Solomon Fowler Mansion is a historic wedding venue located in Bristol, IN. Originally built in 1868, this elegant property features a two-story, Italianate-style brick dwelling. Since its recent renovation, it also features a brand new modern barn that provides the perfect backdrop of country-inspired refinement for your special day. A pleasing blend of grace and farm-style aesthetic, Solomon Fowler Mansion is suitable for any wedding theme. From boho to unbridled glamour, each beautiful backdrop fits the desired look seamlessly. The venue offers an array of amenities and spaces to cater to wedding celebrations, including spacious suites for overnight stays. The newly-built barn can accommodate 150 guests for the ceremony or reception. Its 2,000 square-foot interiors are awash with stunning vaulted ceilings, tasteful chandeliers, and flattering natural light. There is also a small kitchen where outside caterers can place the finishing touches on your bespoke wedding dinner. If you adore chic rustic design, the 40-foot garage complements the mansion's facade effortlessly, combining rich brickwork with fine wood. This open space is a wonderful alternative for the reception party or perhaps a sun-kissed cocktail hour. Further delightful features include a Koi fish pond, lap pool and sauna, and a fire pit for intimate gatherings. Allison is the best! She was there for me and my party all day long. She helped fix my flowers, my hair, my dress, really anything to make sure I looked my best! The venue is BEAUTIFUL in all seasons, especially the fall(Im a bit impartial because thats when I got married)! Totally worth every penny!

Scheduled a tour a week in advance. The day of the tour I reached out to confirm we were still meeting. Alison, replied stating she is overbook and needs to cancel or reschedule. This is a HUGE RED FLAG! If they can’t manage to stick with their schedule on something as simple as a tour, I would NEVER trust them to do my wedding. Thankfully I messaged to confirm because she didn’t say she was canceling until I reached out. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Solomon Fowler Mansion is the dream wedding venue location. My husband and I could not have asked for a more beautiful and accommodating space to host all of our friends and family. Alison, the venue manager, will make sure your vendors have all of the information and logistics they need to ensure your day goes smoothly. The vast accommodations of Solomon Fowler Mansion and Event Venue will make no two weddings look the same; but equally as tastefully executed. The grounds staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure each detail of the space is ready for your day.The mansion was a perfect space for our wedding party to stay the night before the wedding. It was also a beautiful backdrop (inside and outside) for our wedding photography. The photographer truly fell in love with the space and grounds, just as much as we did. The event barn is spacious and equip with all of the most up to date technology for your ceremony or reception. We loved using the using the carriage house as a cocktail hour location. There is ample room for tents on the grounds, depending your individual wedding needs. Solomon Fowler Mansion & Venue was by far the vendor in our wedding that stood out above the rest. The rich history of the space and the immaculate accommodations truly cannot be beat. The staff at Solomon Fowler Mansion were wonderful to work with, and made our wedding dreams come to reality. I could not recommend this venue more highly.
