Snowbasin created my dream winter wedding! The entire process from venue to tour to the big day was effortless and so organized! The event planning team at Snowbasin is top-notch and really knows how to help a couple execute the most magical wedding! I had a wish to ski down the mountain in my wedding gown after our ceremony. Many resorts were unable to accommodate this request but not Snowbasin! In fact, they made sure we had fresh corduroy to cruise down! Truly felt like an experience out of a movie! All our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the event space and views were while sharing high compliments of the delicious food!

Just got married here six months ago! It was the most speical day. When I was first looking at venues , I had no idea what I was looking for. I visited Snowbasin, and I fell in love. Being so far away from the world, and just being in the mountains. It is so magical. Snowbasin really takes care of you and makes sure your day goes perfectly. My wedding planner was a great communicator. I had my ceremony at the base of the mountain, and then we took the gondola up to the lodge. The day was perfect. Snowbasin is the place to get married. I can talk about my wedding there all day!

We just had our wedding at Snowbasin a few days ago and are beyond happy with everything from our wedding day! Kristine Cline worked so incredibly hard to ensure that everything we wanted happened and went without a hitch. Our guests have absolutely raved about our wedding and many have said it was the most fun/best wedding they’ve ever been to! When my husband and I got engaged, we knew we wanted an autumn wedding in the mountains and Snowbasin was on our short list of venues. Since we were paying for everything and planning the event ourselves, it was important (to me) to have a full service venue. We were basically decided before we ever left the grounds. While not inexpensive, if you’ve already planned a budget that includes a venue such as this, you absolutely cannot go wrong or do better than Snowbasin. There is an investment, but the value you receive is far better than other venues we considered. Their Executive Chef, Nick, helped us customize our menu to fit my very picky and ‘foodie’ family. The food was one of the two very most important aspects of our wedding and Chef Nick and his staff made us a meal that was just out of this world good and everything cooked to perfection. From all of the day-of coordination and details to the food and the wonderful staff... Snowbasin really delivered and gave us the most amazing wedding. While I wish I could have really taken it in and enjoyed it more (I never saw our cocktail hour or much of anything because I was so overwhelmed and being pulled in many different directions), the comments from our guests have been overwhelmingly positive. Also, we literally had NOTHING major go wrong. Some minor things on our parts, but you always expect something to go wrong and literally not one thing went wrong! The venue was on top of everything. Also, the autumn colors were spectacular and outshined anything in Park City that weekend. I really can’t recommend Snowbasin enough. While nothing is ever perfect, our wedding experience came pretty darn close. THANK YOU to Kristine and all the Snowbasin staff who helped make our day amazing, smooth, and a delightful experience for our guests who traveled far and wide to be with us! If I become independently wealthy, I want a redo for a milestone anniversary because we loved it so much!

Our Daughter's wedding at Snowbasin August 17, 2019 exceeded our expectations. I knew when I met with Kristine Cline in August of 2018 that Snowbasin would be a perfect venue since we were planning a wedding long distance and our daughter's time was limited because of being a 3rd year resident. Kristine was wonderful to work with. I have experience putting on big events and I knew Kristine and the staff at Snowbasin knew how to do a first rate event. The service the day of the Wedding was above and beyond. While family was taking photos in the wildflowers which was quite a hike in heels and long dresses, the staff was bringing appetizers and drinks out to us on trays so that we would not miss out on the cocktail hour. We never asked for this service, they just did it and it was phenomonel! Putting everything together with Kristine was an easy process. There are so many choices with no upcharge. Needles Lodge was beautiful and the wildflowers that Lund Floral provided were a perfect addition. Richie the DJ was also a wonderful MC for the evening and really had the party going. I would recommend looking at these Snowbasin recommended vendors. The Gondola ride to Needles was a special treat for our guests. Once up at Needles, the venue is private and very intimate. We had a Buffet dinner which was Wonderful. We were prepared to have a plated service if needed (depending on our final guest list number) and felt comfortable that either would be equally as good. Again, I cannot say enough about the service from Day 1 of planning. Kristine was the best and the Catering Manager Ashley was equally as wonderful that day! We are looking forward to going back to Snowbasin to enjoy a Sunday Brunch at Needles or a Sunday afternoon Brews and Blues festival. It truly is a special place. I would also recommend Lakeside and Edgewater Condos for your guest. They are about 10 minutes down the Mountain and were a perfect place to spend the Wedding Weekend.

I had always had Snowbasin in mind for my wedding. When the time came, we gave literally 5 minutes thought to if we wanted to look around, before deciding that Snowbasin was it. Our wedding went beyond my expectations. I never once felt the treachery that brides face planning their wedding, because Snowbasin made so many of the decisions so easy. Our coordinator Kristine was the hardest working woman in Utah, giving us her opinion when needed, and taking a backseat when she saw fit. Both us, and our guests were in awe of the venue, loving the food, the ambience and the service. We routinely are told that people want to go back to our wedding weekend. We will cherish out wedding forever. We have amazing memories of our wedding.

Snowbasin is an absolutely wonderful location for a wedding gathering. The mountain ski resort setting is spectacular and the lodges are grand and beautiful. Our entire experience with the chef and catering staff was first class from start to finish. In preparation for choosing our personal menu, we were treated to an offering of all the potential menu items. This initial feast made it even more difficult to narrow down the menu because everything was wonderfully prepared and absolutely delicious. During the trial luncheon the catering staff explained all of the room set up, serving and dining options and help tailor it according to our desires. The actual event went off without a hitch. The food was delectable and abundant and the service superb. Menu items were continuously replenished and everything was cooked to perfection. The attention to detail was above reproach and we were all treated like royalty. The entire evening was magnificent. It is without reservation that I give my highest recommendation to Snowbasin and their staff for any wedding occasion. You will have an wonderful experience.

The staff and venue at Snowbasin for our daughters wedding was outstanding! Kristine Cline, our event coordinator, helped in every possible way to make her wedding spectacular. Every aspect from the ceremony at Needles Lodge to the reception in Earls Lodge was made perfect by their professional and helpful staff. Because Snowbasin is such a beautiful location and each lodge has it's own gorgeous setting we only needed to have candles and flower centerpieces for the tables and a few flowers for the wedding ceremony. This takes away the stress of decorating. All of our guests loved the food and had a blast going up the gondola for the ceremony. We highly recommend Snowbasin for your wedding. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

The staff and venue at Snowbasin for our daughters wedding was outstanding! Kristine Cline, our event coordinator, helped in every possible way to make her wedding spectacular. Our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception was held at Needles Lodge at Snowbasin Resort in July 2018. From the moment my daughter toured Needles Lodge as a possible wedding venue, she knew that Snowbasin was the perfect place to hold her wedding ceremony and reception. The venue offers classic elegance in the mountains. The gondola access to Needles Lodge offered our guests a very unique and memorable journey up to the most beautiful location. The ceremony was held on the glass walled patio outside Needles Lodge, which offered stunning and breath taking mountain and valley views. The wedding reception was held inside Needles Lodge, which has amazingly high ceilings, beautiful fixtures and elegant decor, but with a mountain-like feel brought out by the wood beams and beautiful stone fireplace in the center of the reception area. The glass windows surrounding the sides of the lodge allow you to enjoy the valley and mountain views from the inside of the lodge as well.Our event coordinator was totally involved from the moment we took the tour to help make this wedding for our daughter and her husband be perfect and personal to the two of them and to their guests. She was easily accessible by email and by cell phone, and she even initiated contact to offer her assistance during the planning process and to see if we had any questions or concerns. She attended the ceremony and reception and was present during those events to make sure everything ran smoothly as planned. She was able to resolve a few last minute glitches. It was so nice to be able to trust and rely on her throughout the planning process and during the actual wedding day events.During the planning process, our daughter and her husband really enjoyed the taste testing with the chef. They were able to make some great choices for the food offered for the hor d'oeuvres, on the buffet selections, for the desserts, and even for the wedding cake flavors. We had a handful of guests with dietary restrictions and the chef was very helpful to offer gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. The buffet was even labeled with little identification cards to help our special diet guests with choices along the buffet. We very much appreciated that our guests with special diets could relax and enjoy their meals. We chose most of our vendors off of Snowbasin's vendor referral list. All were trust worthy and reliable and offered services that equaled the excellent quality of service that Snowbasin Resort itself offered. Our event coordinator even helped coordinate services with our florist, our DJ, and the vendor who created our chocolate favors for our guests to take home.Overall, Snowbasin Resort exceeded our expectations with the wedding planning and with the wedding ceremony and reception. All of the staff were easy to work with and readily accessible during the event. They were kind and courteous and professional. We were in the most beautiful and magical location that felt so warm and personal because of the staff making everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. One of the groomsmen said, \"We should all have our weddings at Snowbasin.\"

This venue was amazing!! We booked the venue for a ring ceremony and also a reception and everyone had a great time. The food was good and everyone loved it. We also hired the DJ that works for Snowbasin and that was one of the best decisions we made because he was awesome. The only downside is if you get married in the winter be cautious about the snow because we had a few people turn around since they couldn’t make it up there (but we got married in like the worst snowstorm of the season lol)! We really loved this place!

This venue was amazing!! We booked the venue for a ring ceremony and also a reception and everyone had a great time. The food was good and everyone loved it. We also hired the DJ that works for Snowbasin and that was one of the best decisions we made because he was awesome. The only downside is if you get married in the winter be cautious about the snow because we had a few people turn around since they couldn’t make it up there (but we got married in like the worst snowstorm of the season lol)! We really loved this place!

Snowbasin Needles Lodge was the most elegant and beautiful mountain venue! Our wedding and reception gave our guests such a unique experience and we had the best night. The planning team was very attentive and available. They went above and beyond to accommodate everything they could for us. Day of staff coordinated everything for me and I didn't have to worry. Food was delicious, bar service was adequate, and the venue worked well with all my outside vendors. Thanks Kimberly and team!

Snowbasin Needles Lodge was the most elegant and beautiful mountain venue! Our wedding and reception gave our guests such a unique experience and we had the best night. The planning team was very attentive and available. They went above and beyond to accommodate everything they could for us. Day of staff coordinated everything for me and I didn't have to worry. Food was delicious, bar service was adequate, and the venue worked well with all my outside vendors. Thanks Kimberly and team!

Snowbasin was our wedding and reception venue in June of 2018. Snowbasin in June is absolutely beautiful! Kimberly was wonderful to work with and always very professional. The food was amazing. Our guests couldn’t say enough good things about the evening and wedding. There were a few issues the day of the wedding, but the staff worked to get them fixed. We got married at the needles lodge on June 2nd and it was amazing. I'm so glad we chose Snowbasin as our venue. We worked with Kristine while planning our event and she was extremely helpful and made sure we got everything we wanted day of. Everything about Snowbasin was perfect. Our food was amazing, the service was great and the views were spectacular. For the price, we feel that we got a really great deal since everything was absolutely amazing.

We just got married at Snowbasin Resort and cannot rave about it enough. Our entire experience, from touring before choosing the venue, to working with Kimberly Miller for several months up to the event itself, the chefs, the bar manager, and the entire staff was positive. They went out of their way to accommodate and work with us, and they were extremely responsive and easy to work with. They introduced themselves at every event and made themselves available for any request. We had an Indian/American fusion wedding, and it could not have been more awesome. Everything from taking a gondola ride to the rehearsal dinner at Needles Lodge to the Hindu/Indian wedding ceremony and reception at Earl's Lodge was flawless and we felt so welcome. The food was delicious- we had all vegetarian food with an Italian menu for the rehearsal dinner and an Indian menu for the reception, and both meals were savory and delicious with equally delectable desserts. The entire weekend at Snowbasin was magical, and our guests absolutely loved it- many people commented on how this was the most beautiful venue for a wedding they had ever seen. Couple that with an amazing staff and personnel, and it was our dream wedding.

Our daughter had her wedding at Snowbasin earlier this month (June, 2017) and it was beyond anything we could have imagined. Kimberly did a great job of answering our questions and helping planning to remain stress-free throughout our planning process. She was also very flexible and always had an attitude of willingness to do whatever it takes to make sure we were satisfied. I appreciated the fact that she was never pushy with trying to up-sell us on anything and she helped us to try to stay within our planned budget. The food served was of the highest quality and beautifully presented. We used the cake vendor that Snowbasin partners with and were very pleased with the cake. She was able to create the look my daughter had requested and worked with our florist to make sure it was decorated in the way that she wanted. I especially appreciated the convenience of having everything onsite and not having to worry about renting things like tables, chairs, linens, serving pieces, glasses, etc. from outside vendors. My daughter was able to choose her colors for table linens and napkins, etc. They also set up whatever additional tables we requested (things like gift table, photo table, etc.) at no additional cost. There were several instances in particular where Kimberly (and the entire management team) went well over and above what was expected to make sure that our event was extraordinary. She put in extra effort to get approval on last minute special requests and the end result was our daughter and new son-in-law experiencing the wedding of their dreams. We received so many comments from guests about how it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of our experience and highly recommend Snowbasin as a wedding venue.

She is there for every step of the process, from touring and booking the venue, to the tasting, catering, and making the day-of timeline. I would have my wedding at Snowbasin all over again just because her services are worth every penny. She is very sensitive to budget and even last-minute bridal anxiety! She was very understanding when we had a few guests cancel days before the wedding. Thanks, Kimberly!\r\rStefani was an awesome day-of coordinator. She was very professional and kept an eye on the clock and our timeline. She made sure every aspect of the day went smoothly. Thanks, Stefani! From the moment we set foot at the base of Snowbasin, we knew we had found something very special. The first mountain we discovered together, it instantly became our favorite mountain to ski in the whole country. We made a trip out there every Spring for about 3-4 years, and each year I would pick up a wedding brochure \"just in case.\"\r\rWhen my (now) husband proposed to me in June 2014, I reached out to Kimberly to get an idea of what kind of wedding we could put together. Her first email back to me gave me more confidence and inspiration than the few back and forth emails I'd had with other vendors in the Vermont area (we're East Coasters, and we got engaged in Northern Vermont). It was clear that we would easily be able to craft each aspect of our dream wedding together, with the help and guidance of someone that knew and cared. Our ceremony took place at the top of the mountain, outside on the Needles Patio on a lovely late March afternoon. After the ceremony, Bride & Groom (and about 10 other guests) skied down the mountain to meet guests for the reception in Earl's Lodge.\r\rFrom the start, Kimberly was great at laying down all the possible options that would fit within our vision and budget, and then let us pick and choose from there. She was always on top of everything, and very forthcoming when certain changes needed to be taken in consideration (depending on the mountain's operation hours, or the condition of the trails in late March, etc.). \r\rDay-of, Lori was absolutely exceptional. I would only see her peek her head once in a while to make sure everything was going smoothly or if anything was needed. She was very proactive when there were certain delays, and always had a plan ready to execute before coming over to me or my bridesmaids. The rest of the staff was equally amazing, always there at the right time yet never intrusive in any way whatsoever.\r\rEvery single person from Snowbasin was very attentive, understanding, and helpful the months leading up to the wedding were. They were all very personable, and made sure we had an exceptional experience throughout and day-of. For example, my (now) husband loved the mashed potatoes during the tasting and though they didn't come with the entrée he'd selected for his meal, the Chef made sure we had a side waiting for him at the dinner table!\r\rAs a whole, Snowbasin truly made our dream wedding come true, and for that we are eternally grateful!
