I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Spazio! Every bit of our reception was perfect. Mark was eager and willing to fulfill all our needs. Emily was key in getting me thru all the planning. The entire staff the night of our reception was amazing. I had extra decorations and they placed them exactly where I would've had I done it myself. The food, the food!!!! I can not begin to describe how delicious our food was. I still have people raving over our food.

My husband and I got married in October 2022, and used Spazio Westport & Russo's Catering for our Reception. Working with Emily Otto for all of the decor, food, logistics, etc made everything so much easier than it would have been otherwise! She worked with our Wedding Coordinator & DJ to make sure that everything went off without a hitch, and I could not have asked for more. All of the food was incredible, our cake was beautiful and delicious, and the bar did a fantastic job with our signature cocktail & craft beer.

My husband and I got married in October 2022, and used Spazio Westport & Russo's Catering for our Reception. Working with Emily Otto for all of the decor, food, logistics, etc made everything so much easier than it would have been otherwise! She worked with our Wedding Coordinator & DJ to make sure that everything went off without a hitch, and I could not have asked for more. All of the food was incredible, our cake was beautiful and delicious, and the bar did a fantastic job with our signature cocktail & craft beer.

I cant say enough about working with Spazios, Brenna and Mark. Brenna was absolutely AMAZING!!! We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19 and she was nothing but accommodating . She found us a new date and reworked the entire floor plan for us. Everything was PERFECT!!! We were so nervous going into the new date with everything changing, and Brenna took care of everything and made sure everything was perfect! We had such a great time. The staff was great and the food was SPECTACULAR. Thank you so much Russo's, Spazio's, Brenna and Mark!!!!!!!!

I cant say enough about working with Spazios, Brenna and Mark. Brenna was absolutely AMAZING!!! We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19 and she was nothing but accommodating . First and foremost, Mark Russo and Brenna Spears were AMAZING to work with from the very beginning. We switched our ceremony and reception over to Spazio Westport when our original wedding plans were canceled due to Covid-19. Mark and Brenna worked their tails off to keep everything within our budget while still helping us pull off Wedding 2.0 just as 1.0 had been envisioned. Mark gave us a tour of the spaces and Brenna coordinated ABSOLUTELY everything - for every question I had, she had an answer and remained patient and upbeat throughout our whole planning process (and planning a whole new wedding when you couldn't get married the first time is STRESSFUL!). The venue itself was immaculate and offered everything we could have ever needed. We held our ceremony in their \"Garden Room,\" then everyone was ushered out to the Bistro for appetizers/cocktails while the Garden Room was flipped for our reception. The food was exceptional and the bar tenders were gracious. Brenna stepped in and even coordinated with our third party vendors (DJ, Photographer, Florist) to ensure our day went off without a hitch. Spazio's and Russo's to the rescue! After an issue with our reception venue, we had to relocate our reception and Spazio's was free on a Saturday night and opened up for us, was able to get food and beverages and some people to work within 2 1/2 hours of us contacting them. There was also a lot of bad weather that happened that day. Shout out to Tony and Christine Walsh who were able to make it all happen and to Mark. We did have a little issue when it came to the bill but were able to get it situated. Thanks again for everything!

Everything was beyond perfect!! Emily is the absolute best! She made the entire process so easy and stress free! She brought all of our visions to life! She was always available to answer any questions we had and she worked with our vendors seamlessly to get everything set up! Spazio was an amazing choice for our combined ceremony (Garden Room) and reception (Bistro and Garden Room combined). The coordinator, Emily, was WONDERFUL and incredibly responsive all throughout the planning process. Brenna and the other staff that night were friendly, helpful, and made everything go off without a hitch. We were on a relatively small budget and you cannot beat the price for what you get at this venue. The food was amazing and they even helped put up our decorations for us.

We had our ceremony and reception at Spazio. Our ceremony was in the Garden room and our reception was in the Bistro. It was perfect. Brenna was very hands on and super helpful. She walked us through everything and made sure our day was exactly what we wanted. All of our guests raved about the venue and absolutely loved the food. I would definitely recommend it Spazio to anyone.

We had our ceremony and reception at Spazio. Our ceremony was in the Garden room and our reception was in the Bistro. It was perfect. Brenna was very hands on and super helpful. She walked us through everything and made sure our day was exactly what we wanted. All of our guests raved about the venue and absolutely loved the food. Emily and Mark at Spazio Westport were very easy to work with and the venue itself was really nice. We rented both the bistro (for happy hour and appetizers) and the ballroom (for our main reception dinner and dancing). The best part was definitely the food. The appetizers were delicious, although I only ever saw one kind of app go by in the bistro. Luckily for us, they set aside a variety of apps at the head table after we entered, so I was able to taste more. The dinner was amazing...even better than what I was expecting. Finally, the cake, which they made in-house, was beautiful and delicious. My only real negative was a slight lack of organization on the night of the reception. I expected someone from Spazio to be there to tell us when it was time for the speeches or time to cut the cake. Instead, our DJ had to keep asking us when we were ready to perform each task. Then again, if I had written out a more detailed timeline for the DJ, he could have kept the evening moving smoothly without the help of a venue rep. Despite the slight confusion, the evening went well, having a hotel attached was a big plus, and all of our guests had a blast! I would happily recommend Spazio Westport.

Everyone raged about how great the food was and how attentive the individuals working the reception were. They also made special accommodations for guests with special dietary needs. ~Emily, we can’t thank you enough for making this day extra special and coordinating with us all the way from Oklahoma City. The time you take to make sure every detail is perfect is something every bride hopes for. It is also nice to know that there are people there to cover in case the bride gets the “day of stressors and questions.” Thanks for everything!~Mr. and Mrs. Deetz

Spazio was absolutely amazing! We recently had our wedding reception there. The service was fantastic, and space is beautifully updated. In the months leading up to our wedding, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the day of. All of my questions were answered quickly, and she was so helpful it made everything seem so easy. They offer a range of packages, which is great and allows you customize your event. They allow you to use their decorations, or in my case, allow to provide your own. The food was also incredible! Everyone was so impressed by the quality. Overall, I was extremely happy with everything. They helped make our day run smoothly, and made it exactly the way we wanted!

Our Memorial Day weekend wedding was incredible. The party began around 6pm with a cocktail hour. We rented out the entire space, including the bistro and the garden room. We had the cocktail hour in the bistro and garden room and everyone had a wonderful time. The wedding parties arrived at around 6:40pm and this played perfectly for introductions into the mail ballroom around 7pm. We had around 120 people very comfortably in the ballroom with a nice sized dance floor. The food was excellent with no complaints from anyone at any point in the night. We served a filet, chicken, and eggplant meal; all were getting rave reviews. The catering staff was accommodating and helpful at all stages. At one point, there were a lot of NY Ranger fans in the bistro when they won game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals, and that was an awesome fun time. Overall, the wedding was perfect, and Spazios was a major part of making it that way.\r:)

My husband and I loved having our reception at Spazio. We had about 250 people at the reception and there was plenty of room! Great food. GREAT service. And building up to the wedding day was not stressful at all with the help of their coordinators.

The best thing about going with Spazio's was that they did everything for us-cake, food, open bar, decorations, chairs, and event planning. It was expensive, but in my opinion, worth the money to have our event look very nice with delicious food and we didn't have to worry about planning anything. With chair covers (additional fee), a stations buffet a weekday discount, with taxes and gratuity it ended up being a little less than $60/guest.

Spazio took my breath away when we walked into our rehearsal!Our rehearsal dinner was in the Garden Room, and we couldn't believe how elegant everything looked. The food and service went above our expectations. The restaurant was a little hard to find. There is no sign on the street, you just have to know that it is next to the comfort inn at westport plaza. Other than that, Spazio's is simply amazing!
