We had our wedding reception in the St. Clair Ballroom in November 2023, and we can't put into words how perfect and wonderful it was! The space is gorgeous and was a perfect size for our 175-guest wedding. Carla, the space manager, was absolutely wonderful. She made the entire event flow seamlessly and turned the night into an absolutely perfect experience! I would 100% recommend St. Clair for a wedding!

We had our wedding reception in the St. Clair Ballroom in November 2023, and we can't put into words how perfect and wonderful it was! The space is gorgeous and was a perfect size for our 175-guest wedding. Carla, the space manager, was absolutely wonderful. She made the entire event flow seamlessly and turned the night into an absolutely perfect experience! I would 100% recommend St. Clair for a wedding!

We could not be happier with our experience at St. Clair Ballroom!! Carla was the most professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable coordinator- our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to her and the entire St. Clair Ballroom team. The space is gorgeous (as are the views!), the food is incredible, and the service is second to none. So many of our guests have reached out to tell me the same. It's also amazing to be in the same building as the Marriott- our guests were able to just get on an elevator at the end of the night and head to their rooms, vs. worrying about driving home or to a hotel miles away! I would HIGHLY recommend the St. Clair Ballroom to anyone looking for their wedding venue!!

The most stunning venue in Cleveland. Working with Carla, St. Clair's event planner was a great experience. She communicates well, kept us organized, and used her creativity to make our wedding night simply beautiful. The food was delicious, drinks delightful, and staff were so kind and friendly to our guests. I cannot recommend this space enough, our guests and family were so incredibly complientary of St. Clair Ballroom.

We are so thrilled that we chose to host our reception at the St. Clair Ballroom. The ballroom itself is stunning, with wonderful views of the city, a stylistic cocktail hour lounge, and a generous space for our 140 guests, dance floor and larger band. Carla is a true professional, patiently guiding us through the process of planning a wedding, down to the very last detail. She was prompt with communication and answered our often numerous questions along the way and assuaged all worries. We felt wholly confident that everything would go off without a hitch, which made our day stress-free!The entire staff provided an elevated level of service from the moment you walked into the venue. They were attentive to us and our guests all evening and went above and beyond to make sure our night was perfect. Appetizers and dinner, which we knew would be a highlight since our tasting, did not disappoint and we received multiple compliments from our guests about the quality and portion sizes. The bar pulled off our specialty cocktails expertly, and made sure our guests were served promptly throughout the night. From the valet service to the adjoining hotel accommodations, every aspect of this venue is guest friendly. I couldn’t imagine us having our reception at any other location. It was absolutely perfect!

Carla and the St. Clair Ballroom were incredible for hosting our wedding reception. Carla was supportive, professional and patient throughout our entire journey of wedding planning. She covered every detail before, during and after our wedding event with ease and perfection! As the bride, I didn't have to be concerned with a single detail because Carla had it covered. We chose St. Clair Ballroom because it is stunning inside with amazing views, a great location for guests visiting Cleveland, and offered a full reception package to cover ever detail. The service all evening was top notch. The food service was incredible top to bottom - many of our guests said it was the best short rib (our main dish) they had tasted!If you're looking for a classy venue and elite service, I couldn't recommend a better place and person to work with for your special day!

I had the wedding of my dreams at the St. Clair Ballroom. Carla was a joy to work with from start to finish. She was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and extremely helpful through the entire planning process. We had to reschedule several times, due to COVID, and they were flexible and accommodating. On our wedding day, Carla and her staff were attentive to our entire bridal party and all of our guests. The food was phenomenal and our bartenders kept the drinks flowing. The windows, the view, the chandeliers - the entire atmostphere is elegant and in the heart of downtown. Love this venue! Highly, highly recommend!

General Manager Carla was spectacular to work with and walk us through the process with class and thought put into every decision. The event space itself is breathtaking, the crystal chandeliers in the evening make the entire room sparkle and glow! From the appetizers to the late night snacks with gelato, the food was sublime. The bar was incredible and well staffed, with minimal wait times for your next drink. Carla was incredibly receptive and easy to work with, she and her team displayed the most incredible service to us, our parents and our guests. Thank you for a night to remember!

I am still on cloud 9 from our recent wedding reception at the St. Clair Ballroom! From the moment we toured the space, Carla and her team were amazing to work with. They understood our vision and made everything throughout the planning process so easy. Not only that, the wedding day execution went flawlessly. We still have guests raving about the delicious food and how amazing the staff was with their genuine excitement to be celebrating us. With the recent renovation, the room itself is gorgeous, with amazing views of downtown, there is not a bad seat in the house! If you are looking for a wedding venue look no further :)

Carla and Marquita were absolute DREAMS to work with. They both took my crazy ideas and turned them into reality! Our big day was perfect in every way, and we have received SO many compliments about the food and service. The room is spectacular and the view of downtown Cleveland is unmatched. We chose to do uplighting, although the room is great on its own. We can't thank the staff at St. Clair Ballroom enough for making our wedding vision come to life and our special day better than we could have ever expected!
