Jo, Robin, and Rosemary were attentive to our every need and communicated with us through every step of the way. The food was delicious. They involved us in the set-up. All of guest spoke so highly of everything from food, decor, and set up. We truly appreciate them and will never forget our wedding. Don't go anywhere else for wedding services. I, 100% recommend them, you won't regret it. I love working with people that care and want to ensure your day us perfect especially when you are paying lots of money. You only get married once, so my goal was to get it right the first time, and everything came together perfectly. Also, they followed through on the word with things and granted all my special requests. They provide quality service and are fair and honest. Robin was excellent and very helpful. I agreed to the date put down a deposit and got a written agreement they called me a week later and said someone had already booked that day. What type of \"event coordinators\" doesn't look at a calendar before booking an event! I asked if we could get the pricing we already to on another day and they said no and was very rude. I had tons of questions and I would always get a response back within a day. They were a great price, easy to work with, and extremely considerate of my husband and I as well as our guests at the reception. The hall was beautiful and we got compliments galore on the food. The food was great, the service was great, everything was wonderful.\r\rThe meetings I had beforehand were awful. The woman I worked with was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was wasting her time. When I'm paying someone thousands of dollars, I expect to be treated with some respect as a customer. She made me feel terrible, and should not be in the hospitality business. \r\rIf you are going to book St. Josaphat's for your reception, I'm sure your reception will be wonderful. The staff was friendly, food delicious and the bartenders were awesome. Everyone raved about them. Jo was very helpful in selecting everything and made time for us when needed. The dance floor was beautiful!;The large windows were beautiful but made it hard to take photos. Follow up with staff frequently to ensure progress is made based on your schedule. There is also a grand piano available for an additional fee. For a wonderful dining experience we had a pianist play during dinner. All of our guests commented on how good the food was and the outstanding service of the waitstaff. You also have the option to supply the liquor yourselves for the bar. St. Josaphat's is definitely a hidden gem and I would recommend it to everyone.;They are very strict with their ending time. We had the banquet hall from 6pm to midnight and shortly after midnight they told the DJ when it was the last song to be played and turned on the lights and started to clean up.
