Award winning Southern Grace is located in the heart of central Florida on our beautiful Century Pioneer Family Farm 1916, and sets the stage as the perfect space for couples on their wedding day. The historic venue along with the amazing design stylists will fulfill your absolute wedding day dreams. Facilities and Capacity With over 250 acres, the historic grounds of SG will provide plenty of space for your guest and the perfect privacy for your big day. Say "I do" in the vintage white clapboard chapel (little white church) with historic authentic wooden church pews, which can accommodate up to 150+ of your special guests. The chapel overlooks a natural spring and pond with a historic bridge (Macon Bridge) providing the perfect view for a first look or toss a memorable coin for a special moment. The authentic horse barn is stunning with several sets of grand barn doors and beautiful lighting for stunning photography and an unforgettable wedding reception experience. SG has numerous amazing locations across the historic grounds, including the private Orchard House Cottage (bridal suite), the Grove Barn which is a covered pavilion with tavern string lights and brick pavers for your guest to have a wonderful pre-gathering and cocktail hour, the quaint Fort Lonesome General Store, that’s just perfect for the groom and his groomsmen for the afternoon, along with so many more amenities that we can’t wait to share on your amazing day at SG! The staff was helpful every step of the way in answering questions quickly. They were very organized and intentionally thought through every part of our wedding day. They have everything down pact, they know exactly what they are doing & how to do it RIGHT! They are a unique and versatile venue. It was also so nice knowing it's a family owned and operated business. They care about your visions and make them come true with no drama or hassle. They really take care of their brides, they check in often, they help you plan, etc. It really is all inclusive and affordable to work with this venue! They even let me do a real cattle branding, on my wedding day, with my own cows, that they housed for 4 days since it was a surprise to the wedding party and they had their cowboys come and help. We now call them our friends and highly recommend Southern Grace to anyone!Kyndall & Jeff Bauer

The venue was absolutely breathtaking! The staff, coordinators and owner are full of grace and patience. During a “normal” year, wedding planning can be stressful or have it’s chaotic moments. During a global pandemic, wedding planning was a true rollercoaster ride. Through the craziness of it all, Southern Grace’s staff has been the blessing and calming spirit from day one! We could not have made a better decision on selecting a venue. We were treated like family and the venue itself felt like home! Due to COVID19, our plans of a larger wedding changed to a small intimate group. The staff immediately helped us with this change and Ms. Debbie the owner helped re-direct the vision to a micro-wedding! (They assisted and set up areas for sanitation as well) They were so flexible with the changes and we were absolutely blown away. Every single guest could not stop raving about their experience and the kindness shown by the staff! I HIGHLY recommend having a wedding here. Take a tour and see what some pictures can’t capture.... a feeling that’s indescribable and one you won’t forget.

The staff immediately helped us with this change and Ms. Debbie the owner helped re-direct the vision to a micro-wedding! (They assisted and set up areas for sanitation as well) They were so flexible with the changes and we were absolutely blown away. Every single guest could not stop raving about their experience and the kindness shown by the staff! I HIGHLY recommend having a wedding here. My husband and I can't stop talking about our wedding day and all that Southern Grace staff did to make the day so very special! Southern Grace is a God send and such a blessing in so many ways. From the first visit to the venue, I felt immediate peace and confirmation that this was the venue to go with. Through the whole planning process, the girls at Southern Grace exceeded our expectations and were very prompt in their communication. They were there to answer all of our questions and guide us through the wedding planning process. The inclusive vendors that Southern Grace works closely with were all EXCEPTIONAL to say the least! We received so many compliments on our flowers, everyone raved about our catered meal and the Dj was very easy to work with (he even accommodated our needs and allowed our best man to do an audio recording of his speech since COVID did no let him attend the wedding). There is so much history with Southern Grace and from the start of our planning to the final sparkler send off, the staff made us feel like a part of their family and their main focus. We were the first wedding in 13 years to get married off site in a Catholic church versus using the chapel on their property and the STAFF ( Kaitlyn, Kaylie, Shaleen) did an amazing job with being flexible to our needs and changing their \"normal day of routine\". I can't imagine what it must have been like to do something totally different than what they had done for th last 13 years. They handled it with so much grace and calmness and professionalism. If you want a wedding that will have all of your guests talking about it days and weeks later, then go with Southern Grace. From the bridal and groom suite accommodations, to the Smores during the reception, antique truck, amazing scenery and extra surprises, hands down, BEST wedding ever!!! Thank you Southern Grace for your mission and hospitality, you all have a gift!! Southern Grace made planning our wedding enjoyable and not stressful...yes you heard that correctly. Southern Grace was wonderful from start to finish. They went out of their way to combat all wedding day obstacles - rain, wind, heat, and even COVID precautions - doing so with a smile. This had been the second wedding I’d been in there and the accommodations are consistently top notch!

Wow! There aren't enough words to praise Southern Grace. When Covid-19 made it impossible to have our wedding in April, they easily moved the date for us to a better time, and they also made adjustments considering our wedding would be significantly smaller. If I had to rate this venue solely based on the way it looks I would give it a 10/10. As beautiful as this venue is I would like to caution future brides on a few things. Positives: All-inclusive.Reasonable price. Great vendors. Amazing Pictures. Gorgeous Chapel. Helpful in-person meetings (make sure you have a list of questions ahead of time and get those answered during this time)|Not so positives: We got married at the end of October but the barn was so hot guests started leaving early and we had to cut the night an hour short. They only have a large fan to cool the barn. This may be an easy fix if you're getting married during a colder month or the venue installs a proper cooling system. Otherwise, it will be very uncomfortable| Communication is subpar. Getting an answer to a simple question sometimes took weeks. Other times just a few days. There wasn't consistency | The night of our rehearsal we were running behind so I texted and emailed their team but never got a response. Not even an \"okay, no worries see you soon.\" When we arrived the coordinator was there but she didn't even know our line up and seemed confused |I have seen my friends' coordinators usually send a sweet message in the morning and make an appearance early on to welcome the bride & girls on the wedding day. Didn't happen. My first contact was to request tissue paper since there wasn't any in the bathrooms and ask where the mirrors we were promised so that our girls can get ready. We were also told there would be food and drinks for us when we arrived but it wasn't delivered til much later|Somehow none of the guys including my husband had boutonnières which wasn't a big deal but we paid for it so I'm still not sure why our coordinator didn't make sure that was done. When it was time for my bouquet toss --the bouquet for this was nowhere to be found so the coordinator threw something together and wrapped it with a broken hair tie. This is something that should have been looked at beforehand. That wasn't that big of a deal but her attitude throughout the whole thing was disappointing. My friends and I caught her rolling her eyes throughout the night and you could tell she didn't want to be there (not what you want to see or feel on your wedding day). She had a very snobby attitude. Maybe we just happened to interact with her during a difficult time but if I could do it over again, she would not have been my pick to coordinate my day.|I packed all of our decorations/additional items with stickers on the back. Each sticker had a number that matched a printed sheet I handed our coordinator so that we could ensure all of our personal items were returned to us. We were missing several items and the sheet I created was not used. My husband and I had to go back to the venue to look for our stuff the day after our wedding. The worst part was that the coordinator would not answer our texts or phone calls. We are not from the area and had limited time there. Thankfully, one of the guys that works at the venue showed up because he noticed we were on the property and helped us find our items. Overall, I loved how this place looked & it's a day I will always cherish but I did not like how the team at Southern Grace handled the most important day of our lives.

Debbie Gill (Owner) Southern Grace is a historical location that our family homestead in the late 1800’s, and has been in our family for well over 100+ consecutive years, we are so honored as the State of Florida has designated us as a Century Pioneer Family Farm, from Ranching cattle, Harvesting Hay, to our famous little Florida peach orchard ( The Southern Peach Co.) we just love that our families livelihood comes from agriculture and we love that we can share our history, the land, and who we are as a family that loves to share SG with our couples and their family and friends on their special wedding day!
