. The venue coordinator, Jessica, was incredible and helped us make our big day perfect. She is a true professional and great at what she does. She was always available to answer any questions and was so quick to respond. From the vendor recommendation list to accommodating last minute changes and everything in between. Our day went smoothly and was perfect and thatâs all thanks to Jessica and her team!! If you're thinking about having your wedding or event here, you will not regret it! I canât tell you enough how much of a fairy tale this venue is. Do NOT pass this place up, if you are looking for something small or big they can accommodate you! Thank you Jessica & Sirata Team!

Choosing the Sirata Beach Resort for our wedding venue was the easiest and best choice we ever made. Kelli, Jessica & their team did an exceptional job of making our beach wedding dreams come true! The Coconut Palm Pavilion was the perfect size venue for all of our guests to have an outdoor covered beach venue that was safe and allowed all of our guests to stay on site. We loved the flexibility that our guests had to arrive early or stay after at the resort as this was a destination wedding for 95% of our guests. We also hosted our small rehearsal dinner in the private tiki hut at Rum Runners and were very pleased with our meals and experience.From the first communications & site visit to the rehearsal & day of, we always felt comfortable and supported by the Sirata team and the level of service that we received from them. The food, service and accommodations were all exceptional. We had a wedding planner pre-arranged, but I am confident that Kelli & Jessica would have provided the expertise needed if it was needed. They were beyond welcoming, accommodating & supportive. Having my wedding at Sirata Beach Resort was a dream come true! I always wanted a beach wedding followed by a beach reception on the Gulf Coast... which was surprisingly hard to find. Working with Jessica and Kelli made everything so easy. We had a couple hiccups along the way (to be expected when youâre planning such a large event), but they did everything in their power to help fix and smooth things over. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect! ... and it truly was! In addition, the reception staff were super friendly, the food was amazing, and all communication leading up to the day, as well as the day of, was fantastic! If you are looking to book your venue with people who truly care about you and your special day, then this is the place! They wonât let you down. We had a spectacular wedding at the Sirata ! We had our reception at the Royal Palm ballroom which has amazing views of st pete beach and the bay ! it wowed our guest especially during sunset. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were on the breezeway beach and deck and it was perfect! We had specialty his and hers drinks which people loved but the big his was the food! The Floribbean buffet was properly covered and served safely to our guests and the taste and flavors were amazing, it was a huge hit ! And we had so many people within the food industry there including several executive chef's and they loved it ! Kelli and Jessica were awesome to work with. They always responded to our emails (the 1000x that i think i sent lol) and we kept in constant communication. The day of the wedding they were on point, right there to make sure our day went smoothly and perfect and on time. The staff were so great and friendly which made our day that much better. Thank you Sirata for making our day so special and perfect.

I cannot say enough about Sirata and the wedding team there! My now husband and I are from MD, so planning a wedding in FL was made easy thanks to Sirata! We got married on 10/2/2020, and were originally planned to get married there 4/4/2020 but had to postpone due to COVID. Kelli and her team were nothing but accommodating, reassuring, and helpful during that period. It is already stressful enough planning a wedding, (a destination wedding) but postponing 3 weeks prior to your original date can be more stressful, but Kelli made sure we had all of our ducks in a row, and made that process SO easy. The entire time during our planning process we felt as if we were in great hands. Kelli would always provide a response no matter how many silly questions I asked her, or how many emails I had sent. She made it so easy to work with her, and we never doubted our wedding at Sirata! Being from out of town, it was never a problem communicating or getting in contact with the ones we needed to speak with at Sirata. Ashley, who handled our room block, was SOO accommodating and responsive from the very beginning. I always had a question for her, or had to change our room block, and she was always so helpful and I never felt bad for coming to her for questions or assistance; hey always wanted to help. All of our vendors were also very familiar with Sirata, so when they were all together the day of, it felt like a little family. The day prior to the wedding, and the day of, Kelli and Jessica were there for anything we needed and made sure it was a smooth process! The day of the wedding I remember texting Kelli multiple times to ask questions regarding setting up or if I forgot something, and she was there to help no matter what we needed. They also got along so well with our group which made it fun! The team really made sure my husband and I had the best day, and we did. I cannot say enough good things about Kelli and her team! If we could do it again, we would!!!!

She helped us find vendors from afar as this was a destination wedding that we were planning from Iowa. As Covid-19 had it's grips on the country in early Spring, Kelli communicated with us throughout to give us state/county updates and ensure that we were going to have the wedding that we always wanted. We had a make a few small adjustments (change reception rooms to allow for social distancing and update our guests about housekeeping), but nevertheless our big day was PERFECT! All of our guests enjoyed their accommodations, the amenities (pool, beach, beach chairs, bars, etc...) and of course the wedding festivities! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception at the resort and Kelli & Jessica ensured everything went on without any hiccups! I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Kelli and Jessica were. They made sure everything from the decor, food, guests, etc were taken care. I worried about nothing! They even kept an eye on all the groomsmen to make sure they didn't celebrate too much before the ceremony ;D We had a rock and roll theme to our wedding that involved a lot of creativity and Kelli got very involved and even threw in some ideas that we used! The ceremony setup and scenery is gorgeous as well as the Royal Palm ballroom with sights of the beach, tropicana/downtown st pete, and the skyway bridge. All the lights lit up at night are beautiful and makes for an amazing backdrop. On top of that, the food was incredible! We selected the beef and chicken option. So many of our guests said it was one of the best steaks they have ever had. I could write a book with this review but overall this was the perfect venue for our wedding!

Our wedding and reception were held at the Sirata on the North Beach and in the Coconut Palm Pavilion. It was an absolutely beautiful venue and the perfect beach wedding that we wanted. The food was amazing and the wait staff was extremely attentive not only to us but to our guests as well. We rented some outside games to have at our reception (giant Jenga and cornhole) that were a huge hit with our guests as well! We had approximately 100 people attend our wedding so the reception space was perfect to allow for plenty of seating space as well as movement on the dance floor. However, when we first booked with the Sirata, our event coordinator was really good with communication, answering questions, and documentation of preferences, choices, etc.; about four months before our wedding our original coordinator left the Sirata and the new coordinator we were assigned was not as proficient. Unfortunately, this did result in a fair amount of frustration on our end due to miscommunications and general lack of communication, resulting in the need for us to continuously follow-up on items that fell under the Sirataâs responsibilities to ensure they were taken care of (e.g., our preference to have parking charged to us and not guests). While the venue itself was extremely beautiful, we have no doubts that our wedding would have been extremely stressful had we not had an external day of coordinator. While we had some difficulties with the Sirata, when major issues were brought to their attention they did do a great job trying to resolve them. Jessica Bentley, the Wedding and & Social Events Coordinator, even took her own time to search the resort for our missing wedding cake following the wedding and personally placed an order to replace it for us to pick up following our return from the Honeymoon.

Our wedding and reception were held at the Sirata on the North Beach and in the Coconut Palm Pavilion. It was an absolutely beautiful venue and the perfect beach wedding that we wanted. The food was amazing and the wait staff was extremely attentive not only to us but to our guests as well. We rented some outside games to have at our reception (giant Jenga and cornhole) that were a huge hit with our guests as well! We had approximately 100 people attend our wedding so the reception space was perfect to allow for plenty of seating space as well as movement on the dance floor. However, when we first booked with the Sirata, our event coordinator was really good with communication, answering questions, and documentation of preferences, choices, etc.; about four months before our wedding our original coordinator left the Sirata and the new coordinator we were assigned was not as proficient. Unfortunately, this did result in a fair amount of frustration on our end due to miscommunications and general lack of communication, resulting in the need for us to continuously follow-up on items that fell under the Sirataâs responsibilities to ensure they were taken care of (e.g., our preference to have parking charged to us and not guests). While the venue itself was extremely beautiful, we have no doubts that our wedding would have been extremely stressful had we not had an external day of coordinator. While we had some difficulties with the Sirata, when major issues were brought to their attention they did do a great job trying to resolve them. Jessica Bentley, the Wedding and & Social Events Coordinator, even took her own time to search the resort for our missing wedding cake following the wedding and personally placed an order to replace it for us to pick up following our return from the Honeymoon.

I told her everything from the rooms, to the hotel amenities to the food had to be an exceptional experience for our guests. And boy did she DELIVER!Jennifer was always a step ahead of me, helping me plan and making suggestions that were exceptional! I truly don't know what I would have done without her at my side. I could not believe a hotel would provide me with someone with such a high level of professionalism and expertise as Jennifer! I cannot recommend Jennifer enough! What I loved the most about her was that I am very hands on and she always welcomed meeting with me in person, even at the last minute as I worried about details of one sort or another.She was in contact with me the day before my wedding and throughout my wedding day. She came up to my room to walk me downstairs and coordinated the most beautiful wedding one could ever hope for! Iâll start at check-in for my sister-in-law's wedding.The father of the bride was attempting to check-in for his room and, much to his surprise, the Sirata said that he did not have a reservation with the Resort. The Sirata staff asked that he call his daughter (2 days before her wedding) to have her provide proof that he had a reservation. Since heâs been waiting for the entirety of his daughterâs life to celebrate this weekend with her, he had booked a suite and was told upon booking that the reservation would be documented as VIP and heâd be staying on the same floor as his daughter. At the registration desk he was told by the Sirata staff that VIP doesnât actually have any meaning there. The bride was able to verify that her father had reserved a suite for his daughter's wedding, but he was told no suite was available now. The only resolution offered was to allow the father and stepmother of the bride to sleep in the suite that the bride and groom would be staying in the following night when they checked in. The only available option for the father and stepmother of the bride to stay at the resort after the bride and groom arrived would be in a completely separate building from the rest of the family. The groomâs grandparents had a similar issue at check-in as well â no record of their reservation in the system and they had to leave from taking wedding photos to spend their time at the registration desk trying to guarantee theyâd have a place to sleep for the night. It appeared from the plaques hanging on the walls that this was a highly credentialed venue around 2014-2017, which leads me to believe something had changed in the years since. My sister-in-law had been dealing with a wedding planner on the staff that she enjoyed working with, but she was reassigned to a new planner after she had reserved the venue. The replacement planner was very difficult to reach by phone and she was first introduced to my sister-in-law the day before her wedding. Some of the complaints we had from the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception were:1) Entry music for the wedding party at the ceremony was not playing as it was instructed by the bride and groom. 2) There werenât enough chairs at the ceremony for the guests in attendance.3) Cocktail hour had an individual bar open for 160 guests in attendance.4) The bride and groom never saw or heard from the wedding planner after she opened the doors to the reception. 5) The alcohol provided at the open bar was not what was ordered.6) One of the family tables was short by two seats. 7) The kids' chicken tender meals at our table were not cooked. They were sent back to the kitchen and replacement meals were never sent out. 8) Quite literally the icing on the cake was that the staff never cut or served the wedding cake for the bride and groom. The cake had to be thrown out as it wasnât able to be stored or preserved with fresh strawberries in the filling. Aside from another inconvenience, it was really just laughable at the point of checking out of the Resort. At the separate building where the father and stepmother of the bride were staying on the 6th floor, both elevators were out of service. We asked one of the staff members how long it had been and we were told that one went out today but the other had been out for around 5 months. Extremely frustrated and aggravated with the whole process wouldnât even begin to justify the emotion theyâre feeling right now.

This was a destination wedding for us and we booked it without touring it first. We worked with Kasey, who was super helpful the entire process and sent me checklists and planning sheets as soon as we booked which helped keep me on track! It is good to note that most vendors in Florida take a few days to respond sometimes since they typically have week days off to compensate for working on the weekends, but someone always got back to me by the end of the week, and the out of office reply I got from Sirata always directed me to someone I could contact if it was urgent! Used compass grill for our rehearsal dinner, it was nice we had a private room but our group of 35 was probably the max. We had our reception at coconut palm, with the ceremony on the beach right in front. Kasey assured everything was on time and it all went smooth! For appetizers highly recommend the mini burritos! We had the âbeachsideâ buffet and the salmon was a huge hit. I wanted a very open air feel to our reception and coconut palm provided exactly that, the bar was actually set up on the patio outside which was really cool. The only downside is that the wedding had to end at 10pm due to county sound ordinances, but Rum Runners bar was literally steps away so at 10 the whole wedding basically just moved there. Overall most of our guests loved the hotel, and it was a great weekend! We will definitely return for future vacations! Highly recommend!

She was hands on the ENTIRE almost year and a half and answered all of my MANY questions promptly. The room block got a bit messy when we sent out invites with the info and then was told there were no rooms left or they had to stay a minimum of 3 nights and Kasey quickly handled this for us and accommodated this SO well for us which took so much stress off of me. We wanted something beachy, yet fun and casual and the Sirata nailed this for us! I can't wait to go back year after year and celebrate!

I cannot say enough good things about Sirata Beach Resort, but especially our coordinator there, Kasey Bussell. She is one of the reasons I picked Sirata over the other venues. Her response time is impeccable. Her attention to detail is amazing. She truly cares about her couples and wants their day to be absolutely perfect. No detail was missed because of Kasey! The venue itself is stunning. Our ceremony was on the beach (south beach) under the bamboo arch provided by Sirata. Our reception was just feet away in an air conditioned tent and it was perfect! We had 4 feasting tables for our guests. The tent was able to be decorated gorgeously. The food, oh the food!!! We had a few butler passed apps and the beachside buffet option and wow. Everyone raved about it, especially us! The bartender poured them real strong and no one was complaining ;) The staff was personable, friendly, and incredible. Kasey truly went above and beyond for us, answering every single question I had leading up to the big day. I had blast planning my wedding from a distance because Kasey was so easy to work with. Thank you, Sirata and THANK YOU KASEY!!!

Jennifer Jasper and the team were so amazing! We were an out of state group, looking for great deals and beautiful weather for our special day. Jennifer was so amazing the entire process with helping us select everything, she was on top of EVERYTHING! She was never rude or impatient, and never seemed irritated. There were days we called her 3 times in a day just to ask questions and she always answered them and if she did not know she reached out to her manager or whoever else to get that information for us. They made sure the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding flowed perfectly. We loved how she reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was aligned and on time. Like, I have heard of a lot of people being stressed out about their wedding and things going smoothly and on time. Once we got there we didn't have to worry about anything, and that was amazing! We highly recommend their wedding packages and their location for the beach front wedding is so beautiful!This is no reflection of the Sales team or anyone involved with the wedding because they were great! The front desk team, was a little lost when it came to our accommodations, and the rooms were not quite what we expected. But the Rum Tiki Bar, drinks and food are amazing! Unfortunately the Compass Grille was never open the entire time we were there.  But overall, all our family and guests really enjoyed themselves and had a great time. We created so many great memories!

We were married this past weekend (08/25/2019) at the Sirata in the Coconut Palm Pavillion on the beach. The ceremony on the beach was absolutely amazing. We worked with the fabulous Kelli Love! We can not say enough great things about Kelli and the entire staff at the Sirata. Our ceremony was flawless and the reception was everything we wanted and beyond. Planning a wedding from New York was not an easy task, but Kelli made it quite effortless for us. All of our guests had an amazing time and raved about how fantastic the food was. The chef was so accommodating to all of our requests and our Gluten free guests had so many options! We are so grateful how fantastic everything came together. The Sirata is hands down the best choice for all your beach wedding needs, wants and desires. We wish we could relive this weekend every weekend. We made so many memories! Our guests that stayed at the Sirata loved their rooms and all of the amenities they offered. Our suite was amazing! We loved our venue and the tent was everything we wanted. It allowed us to be on the beach but also enjoy the cool air conditioning for our reception. Thank you Kelli, Jessica, Chris, Eric and the entire staff at the Sirata for giving us the wedding we have been dreaming about!

My son and new daughter-in-law were married at the Sirata in late July 2019. We had family and friends attend and it was an amazing trip for everyone that came. Location was perfect for flights and activities; accommodations were great; the beach, pools, and restaurants were awesome; the food at the Meet n Greet and Reception was delicious and plentiful; and the service at both were absolutely the best; Rick (at the reception) absolutely delighted the Bride - It was like he was there for her specifically. Kelli (the onsite manager) and her staff (Jessica) made it as stress free as possible long distance and after we arrived. They handled all the issues with ease, provided nerve calming pieces of wisdom and confidence in beating the rain for the beach wedding. Would highly recommend Kelli and the Sirata for any event. Plan to return as soon as we can.

Location was perfect for flights and activities; accommodations were great; the beach, pools, and restaurants were awesome; the food at the Meet n Greet and Reception was delicious and plentiful; and the service at both were absolutely the best; Rick (at the reception) absolutely delighted the Bride - It was like he was there for her specifically. Kelli (the onsite manager) and her staff (Jessica) made it as stress free as possible long distance and after we arrived. They handled all the issues with ease, provided nerve calming pieces of wisdom and confidence in beating the rain for the beach wedding. Would highly recommend Kelli and the Sirata for any event. Plan to return as soon as we can.

Our first visit to the venue was during the renovation process, which seemed very promising (yet a little scary to trust things would be done in time)! We had to envision a lot, and a lot of nice renovation idea boards were displayed. I can honestly say the renovations far surpassed my expectations! The ballroom was perfect for our wedding and Kasey was an absolute GEM to work with! She keyed us in on all of the fine details and ensured we had everything in place! We loved this place so much we did our Rehearsal Dinner, Reception & Farewell Breakfast there - the food & staff were AMAZING! Thank you for making our day so memorable! There are absolutely no words to describe the Sirata. My day was PERFECT. Seriously perfect. We got married on the beach and the reception was in the Coconut Palm (the tent on the beach) and it was so beautiful. I received comments from every single guest about what an amazing venue this was, how beautiful it is, how helpful and friendly the staff were- you name it. The food? Amazing. I have been to too many weddings so admittedly my expectations were low, but every single item was delicious. Got guest raves about that too. But the star of the show at the Sirata is the aptly named Kelli Love. As a bride that was \"not good at wedding stuff\" and doing it alone as a new resident of FL (all my family and friends are out of state), she was my rock. She gave me a list of vendors who were all amazing, she calmed my freaking out nerves and served as almost a day of coordinator. Whatever I needed, Kelli was right there. She is the very best at what she does. I was cool as a cucumber on my big day because I knew Kelli had my back. That is worth every penny we spent (oh and the rates were very reasonable too!!!!). The hotel itself had a few challenges with rooms being available and check-in, etc. But otherwise? Awesome. It is on a beautiful stretch of beach that they keep manicured. The newly renovated rooms and resort are gorgeous. Can't possibly recommend it more. Seriously if you're wanting a beach wedding, this is the place.

We got married at Sirata on October 27, 2018. This is a beautiful resort that just went under a complete renovation. We had a lot of family attend from out of town and everyone loved the new look and feel of the resort. Kasey and the entire wedding team at Sirata are beyond amazing and exceeded all of our expectations! Kasey was there through the entire process from initial planning, to several meet ups while the renovations were underway, to answering more than a few emails from us, all done with poise and incredible patience! She made sure that everything went smoothly and checked in on us multiple times that day. She made sure everyone was present during photos, made sure that the bridal party was set up to mingle with the guests beforehand, and made sure we had a drink ready at our table after the reception began. Our beach wedding was so beautiful and the staff did a great job with everything. One big plus is the security they have while the ceremony occurs to make sure no strangers get to close or end up in photos. The food is incredible as well. I cannot begin to express how AMAZING Kelli Love and the rest of the Sirata team were for our wedding. From the very beginning Kelli was so professional and incredibly organized. Since we were from out of state, this was invaluable. I am an extremely organized person and Kelli even surpassed me. She was so quick to answer emails and was wonderful at calming a stressed out bride. Her and her team made the whole process so easy, especially the day of. She was there for every moment of it to ensure it went flawlessly. The catering staff were very professional and so many people commented on how sweet they were. Often at weddings, the bride and groom are so busy greeting everyone that they don't even get a bite to eat. The Sirata catering staff brought us food from all the stations so when we were done being social butterflies we could actually enjoy the food! Those little touches matter. We had our reception in the Coconut Palm Pavilion and the tent and view are spectacular. My fiance and I searched up and down the Florida coasts to find a place that offered a covered reception tent (but solid ground for heels!) but was right on the beach. It was perfect. My guests kept saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I highly highly recommend Sirata Beach Resort for a wedding venue - not only for the phenomenal view but for the absolutely incredible staff, especially Kelli Love!!

My husband and I could not have had a more perfect wedding and a lot of that was thanks to the efforts of Sirataâs amazing coordinator, Kelli Love, the staff, and the resort itself. As a venue, the Sirata offered everything we were looking for: a beautiful beach adjacent ceremony (deck overlooking the beach), a courtyard cocktail hour by their water fountain, and a reception hall with a gorgeous 180 degree view overlooking St. Petersburg beach. The convenience of having all three phases of the wedding at a single venue allowed for a seamless transition from ceremony, to cocktail hour to reception without the added stress of arranging transportation for us or the guests. The resort itself offers plenty of amenities for guests during the downtime, and their hotel rooms have been recently updated. We were so fortunate to get paired with Kelli Love as our coordinator. Kelli was personable and professional answering every question leading up to the wedding and her experience and confidence kept me calm throughout. Kelli kept everyone in line from the rehearsal through the reception and allowed us to focus on the day. If anything went wrong, we were not aware of it! We can't thank Kelli and the Sirata staff enough for making our day exactly what we wanted!

There are no words that can describe how amazing our wedding was at Sirata beach resort. From beginning to end Kasey was there for us including the million questions that we kept asking her. She truly made our experience at Sirata amazing. After every wedding a lot of people always say \" I wish we would have just got hitched somewhere.\" Those words will never come out of my mouth. If I had the chance, I would do everything the exact same way!! Every staff member at the resort was so nice, friendly, and always helpful. The bar tenders at rum runners are so much fun, and made every day and even after our reception so much fun! To any future brides, I HIGHLY recommend Sirata beach resort as your place to get married. There are no words that can describe how amazing our wedding was at Sirata beach resort. From beginning to end Kasey was there for us including the million questions that we kept asking her. She truly made our experience at Sirata amazing. After every wedding a lot of people always say \" I wish we would have just got hitched somewhere.\" Those words will never come out of my mouth. If I had the chance, I would do everything the exact same way!! Every staff member at the resort was so nice, friendly, and always helpful. The bar tenders at rum runners are so much fun, and made every day and even after our reception so much fun! To any future brides, I HIGHLY recommend Sirata beach resort as your place to get married. I completly loved everything about our wedding. A very special thank you to Kasey Bussell, we could not have done it without you. YOU ARE AMAZING!

100% satisfied!!! We had our ceremony, reception and room block with Sirata. Kelli love relayed all information to our vendors and got in touch with them when needed. She was phenomenal, and if anything went wrong me and my husband definitely didnt know about it!! The food was phenomenal and we got great service the entire night! Only possible situation was that the hotel was undergoing renovations when we were there which caused some confusion and room switching however, the renovated rooms were 100% worth it!! Would suggest and recommend Sirata over and over again!!!

The Sirata was amazing. The beach setting and the reception venue were perfect, really beautiful locations for the entire wedding. The food was great, we had so many compliments from wedding guests.Most of our wedding guests stayed at the resort and found it very enjoyable as they have everything needed...pools, bars, beach, fitness center, etc.We also had a great experience with the staff at Sirata. Our on site wedding coordinator, Kasey, was great and a big help in planning, especially connecting with vendors prior to and on the day of the wedding!We look forward to spending future anniversaries back at the Sirata!

The Sirata was amazing. The beach setting and the reception venue were perfect, really beautiful locations for the entire wedding. The food was great, we had so many compliments from wedding guests.Most of our wedding guests stayed at the resort and found it very enjoyable as they have everything needed...pools, bars, beach, fitness center, etc.We also had a great experience with the staff at Sirata. We worked with Kelli Love, who was beyond amazing. We were planning these events out of state, and having Kelli there every step of the way made everything easier and less stressful. The Sirata was the most amazing venue and we could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding at. We were married on 11/25 and had a weekend celebration and it all was amazing. All of our guest traveled to attend the wedding and we wanted them to have a wonderful time throughout their visit. Our mission was accomplished because of the resort and all it has to offer.Everyone kept raving about how good the food was for our Thanksgiving dinner; reception and farewell brunch. Kelli Love is an ANGEL and I could not have gotten through the wedding planning without her!! Not only did she assist me with coordinating the wedding ceremony and reception of our dreams she assisted me with coordination of the entire weekend of events. She continuously went above and beyond for us. Each time she met with us she always made us feel like we had her undivided attention even though she had weddings occurring on those days. That is a true gift! She instantly felt like a long lost friend when we met with her and was a huge factor in our decision to have our wedding there which we are so grateful for. The planning process did not get off to the most pleasant start for us and she was a breath of fresh air and my saving grace. I highly recommend the Sirata and their entire team to anyone and family and friends are already planning their next visit there. :)Thank you Kelli and the entire Sirata team.xo

We canât say enough great things about our Sirata experience! I am an Event coordinator myself and I was very impressed with the level of service provided by the entire staff. Amanda and Chloe helped me from day one plan the wedding I wanted and were quick to make changes and adapt. We had inclement weather on our wedding day and I wasnât phased at all! Even with the last minute changes, everything was perfect. Chris with the catering staff was great as well. We canât wait to come back and visit!

Our small wedding at the Sirata far exceeded my expectations. I worked with Amanda Page and she was absolutely fabulous. I didn't realize how humid and hot Florida was going to be and decided to change my reception to indoors the day before the wedding. Amanda called all my vendors and changed everything around like it was not a big deal at all. The wedding just flowed so smoothly and all of our guests said it was the best beach wedding they've ever attended. Can't thank Amanda and all the people at Sirata enough for such an amazing experience!

My husband and I got married at Sirata Beach Resort on April 21st. Everything was absolutely perfect. We chose the Coconut Palm Pavilion because we wanted to be right on the beach. The environment was beautiful. The food was absolutely amazing. All our guests commented on how beautiful the wedding was and how delicious the food was. Best wedding food they had ever had. Our coordinator was Kasey. She was there with us the entire time from the beginning stages of planning through they actual wedding. We couldn't have asked for a more helpful planner.

Through the whole process, from touring the venue to walking down the isle, the wedding coordinator Kelli Love was so helpful and an amazing resource. When we were worried about the guest numbers 4 months before the wedding, or when I had a question about a reception detail the day of the wedding Kelli was one call away to ease my worries and make everything make sense. I can't thank her enough for the amazing job she did! Also, the food was amazing and the service staff at the reception were very attentive and caring. I can really only say good things all around. I would highly recommend this resort for your beach wedding!

The Sirata was great to work with! I had visited this resort and knew this is where I wanted to get married. Planning a destination wedding isn't always easy, but our coordinator, Kelli Love & her team were so helpful. Any questions I had, they responded so quickly. Our wedding ended up being everything we had dreamed of. There was not one thing that went wrong during our special day. The ceremony on the beach was beautiful, the decorations provided by the Sirata (included in our package) were simple and perfect. We had never tried the reception food, and it was AMAZING. Also, our reception catering crew treated us like we were royalty!! The entire day was more than I could have ever asked for and more than I ever expected. Best part, the Sirata had such great pricing on everything and the quality was still exceptional. I can't wait to go back and visit.

Great experience with the Sirata. Kelli, our wedding coordinator there, was great with working with all the vendors and Sirata staff to ensure everything went off without issues. We were married on the beach and had the reception in the tent. We were able to have the front and side part of the tent up so we blocked a lot of the wind but also had some fantastic views of the sunset.Our guests raved about the food and said it was the best food they have had at a wedding. The buffet had lobster, crab claws, shrimp, chicken, and beef and it was all incredible. Staff was great and extremely helpful in running the reception and ensuring everyone was lined up for the ceremony.Sirata did a good job of sectioning off the beach so you didn't have people too close or getting in the photos during the ceremony. I would recommend going with vendors off of their preferred list as it was clear they had worked together before and knew where to go.The resort was also nice and made an enjoyable couple of days for our guests, who were mostly coming in from out of town. Overall for what we received I thought the pricing was very reasonable and given they cater to destination weddings, made it easier to plan remotely.

Best venue ever! We look at a lot of options in St. Pete's are we are sooo happy we chose the Sirata! Kasey and her team were incredible to work with from the day we toured the facilities for the first time all the way through our big day. We actually had 2 weddings (6 events in 3 days) and we were able to use many of their beautiful spaces - outdoor and indoor, giving each event its own feel and energy! Everything went smoothly and everyone on staff was nice and professional. We really appreciated that Kasey, the staff and the chef worked with us to create a terrific Hindu ceremony and event with Indian food and other things that were quite different than they are used to with weddings. They were so flexible and willing to do anything they could to accommodate our wishes for our big days! I can't say enough great things about this venue. 2 months later, many of our 150 guests are still raving about the Sirata!

We had our destination wedding at the Sirata in Feb, 2017. We are from Chicago, so we were looking forward to incorporating the beach, warm weather and beautiful sunset into our wedding day. Kelli Love was our wedding coordinator and she definitly made that all happen for us! The Sirata was great with communication and working with us (even being out of town). Our Wedding day was very organized and beautiful! For meal choices we had prime rib and chicken marsala. All of our friends and family complimented how good the food was and how great the service (waiters, bartenders, etc) were! Kelli is great at her job and really helped us out with things we had to do/needed. Loved our wedding day and so happy we decided to have it at the Sirata. Hotel rooms, pool, beachfront were all perfect and we will definitly be back next february for our 1 year anniversary!

We had our wedding on the beach at the Sirata in December with our reception on the back deck at sunset. I worked with Amanda to plan everything from 1,000 miles away and she made it so easy for me; by the time I arrived in St. Pete, I knew what to expect based on the many pictures she shared and the timeline we developed together. Throughout planning, Amanda promptly answered every question I had, organized all the decision points so I had the info I needed for each one, kept me on track with the planning timeline, and made many great, honest suggestions that added to the enjoyment and value of our day. The Sirata was a beautiful backdrop for our photos, the food was excellent, and the deck was beautifully decorated with lights, and the staff was flexible and accommodated some special décor we had (centerpieces, flowers, and more lights). Our guests enjoyed the beach and pools. Our day was everything we hoped it would be, and at a great price! Thank you again, Amanda!

My now-wife and I began planning our wedding almost the day after getting engaged in December 2015. We chose the Sirata shortly thereafter, and Kelli Love did nothing short of a spectacular job. Despite us pestering her with question after question and sometimes us (my wife and I) being on the opposite page, Kelli handled things with the utmost professionalism and care. Even when she had a minor injury setback only a few days before our wedding, she was still heavily involved and her assistant, Chloe, was fantastic in aiding us through our special day. Kelli and Chloe, thank you SO much for everything you did for us. 5* for the Sirata, and choosing any other resort in St. Pete would be a mistake.

Sirata resort is absolutely the best venue to have a beach wedding. We tied a knot on Feb 11,2017 and everything was perfect!
