St. Andrews Golf & Country Club is a wedding venue based in West Chicago, IL. This country club venue is ideal for classic elegance, with four different stately areas to choose from. The St. Andrews Room provides a lovely view of the St. Andrews course and surrounding flowerbeds from its sizable covered, private outside patio. When opened out into the Trophy Room, the space can accommodate 375 guests instead of its maximum capacity of 275. The Trophy Room can accommodate between 80-100 guests, and itâs where dinner is served. Up to 45 people can sit in the 19th Hole room, which has two walls of windows, an ancient brick fireplace, and rich wood paneled walls. Itâs ideal for cocktails and dancing once dinner is over in the Trophy Room. Ceremonies can also be held outdoors by the lake in the shade of magnificent trees. St. Andrews pride takes pride in offering first-class service. Furniture setup and event cleanup are provided for you. A small stage can also be supplied as well as a microphone. St. Andrews Golf & Country Club does everything possible to make your day exceed your expectations. You are free to decorate the space however you wish. They only host one wedding per night and add special touches to make your day more memorable. We had our wedding reception at St Andrews and could not have had a more perfect day! Kim made the planning process so easy and provided us great guidance every step of the way. She was hands on the day of and visible throughout the reception to help as needed! Every detail was mindfully executed! She even got out her sewing kit to help repair my ripped bustle right before our first dance! Joe and his kitchen staff are wonderful! Every food item was hot and absolutely delicious! We would 100% choose St Andrews again for an event!

It is a beautiful space and Kimberly, Joe and the rest of the staff here did an amazing job planning, putting together and taking down for our reception. The food was amazing and so was the service! Our guests loved the food and the atmosphere.

If this was only a review for St. Andrews, I would give it five stars, but the wedding coordinator, Kimberley fell way short. She is a great person to get along with, but a crappy coordinator at best. When we first toured the venue as well as during our wedding planning, Kim gave us this whole spiel about how she âcoordinatesâ with all of our vendors to make sure everything is in order before the big day as well as having a âgo toâ person for the day of so that the bride or groom isnât bothered with anything. She even had us fill out a four page packet (one sided) that included basic details of our wedding as well as our vendor contact information and backups. As Kim said, âthis is why we have this in place so that I donât have to bother you when you are taking pictures or videos.â Well, that didnât happen. Firstly, on the day of our wedding, she was upset when she learned that our DJ had a sparkler and dancing in the cloud effect for our first dance. We mentioned this to her both in person as well as the packet she gave us to fill out. When she remembered about this effect we wanted (which was not prohibited by St. Andrews), she came directly to me and said that we cannot have this effect. She thought that the sparklers were started by fire and can be flammable, which was not the case. After 30 minutes of both myself and our DJ explaining what they are, she allowed us to have this effect. Finally. Secondly, after the reception started and food was being served, my husband and I were one of the last tables to be served. After we started dancing and came back to try to finish our dessert, we found that our food and drinks were taken away and cleared off the table. Thirdly, when we filled out the packet, we specifically mentioned that we wanted to KEEP the top of our cake rather than have it served. Well Kim had her crew serve it to our guests. The day after our wedding when we found this out, we mentioned this to her and she was sorry for what happened and offered to have the bakery make a new topping of our cake so that we can have it for our first anniversary at no charge. Well on our first wedding anniversary when we tried to eat the top of our wedding cake, it was a completely different cake. Different flavor. Different frosting. Everything. It was like a cake from Jewel. Kim obviously does not have the skill set to coordinate or manage her crew to make sure everything is going how it should. If sheâs going to continue to be a wedding coordinator at St. Andrews, run away and go with a venue that has better coordinators.

It was our pleasure working with Kim to help plan our wedding day. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was on point and could not have asked for a better person to go to. It was a perfect venue with having our ceremony outside and reception inside. Kim truly cared about our needs and the food and decor along with the staff was exceptional. I would highly recommend her to use for any event. All of our guests had an amazing time and kept raving about how beautiful our special day was. We cannot thank you enough for all of your time and effort to bring this all together for us.

It was our pleasure working with Kim to help plan our wedding day. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was on point and could not have asked for a better person to go to. It was a perfect venue with having our ceremony outside and reception inside. Kim truly cared about our needs and the food and decor along with the staff was exceptional. I would highly recommend her to use for any event. All of our guests had an amazing time and kept raving about how beautiful our special day was. Kim did an outstanding job start to finish from the first visit to St. Andrews. She is very compassionate and detail oriented. Very supportive to the bride and those involved with the wedding. Everyone loved her energy and love for her job. Highly recommend her!!!! The venue and ceremony was absolutely perfect thanks to her! Her recommendations for hairstylists, flowers, rehearsal dinner....was excellent.

This is super late, but we had our wedding here and the experience was absolutely wonderful. It was perfect for us! First of all Kim (the wedding coordinator) is amazing!! She really made my wedding day stress free and was really invested in making our day exactly what we wanted. She offers endless advice, keeps you on top of your planning , and takes charge gracefully when needed. We couldnât have done this without her. Also the food is so delicious we got a lot of compliments. The ceremony site was beautiful and there is easy access with a sidewalk leading all the way there. We loved the fact that you can rent out multiple rooms that all connect. With our larger wedding it really helped everyone feel comfortable. Also the huge bridal suite was so helpful for getting ready. If youâre considering having your wedding here you would be making a great choice!

I toured 15+ venues in the area and walked away from my initial meeting with Kim knowing that I would be choosing this venue to work directly with her. In my initial sit down with Kim, I made it known that I do not have the \"wedding vision\" mind and essentially just wanted to show up to a party. Kim helped me make my NYE wedding beautiful and SO much fun. My wedding was in the midst of the post Christmas Omicron surge and we had 40 people drop out the week of the wedding. Kim helped me rearrange all seating and worked with us to ensure the loss of guests didn't leave a visible hole in our reception. She went above and beyond every step of the way and helped me feel supported. The food was delicious, the venue had centerpiece options available which took stress off my plate, and Kim blew the setup for the ceremony and reception out of the water. I highly recommend getting yourself a Kim!!

She honestly is super woman and knowing she was there for us every step of the way made the wedding planning process that much less stressful. If you have no idea what youâre doing when it comes to wedding planning you definitely need Kim in your life. She made sure I stayed on top of everything and helped me with all the decision making when I was being indecisive !!Joe and the kitchen staff made sure all of the food was perfect. The guests raved about how delicious everything was !The venue is absolutely gorgeous with lots of room to fit our 220 guests, they were also very accommodating which was a big thing for us !Thank you Joe and Kim for making our wedding day perfect , we couldnât have done it without you!!!

We had our wedding here last month and cannot say enough about this venue! To start, we were unfortunately one of those couples that had multiple reschedules due to COVID. Kim and the staff were extremely flexible with our rescheduling, never charged any hidden or added fees, or tried to make us pay in advance when there were so many unknowns. I have heard other couples stories about the difficulty their venues gave them during COVID and feel so blessed we were with St. Andrews. Second, the venue is absolutely gorgeous! You have so much space, a beautiful Irish Pub like feel, and the ceremony locations (both indoor and outdoor) are stunning. We received so many compliments on the food and dinner was served quickly and efficiently. The venue has its own bridal and groom suite so our entire wedding party was able to get ready at the venue the morning of (which eliminated all the stress and costs for party buses). We worked with Kim through this process and found her to be very personable and easy to work with. Thank you Kim & St. Andrews for making the wedding process so fun & easy!

From helping with little things like decor ideas to assisting in making a table layout for 200+ guests, Kim was there every step of the way. Kim is very passionate about her job and it really shows in the way she pays attention to details and ensuring everything was exactly how we wanted the day of. We truly can't find enough words to express just how thankful we are for her and the rest of the staff at St Andrews. All of our family and friends have not stopped raving about how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was and how friendly/attentive the staff was! We recently had my daughter's Quinceañera (15th birthday) reception at St. Andrew's and it was wonderful! Kim's attention to detail and suggestions really helps when planning! I had 242 guests and it was great! Dinner was delicious, the bar moved quick, staff were all very friendly. Kim really did go above and beyond to make sure that my daughter's party was perfect!

The main reason we chose St. Andrews was because of their event coordinator, Kim. She is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. She is so fun, personable, and genuinely loves her job and cares about her couples -- something we didn't get from the other venues we viewed. Besides Kim, though, we had our ceremony outdoors which was beautiful, and our reception was so much fun! The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly towards our guests. We also really liked that we were the only event at the venue. We had the best wedding we could've asked for and we owe it all to Kim and her fantastic team at St. Andrews!

She is so fun, personable, and genuinely loves her job and cares about her couples -- something we didn't get from the other venues we viewed. Besides Kim, though, we had our ceremony outdoors which was beautiful, and our reception was so much fun! The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly towards our guests. We also really liked that we were the only event at the venue. We had the best wedding we could've asked for and we owe it all to Kim and her fantastic team at St. Andrews!

Wedding of our dreams! Kim didsuch an amazing job planning she went above and beyond in every aspect we couldnât have asked for a better coordinator or venue! Highly, highly recommend!! Any small hiccup throughout the day Kim had already covered and smoothed over before I even heard about it! I will never forget how incredible my experience was at this venue and am so happy we chose St Andrews for our wedding! St Andrews was amazing! They were wonderful to work with, and were such a huge help to me in planning everything. The food was awesome, I got compliments all night on how delicious everything was. I have a diary allergy, and normally don't get to eat at weddings, but they accommodated me and all my guests so everyone got to enjoy themselves. St. Andrews did a great job with our wedding ceremony and reception. The bridal suite is such a nice place to get ready for the wedding. It has everything you need! The food is also great! Everyone I had at our wedding commented on how much they loved it. They also did a great job on the setup and decorations. Kimberly also did a good job on helping with all the little details that go into the whole wedding and putting it together.

Everyone I had at our wedding commented on how much they loved it. They also did a great job on the setup and decorations. Kimberly also did a good job on helping with all the little details that go into the whole wedding and putting it together.

Our first venue we chose closed down unexpectedly and St. Andrews was more than happy to help fit us in on a tight schedule and make our day very special. We ended up loving this venue way more than our original! The weather was pretty bad on the day of and the staff at St. Andrews worked very hard to make a beautiful ceremony inside, which ended up be so awesome! The food was great, the space is vintage and cozy, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is more than willing to help with anything. I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

The best single best decision my husband and I made for our wedding day was to have it at St. Andrews. Jenna as a wedding planner/coordinator goes above and beyond. She answered all of my questions leading up to the day and then on the day of the wedding she kept the day going smoothly. She is very detail oriented and was just wonderful to work with. No other wedding venue site we looked at had both the combination of a beautiful outdoor site and gorgeous large ballroom. The food was wonderful and we continue to hear compliments about the food from our guests. We can't recommend St. Andrews enough!

Where do I begin. Our wedding at St. Andrews was absolutely beautiful. We did an outdoor ceremony on the grounds and reception in the St. Andrews room. The coordinator Jenna Caricato is AMAZING. She is so accommodating, genuine, and sincere. She handles everything... like a superwoman. I had guests ask me if she is willing to coordinate weddings elsewhere! She was present and there to attend to any needs for our day. Super responsive to emails and phone calls and always made me feel calm and supported. Now the food- you can order anything on the menu and you will be happy. We learned this at the tasting which made it really difficult to reach a decision! Our guests went on and on about the food. The waiting staff was very sweet and the manager is awesome. Enjoyed the company of the entire staff. The whole day ran very smoothly and I definitely credit the St. Andrews staff for a lot of that!! They offer little things that really matter. Like a complimentary golf cart to get your guests down to the service that may have a hard time getting to there by foot. They have really thought of everything.

We had a great wedding here. One of the reasons we chose St. Andrew's was because of how good the wedding coordinator, Jenna, was. Right from the beginning, even as prospective clients, she always returned our emails in a timely manner. I really appreciated that she always answered all of my many questions. This is something you want in a wedding coordinator. The venue has kind of an old-timey feel to it. We liked the wooden decor. One of the perks of having our wedding here was the menu food tasting for up to 6 people. This really helped nail down what we wanted. Cake is included in all packages, but we do not recommend using their supplier, Oak Mill Bakery. We were being gauged for all these little \"up charges.\" It was constantly an unpleasant experience with them. We let Jenna know and she mitigated the situation by taking the cake off and crediting us for it. We were then able to do an ice cream sundae bar instead which was such a unique and memorable thing to have at a wedding. Jenna also helped us create a mashed potato bar to have during cocktail hour. It was as tasty as it was creative. We recommend having the ceremony in the Trophy Room and reception in the St Andrew's Room. Opt for the pipe and drape background in the Trophy Room, it will be well-worth it. Another awesome perk of having our wedding there was having access to the expansive bridal suite. We had access to it all day long and had 10-12 people in there at any given time. We were also able to call in lunch to the on-site JJ's Bar while we were all getting ready the day of. Another thing we liked was that we were able to bring a keg of our own beer to tap. Other venues did not allow this so we were happy St Andrew's did. There were a few downsides. If you plan to get married in the month of December like we originally did, you will have to be content with A LOT of Christmas decorations that will not be taken down for your wedding. We ended up moving our wedding date because of this. The wiatstaff during the wedding was also a bit impatient about collecting people's food and as a result a few people lost a good portion of their meals because the waitstaff cleared their plate because the guest got up for a minute or two. We have addressed this with the venue though. I also would caution brides about taking photos by the back spiral staircase in the summer. It was a thick field of acorns. Several of them got attached to the bottom of my dress and it was a bit of a hassle to get them all off. But other than that, there are many great spots to take photos around the venue. We were also happy that Jenna was on site the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. She helped direct everyone down the aisle for the ceremony. Overall, this was a lovely place to get married and we would recommend it to future couples.

St. Andrews did a fantastic job of hosting my wedding! As some of you are finding out, finding your venue is hard work. Since I had my wedding ceremony and reception together at St. Andrews I wanted to help you with some of the gaps in thoughts when you make your choice that only are noticed when it's occurring or too late.First. Jenna was our event planner. She is great! Her guidance, forethought, and flexibility are great. More important is her ability to communicate and respond to our needs as they appear. Don't misunderstand. The event went better than according to plan. Spectacular!That's because every detail was addressed in advance and not left to \"It is what it is\". It is what was planned for. My wife and I are a hands on couple. We decorated the 19th Hole (Room) for our ceremony the night before as Jenna was able to make an arrangement for that. I know that was probably an exception to the rule but that's something noteworthy as were many things. We had an open bar. Be prepared to have an ID if you're on the cut line. I was asked about 1 attendee personally even though ID'd. I personally validated. I'm so glad this was done so professionally and discreetly. The safety of our guests is of extreme importance. We had zero issues with a guest list of 100.The food. At our tasting we decided on 2 entrees plus a vegetarian meal. Our choices of Italian Roasted Chicken and Marinated Sirloin plus Gnocchi were awesome. Not to mention the hors d'oeuvres and cheese tray. One thing about wedding dinners that is worth mentioning. These were very bountiful. Many of our guests commented on the amount of food being more than expected besides delicious. I am not a small man and yes there was plenty on my plate to more than satisfy! The cake they included was beautiful and delicious.Something small but worth mentioning. My wife and I had personalized toasting glasses. After dinner they inadvertently went through the dishwasher with all of the house glassware. We got a call the following day to say they were clean and ready for retrieval. We didn't even notice they were missing yet.I can't recommend Jenna and St. Andrews enough for all the big and small things they do to make the most special day more special.

I am sure my wedding would not have been half as amazing had we not had it at St. Andrews. All aspects of the venue made my dream come to life. Take one step into St Andrews Room, the ballroom with large beautiful chandeliers and a window of the patio, and you can picture your wedding there. The 91 year history of the club adds to its grandeur and trustworthiness. The bridal suite is enormous and beautiful, setting the tone for the day (with a nice note from the staff!) I never had to worry about the ceremony or reception being private or anyone unwelcome coming in. There were so many options for photos around the grounds, including the plants & ponds in view. They recently painted the arch for the outdoor ceremony white instead of brown, and we added florals to make it even more breathtaking. My guests complimented us on the beautiful ceremony location and the venue itself, and we all could not be more impressed with the food! We had the mid-range package, that includes everything we would ever need to have a spectacular wedding. The centerpieces included were so simple, but just what I wanted. It is a family-run business, and exceptional at that. The entire staff showed how happy they were for us, from just before walking down the aisle to running into the manager the next day. So many other reviewers have complimented Jenna the even coordinator so much, and I completely agree how perfect she is. My MOH even thought we paid her for our planner, but she comes with it! She knows her stuff backwards and forwards and was always so quick in responding to my emails answering every question that it takes to put on a wedding. The entire experience was flawless for me. Wish I could relive it every day.

This venue was absolutely incredible!!! I cannot say more good things about Jenna, the wedding coordinator. She is super professional and was not bothered by my constant questions and meetings. She was great about suggesting things I might like and about to pick up on my style. I live 2 hours away and was only able to set up last minute meetings and Jenna was great about getting me in. I was very disappointed but not being able to have my ceremony outside, but Jenna made our ceremony breathtaking and I couldn't imagine anyone else doing having done a better job at such a last minute change. She really put me at ease and I was able to enjoy my wedding. I highly recommend St. Andrews to any upcoming brides. You will not regret it!!

This was the PERFECT venue! Jenna, the wedding coordinator, is the reason we booked our wedding here in the first place, and she exceeded our expectations! We did not have our own wedding planner, and she basically took on that role for us. She was always prompt to respond, and made sure we were getting the best deals. We had our wedding on a Sunday so they did offer a us a discount for that, and then they threw in some add-ons we had not been expecting. The day went flawlessly! We actually got married at our church down the street, and just had the reception at St. Andrew's, but Jenna let us use the bridal suite to get ready in, even though the ceremony was off-site. You could not dream of a bigger, more beautiful room to get ready with your girls in, complete with couches, a giant walk-up full-length mirror, separate bathrooms, and mirrors and natural light everywhere. Completely perfect! During the event, Jenna and her staff were so attentive to our needs. When it got a little warm, they were super fast to remedy the situation, going above and beyond. The food was truly fantastic! We actually still have guests contacting us to tell us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, and the chef was super attentive to our needs (we had a lot of serious allergy issues in the group, and he took our concerns very seriously). The golf course is scenic and perfect for beautiful photos, and Jenna even drove us around in a golf cart to get to the best places to take photos quickly, so we didn't have to walk.Overall, We would HIGHLY recommend this venue to other couples. The prices were the best around, and the staff really goes above and beyond!

We were so pleased with the service, the staff, and the food. Jenna, the coordinator, was always prompt, friendly, helpful, and had many good ideas to make the event even more spectacular. She even put up with all my crazy Harry Potter themed decorations and bits. All my guests raved over the food, and the venue was able to make accomodations for a food allergy and a few scattered vegetarians without blowing our budget. St. Andrews was an absolute dream, from the grounds, to the food, to the good care everyone took to ensure our day was perfect. We had our wedding June 3rd, and everything was perfect. Jenna Sayers, the wedding coordinator was simply amazing. Of all the vendors I worked with for our wedding, she was the most attentive. She quickly responded to every email I sent throughout the year planning, and provided all the information I needed. She worked with all our requests with complete patience and grace. The staff was pleasant to work with, and you can tell this is a family owned business. Jenna even helped direct each member of the processional on when to go down the aisle from behind a tree! The prices were great, we had about 130 people at our wedding in the main room (st. Andrews room) and chose the middle traditional package plus outdoor ceremony and late night snack for around 16K, and it was worth every penny and then some. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I could not have been happier with our choice.

We went and looked at 4 different venues. This was our first one and the one we picked! From the moment we walked in the doors I could see myself getting married here. Jenna is amazing! Even our other vendors raved about her. She answered all our questions, and put our minds at ease every step of the way. The food is amazing here as well! A major selling point for me was the area they have downstairs for brides to get ready. My hair and make up lady's came to us (there were 7 of us). and even with them there was plenty of room for everyone to be together without standing on top of each other. Jenna Sayers, the coordinator is wonderful! The entire staff is wonderful; from the General Manager, to the Food & Beverage Manager, to the Executive Chef, to the Pro Shop staff; everyone we encountered at St. Andrews was always friendly, smiling, and more than willing to help! I could not be happier with the service my husband and I received at St. Andrews. Jenna is absolutely amazing and I don't know what I would have done without her! We had our wedding here on October 8th, and everything was absolutely perfect! Jenna, the venues wedding coordinator, was so on top of everything! We could not have asked for a better venue or coordinator. She thought of everything, and any time we had questions she had answers! They are accommodating to whatever your needs are, and they definitely go out of their way to make sure your wedding is absolutely perfect! The venue is gorgeous, both for indoor reception or ceremony and the outdoor ceremony venue is to die for. They are the only country club I know of that actually stops all play on one of their courses before, during and after the ceremony so you can take photos outside on the course. Cannot say enough incredible things about St. Andrews! So perfect!

My husband and I had no idea what we needed to do to plan a wedding, but Jenna made everything run so smoothly. After deciding to have our ceremony and reception at St. Andrews, the one thing we heard over and over from various vendors was St. Andrews is \"a hidden gem.\" This is absolutely the truth!The entire grounds are beautiful, and for our purposes the floor made for a generous dance space. The staff was top notch, and we never had anything short of a great experience whenever we met with them. Without a doubt, our day went so perfectly because of the hard work, dedication, talent, and absolute love that those working there have for what they do so well.Jude and Joe were both warm and friendly. They care about everything that happens under their watch, and went out of their way to make us feel at home.Sam, the chef, sat down with us to plan out the menu, and was very charming and attentive. A special thanks goes out to him for dealing with my dietary restrictions with a smile and skill. We had a lot of compliments on the food that night. Without a doubt, that was the best slice of beef I have had in my life, and many a guest shared my enthusiasm.And finally, the absolute jewel of our experience with St. Andrews was Jenna, the Event Coordinator. St. Andrew's is an amazing place to have a wedding!! Jenna was the most helpful and intuitive wedding coordinator I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She made sure all of our needs were taken care of, from last minute design changes to making sure the baby's breath on the chairs was perfectly placed. The bridal suite is spacious, with plenty of lighting and mirrors to get every angle perfect. The ceremony site itself was beautiful. We had an outdoor ceremony on October 9th, 2015. Not only was the venue more than prepared in case of inclement weather (once again, thank you to Jenna for continually updating us on the gameplan for the day!), but they also had limo carts running all of our guests down to the site. Beautiful grounds, the flowers on site were gorgeous and very well maintained, and the pictures by the lake with the willow trees in the background...EXQUISITE!! I could not have asked for a better wedding ceremony at St. Andrew's. Everything about the venue, from the price, to the look of the grounds, to the bridal suite was just perfect!! And their staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We could not recommend this venue enough and will look to St. Andrew's for any and all of our event needs in the future!!

Not only was the venue more than prepared in case of inclement weather (once again, thank you to Jenna for continually updating us on the gameplan for the day!), but they also had limo carts running all of our guests down to the site. Beautiful grounds, the flowers on site were gorgeous and very well maintained, and the pictures by the lake with the willow trees in the background...EXQUISITE!! I could not have asked for a better wedding ceremony at St. Andrew's. Everything about the venue, from the price, to the look of the grounds, to the bridal suite was just perfect!! And their staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We could not recommend this venue enough and will look to St. Andrew's for any and all of our event needs in the future!!

We had our wedding ceremony/reception at St. Andrews Golf Club on Sunday, September 6th and it was a day I wish I could relive over and over again. From getting ready in the bridal suite all the way to dancing the night away at the reception, St. Andrews could not have been a better bang for our buck and a one-stop shop! Jenna Sayers, the catering manager is unbelievably organized and was my go-to gal for everything. She was the best resource I could have asked for the day of the wedding and I cannot say enough nice things about her - she is the bees knees. We utilized the bridal suite to get ready in the morning of and it is so picture perfect with so much room to breathe and relax. We got very lucky and had amazing weather for our wedding ceremony to be outside. The ceremony spot is quaint and shaded by trees that make you feel so cozy! Jenna had golf carts to take our elderly and super late guests down to the ceremony space so nothing was delayed. She truly does not miss a beat. The cocktail hour and the reception went smooth under her guidance, as well. They have plenty of staff to make sure all guests are taken care of as well. Every moment from the first time we walked in and met Jenna to the last second of our wedding night was amazing. St. Andrews is so attentive to our every concern and need. Jenna is a wonderful wedding coordinator. She made the experience so fun. We already miss working with her. She was always available any time I would email with a question. Her quick response and knowledge of ideas was beyond my expectations. I have and will keep telling anyone I know getting married to work with her. \rNot only was Jenna awesome, the entire staff made us feel so welcome. Guests could move easily from place to place to join in conversations. \rThere were multiple rooms to use for relaxing as well as gathering with small groups. The large ballroom was ideal for eating and dancing. The evening was truly memorable. \rOur entrĂ©e choices of marinated sirloin, stuffed chicken and portabella mushroom were hot and delicious. The coffee was hot and the wine was chilled. The wait staff was prompt, friendly and professional. Our guests were delighted with the wonderful food and impressed with the overall meal experience.\rIn addition to the great inside spaces, St. Andrews offered a beautiful, clean and well maintained outside space. My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at St. Andrews this summer 2015. We could not have been more pleased with the planning process and the reception day. We worked with Jenna, the site coordinator on any and all details, from the food choices, down to how we wanted our favors displayed. \rJenna made the whole planning process thorough, yet easy to navigate. She was always willing to answer questions via phone or email contact, and was very flexible to meet with us during after work hours in the evening. She was very detail-oriented, which made me feel confident that all parts of the day would be covered. \rJenna acted as the coordinator the day of the reception, setting up tables, name cards, wedding favors, card box, cake carving set, etc. She also requested all names/phone numbers for all other vendors so she could be sure they arrived on time. Jenna stayed at the reception until the beginning courses were served and made sure everything was running smoothly. She even ended up helping my mom and maid of honor try to bustle my wedding dress!\rOverall, I would highly recommend St. Andrews for a wedding reception. Jenna was very easy to work with and made sure that nothing went wrong on the day of the wedding (and if it did I had no idea). All of my guests are still talking about how beautiful the ceremony site was and how good the food was (which never happens at a wedding). Also, make sure you check out the bridal suite. We chose St. Andrews because of the outside ceremony area and Shica. Jenna Sayers had taken over shortly after we had signed the contract, which made me a little bit nervous, but she did not miss a beat (total upgrade if you ask me!)! She got caught up to speed immediately and was truly AMAZING!!! If I wasn't sure about something she had no problem meeting with me to insure that everything was ok or help me make a decision about something. I could not have asked for a better day...Jenna was there the entire time making sure everything was in place and moving along as scheduled. The St. Andrews staff was just as wonderful...they were all so nice and accommodating...making sure ALL of the guests were taken care of! Two perks of this venue would be; the bridal suite...it's HUGE and newly updated (my fav) and the fact that they shuttled our guests on golf carts down to the ceremony site (everyone thought that was so cool!). My entire bridal party, including my mom and aunt, were able to hang out all day, relax and get ready in the bridal suite...definitely a plus in my book! I highly recommend this venue for your wedding! SUPERIOR SERVICE!!!

Jenna and the entire staff at St. Andrews were absolutely wonderful to work with! Jenna came on board after our wedding was already booked and some of the details had started to be worked out. She quickly got up to speed and did everything she could to help accommodate some of the more special request portions of the evening we had. When there was an issue with the bakery Jenna stepped in and took care of the situation so we had nothing to worry about. She was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails and really went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect in every way. The serving staff noticed that my husband and I were too busy during cocktail hour to enjoy the hors d'oeuvres so they made sure to leave two plates of an assortment at our head table! The food was outstanding, everyone commented all night how delicious everything was. The room looked beautiful and just complimented our theme perfectly! We are so happy that we had our wedding at St. Andrews!!

My husband and I got married at St. Andrews this past July. I have nothing but good things to say about the venue. Jenna was great to work with as we planned for the wedding. We did the outdoor ceremony and it was so beautiful with the water in the background. The reception hall was also gorgeous and the service provided could not be better. The food was excellent as well. Guests did not stop giving us compliments on how beautiful everything was. I would recommend St. Andrews Golf & Country Club to any couple who is looking for the perfect venue.

We can't say enough about what a wonderful experience we had for our wedding at St. Andrews. The event coordinator went above and beyond to keep our sons wedding running smoothly despite some small snafus on our part. She stayed calm and kept us calm as well. The food was great and the wait staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice and the ceremony by the lake couldn't have been anymore beautiful, despite threats of rain. The were completely prepared for that, just in case.\rI honestly have to say that there is nothing we have to complain about. Thank you Jenna and Thank you St. Andrews.

I'm so happy I had my wedding with St. Andrews Golf and Country Club! The grounds were beautiful for our outdoor ceremony and there were plenty of places for us to take great pictures. The banquet hall was gorgeous and big enough for our 150 person party. Our wedding party got to use the locker rooms to hang out and get ready in, which was great. The women's locker room aka bridal suite was beautiful and a great place to get ready. \rWe worked with Jenna Sayers and she was fantastic. She worked with all of our last minute changes and did a great job setting up the room exactly how we wanted it. She was always easy to get in touch with and helped with little details. When our wedding party was taking pictures after the ceremony she brought down hors d'oeuvres from the cocktail hour for us to snack on! I would highly recommend booking at this venue.

St. Andrews was the venue for our son and new daughter-in-law's wedding and it was AMAZING. The staff was so much fun to work with and so creative and professional. This was a wonderful place to have my wedding. The prices were negotiable and there were so many options to choose from. Every single thing you could think of was customizable, which you don't find very often. The staff was so generous and courteous. I felt as if I was the only bride who had ever gotten married there (which I know isn't true). Shica, the wedding department coordinator, literally took care of everything on my big day. It was like she was my wedding planner. She made mimosas and handled all of the mishaps that could have been. I appreciate all of the trouble she went through, including uninvited guests that showed up at the last minute. They weren't thrown out, they weren't looked down upon, she just found a place to put them... And the gentleman in charge of the food services was phenomenal. I loved him. E.g. The rolls come in an assortment. But I loved the pretzel rolls. So on that day for the head table, he hand picked so many pretzel rolls just so I could have them. After months of not eating, I stuffed my face with all of the great food!!!!! I did not have one guest complain about the service or food. If anything, they said they couldn't eat it all! So they were provided with boxes and bags to take home. My wedding was perfect, and I wouldn't have had it anywhere else.

I had my wedding reception at St. Andrews on October 12, 2013 and it was absolutely perfect thanks to Shica! Shica was so organized and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it the night of my wedding. The food was amazing and all my guests kept telling me how wonderful all the courses were. Best of all, St. Andrews is very affordable! I couldn't believe how beautiful everything was and what our package included for the price we paid compared to other places!

My daughter selected St. Andrews for her ceremony and reception and it was the perfect day! The grounds were beautiful and the flowers in full bloom, even though it was September 1; the lake provided an awesome background for the ceremony and everyone enjoyed walking down the winding path to the alter. The ballroom was lovely and perfect for dancing. My daughter really liked the organza sparkle table overlays. The food was delicious with plentiful portions, and all of our guests commented on the quality of the dinner and the service. St. Andrews was flexible in planning our dinner and we were able to agree on a reasonable package that exceeded our expectations, from appetizers to the Cold Stone Ice Cream Bar....a real bonus! Shica was my right arm during the wedding and reception; she took over and made sure everything went smoothly in a calm and reassuring way so that I could spend time with my daughter and the bridal party. When my feet were killing me she actually found me a comfy pair of flip flops! We highly recommend St. Andrews to all brides.

My wedding was this past Saturday. My husband and I had just our reception there and everything was absolutely the best. I was amazed at the quality of service and attention to details from the staff at St. Andrews. The coordinators answered all of my questions by phone and email right away. The month before the wedding was crunch time and I had new questions everyday. My questions were always answered promptly. The St Andrews room is where we had our reception. It was a great space with beautiful chandeliers. You don't have to worry about any extra lighting. Also, the room was so pretty that all we needed for decorations were centerpieces. We also had our ceremony outside. Such a beautiful setting with white chair that are included in the package (this is not always the case at other venues). The bridal room was huge and gave us all plenty of room to be comfortable while we got dressed and put on make up. Now on to the food!! It was so good. My family and friends wouldn't stop talking about how good the food was. We also had late night snacks that were almost a meal in itself! The staff was very quick with service and made sure everyone was kept happy. What a great value St. Andrews is!! They allow you to add your own details to make it truly your own. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place in the suburbs for a great price.
