This was the BEST choice we could've made for a venue that has it all. Every employee was beyond helpful and professional. Kelly, who we worked with directly, was the most caring, thoughtful, and kind host. She made sure every big and small detail was covered & taken care of. The food was excellent, the event spaces were clean & the perfect sizes. Having a hotel connected to our wedding spaces, as well as to the casino/entertainment, made for an all-in-one experience. Not having to travel to different locations made life extremely pleasant during a day that could be stressful. There were many great locations for wedding pictures as well. I couldn't say enough amazing things about Soaring Eagle. No matter how far you have to travel to get there, it is beyond worth it in every way!!!!!!

My husband and I got married at the Soaring Eagle in October of 2022. We cannot rave enough about the customer service we received from the beginning to the very end. Our day was so beautiful and the casino helped make that happen. We still get compliments on how beautiful and fun our wedding was a year later. Our wedding coordinator Kelly was amazing! She was there to help us with every step of the planning and was also just an email away for any questions we had. She also went above and beyond to put our picture on the electronic sign out front of the casino with a congratulations on our wedding day, we LOVED this! The casino staff day of were phenomenal, they helped with setup and tear down and went above and beyond to make sure our guest were accompanied. We also used the casino to house our guest and they were very generous in giving us a room discount. We also did welcome bags for each guest staying and the staff were very helpful in making sure the guest received them. We cannot recommend the casino enough. If you're looking for the perfect wedding location, look no further!

We had our wedding reception at Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort on July 15th, 2023 and they did an amazing job working with us to make everything perfect. We worked with Kelly who did an amazing job communicating with us throughout the whole process from touring the venue and taste testing, to setting up room blocks for us and our guests. The convenience of having everything available under one roof made planning easier and less stressful. Having a room block at the resort for guests to stay at on site, with discounted room rates, was an amazing touch for our guests from out of town/state. They also allowed us to use the banquet hall for the entire day versus a set number of hours which made set up easier. They even provided us with a room for my bridal party to get ready, and do hair and make up in. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous before, during, and after our event. Overall we had an amazing experience at Soaring Eagle and would definitely recommend this venue!

We had our Ceremony in the ballroom and it turned out great! We had full rein on setting up the room and they were very helpful when it came to any questions we had. The room blocks worked great and all guests had a great time! The buses took us from the Casino to the Reception Hall at Bucks Run and a lot of guests utilized that feature! Great place for a wedding!

We reserved a block of rooms at Soaring Eagle for our wedding and at first had wonderful customer service. We were able to make some changes and add more rooms that we needed. The weekend of our wedding the hotel and resort was fully booked so I understand they were busy but we had previously asked if we could drop off welcome bags for the hotel to disperse to guests when they checked in. When we dropped off the bags the front desk was very rude and asked how they would know who needed bags. I told the front desk that all our guests were in our wedding block so they should be know that when they check in (according to their reservation specialists). I left the hotel not knowing if bags would get distributed so I texted as many of our guests as I could making sure they knew they were to receive a welcome bag at check in. The night of our wedding my groom and I went back to the hotel and needed to get a replacement key for our room. When we asked the front desk for a replacement they said that we had already checked out of the room. As I'm standing at the front desk in my wedding dress I had to explain that all of our clothing were still in the room as my groom had spent the previous night at the hotel and we were for sure suppose to have a room for tonight. After about 10 minutes and help from a manager we were able to get a replacement key for our hotel room. Overall, everything worked out but the front desk staff was not very knowledgeable of what to do in certain situations.

Soaring Eagle Resort's rooms are generally over $200 per night...when we reserved our block of 20 rooms, we were able to get them for about $130 with taxes and fees, so that was great! We were in touch with Matt who helped us reserve the block. Matt was good with communication and was able to get us lists of who had reserved as the date got closer. They extended our block when it was full so that additional guests could get the great price, so that was very nice. There was some poor communication closer to the wedding date...we had called to extend the block further and were told that because CMU had homecoming that weekend, they couldn't extend the block any further. Some guests were not able to book after this, but some were able to book still. Not sure what the deal was, but it was okay! We got a great deal on some really nice rooms :)
