I had my wedding at Springfield Country club on 10/21/2023. My now husband, our families, and I could not be more happy with choosing Springfield as our venue. From the moment we toured the place, we were in awed my the addition to detail from the spacious cocktail area room to the grand ballroom and then the ability to have an after party on site a tavola and have accommodations right there to keep our guest safe. We also opted for a morning after brunch so we could say goodbye and thank our guest. Dennis and his team were BEYOND amazing. I am SUPER TYPE A. Dennis answered all my questions in a timely manner leading up to our wedding. I wanted a lot of candles and flower decor throughout the wedding. Dennis and his team set everything up perfectly. There was never any set back. Unfortunately, as the bride, I missed our cocktail hour because I was taking pictures, but all our guest raved about the food especially all the butler apps. My Italian aunt felt like queen because she was being served constantly. Scott was the head of our day. He was awesome. He kept checking in with Mike and I and our parents. The customer service was beyond what I could have ever asked for!!! Dennis and Scott made sure everything went smoothly. When you go to weddings, you don’t expect good entrees because they are being massed produced. However, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! Again, all our guest raved about how good the filet was! We had over 260 guests! The dessert display was amazing and so many options. No one left our wedding hungry. I could not be more happy with the chose of selecting Springfield for our wedding day. I am so excited to get our pictures back so I can relive the day. Dennis, Scott, and the whole staff were kind, friendly, and so professional. They made my wedding dreams and wishes come true.

We had our wedding reception at SCC on September 2, 2023 and I cannot recommend this venue enough! Our coordinator and the general manager, Dennis, was warm and welcoming from his first email to us. He was responsive to me, my mom, and my mother-in-law and was able to accommodate every request we had. On our wedding day, he and our maitre d’, Scott, were so genuinely excited to be a part of our day. They were both fully present throughout the day until the end of the reception to make sure everything ran smoothly. The rooms looked amazing, and our guests raved about the cocktail hour food and entrees. The staff at Tavola, the attached bar, even packed up our leftover after party food and gave it to us the next morning. It was everything you could hope for in a venue and its staff. Thank you SCC for a perfect wedding day!

We had a perfect wedding day at Springfield Country Club in March 2023. We were originally scheduled to have our cocktail hour and reception there in May 2020, but that was postponed due to the pandemic. Dennis from Springfield CC stuck with us the entire time, honored our original contract, and made sure our reception was perfect when the day finally came, three years later. The experience that Dennis has planning weddings far exceeds almost anyone else in the industry (in comparison to the 15+ venues we had viewed prior to Springfield CC). The day of, that experience shone through – we did not have to do anything (e.g., help set up or break down decorations) and could truly just enjoy our night. Our matre de Milton was so unbelievably helpful, driving us out to the golf course to take evening photos, providing us a tray of personal hors deourves, and making sure we had drinks the entire night. The cocktail hour space and golf view ballroom were beautiful, newly renovated spaces that had a lot of natural light and overlooked the golf course. Cocktail hour was extravagant, with more food than we could imagine (and delicious as well!). When it came to the reception, the service was flawless, entrees were delicious (and large portions!), and the night was beautiful. We are so grateful to have gotten married at Springfield, with both Dennis and Milton making our night perfect.

My husband and I recently had our wedding here and I cannot express enough how happy we were with our decision to have our cocktail hour and reception at the Springfield Country Club. We worked with Michelle Wilcox throughout the entire process and she was AMAZING. This place has it all and will walk you through the entire process. It’s a one-stop shop for everything, venue, after party, hotel, salon, bridal suites, gorgeous golf course for pictures and great food! And they were fabulous the day of, the service, how they handled the decor, cake, etc. I could go on and on! Highly recommend them

Throughout the planning process, he answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was asking too much or being too difficult. They have a ton of space if you are having a large wedding, especially a fusion event like we did. We had a few issues on the day of our wedding and in our communications after with the Springfield Team that I'll list:1. They apologized for this, but my grandfather needed special dietary accommodations and I went to great lengths to convey them to the Springfield staff. On the day of my wedding, my grandfather did not receive one of the meals that I had confirmed multiple times he would receive2. The Springfield team confirmed that they would put a table out for our favors, but on the day of our wedding, they never did. I had my rehearsal dinner at the La Vista room. It was an absolutely gorgeous room on the deck of Tavola with one wall open to the deck to give an indoor/outdoor feel and overlook the golf course. There is a bar right outside of the room that the guests can utilize which is great. Our guests spent equal time inside the room and out on the deck right outside of the room. The food was fabulous and they provided a great menu for us to choose from. It was affordable without cutting any corners and only needed subtle decorations because the room itself is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend having a rehearsal dinner at the La Vista room!

Bridal Shower held in February 2022. We had the corner room with a lovely view. All of the staff was professional and friendly. This was during some covid restrictions and they met all of our requests. Our lunch was plentiful if not wasteful. Thank you for a lovely day.

Springfield Country Club was an AMAZING place to have our wedding reception. And would 10/10 recommend them to have ANY event at. We met Dennis and his team shortly after our engagement and fell in love with the venue. Unfortunately, it did not work out initially d/t a date conflict. BUT...that all changed after the venue's prior commitment fell through and we were able to book the Springfield CC with less than 8 weeks until our big day! Initially, my husband and I hade a date in mind that we were unable to change. We held steadfast with our big \"I do\" date and continued our search and booked a different place. COVID got worse etc etc. We looked back into Springfield and they had the date available! My husband is in the military and was getting ready to leave for an extended period of time shortly after our wedding day. Dennis went out of his way to make sure we were able to have our wedding planning experience. He was in touch with us constantly and helping us with all of our last minute questions and was very flexible with phone calls and last minute plans. The cocktail hour was phenomenal! That could have been our dinner. The dinner food was also amazing and highly recommend it and it was filling. So many compliments from our 200 guests. The Maitre D had every moment taken care of during our big day and we did not lift a finger on our wedding day :) The golf course was amazing to take pictures on and was lovely. It could not have been a more perfect place to have all of our friends and family to celebrate our love and we cannot recommend them more!

Our guests absolutely loved the venue and food. The grand reveal of the reception was a great experience that our guests loved. When my husband and I were first looking at wedding venues, we had an idea of what we were looking for. We both have very large families so our venue needed space, great food, an area perfect for dancing. When we toured SCC, we KNEW this was the place. The club is absolutely gorgeous!! The ballroom was perfect to host a large wedding with a huge dance floor, the golf course, the outdoor patio/Tavola's, and the décor of the club is beautiful, and the food was incredible (everyone is still raving about our food!). Dennis, our wedding coordinator, was a dream to work with. With expertise and countless years of experience, your wedding will run smoothly and you can enjoy the day. Dennis was there throughout the whole wedding planning to help me and my family plan the perfect wedding. He was professional, kind, and made us feel very comfortable. Nothing was ever a problem for Dennis and he handled everything with the upmost professionalism. Dennis truly is dedicated to making your wedding day memorable. In addition to Dennis, the rest of the SCC staff, Danny (our maitre d'), Nancy (SCC coordinator), and the SCC event and wait staff did a phenomenal job. After the reception, we hosted a mini celebration over at the Tavola's club for an after reception drink. The staff was friendly, and the seating area was perfect to relax, hangout, and talk to our guests. Once the evening was wrapped up, it was wonderful for my husband and I to walk next door to the beautiful Marriott. Our wedding weekend was HUGE success and everything was centralized at SCC. From the ceremony, reception, a golf tournament, and hotel accommodations, SCC is the IDEAL wedding location. Please consider this venue because you will be so pleased you did!!Thanks SCC!

Choosing SCC for our reception venue was a no-brainer for us. We had a 600-person guest list and needed a venue that could deliver on giving our guests a grand experience along with the convenience of a on-premises hotel. Dennis was a joy to work with from day one, listening to our needs and desires so well and working hard to make them happen. I must have called him almost every day with a request or question in the last month leading up the wedding, and he happily obliged. We have a family with a lot of opinions, and Dennis and Nancy accommodated them so well. They went above and beyond to make sure it was my dream day. The food was spectacular- many of our guests said it was the best appetizer spread they had ever had and were too full for dinner. I love dessert, and in knowing that, Dennis and Nancy again went above their duties to make me happy with all of the selections and add-ons. The maitre'd and entire service staff was excellent and a pleasure to work with on the day-of. Choosing SCC was the best decision we made.

Choosing SCC for our reception venue was a no-brainer for us. We had a 600-person guest list and needed a venue that could deliver on giving our guests a grand experience along with the convenience of a on-premises hotel. Dennis was a joy to work with from day one, listening to our needs and desires so well and working hard to make them happen. I must have called him almost every day with a request or question in the last month leading up the wedding, and he happily obliged. We have a family with a lot of opinions, and Dennis and Nancy accommodated them so well. They went above and beyond to make sure it was my dream day. The food was spectacular- many of our guests said it was the best appetizer spread they had ever had and were too full for dinner. I love dessert, and in knowing that, Dennis and Nancy again went above their duties to make me happy with all of the selections and add-ons. The maitre'd and entire service staff was excellent and a pleasure to work with on the day-of. Choosing SCC was the best decision we made.

He had all the answers to the many (hundreds) questions we had for our big day. He was there from day one, where we went to visit the venue, all the way to our wedding reception. We felt comfortable and confident with SFCC because Dennis reviewed wedding day details thoroughly in person. Dennis worked closely with all of the vendors to ensure everything was smooth sailing prior to and throughout the day. We met with Dennis often prior to our wedding, whether it was for the cake taste test, visit with our decorator, or visit just cause we had a few questions and wanted to see the venue again. His attention to detail is incredible. He was truly a pleasure to work with!Hickmet, our maitre'D was incredible to have during our wedding reception! He helped our photographer find the best location for our pre-reception photos, which turned our beautifully. He even brought us our appetizers while we were in the bridal suite right before our reception entrance! We are so completely in awe of our wedding at the SCC! They went above and beyond, in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, our maitre d' Hikmet took care of everything. Janet and our maitre d & MVP of the day, Scott, made our day flow so smoothly and just made everything more perfect than I could have ever imagined and I can't thank them enough! Food wise, oh my goodness, it is all SO GOOD and you get such a ridiculous (in a good way) amount and great variety of food for cocktail hour that you're full by dinner time. But we made room for the delicious dinner because you can't not eat all the yummies hahaha. SCC puts you in great hands for your wedding, or other type of event, and it will run like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend them!

When Springfield Country Club says they have it all, they really do! Nancy Steinmetz and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most unforgettable experience ever! They literally made our dreams come true. Nancy has been doing this for years, which truly shows. She is so knowledgeable about the whole wedding planning process and is one of the most hardworking, experienced and creative individuals that I have ever known. I am not very organized and get easily frazzled/stressed out, but Nancy was attentive, flexible and reassuring throughout the entire process so I was able to relax and always felt confident and reassured that she and her team had everything under control. If I could mention every one by name that had a hand in this special day it would be too long of a review ;) It took a village to create such an incredible weekend and to everyone who was a part of it, Jeff and I are extremely grateful and appreciative for all of your hard work, time and effort that was put into making such an unforgettable weekend for our family, our guests and us. The entire wedding weekend was incredible. It started with a spectacular rehearsal dinner in the new La Vista room on Thursday. On Friday my husband and his groomsmen were able to enjoy a relaxing day out on the golf course that was only steps from their hotel rooms, while the girls got pampered at Joseph Anthony and enjoyed lunch (and some cocktails) at Tavola. The day of our wedding was amazing! Both of the Maître ‘Ds, Hickmet and Scott, did a phenomenal job and made sure the day ran smoothly. They were so attentive and anticipated our needs the entire day. The venue looked so beautiful it brought me to tears! We were able to transform the whole country club into a Tuscan summer wedding. From the outside entrance to the lobby to cocktail hour in the Golf View Ballroom to the reception in Grand Ballroom, each space got better and better and left an impression on our guest and us! Also, the vendors that Springfield Country Club recommended to us for our wedding were some the best people in the business to work with. They were all professional, fun and wonderful to work with. It just goes to the show the kind of people whom they surround themselves with and work with. Our guests were blown away by the whole experience. They couldn’t believe how much food was out during cocktail hour and how delicious everything tasted. The way in which the food was organized and displayed was a beautiful masterpiece in itself! We are still receiving so many compliments about the delicious food, the decor, the service and how everything ran so smoothly. My husband and I got married at Springfield CC on 9/29/18 and we couldn't be happier with how our special day turned out. Springfield is a well oiled machine and from the moment we booked our wedding with them we knew we would be in good hands. Our wedding coordinator throughout the planning process was Dennis Ciccerti who was always responsive to questions, my many emails, and phone calls from my mom. He made sure everything was organized the day of and was always friendly, supportive, and just a genuinely nice guy! Our maitre d the day of our wedding was Hickmet-he was amazing! He drove us onto the golf course for photographs, calmed me down when I was about to have a mini meltdown, and made us laugh and smile the whole night. He was right there with a cocktail every time we needed him and made sure the entire night ran smoothly from start to finish. Thank you Hickmet-you are amazing!!!As previously stated, SCC is an amazing spot to have a wedding. The ballroom is beautiful and spacious, the team is communicative and organized, and the food is out of this world! We cannot thank the staff at Springfield Country Club enough for the most amazing wedding day experience! They went above and beyond of what we expected and the grand ballroom looked amazing! Our coordinator Laura was so great to work with in the months, weeks and days leading up to the big day. Her responses were prompt and she went above and beyond to cater to our needs and answer questions. Laura made the entire planning process easy and enjoyable. LAURA IS AWESOME! Our maitre d' Hikmet was incredible on the day of our wedding. He really helped to make the timing of pictures go smoothly so we could enjoy our cocktail hour. Hikmet promised us 2.5 hours of dancing and we got that on the biggest dance floor in Delaware County! From the gorgeous linens, to the 5 tier cake, the amazing appetizers, the perfectly cooked filet and even the strawberries on the champagne glasses - Springfield put on a first class show and we could not be happier with our decision. SCC was without a doubt the PERFECT venue for us. Dennis and Hickmet worked hard to make sure our day was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We got married in the stunning ceremony garden. Dennis was accommodating and allowed us to decorate the gazebo and aisle ourselves. We really didn’t have to worry about anything throughout the entire planning process because Dennis took care of everything. Then on the actual wedding day Hickmet was beyond amazing. He and the rest of the staff made sure Ethan and I were taken care of all night long. We loved his laid back personality and he made us feel super comfortable. He worked with my photographers to figure out the best places to get photos and even drove us around on a golf cart. The venue itself it so beautiful and the golf view ballroom was so spacious and easily fit our 155 guests. Everyone LOVED the outdoor space and people used it all night long. My guests raved about the food, especially the decadent cocktail hour. With two bars, the line was never long and drinks were flowing all night long. Finally, with a hotel and restaurant on site this is literally the perfect place for your wedding weekend. It will make you feel like your having a destination wedding because everyone is together at the hotel and bar and it is just so much fun.

We really didn’t have to worry about anything throughout the entire planning process because Dennis took care of everything. Then on the actual wedding day Hickmet was beyond amazing. He and the rest of the staff made sure Ethan and I were taken care of all night long. We loved his laid back personality and he made us feel super comfortable. He worked with my photographers to figure out the best places to get photos and even drove us around on a golf cart. The venue itself it so beautiful and the golf view ballroom was so spacious and easily fit our 155 guests. Everyone LOVED the outdoor space and people used it all night long. My guests raved about the food, especially the decadent cocktail hour. With two bars, the line was never long and drinks were flowing all night long. Finally, with a hotel and restaurant on site this is literally the perfect place for your wedding weekend. It will make you feel like your having a destination wedding because everyone is together at the hotel and bar and it is just so much fun.

Our experience at the Springfield was a 5/5! My (now) husband and I got married on 5/5/18 and had an amazing time at the Springfield. We mostly chose the venue for the convenience of the hotel and restaurant on site and the proximity to my parents house. Our expectations were blown out of the water with the service, food, and overall hospitality shown to our guests.Dennis was our coordinator throughout the planning process and was extremely accommodating. We were planning the wedding from Boston, and did most of our communication through email. Dennis was very responsive to all questions (and I had a lot of them). He walked us through everything before our day and gave suggestions when appropriate, but allowed us to make most decisions/suggestions.We had our ceremony in the garden, which was beautifully landscaped. Our reception was held in the golf view room. We invited 210 and 165 people ended up coming so the space worked perfectly. There was no event in the other ballroom, so Dennis allowed us to use the Chivari chairs, which looked great. We had uplighting, which transformed the room into a party atmosphere.Hickmet was our maitre'd for the day of the wedding. He was amazing! He made sure the day went off without a hitch. We really appreciated his attentiveness throughout the whole day. Hickmet is a hustler!I had multiple guests comment on how plentiful the cocktail hour was. They loved how the plates were so full and actual appetizers were delicious. I also had multiple friends comment on how they really like the bartenders- they were attentive, fun, and made good drinks.The day was amazing and I would recommend the Springfield to anyone!!Also- with Tavola & the Marriott right there, we continued to Tavola for an after party with all of our out of town guests. Extremely convenient if you have a lot of people traveling!

This venue was perfect for our August wedding reception! The golf course was a beautiful backdrop for pictures with our family and bridal party. The connected, outdoor restaurant/bar, Tavola, was a great spot for guests to relax between our church ceremony and our cocktail hour. It was very convenient to walk there for our after party gathering as well. The attached Marriott was another important feature for our guests! Within the suites building, my bridesmaids and I enjoyed getting ready at the Joseph Anthony Salon and then simply going upstairs to get dressed then take pictures with the photographer. Most importantly, the Mahoney room (for cocktail hour) and the Grand Ballroom were magnificent for our celebration. They were thoughtfully decorated and the curtain \"reveal\" of the Grand Ballroom after cocktail hour left a remarkable impression on our guests. Janet was always available and willing to help during the whole planning process. Her professional suggestions for our set-up and schedule were extremely useful for creating a great day all around. Hick was equally as important in making our day run smoothly. He was our right hand man as soon as we got to Springfield Country club- providing water for all of our family and bridal party as we prepared to head right to the golf course for pictures on our hot evening. He made sure our every need was met throughout the night! He knew how important it was to stay on schedule and he did a great job of helping us stick to it. I've been to many venues in the area and SCC tops them all. Each and every employee was professional, genuine and left a favorable impression. From the ladies at the front desk, all the way to owner Pat Burns, the service you receive is top notch. I was fortunate enough to work with Dennis. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and reassuring. He was very easy to work with and responded to my questions within minutes. It was a pleasure working with him and we loved his sense of humor. Hikmet was the Maitre D and he made sure that the events flowed throughout the evening. He constantly checked on me, my husband and both our parents. Dennis and Hikmet are well seasoned and I was so relaxed because everything was in their hands. You do not need a wedding coordinator or planner because the SCC staff goes above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. The ballroom is spacious and you can't beat the dance floor, silver chairs or stunning chandeliers. I can't even tell you how many compliments I've received about the wedding. Everyone raved about the food and said it was the best wedding that they've ever been to. My vendors were equally as impressed! You can't beat the location with complimentary parking, Tavola and the Marriott right on site either. Thank you to SCC and it's unbelievable staff for making my wedding the best day of my life.

I couldn’t wait to get home from our honeymoon to write this 5 star review for Springfield Country Club. I found my venue on one of these wedding sites once we were engaged. We got married in June 2017 and heard over and over how this country club was such a great venue. This venue is about 40 minutes from where we and our family live, but heard no complaints from guests about traveling. It was worth it to have a hotel and huge bar/restaurant to hang out during our 3 hour gap before the ceremony. Janet is the wedding coordinator and she was so easy to work with. I sent her so many emails/requests and she wiggled and made sure she hit everything on my list. When you are worried about so many details for your wedding, that’s the type of person you need. Hikmet was our maître d and he was on it all night. We met him during our private photos on the course and he took care of us the entire night. Not only us, but our parents as well. We had our ceremony at the Springfield Country Club and we were very happy with how our day turned out. It was a slightly humid July evening but we were able to have it at their beautiful outdoor gazebo area. The back up indoor space (atrium) is also beautiful so we would have been very happy if we ended up there. After the ceremony we were escorted around on a golf course for pictures which was nice. It's also very convenient that the venue is next to a hotel for our guests. Our only complaints are that because we were only having our ceremony there we were limited on what time we could have our ceremony, and it was slightly pricey for just having a ceremony there. However, overall my experience at the Springfield Country Club was very positive and would recommend it for a wedding ceremony!!

Firstly, you're better of doing your wedding in NJ or in DE at the Chase Center Water Front. We had a grand Indian Wedding this past memorial weekend and my wedding was ruined because of Dennis and his staff. We were in touch with Dennis and Nancy, who are were the event coordinators. We had a 3 day event and had 5 events in those 3 days with 500-600 people. This venue is very pretty but the event coordinators were no where to be found on my weekend. Everything was a mess. We had an ourside caterer come in with permission. All formalities were finished for them to come and cook there for the weekend. The night before the wedding in which we were having 500 people and 600 people in the reception, they informed the caterer that they weren't going to get the stove in the kitchen. We were promised a toast at the reception which weren't given. Dennis gave us such high expectations and he was missing from the whole event. There was no staff present the day of the events and we paid for butler service and we didn't receive it. Our total balance for this was $60,000 without food, and it was a huge mistake. They promised so much and didn't deliver. There was no toast for the reception. No water for the events. No bowls for lunch service. We tried to talk to Dennis and he just kept leaving the venue and running back in his office. We are trying to contact the upper management. If you're having an Indian wedding over 300 or so people, you are better not to have it here. We have almost 15 people from my family in the kitchen trying to put things together because the venue didn't give us wait staff. If the owner of this place cared enough, they wouldn't hire such people because they just ruined events. I would appreciate the management to call me. Dennis and Nancy both have my number. It's not a nice thing to ruin a girls wedding. For the price we paid, this was the worst place I could have had my wedding. Recommendation, please do not host your wedding here. You won't be happy with the service. Dennis had threatened my family and planner that he would \"throw my caterer out the kitchen\". Dennis took the stove away at 7 am when we had a 600 people lunch at 12. Which caterer would be happy with this. Even with this, my caterer managed to feed my guests. Dennis should be fired because he can't handle this job.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding on 1/21/17 and we could not be happier with the reception the Springfield Country Club gave us. Throughout the wedding planning process Dennis Ciciretti answered every question me and my parents had in a timely manner. Dennis provided suggestions based on years of expeirence, including some personal touches like recommending Schaffer Sound and Dave Schaffer who was the DJ at Dennis's wedding. Dennis helped make the wedding planning process stress free, including the day before the ceremony, where my family and I were bringing up final decorations and asking Dennis a lot of questions. Our reception was in the Grand Ballroom with 320 guests, I initially had a concern about guests sitting and waiting for food, I dont even know why I worried the food service was the quickest turn around service ever for 320 guests. The salads were set just before the doors opened, Dinner started at 6 and by 7:15 all guests were up and dancing. My guests have not stopped raving about how good the food was. Some quotes: \"Omigosh 32 but.ered hors devours, I don't even know 32 different Hors devours.\" \"At some venues you gave to track down the waiters who have the hors devours but at your wedding they were constantly circulating.\" \"This prime rib is amazing, the size of this thing is amazing I can't even finish it.\" I added uplighting to our DJ package and couldn't decide on the color, Dennis told me not to worry about it that once the room was set up that he would work with the DJ to pick the perfect color and it was absolutely amazing looking. Our Maitre d was Scott. He was so attentive and helpful throughout the night and the day after. He checked on Billy and I the throughout the night and made sure we had beverages of choice whenever ended. At the end of the night Scott helped ensure we had all our present and cards, to the point that he walked them with us to our hotel room. Matt put us in a private room for brunch the next day.

Dennis provided suggestions based on years of expeirence, including some personal touches like recommending Schaffer Sound and Dave Schaffer who was the DJ at Dennis's wedding. Dennis helped make the wedding planning process stress free, including the day before the ceremony, where my family and I were bringing up final decorations and asking Dennis a lot of questions. Our reception was in the Grand Ballroom with 320 guests, I initially had a concern about guests sitting and waiting for food, I dont even know why I worried the food service was the quickest turn around service ever for 320 guests. The salads were set just before the doors opened, Dinner started at 6 and by 7:15 all guests were up and dancing. My guests have not stopped raving about how good the food was. Some quotes: \"Omigosh 32 but.ered hors devours, I don't even know 32 different Hors devours.\" \"At some venues you gave to track down the waiters who have the hors devours but at your wedding they were constantly circulating.\" \"This prime rib is amazing, the size of this thing is amazing I can't even finish it.\" I added uplighting to our DJ package and couldn't decide on the color, Dennis told me not to worry about it that once the room was set up that he would work with the DJ to pick the perfect color and it was absolutely amazing looking. Our Maitre d was Scott. He was so attentive and helpful throughout the night and the day after. He checked on Billy and I the throughout the night and made sure we had beverages of choice whenever ended. At the end of the night Scott helped ensure we had all our present and cards, to the point that he walked them with us to our hotel room. Matt put us in a private room for brunch the next day.

Dennis is professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make the day perfect. Scott was our maitre d' and I can't imagine how anyone else could be better! Quick to refill a drink for the bride and groom, bridal party, parents of the bride and groom, etc. Tavola's next door was the perfect place to continue the party after the reception, and the hotel couldn't be more convenient for guests. We got married at Springfield Country Club this past October and could not have asked for a more beautiful day. We worked with our coordinator, Janet, throughout the year who was absolutely amazing—quick and helpful responses and advice to everything we threw her way. One of the most stressful things about wedding planning is just trying to envision how everything comes together—there are so many vendors and moving pieces and things that could “go wrong” but she just took that stress right off of my shoulders! We were able to bring all of our “stuff” (candles, card boxes etc.) over the Tuesday before which was tremendously helpful and alleviated a lot of stress. Hickmet was our Maitre’ d for the night of and very quickly became our best friend—he could find the person we were looking for (photographer, dad, flower girl) in less than thirty seconds and took care of the head tables drinks all night (very important!) I also heard from someone afterwards that he was also checking in on, and looking after guests at other tables. The venue itself is so beautiful—stunning crystal chandeliers in both ballrooms and silver Chiavari chairs—so there’s not much you need to do on the decorating end. Space was plentiful and the food was amazing. One of our favorite parts of the whole night was watching the curtains open from the cocktail room to reveal the ballroom all set up and ready, with the wait staff all standing in a row, ready to get the party started!—I had several people come up to me afterwards to tell me they got the chills!Still smiling thinking about the day and night, Springfield Country Club will not disappoint!

As soon as I met with our sales manager, Dennis Ciciretti, I knew having my wedding here would be one of the best decisions I've made- and I was not wrong! He truly made all of my wedding dreams come true! He was a great listener, communicator, and would go to the ends of the earth to provide whatever I requested! As any bride does, I had a vision for my reception and when I walked into that room- it was beyond what I could have ever imagined! Dennis truly went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park! His friendly personality, good sense of humor, compassion and kindness was evident from day 1 and continued even after my wedding! Dennis made what could have been a stressful experience a very joyful and relaxing one! Hickmet, our maître de at the wedding reception also went above and beyond for the entire bridal party. He ran everything so smoothly and coordinated a great flow of events at my wedding. Many of my guests commented on the \"flow\" of my wedding and how it was seamless and perfect! I owe that all to Hickmet! His professional expertise, calming force and smiling face made me so comfortable from the minute I walked into SCC to begin our night! The food was so very delicious and there was so much of it! The cocktail hour blew all of my guests away and I am still receiving so many comments in regards to how much food they were offered and how every single thing was so tasty! The way in which the food was organized and displayed was a beautiful masterpiece in itself! There was also a variety of food being served by the fantastic staff! Every single staff member (wait staff/bartenders) that worked my wedding always had a pleasant smile on their face and interacted so nicely with our guests! If you want the best wedding- you need to have it at SCC!

If you ever get a chance to meet Dennis, you will literally want to write him a check and say \"yes, take my money and make a dream wedding.\" He is the BEST! He took care of everything, answered every email within minutes to 1-2 hours at most, and just made the day magical. He said in one email about 2 months left to go \"I hope you're getting excited because this is your day\" I couldn't say anything better about him. Also - request Hickmet.. He is a maitre d, wedding planner, photography stager, and Dj planner all in one. He made me sit down and eat \"just a few bites Katie then you can go back to the party.\" I gave him like 20 hugs at the end of the night because he's like your partner during the entire day. Provided nothing but encouragement and compliments and just made me feel like royalty. Love Dennis and Hickmet. The serving staff was amazing as well, there was one young girl (forget her name) who asked me where my dress was from since she was getting married soon and when she asked what I wanted as appetizers (I told her I didn't eat meat) she ran and got me some vegetarian options and my husband with everything he liked. If you want a stress free wedding with zero prep and worry about setting up your venue, go with Springfield.

After growing up and living in Delaware County my whole life, it was SO nice to find my dream wedding venue right at home! After taking my first tour at Springfield Country Club, I knew this was the place for our wedding and where we would make some of the best memories of our lives. Janet was our wedding sales manager and an incredible help along our journey. Anything I needed in the months of planning, she was there with a quick response and helpful hand - I felt SO comfortable putting a lot of pieces of the planning in her hands. Springfield takes care of so much of the planning and organizes seamlessly with your other vendors, you have so much weight lifted off your shoulders - especially the week of the wedding. The day and night of our wedding was spectacular! From the beautiful set up, smooth logistics, and wonderful staff. Janet and our maitre d' Hickmet were with us all night and ensured we had everything we needed and more! They kept everyone on schedule and made sure we were a part of every moment through the night - AND we ate dinner and always had a drink in our hand :) When people ask us how are wedding is, the only word I can use is perfect and that is in complete thanks to Springfield Country Club!!

The Springfield Country Club was the perfect wedding venue! Throughout the planning process, Dennis and his team were always available to answer our questions. We had a food and cake tasting where we selected from delicious menu options. The venue is absolutely beautiful (we used the main ballroom). A few days before, we dropped off everything we needed for wedding day and they took care of it. Hickmehd was our Maitre'd and was amazing! From the moment our limo dropped us off at the front door, Dennis and Hickmehd were ready to go. Hickmehd took the girls and the photographers on the golf cart to different sites on the property to take photos. The grand ballroom was set up beautifully. They showed us (bride, groom, brides parents) the cocktail hour room as well as the reception room before any guests arrived so that we could see it all first and make sure we liked it. Hickmehd kept us on track the entire night, organizing when toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc should occur. We added the vienniese dessert table and again we were shown the dessert set up before it was presented to guests. The food was delicious! Hors devours, salads, entrees, desserts and cake were amazing! We chose the filet and the crab stuffed flounder. The cake was alternating layers of chocolate chip and raspberry swirl. The cake looked absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. At the end of the night they gathered all of our items (decorations, favors, etc) and kept them safe overnight so we could pick them up in the morning. \rThe team at the Springfield Country Club was amazing and our wedding day was absolutely perfect! The venue can be pricey but it is worth it! They took a lot of the stress off of us and we were able to enjoy our day! Our guests had so many nice things to say. We are very happy with the Springfield Country Club and loved everything about our special day!

From the moment our limo dropped us off at the front door, Dennis and Hickmehd were ready to go. Hickmehd took the girls and the photographers on the golf cart to different sites on the property to take photos. The grand ballroom was set up beautifully. They showed us (bride, groom, brides parents) the cocktail hour room as well as the reception room before any guests arrived so that we could see it all first and make sure we liked it. Hickmehd kept us on track the entire night, organizing when toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc should occur. We added the vienniese dessert table and again we were shown the dessert set up before it was presented to guests. The food was delicious! Hors devours, salads, entrees, desserts and cake were amazing! We chose the filet and the crab stuffed flounder. The cake was alternating layers of chocolate chip and raspberry swirl. The cake looked absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. At the end of the night they gathered all of our items (decorations, favors, etc) and kept them safe overnight so we could pick them up in the morning. \rThe team at the Springfield Country Club was amazing and our wedding day was absolutely perfect! The venue can be pricey but it is worth it! They took a lot of the stress off of us and we were able to enjoy our day! Our guests had so many nice things to say. We are very happy with the Springfield Country Club and loved everything about our special day!

They said we could come in the morning but when the vendor was almost done setting up the one of the staff told them to take everything down. This stressed me but so due this lack of accommodations my wedding setup was not complete and also my reception was cut short because the vendor for lighting and music had to start setting up during the cocktail hour. Everything was pushed back but not extended. Me and my husband was not pleased at how this was handled by Springfield Country Club. We also stayed the hotel, used the spa services, and had the rehearsal dinner at their restaurant. They clearly made money from my guests and bridal party that weekend. \r\rA tip for Springfield Country Club there should be a 3 hour gap between event so that each customers and vendors will have ample time for setup. These prior events before my wedding was book after I booked my wedding and I found out about these events in the 2 of the rooms 2 months prior and the 3rd room 3 days prior. It was discussed 2 months prior that these events ended too close to my ceremony, cocktail, and reception. The matre d and staff ensured that me and my husband enjoyed our night.

Held my wedding here on 12-13-14 and could not have asked for a better experience! We arrived earlier than expected after the ceremony and the maitre d was kind enough to accomodate us while are room was being turned over from a previous wedding that day. They allowed us to our there upstairs room for an hour, brought us drinks and apps as well. The bridal suite was so nice to have, it was a great place to sit and take a few minutes to myself. The maitre d even bought us some apps from our cocktail hour to us! The maitre d really made our night easy going, I didn't have to go to the bar once he was always on top of it, made sure our meals were first and that we actually ate and was very attentive to all our concerns and needs during the night. The only thing that was a little disappointing was when I asked about the staff putting together the centerpieces that I created I was not given the most helpful answer, but they did turn out doing them. Also Janet was very helpful, also very prompt with answering my thousands of e-mails. I was also thankful for their ablity to take the centerpieces, toasting flukes, knife for the cake, bathroom baskets, seating chart, and etc. days before the wedding, it really was a weight off of my shoulders. The room was decorated beautifully, the food was delicious and the help was great! And another plus was that our room was right next to Tavolas so everyone just went right next door afterwards.

He made sure we (bride and groom) were taken care of the entire time and attended to our needs. I couldn't have been happier with the way everything turned out at the Springfield Country Club! We loved everything about the venue and our guests had a wonderful time. It was then determined that SCC is where our reception was going to be held. We worked with Janet, who was spectacular! She was always quick to respond with emails, letting us know what needed to be done on our part, and to let us know that things were going as planned! Janet and the SCC staff made this bride a stress free bride! I felt like I got to enjoy planning, and never once felt anxious. Janet would ask simple questions and now what to do next! She picked the most beautiful flowers for cocktail hour, and set up the decorations I provided perfectly. Her attention to detail was perfect! \r\tThe food was one of the best features that were offered (Which was one of the main selling points for us)! The food left our guests talking for the next month after our reception. Charlie was our maitre de. I was so overwhelmed with how beautiful the room looked and how everything came together thanks to the SCC. All of my guests could not stop raving about the food, the HUGE dance floor, and the service at the SCC. My husband and I gave Springfield a tall order for a one-day, multi-cultural wedding that involved two ceremonies, a space for a baraat, breakfast, lunch, a cocktail hour and reception. They not only met but exceeded our expectations. All of the spaces were turned around quickly, and due to the number of ballrooms at Springfield, our guests never felt as if they were in the same room for more than one event. Springfield's staff worked effortlessly with our Indian caterer, providing Italian-American cuisine alongside the Indian food that was presented seamlessly. In addition, Springfield also worked to accommodate our many other vendors, including our florist, Indian decorator, photographer, and DJ. The updated decor of the ballrooms as well as the new Atrium space worked perfectly with our classic decor. Also, the addition of the Marriott hotel as well as the new restaurant/bar made the space perfect for a wedding that required most out-of-town guests to stay the night - finally, a wedding where you could leave the reception and walk right into your hotel - no transportation required! Janet kept everything organized and calm on a very hectic wedding day, which seemed impossible considering the number of events we had to fit in! All in all, my husband and I had our perfect wedding, and that is, in large part, due to Springfield.

Janet kept everything organized and calm on a very hectic wedding day, which seemed impossible considering the number of events we had to fit in! All in all, my husband and I had our perfect wedding, and that is, in large part, due to Springfield.

Janet and her team at the Springfield Country Club were fantastic! Janet really went out of her way to make sure the details of our wedding were perfect, from the table linens to the cake. The flowers the country club provided for the cocktail hour were amazing and they really made the room look spectacular. \r\rThe only cons were that there was no separate cocktail space available for the bridal party, but they do provide a bridal room with it's own bathroom for the bridal party to use. While it was nice to join our guests for the cocktail hour, it would have been better if they had some hors d'oeuvres available in the room as well, rather than just a cheese plate, since the bridal party didn't get to eat much at the cocktail hour. \r\rThe guests all raved about the cocktail hour. Everything from the sushi to the lobster and tomato cobbler were talked about for weeks. They easily accommodated food allergies that our guests had, which was fantastic.\r\rI could write a few more paragraphs about how amazing the maitre d' was and how friendly the waitstaff was towards our guests, but one of the biggest bonuses was the new hotel built onsite. It was great for our out of town guests! We did have the issue that they ran out of rooms with another wedding happening the same night, but the hotel staff helped us accommodate the out of town guests who didn't book in time. They even helped us book at other local hotels and arrange transportation.\r\rAll in all, I was told by many guests this was the nicest wedding they had been too, with the best food and the biggest dance floor. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anybody looking to have a wedding there, but be sure to book hotel rooms early!

Our entire experience with Springfield Country Club was amazing. We chose the location after looking at several other venues. Springfield was the best choice by far! The location was spectacular for the amount of guests we were having (150). Our room overlooked the golf course and even had an awning to cover the outside patio. Guests spent a great deal of time enjoying the beautiful weather we had sitting on the comfy chairs on the patio. We had a HUGE dance floor which was an essential for us. The food was beyond delicious (we had crab cakes and prime rib). The prime rib was the size of the plate! And even though we ourselves did not get to experience the cocktail hour (we chose to remain upstairs in a private room with our wedding party until introductions after cocktail hour), our guests RAVED about the amount and quality of the food! They also loved the 5 hour open bar and the premium alcohol. \r\rOur wedding coordinator was Nancy who was just amazing. She was so much fun to plan everything with and was very patient with us. She listened to our needs and what we were looking to do with the space. She went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Every time I talked to her leading up to the wedding she was genuinely excited for us! Our maître d’ was Danny who was also fabulous. He kept us on track throughout the entire night and was absolutely delightful to have around. He was extremely polite and got us anything and everything we needed.\r\rOur whole experience with Springfield Country Club was fantastic. It was perfect in every single way and they made things as easy as possible for us. The best part is, they are in the process of building a hotel on the grounds! So if you are looking to have a lot of out of town guests at your wedding, they are hoping to have it completed in the near future! \r\rI would highly recommend Springfield Country Club to anyone who is looking for a classy venue with a reasonable price. You get so much for your money at this venue and your guests will be complementing you on your amazing day for weeks and weeks like ours still are!

I was recently married on 5/11/2012. We worked with Nancy and she was fantastic. The venue was beautiful, we used the golf view room, which has a beautiful deck attached. Everything looked amazing. At the last minute I was really conerned about the gold chairs, since it did not match my wedding colors, Nancy took the time to bring in different chair cover options with different style sashes at an affordable price. The site looked fantastic when i walked in. They did a beautiul job with our wedding and went above and beyone to meet our needs, couldnt have asked for a better place to have our reception. The food was absolutly amazing and there was so much of it, my guests said nothing but great things about their dinner. The cake comes with the reception site and my cake was so pretty, I was very happy with it, although i didnt really get to eat any of it other than the cake cutting, the guests so the cake was very good.

My husband and I were just married May 2011 at Springfield CC. We worked with Janet, and she helped ensure our ceremony & reception were beautiful and without any problems. Through out the planning process, she was a valuable contact, and was always available to answer our questions or listen to our concerns. We had a major last minute request, and rather than blow us off, janet and SCC did their best to accomodate us. Also, the food was fantastic. From the appetizers to the wedding cake - everything was just perfect. We look forward to hosting more events here in the future...baby shower perhaps ;) ??
