Owner Staci Smith combines her floristry background with her love for decorating to transform the space as you envision. Southern Charm Wedding & Event House sits on an 80-acre property and is home to multiple amenities and sites designed to make your dreams come true. Have your ceremony by the wooden arbor that overlooks a 5-acre pond, and then continue with the celebrations in the barn. This 50x90 space features a kitchen and dance floor that accommodates up to 300 people. Alternatively, you can gather around the fire pit with your loved ones for a more intimate, cozy feel. Fireworks can also be arranged to end the day on a memorable note. You can use the wedding suites that dot the premises to get ready in style and comfort. Note the surrounding woods makes for an enchanting backdrop for those all-important photographs. Southern Charm Wedding & Event House can provide round tables, white chairs and wooden benches for the occasion. Decor items such as floral arrangements, whisky barrels, a wooden tree swing, and other props for photographs can be made available to you too. Southern Charm Wedding Venue was the perfect place for the rustic theme of our wedding. The venue is gorgeous, the woodsy environment provides the perfect place for an outdoor summer ceremony and cocktail hour. The place is stunning and makes for beautiful pictures. Our guests were stunned about how gorgeous the place was. The owners is very accommodating and made the renting an easy process.

We had a New Year's Eve wedding at Southern Charm on December 31, 2019 and cannot speak highly enough of Staci and the venue. Her property is gorgeous, photogenic, and maintained very well. We asked Staci to be our wedding coordinator and she was so attentive and on top of things to make sure everything went smoothly and to my specifications, plus she is so sweet and easy to talk to. We had several vendors, approximately 170 guests who were spread out over the entire property throughout the night and Staci managed it all professional with grace and poise.Staci also went above and beyond in so many ways. The most amazing example is that towards the end of the wedding, we realized that my engagement ring was missing (I'd taken it off for the ceremony). Staci combed the venue inside and out looking for it while also making sure that the reception continued and finished properly. She eventually found my ring at 3am, long after our wedding had ended, in the 5th garbage can that she had searched through. She similarly did everything she could to help during the set-up and breakdown of our event and reached out to vendors on my behalf to help coordinate their timing without my asking (and even though we technically hadn't hired her to do anything before the wedding day).If you're looking for an amazing rustic feeling venue, look no further.

Highly recommended! Staci is amazing to work with, she has the perfect eye for exactly what you want your day to look like, and her property serves as the most beautiful place to host your wedding! I cannot wait to have my wedding here! Love it!!!
