The planning department was quick to get back to us every time we reached out. We have heard from others about the stresses of wedding planning, but Wedgewood made the whole experience stress free!!! It was reasonably priced and each person we worked with was phenomenal. The actual day was so gorgeous, from the flowers, to the tables, the food was amazing, just everything was so incredibly perfect. I couldn’t have planned it better!!! Thank you wedgewood weddings for such an unforgettable experience!!! Truly the best day of our lives!

This venue is absolutely beautiful! I wish there wasn't a price minimum (we had a smaller wedding to try and keep the cost down), but I understand why. Having a wedding coordinator that works there and knows the ins/outs is definitely helpful. They were well organized. They have \"suggested\" vendors, but can pick your own if you want to. We had a friend officiate, but used all of their vendors. The food was AMAZING. There of course things I wish I could change, but they were minor details that didn't matter at the end of the night.

Beware! If I could have done it again I would have picked another venue. In the beginning I did not just have one individual that I worked with (wedding planner) so when it came to questions I would get whom ever responded nobody was on the same page, felt like there was no control. Next they offered a food tasting event, that food did not taste as good on the wedding day. Next day of wedding, no water was in the bridal room not everyone drinks just wine many of family members were very thirsty and dehydrated. Than the day of the wedding BEWARE! when they served the families if a family member went to the bathroom a server would come and take the food away, the guest would come back to there table with there food gone! Same thing happened with the cake! All the money we paid per person to eat was thrown away immediately though they were not done eating! When the Bride and Groom were going to be sent off, there vehicle to drive off in was not there!! It was a guest party bus!! Bride and Groom and guests were ushered into the foyer leaving personal items behind at there tables. Groom and Bride along with the guests were locked out of the event!! We had to ask the server to open the doors so our guests could get there items. Missing items such as keepsakes and jewelry were missing. They threw out our guests early!!! We still had time on the clock but they stopped the event too early!! We were all desperately looking for the wedding coordinator and she was gone she had left early. They also had a rain storm and the parking lot was filled with mud and dirt the property looked awful. In addition the DJ was very rude to guests at the venue. After the wedding we tried calling the office and they ignored our emails and our phone calls. Once your wedding is done they do not communicate with you further. It was a horrible experience I would not recommend this event to anyone.

Stallion Mountain was the easiest venue to work with and they handled everything for us and answered all our questions quickly and easily. The staff is even better from our original appointment to our wedding day they were on it. The venue is beautiful , the food was even better and we couldnt have been happier with everything.

She was fabulous throughout the entire process, from the initial planning stages to the final execution on the day. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our wedding made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, and we couldn't be more grateful for her hard work and dedication.Francisco, our DJ, was fantastic. He played a great selection of music that catered to all tastes and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. I had my wedding at Stallion Mountain 2 weeks ago and my wedding day was wonderful! Bianca is perfection! She helped me reduce my stress so I could enjoy my wedding week and have a stress free wedding day, which is not an easy task. She was always helpful and available to answer all of my questions and offer support. Cristina and Codie were also helpful, but I am biased to Bianca because she had EVERYTHING in order from the beginning stages of planning all the way to the wedding day! And I do mean EVERYTHING... from timing, guests, bridal/groom parties, cocktail hour, last minute floral questions, and even checked in on the groom and I all day to make sure we were eating and staying hydrated. I can honestly say I enjoyed my wedding day because she had every aspect taken care of. Bianca has a way of taking care of everything you can possibly stress about with ease and understanding. She is exceptional! Sierra was an amazing banquet captain as well and our guests were very happy with the food service and cocktails. The food service staff was exceptional and continued to make sure we were well taken care of all evening!Jenelle with SSCo Photography is amazing! I cannot say enough amazing things about her other than she is my photographer for life! Jenelle did our engagement session, wedding, and other photos for us and she is a gem! Not to mention she is a wonderful person and an amazingly talented photographer. I refer everyone I know to her and her husband! Her photographs are perfection and are highlighted at the venue on the walls of the office so take a look because she can make miracles happen behind that lens of hers!Sheena is a magical hair and make up stylist fairy that creates exquisite looks! We had a trial look which I loved, but then she went rogue on my wedding day with my permission and it was perfection! She made my wedding dreams come true and transformed me into a bride!Bianca, Jenelle, and Sheena were my \"Bride Tribe\" and literally helped calm every nerve and quiet every concern I had. They were an amazing squad and they will make all of your bridal dreams come true! They also will help you maintain your sanity because it gets stressful, but with these 3 ladies you supported 100% and are in fantastic hands.DJ Ulysses was awesome! He ensured the song choices were accurate prior the to wedding and did a phenomenal job on our wedding day! He was mindful of the timing and kept the reception on track and delivered us the reception we had been hoping for.

We got married at the Stallion Mountain Wedgewood location back in October and it was the best decision! We aren’t from the area but working with the whole Wedgewood team was a dream. Throughout the whole planning process we at one point worked with everyone from the Wedgewood team. From initially working with Bianca while we were shopping around for venues, to planning with Codie and Cristina, and working with Liz the day of our wedding. They were so professional and easy to communicate with! It was also super helpful for me and my husband that they are an inclusive venue with their own list of preferred vendors that they already work with.Their team of vendors are also amazing and top notch. The flowers from ACS Florals were so beautiful - we received so many compliments on them. Our DJ Francisco did a phenomenal job with the music and MCing. We were very particular with the music and we were so happy at the end of the night! Lastly, Liz was our coordinator for the day of and she did such an amazing job! It was very organized (something that is very important to me) and we stuck with our timeline. It was very stress-free for me. Our main thing was that we wanted a lot of time for dancing and partying and they delivered! The whole day ended up being perfect. Overall we received so many compliments on our wedding about how beautiful everything was and how much fun everyone had. We couldn’t have done it without the amazing Wedgewood team and their amazing vendors - thank you so much 🥰🤎

Wedgewood Weddings at Stallion Mountain was a breeze to work with! We're a couple from CA and wanted to do a destination wedding in Las Vegas this past October. When we first started touring venues in the area, Stallion Mountain instantly captured our hearts. Their all-inclusive venue had everything we needed and the views were stunning. Their planning team was responsive, friendly, and great to work with, including their preferred vendors. For the vendors - We had ACS Florals, who made our floral vision come to life. Our cake was made and designed by Freed’s Bakery and each bite was delicious. Our officiant, Pastor Ed, was kind and easy to work with. SSCO Photography & Videography did a great job capturing our special moments. We also had our beautiful dessert table done by Ocakesions and we hired an outside DJ vendor (MyBridalDJ) who did a great job communicating with Wedgewood.Major shout out to our day of coordinator, Bianca, and our banquet captain, Rachel, for making everything run smoothly. From the decorations to the food and drinks - everything turned out great. THANK YOU all to the amazing Wedgewood staff members (Liz, Cristina, Codie) and vendors for making our wedding day memorable and fun! Where to even begin?! Our experience from the moment we walked in to view the venue almost a year ago, up until our actual wedding date, was nothing short of amazing. My fiancé had met with Bianca P. and had an instant connection to not only her personally but to the venue, which made the decision to host our wedding there that much easier. From start to finish, the planning and coordinating team were quick to respond to e mails and phone calls whenever we had questions no matter how big or small they may have been. It was seamless and easy working with the coordinating team, which was a huge relief, especially the day of the wedding. Liz was fantastic and was available every second I had a question or concern. The bottle of champagne at the end of the night was a great meaningful touch as well.Our banquet captain Michael was attentive and always available when needed and super friendly. The chef Barbara ensured that the food served was top-notch. Our servers Sierra and Rachel were so friendly to our guests that they actually commented to us how lovely the staff at Stallion Mountain were. And the bartender... where to even start? Constantine was amazing! He was fun, outgoing, lively, and kept the guests returning for more all night long. We are so grateful to all the staff at Stallion Mountain who helped orchestrate our dream wedding, so THANK YOU!

Getting married at Stallion Mountain was the best decision my husband and I could have made! From the initial conversations before we even booked the venue, to the day of the wedding, the whole Stallion Mountain planning team was so incredible to work with. They made planning a wedding across the country easier than I ever imagined. They were extremely organized and communicated so well - they really kept us on track. I never had to question a thing. Our wedding really went so well and we owe so much of it to the planning team! Their recommended vendors were also amazing to work with: For photography, we went with SSCO Weddings, and they exceeded our expectations. Jenelle and Stephen were SO easy and friendly to work with. They went above and beyond for us. Ann with ACS Floral was wonderful! The flowers were everything we wanted & more. Francisco with Las Vegas Wedding Guy was beyond great. He was so helpful, friendly and brought the vibes we needed to the wedding! Freeds Bakery, who made our wedding cake, did an amazing job and they also made the process so easy on us! II would recommend Stallion Mountain time and time again. THANK YOU to all the amazing staff members for helping my husband and I have the wedding of our dreams!

Getting married at Stallion Mountain was the best decision my husband and I could have made! From the initial conversations before we even booked the venue, to the day of the wedding, the whole Stallion Mountain planning team was so incredible to work with. They made planning a wedding across the country easier than I ever imagined. They were extremely organized and communicated so well - they really kept us on track. I never had to question a thing. Our wedding really went so well and we owe so much of it to the planning team! Their recommended vendors were also amazing to work with: For photography, we went with SSCO Weddings, and they exceeded our expectations. Jenelle and Stephen were SO easy and friendly to work with. They went above and beyond for us. Ann with ACS Floral was wonderful! The flowers were everything we wanted & more. Francisco with Las Vegas Wedding Guy was beyond great. Wow! Where to begin. I highly recommend Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings. They were so organized from start to finish, which made it easy being a destination wedding. We first started working with Codie. Prior to our phone meeting. She emailed us well in advance with a virtual tour of the venue, food menu, and additional pictures. She was very patient as I had so many questions and kept changing what I wanted. After locking in a date, they sent a very detailed wedding planning binder that truly helped me as I'm not a party planner.In February for our details meeting, we decided to fly out to Vegas to see the venue in person. Our flights changed, and we had to adjust our dates. Lindsey was so accommodating and adjusted her schedule so we could still see the venue. They had just renovated it, which made me even more excited.The day of my rehearsal Cristina was fantastic. She went through all of the wedding decor to make sure we had everything. She explained everything on what the following day would look like and ran rehearsal with ease. On wedding day. It was everything I imagined. The bridal suite was beautiful. Codie had champagne in the suite for us and she was so supportive. The reception was so fun and set up exactly how I wanted. The food was so good, and my guests are still talking about it. Sierra was an amazing banquet manager. I was so appreciative of her sending us home with some food and champagne as we didn't really get a chance to eat.Now for the vendors. You should use their recommended vendors. ACS Florals, Ann and her team did an amazing job setting up the patio for the ceremony, the bouquets, table arrangement, and the cascade of flowers for my cake. Speaking of cake, Freed's Bakery made the most beautiful and delicious cake I have ever had. If you want to have a good time, The Las Vegas Wedding Guy, DJ Murphy is the man with a great plan. We had such a blast. He played some great music and played everything I requested plus some. I loved his vibe. Last but certainly not least. SSCO Photography was out of this world. Jenelle captured every moment. When she sent my pictures I was in tears. She took some great pictures in the moment. She is so kind, patient, and makes you feel very comfortable. Also, brought some props just in case. What an amazing Wedding we had at Stallion Mountain! We are from the UK and we got married in Las Vegas in May 2023. They were always one call/email away for any changes we wanted to make. Our wedding decor was absolutely beautiful, beyond my expectation. Day of coordinator was amazing, and made sure everything was as we wanted it to be. Our family and friends are still raving about how good the food was at our wedding. I cannot recommend them enough, we went to several venues and they stood up from the beginning. They have great vendors too. If you decide to go with them you wont be disappointed.

Stallion Mountain gave me and my husband the wedding of our dreams!!!We were looking to do a destination wedding (we're from NJ) and I found this venue online. I fell in love with the layout and view. I requested information and received a quick response along with a virtual tour and consultation date.Let me start by saying that the pictures and videos online DO NOT FULLY CAPTURE THE BEAUTY OF THIS VENUE. The packages offered were amazing! We went with the Elite Package and we couldn't have been happier! We got so much for our money and every element was top notch. The food was incredible, the service was on-point and we were treated like royalty at our rehearsal and on our wedding day. Everything was taken care of and not one thing went awry. Our wedding was absolutely perfect in every way. The planning process was so easy and stress-free. The timeline binder that they sent kept us on track and organized. Bianca, Codie, Taylor, Megan and Rachel are truly passionate about what they do and it shows. Their passion and professionalism really show through the care that they take with their couples. Everyone that attended our wedding is still raving about it. We used most of their preferred vendors. Here was our take:ACS FLORALS:Anne was great to work with. I sent her some pictures of flowers I liked, my colors and she captured exactly what I had pictured in mind. Every element that she produced was beautiful.FREED'S BAKERYThe best wedding cake I've ever had. Period.LAS VEGAS WEDDING GUY (DJ)DJ Sheridan was EXACTLY the type of DJ we wanted for our wedding. He spent quite some time on the phone with us going over every musical element of our wedding. He was there during rehearsal to play all of our music and to review all of our information with us again to make sure that he was fully prepared. Once the reception started....so did the party!!! He did such a phenomenal job and we even had a few people ask for the playlist. The dancefloor was packed all night! We used Sarah Jay Photography (not on Stallion's list) and she was our favorite vendor. My husband and I aren't very comfortable in front of the camera and she was able to put us at ease with her professionalism and sense of humor. We clicked immediately and it really came through in our photos. Her talent far exceeds what she charges and we couldn't be happier with all of our photos. SHUTTERBOOTH LAS VEGASHonestly, the phot booth was so much fun! Everyone had so much fun with it and we are so happy that we have an album with everyone's photo strips. Highly recommend!!!I would recommend Stallion Mountain over and over again. It truly was the best day of our lives and their team made it happen!!

My daughter and I are major planners and detail-oriented and there were a LOT of moving pieces with the wedding. Bianca and her team were absolutely amazing at putting all those details together! Our DJ Francisco was AMAZING! All my daughter's requests were included and the entire event from ceremony to end of reception went beautifully. The venue itself is gorgeous and he food is sooo fabulous! Our only recommendation would be that if you want the bride and groom to eat (i.e., get a to-go box of the food at the end of the night), you remind a staff member of that again at the beginning of dinner service. Otherwise, we were incredibly impressed with the level of care and support our family received and the attention to detail. Definitely recommend!

From the start to the finish everyone at Wedgewood helped myself, my husband AND my sister who was right by my side throughout the entire process. I'm someone who needed things all together - and Wedgewood was it. They have multiple packages they offer and they include a variety of vendors that just made our process SO much easier. Their entire wedding planning crew is amazing, from Bianca and Codie who were there for me from the start, to Taylor who helped with a lot of the details in between and Megan who was my day-of coordinator. Megan made sure everything was in order, always came to our side for anything and truly amazing to work with. I did not get to work with Lindsey as much, but when I did she was up to date on everything going on with the wedding.The food was amazing - the banquet captain (Rachel) her staff, and the kitchen staff did an amazing job - the food was delicious. When you think of a wedding, oftentimes you think about the stressors: getting everything together, making sure everything was accounted for, and just ensuring all of your vision and plans come together for the big day. My husband, Jon, and I had heard about Wedgewood Venues from a friend and how they enjoyed their experience, so in December 2020, we knew we needed to take a look at their venues. We were engaged on Dec. 1, 2020 in Vegas and thought it would be perfect to have our big day in the same city we were engaged. We looked at just Stallion Mountain and instantly fell in love. I believe Bianca was our staff member who started off our process and helped us fall in love with the venue and offerings. She stepped us through all of our different options in the venue and was transparent about pricing and getting things set up. From our first meeting, 2 weeks after we were engaged, we had our venue! We didn't even think to look anywhere else. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding! We had gotten our venue around 1.5 years ahead of schedule (11/11/22), so we did have a long engagement to take our time. One of our favorite experiences was our first in-person appointment with Taylor. Taylor is a phenomenal coordinator and was able to answer all of our questions and help us feel really confident about our wedding day. I would often send questions over email and no question was too small. Whether it was Bianca, Codie, Megan, or Taylor responding, they always had an extremely positive follow-up. The wedding rehearsal was easy to schedule and we had everything set up to our liking! Megan was a great support for the rehearsal and herding my family (which is a challenge at best). It was there we found out that Taylor was our day of coordinator, which Jon and I were ecstatic about! Now, onto the day of the wedding: It was honestly the most magical day I could have ever imagined! It exceeded every expectation we had. Taylor was incredible at making sure everything was set up and everyone knew their places! She clearly has so much passion for her role and had so much attention to us as the bride and groom. She really took our needs into account; I honestly can't say enough good things about her! Our Banquet Captain, Michael, was fabulous in helping us make sure we had everything taken care of with the food. Let's talk about that for a second, the FOOD... WAS PHENOMENAL! Our guests still rave about it!! The chef at this Wedgewood location is *top-tier* excellent! Sierra, our server was so kind and professional. We loved having her help serve our guests. And of course, Collette, our bartender, made sure that everyone had an amazing time! Planning a wedding out of state could not have been easier, and I did while finishing up my bachelors! The venue was gorgeous and even in 98° weather the patio kept all my Alaskan guests cool and comfortable. Megan went above and beyond to make sure we were stress free and even MADE ME a garter because we forgot one! Sierra our banquet captain was amazing! The DJ was on point and very accommodating to us and our guests. Every one was raving about the food and the bartender who kept up with my very demanding guests. Overall, (I may be biased) it was the best wedding I have attended/been in and I have been a bridesmaid 7 times before this. 10/10 all the way.

Wow wow wow!! I honestly can not praise this venue enough! My husband and I had a destination wedding on August 9, 2022, and when looking at venues around Vegas, we wanted something that showed off Nevada, but not necessarily in a typical “Vegas strip” way. The moment I met Bianca, I was hooked. Of all the tours of other venues we had been on, she was the first person who seemed genuinely excited and interested in our story. I immediately trusted her with handling my wedding, and my husband agreed. And that was just the beginning! Throughout the planning process, I was in Florida, and my husband was overseas, so I was really stressed about getting the fine details down so far away from my vendors and wedding planner… but both Bianca and Taylor kept me sane and put all my worries at ease. They were detail oriented, and wonderful with communication. When the day of the wedding came, there were last minute details that I had let slip (wedding brain) and Bianca swept in like an angel and took care of everything. Both of our families were amazed by the professionalism and kindness of all of the wedding staff. Bianca, Taylor, and Megan made our day truly one to remember. As for the all inclusive package, you can’t go wrong! We picked the premier package, which includes everything you need; wedding coordinator, photographer, officiant, caterer, baker, florist DJ… you get the point. I’ve already talked a lot about Bianca, obviously we LOVED our wedding coordinator. We did a brunch wedding, and the caterer did so well, everyone raves about the food. The DJ brought the party, and kept our families on the dance floor all afternoon. The florist really brought my vision to life, the flowers were beautiful! The photographers were on point all day. We chose SSCO as our photographer, and the pictures are breathtaking. The officiant kept thing short sweet and simple, and overall our ceremony was perfect. Seriously, I can not recommend Wedgewood enough. If you want stress free planning, attentive staff, and an all inclusive package, this is the venue for you!Overall, 5 stars, 100%, A++

Chef Greg did an awesome job at cooking all our entrees and everyone complimented our choices! Ed Bruning did an amazing job at keeping us calm and making us laugh! Also, our DJ, Francisco, did a tremendous job at making our dance mixes and playing all the songs we've chosen. Even left the room to my husband and I as we did our last dance! We will totally recommend this place for other engaged couples and other events! We could not be more pleased with the service we received from the staff of Wedgewood Weddings at Stallion Mountain Golf Club. We had originally planned for a 2020 wedding but they were able to accommodate us for a July 2021 wedding instead with generally little difficulty (and no extra charge).We’re not big on wedding planning and wanted an event that would be relatively stress-free and Wedgewood’s all-inclusive wedding package fit the bill perfectly. They truly made the whole process easy. We would like to specifically give Bianca credit for helping us in the early stages of planning, answering all of our questions, accommodating all of our requests and generally just putting us at ease. Elyse (unsure of how to spell her name) was fantastic as our day-of-wedding coordinator and she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible on the big day. We really appreciate everything these two women had done to make our wedding beautiful. The rest of the staff (servers, banquet captain, bartender, etc) were also very helpful and professional throughout the whole event. Their affiliated vendors also deserve a shoutout, namely DJ Murphy (Las Vegas Wedding Guy) who helped us entertain our guests, ACS Floral who did all of our wonderful floral decorations and draperies, and Shutterbooth who provided us with a fantastic photo booth.The venue itself is quite beautiful and is able to host a wedding with approx 70 people and still make it feel intimate. The only gripe that we have are the groom/bridal suites, which ran very, very hot. Having a wedding in July only made things worse, but a couple of industrial fans might have helped? But all in all, that is a small complaint to have. We would definitely recommend this venue to future couples who are planning a wedding but want the process to be easy and hassle-free.

We had an incredible experience at Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings. The venue is beautiful and the food was incredible. The atmosphere was so friendly and clean. We could not recommend them more. It was a wedding celebration I wish we could go back to them for every year. Ellesse, Vanessa, Codie & Bianca were all extremely friendly and helpful in planning. CJ was our bartender and he was so friendly and generous all night, definitely one of nicest and most accommodating bartenders we could’ve ever hoped for. Pastor Ed was so nice and friendly. We loved the photo booth, such a party hit for all of our guests. The photo booth operator was so cool! And our DJ, we believe his name was Matt (I saved his name as “awesome DJ”) was hilarious, generous, fun, uplifting & so fantastic all night. I really wish we had everyone’s full names to give better detail and express our gratitude fully. It was just the greatest. Including the food, the salmon, crusted chicken and tenderloin carving station were the best delicious decisions ever. All of our family and friends were raving about the food and atmosphere. Thank you to everyone involved! If anyone reading this is planning a wedding at Stallion Mountain, please invite us and we’ll happily crash it to have another incredible experience. It was awesome!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings and especially my wedding coordinator Bianca! Our March 6, 2021, wedding was one of the most magical days especially after having to reschedule our original April 4, 2020, wedding due to the state lockdown from Covid.Up until the original date, they made everything so simple and easy with the packages and add ons and preschedule appointment dates that made my bride brain so happy. With the unknown and beginning of restrictions in 2020, they were incredibly responsive and helpful and calming with rescheduling and keeping everything in order including updates and adjustments due to state restrictions. What made things amazing during the whole planning process was that nearly everything was included, so when we had to postpone, Bianca and Wedgewood took care of everything, and I only had to contact my photographer and videographer who I booked separately. When the time finally came for our new date Bianca was incredible and really took time with me at my final appointment to literally go over everything and anything that might have changed, including our guest count and every tiny detail we could think of.Day of was absolute bliss! Even though we couldn’t have our full guest count from our originally April 2020 wedding, the way everything was set up by Bianca and her team you would have never known there were any changes from our originally planned wedding. The greatest part of it all was not having to worry or stress the day of, it was all handled and all we had to do was have fun! The day truly went so smoother than I could have ever imagined and was so much fun, my husband and I still have friends and family asking if we can go back and do it again! I also have to add that if you're lucky enough to get DJ Murphy for your wedding, he was an absolute legend! Everyone still talks about how there was never an empty dance floor the entire night! Music truly makes the party and he made the party, plus his MCing was top notch!I could continue to go on and on, but I’ll stop here and just say if you’re debating on wedding locations in Las Vegas, DEFINITELY add Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings to venues to check! I absolutely would recommend them to anyone who asks because I could never have pulled off such a perfect day without them. And it doesn't hurt that their beautiful venue made for amazing photos and videos that will forever be with me and my husband! Thank you again Bianca, DJ Murphy, and the Wedgewood Weddings team!

I am so completely disappointed with Wedgewood weddings. I had booked my October 2021 wedding in 2019, knowing that October was a popular month, but obviously NOT knowing COVID was going to happen. When COVID hit, I lost my job and full source of income. I waited months, hoping things would get better, but finally realized this may last way longer than we know.I tried to contact Wedgewood multiple times for two weeks, trying to figure out a solution, but no one would answer my calls or reply to my emails. When they finally did contact me back, they told me that they were not allowing any weddings in 2021 to cancel or reschedule. When Spring 2021 came around, and we were still in quarantine, I asked again, explaining that my entire wedding would be from out of state and that I didn’t want to cancel my wedding, just move it to 2022. I even told them that I would pay the 2022 increased pricing. Wedgewood was still unwilling to work with me and said that I would have to cancel and lose all of my original deposit and rebook with a new deposit. The last conversation we had, they told me that they would be willing to push my wedding only if at 3 MONTHS before my wedding we still had restrictions. With my entire wedding being out of state, this would be impossible! Not only is that so tight for planning a wedding and sending out invites, but it is completely unfair to ask people to travel in that timeframe and with still a huge risk of contracting COVID. Now that it is time to cancel, they have been bombarding me with calls, text and emails, so at least now we know that they do have the ability to get back to clients BUT only when it comes to canceling. On the bright side, I was able to book my wedding at a less expensive cost and at a more beautiful venue.

Given a binder and a dedicated schedule for our meetings and requirements, I saved days worth of time by going here instead.I haven't even discussed the actual WEDDING! I got married on October 9th, 2020 in the Sunrise room. We had the Elite package, the buffet, an open bar, and it didn't even break the bank as badly as you'd expect! My wedding looked as I had envisioned, the colors and table settings were absolutely stunning, florals were placed beautifully on every table and along the aisle for the ceremony, and the reception was a BLAST! DJ Sherdon was kind, energetic, and an incredible MC to get the crowd moving. He understood exactly what the crowd wanted for all ages, coordinated the wedding games with great ease, and communicated with me and my Maid of Honor with incredible ease. I can't even begin to express every little detail I was so satisfied with, I because this post could go on for AGES! To wrap it up, I HIGHLY suggest getting married here, for the views are stunning, the venue is gorgeous, and the memories made here will last me a lifetime. Note: Jenelle Giese was my photographer, and works alongside Wedgewood Weddings. She knows every key, iconic photo spot on the golf course, and if you want someone who will treat you right with your photos and videography, hire her! If you’re looking for a stress free experience; with the best coordinators and a magical outcome, then this is the place for you! My husband and I live in Las Vegas but wanted a venue off the strip. Stallion mountain was the perfect Vegas location without the Vegas theme! It’s picturesque, with gorgeous mountain ranges for a backdrop. Wedgewood weddings made planning a destination wedding, especially during a pandemic, so easy. Even through our uncertainties, the staff remained calm and reassured us all the way. We just got married Sunday, September 13, 2020 and it was the best experience ever. Bianca was one of the best coordinators I’ve dealt with for events. She was so professional and made sure everything we discussed came to fruition.Pastor Ed was funny and made our ceremony so relatable to all.DJ Sherdon kept the party going and ensured all the guests had a great time. My fiance and I are planning our wedding for two years from now to avoid all of the Coronavirus wedding issues that have come up everywhere. So we started touring places now to lock in a date for October 2022 (the busiest month for weddings here). This venue is absolutely stunning! Everything looks great! The drive up to the venue, the outside, the inside, the mountains surrounding. You won't be disappointed with it.Yvetter was extremely nice, and I would have loved to work with her. She was very helpful and easy to talk to. She also went out of her way to write 4 different proposals for us! We were originally thinking 150 people, but then we thought only 130 might show. We were also stuck between two packages. So she wrote proposals for all 4 options and possibilities. Pricing to me is a little above the affordable range. The minimum you need to spend is $15,000. For the Elite package with 150 people, it came out to a little over $26,000. For the Premier package and 150 people, it was only $1,000 less. So the Elite package is definitely worth it for how much you get. When we lowered the guests to 120 people, the Elite package came out to $21,000. This venue was just a little too much for us. We want to be able to have extra money to put towards the dress, honeymoon, gifts, etc. The gratuity is 22%. They also wanted a little over $5,000 down, which is a lot for a deposit. We want more of a garden themed wedding, and this obviously is not that. Still a beautiful place, but this is not the venue we are going with, but to anyone else I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Yvette and Bianca pulled off our two week planned wedding!! They made it look like it was planned for months and months. The venue and coordinators are so on top of keeping the space so clean and spaced out during this time. Yvette locked in our new wedding date and venue within 48 hours of our original wedding in California being cancelled. She never shy'd away from showing us ALL our options given our circumstances. Yvette was really passionate and personable. If it wasn't for her, I would've forgotten to put on my veil before the ceremony!Bianca is my life savor. She was there whenever I needed her throughout the 2 phone calls we had to plan, the rehearsal day, and the day of (until she had to leave at the reception). She is so amazing and saved so many hiccups the day of (that I can now laugh about). My groomsmen forgot their boutonnieres and Bianca did not let me stress about it for more than a minute. Within 30 minutes before the ceremony she had new fresh ones for the boys and my dad. She was on top of letting me know how much time we had until the ceremony. One of the buttons on my dress popped off (don't drink too much the night before! lol) and Bianca was able to find a sewing kit for one of my dear friends to sew me back in. Afterwards, my bridesmaids were having a hard time bustling my dress, and of course Bianca had me bustled within 5 minutes so beautifully. I am so lucky to have had Yvette and Bianca throughout this pandemic wedding. I would've done it all over again even in the vegas heat! Just one thing I wish was handled better was transferring the top layer of my wedding cake. I had to throw it out because it melted. I wish I could've saved it for our anniversary. That’s the only reason I can not give a 5 star rating.

BEWARE! DON'T GET MARRIED HEREI was planning to have my wedding at wedgewood las vegas for this October. But then COVID happened. I have several friends who were also planning on getting married this year. All of their venues offered different dates or my friends their money back. I called wedgewood and they said \"your wedding is not impacted by covid\" and told me that I can't get my money back or change the date and I'm expected to have the wedding as usual - even though several family members live out of town and are nervous and are refusing to fly. several members of the wedding party also can't make it. Wedgewood still won't let me change the date or provide any flexibility what so ever. We have given them over a month to respond and they are sticking with the original agreement. Highly inflexible and a huge waste of money. I've been crying my eyes out almost every day. DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE. we spent $4000 and they have literally done nothing to earn it. Horrible people to work with. The original contract wants us to spend $12000 - why would I do that with the level of care and hand holding I never received during this unprecedented time.

And there's none that could beat their packages! Our wedding was on 02-02-2020 and let me tell you, our overall experience was AMAZING. If you are looking for an all inclusive venue in Las Vegas, this is the PERFECT place! Almost EVERYTHING was included in our package. They have been so accommodating from the beginning to the end that it made the overall planning less stressful.We chose the Elite Package and here is what is included:1. We got 5 hours total for the ceremony and reception however we did add an extra hour and a half. Set up and take down was included with the price. They also have a bridal suite and a groom suite that they allowed us to be in 2 hours before the ceremony. 2. Officiant- Originally, it was Pastor Ed who was going to be our officiant however he had a last minute family emergency so we had a replacement. This was the only con that we had on our wedding day. Pastor Ed knew all of the Filipino ceremony traditions that we wanted to incorporate in our ceremony. We had to fill in the replacement Pastor with everything 30 mins before our ceremony. Regardless, even though our ceremony did not run as smoothly as we wanted it to be, the replacement pastor still did a good job.3. Cocktail hour- our package included 8 Hors d'oeuvres4. Open bar- my hubby and I do not drink so we specifically wanted to include this in our package for our guests and it was a HIT.5. Decor- upgraded chiavari chairs, table linen & napkins (your choice of color), centerpieces (from ACS florals), mirrors for the centerpieces, votive candles for the tables, entrance table, and easels for all your signs.6. Cake- yes, even the cake is included! It was made by Freed's Bakery & not only did it look good but it tasted sooo good too! 7. DJ- DJ Murphy was THE BEST. He was so accommodating with the type of music we wanted to play. He knew how to keep the crowd entertained. We talked to him for about 2 hours after our wedding rehearsal and he is the nicest & most awesome DJ ever!8. Photobooth- it was provided by Shutterbooth & they were there whole night. They also give you a complimentary guest book so we didn't have to worry about that which is so awesome. They gave us a copy of every single photo taken & put them in the guest book then had our guests sign with a message.9. Invitations- YES, this is included too. They give you a specific amount of credit (depending on how many guests you have) to use on their invitation website. And there are a lot of designs to choose from!10. Wedding Coordinator and Banquet Captain- Our wedding coordinator was Roxane & she was very helpful throughout the process. She made sure everything happened the way we wanted it. And our banquet captain was Julie. She was so sweet and was always checking up on me and my hubby to see if we needed anything. 11. Food- we went with the buffet style dinner. On the menu we had a variety of sides and salads. For the entree, we chose Chicken Cordon Bleu, Salmon, and Prime Rib. I don't know what else to say but Wedgewood truly cares. They guide you throughout the whole planning process and if you have any questions, they are just a phone call or an email away. They make sure that your big day is stress free for you so that you can focus on making it a very memorable day for you.

He was so accommodating with the type of music we wanted to play. He knew how to keep the crowd entertained. We talked to him for about 2 hours after our wedding rehearsal and he is the nicest & most awesome DJ ever!8. Photobooth- it was provided by Shutterbooth & they were there whole night. They also give you a complimentary guest book so we didn't have to worry about that which is so awesome. They gave us a copy of every single photo taken & put them in the guest book then had our guests sign with a message.9. Invitations- YES, this is included too. They give you a specific amount of credit (depending on how many guests you have) to use on their invitation website. And there are a lot of designs to choose from!10. Wedding Coordinator and Banquet Captain- Our wedding coordinator was Roxane & she was very helpful throughout the process. She made sure everything happened the way we wanted it. And our banquet captain was Julie. She was so sweet and was always checking up on me and my hubby to see if we needed anything. 11. Food- we went with the buffet style dinner. On the menu we had a variety of sides and salads. For the entree, we chose Chicken Cordon Bleu, Salmon, and Prime Rib. I don't know what else to say but Wedgewood truly cares. They guide you throughout the whole planning process and if you have any questions, they are just a phone call or an email away. They make sure that your big day is stress free for you so that you can focus on making it a very memorable day for you.

As a Project Manager I created a detailed bid tab for all the venues I reviewed online or called. Wedgewood seriously had the best bang for its buck. For example, a photo booth or an ice cream bar! I considered those hehehe The food was delicious! So many options with their buffet style. They also have plated option for food. If you do go with buffet, the venue is set up so nicely where it's in a separate room. I'm not a fan of the food next to guests and having the whole room smell like food haha.The cake was from Freed's Bakery - my favorite!! I will not review them here but let me just say, I ate 3 slices that night and 1 for breakfast.The staff! I cannot wrap my head around how AMAZING the staff was! From their correspondences via email to their phone call meetings. It was always above par. I never felt lost or worried that something wasn't getting done. Bianca was our main point of contact for the last 2 meetings. She always made sure I had everything I needed. I'm sure the email questions flowing in at 2am when I remember something was not fun for her haha but she was amazing nonetheless. That's what I wanted for wedding planning - something completely painless. Our day of coordinator, Roxane was so perfect. I could give her 100 hugs to thank her and it still wouldn't be enough hugs. DJ Murphy from Las Vegas Wedding Guy was TOP NOTCH! He is soooo amazing and is a true Hype Man! He brought everything together so seamlessly. I can’t say it enough: Wedgewood Las Vegas is the best place to get married! I live in Chicago and was concerned about planning a wedding in Vegas, but the Wedgewood team made everything so simple and seamless. First off, if you haven’t looked at the photos – you should! The backdrop of the mountain is absolutely breathtaking and if you use their recommended photographers, Stephen Salazar and Jenelle, they will capture all of the beauty this venue has to offer. From our first meeting with the wedding planner, Lindsay (who has now transitioned to another location), to the day of the wedding everything was effortless. They take in to account all of the small details to make your wedding perfect, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We had the pleasure of working with Lindsay, Elle, Roxane, and Bianca and all of them were amazing! Roxane and Bianca were there for our rehearsal and for the day of and really helped to make the day run perfectly! I was never stressed about anything regarding planning because almost everything is provided/performed by Wedgewood themselves or by their specific vendors who they work very closely with. She encouraged me and my husband so much throughout our photo shoot and made it fun for us! Wedgewood is simply the best! I could not be happier in our decision to have our wedding with them! OMG!!!!! Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else for a wedding venue. From the moment that I laid eyes on Wedgewood I was SOLD!!!! The staff was extremely helpful & knowledgeable throughout the planning process. I had Elle for most of my planning however ALL the Wedgewood staff ensured I was able to focus on solely being a bride! They took care of any questions or concerns regarding the vendors. The day of the wedding was PERFECT. My coordinator Bianca was always attentive to both the groom & I to make sure we were happy. My friends & family couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. Honestly I don’t think there are enough stars to review Wedgewood Stallion Mountain. The venue was beautiful, simply relying on pictures does it no justice. Majority of the guest flew in from varying states & everyone loved every moment. If you’re an out of town bride like myself, leave your big day in their hands I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Whew, after a couple weeks to relax after the big day I owe it to Wedgewood to write my review because they did an AWESOME job making my wedding incredible. We planned to visit different venues before making a decision but once I had my first consultation with Lindsay, I knew this was the place I wanted to get married. I poured over reviews and pictures online and I couldn't wait to book it. Yvette, DJ Murphy, Jenell (photographer), Lindsay, and the whole banquet team and bartenders were so wonderful. DJ Murphy really stole the show and I had so many of my guests telling me how much they enjoyed him. I wish I could write 200 reviews on how great he is. Yvette was so organized and wonderful with helping us make decisions and stay on track. She did a GREAT job setting up all the additional items we brought for decorations. I wish I could relive our wedding night over and over--it was perfect! Thank you, Wedgewood!

It also has very good prices! The food was delicious, the cake was beautiful, and the staff were great. I highly recommend the Las Vegas Wedding Guy DJ. He made the night fun and set a good vibe for me and my guests!! I can honestly say that looking back, there isn’t a single thing I would change. I had my wedding at Wedgewood on 4.26.19. I planned everything via phone since we lived out of town. I first saw the venue the day before my wedding! Although I had different sales coordinators (some moved) throughout my planning, everything seemed to be taken care of. I chose the Elite package and went with the buffet style dinner. Our ceremony was done at the patio citation and it was beautiful and the weather was perfect. We went with some the venue's vendors with Freed's Bakery with the cake which tasted so good and the cake was beautifully done! ACS Floral which only covered the sweetheart center pieces but the flowers were beautiful as well! Shutterbooth of LV was also a hit with the photobooth and even made us a photo book of our guests' photos which was so sweet. We ended up using MoxieStudio (which I recommend!) as our photographers because their style/photography felt more of my style and it was cheaper than Stephen Salazar. We did initially go with Pastor Ed, but I found out last minute my uncle was able to officiate our ceremony so we were able to deduct that service from our package. The open bar is worth it and the bartender CJ kept the drinks going for our guests! Our DJ/MC was DJ Sherdon with the Las Vegas Wedding Guy who was recommended by a mutual friend of ours. DJ Sherdon held it down the entire ceremony and reception! Because of his night club DJ experience, our dance floor was packed and started spilling out into the tables and played music from our request sheet. Even little kids at the wedding were jumping up and down and partying with the grown folks!Because the package is only for 5 hours, we did pay extra to extend the reception an hour longer and I must say it is worth it! if your group of guests love to party and dance and have fun, I suggest paying the extra money to keep the party going!We also added an outside vendor to serve boba tea with Brew Tea Bar (which I recommend if you like boba to be served!) Sou and his team from Brew tea bar did an awesome job and our guests raved about the boba bar! I cant express how much gratitude we have for the staff at Wedgewood Las Vegas! I was so nervous about how things were going to go esp. when we planned this throughout the phone but everyone said it was perfect, beautifully done and a lot of fun! Thank you Yvette for being our coordinator and made sure things ran smoothly for the ceremony. Patty our banquet captain who made sure we did eat and get our drinks, DJ Sherdon for his MC/DJ services and kept the party going (recommend him), CJ our bartender, and the rest of the Wedgewood staff that took care of JP and I.

We got married at Wedgewood Las Vegas on 1.18.19. I live in San Diego so planning over the phone seemed daunting but the staff was so available and helpful. Jasmine was my coordinator and she was wonderful! Despite me being an hour late to the rehearsal she was so nice about it and even let us stay late to set up some of the last minute DIY stuff I wanted to put together myself. The day of the wedding I walked in and was just blown away by how beautiful everything was, they had done such an amazing job setting up and everything looked perfect. I used Wedgwood's vendors for everything but the photography and they were all really wonderful to deal with and did an amazing job. Ann from ACS floral crushed it with the bouquet and the centerpieces, they were beautiful and unique! Although I didn't speak with the officiant until a few days before the wedding Pastor Bruning did not disappoint. He did a wonderful job of calming my nerves and making me feel comfortable and he performed a beautiful ceremony. Wedgwood's DJ, Murphy was the best! He was attentive and funny, he played the music that I wanted and really amped everyone up to have a great time! We did the buffet style dinner and all of the food was amazing and the banquet coordinator deserves a special mention too, we didn't really eat much with everything going on so she packed us up meals to take home with us which was really thoughtful. Overall I would highly recommend this venue and all of their wonderful vendors!

Jasmine was my coordinator and she was wonderful! Despite me being an hour late to the rehearsal she was so nice about it and even let us stay late to set up some of the last minute DIY stuff I wanted to put together myself. The day of the wedding I walked in and was just blown away by how beautiful everything was, they had done such an amazing job setting up and everything looked perfect. I used Wedgwood's vendors for everything but the photography and they were all really wonderful to deal with and did an amazing job. Ann from ACS floral crushed it with the bouquet and the centerpieces, they were beautiful and unique! Although I didn't speak with the officiant until a few days before the wedding Pastor Bruning did not disappoint. He did a wonderful job of calming my nerves and making me feel comfortable and he performed a beautiful ceremony. Wedgwood's DJ, Murphy was the best! He was attentive and funny, he played the music that I wanted and really amped everyone up to have a great time! We did the buffet style dinner and all of the food was amazing and the banquet coordinator deserves a special mention too, we didn't really eat much with everything going on so she packed us up meals to take home with us which was really thoughtful. Overall I would highly recommend this venue and all of their wonderful vendors!

We got married 12/8/2018 in the Garden and our reception was in the Sunset Room. We worked w/ Lindsay and Elle. We live in CA, but love LV. When I found Wedgewood on the Knot, it looked perfect w/ great packages! The initial process of booking, visiting in April, and visiting the vendors went really well! Our phone calls throughout were helpful and supportive!My wedding looked just beautiful! We had the Elite package. However, we chose our own officiant, photographer, and brought in some of our own decor. We brought gold chargers ($2 to rent, I paid $1 at DollarTree), candy buffet decor, glass bowls (carefully wrapped) and candy, we provided set-up pics. We had a $180 custom caketopper (wrapped&boxed). All in labeled bins, delivered the night before. The day was almost perfect. My flowers were amazing! The room looked perfect! The food tasted great! The bartender made our signature drinks perfectly, was friendly, professional! The photobooth was great. The design I created with them wasn't included on the prints,so they fixed it by mailing me 3 correct copies of each photo taken as well as digital copies! The servers were great also. Alycia was so sweet and helpful!Unfortunately, there were a few problems.1.) I was notified on 11/26, 12 days prior, that my DJ would contact me and confirmed 11/28 (10 days prior) that the DJ wouldn't be who I had been in contact with. My DJ didn't have Apple Music or Spotify to find my Disney Jazz playlist. I have Texts on my phone 1, 3, and 4 am asking me to find/purchase and send my music through dropbox 3 days (or less) before my wedding. He said he could get most of my requested songs he didn't have by ripping it from Youtube. (ugh) Music was supposed to be played prior to the ceremony and cocktail hour. No one could hear it according to my parents and guests. Also the mic for my officiant kept blanking out and we couldn't hear her. Reception music was off and not exactly what I had asked for (2 Spanish songs, not 5 for example).2.) Table arrangement made 10 days prior (w/ conf. email) included my cousins, aunt and 2 toddlers w/boosters sitting in front. Day of, they had the incorrect table set up w/arrows indicating a correction. As a result, my close family was placed at the table furthest from me. Heartbreaking! 7/8 people at the table were in my wedding, the 8th person helped me put together most of my wedding! 3.) The candy buffet was not finished on time. (We had asked to set it up the night before, but were told no and assured their people could do it.) My aunt and my step sister ended up putting it together 30 minutes before the ceremony.4.) While getting ready in my bridal suite, club members were cutting through @ 2:45 to get to the lockers. I thought it was private but members were in my rented area, less than an hour prior to start time. 5.) We started late (3:50) because Wedgewood wasn't ready. However, we still ended at 8:30. They didn't give us extra time despite their mess up. There was more but I'm out of spaceHere was the GM's response to our concerns:I received your concerns and am waiting to hear from Lindsey... She has recently transferred to a California Wedgewood. It may take a few days as I don't know her work schedule... I did speak to our DJ vendor, and he is pulling up the songs played for the evening so I can compare to the playlist Mindy provided him. As for the microphone cutting...out it sounds like here may have been local interference. Hard to know.

I just got married on 12/08!! Having a destination wedding can be scary since you aren’t physically there too see things and meet the vendors!! Wedgewood really stood out to me with their reviews, beautiful photos and all inclusive packages! We live in Florida and we’ve always loved vegas so why not! We had the elite package so had everything from open bar, photo booth, bath, appetizers, floor length linens and beautiful chiavari chairs . We added silver charger plates, sweet heart empress chair, love marquee signs and draping to make the room pop! Having their planners really helped the process! I told them my vision and they ran with it! I flew to Vegas for their wedding open house and made it a vacation weekend! At the open house I was able to see the beautiful venue, florists work, Dj, pastor Ed, freeds bakery cakes and try their menu! This helped me pick my own appetizer and dinner menu! We picked the buffet style because you just get more that way! Freeds bakery cake was phenomenal. ACS Floral was beyond amazing. Dj Murphy is the best DJ!!! He was so great at leading the crowd and keeping the day organized! He played all the music we loved!! Pastor ED was also great! He met with us before the ceremony to review how things would flow. He added humor to the ceremony which was great! Wedgewood is very accommodating and will work with WHATEVER you want! They will bring your vision to life! All of their preferred vendors are top notch! They even let my maid of honor come in and set up a sweet and salty table with snacks and decor I purchased. They had the table ready for us! I also shipped out all of my wedding day decor to then the week of the wedding so I wouldn’t have to travel with it! Thank you wedgewood for such a special day! It was effortless! Your team is great!

Wedgewood Weddings in Las Vegas was amazing. From the planning to the wedding day everyone was so helpful. The room and tables looked beautiful. We used ACS Floral. Ann did an amazing job on my bouquets and centerpieces. The day of the wedding it was very windy but Ann came to the rescue and already had it all planned out how she was going to fix our ceremony outside. DJ Murphy was the best DJ. Our dance floor was packed with everyone of all ages from my 1 year old nephew to my 90 year old grandma! DJ Murphy is also the nicest and very accommodating. He played an extra song for us at the end of the night because we were having so much fun. Our photographers were Keith Kaplan photography (Dave and Debbie) were amazing and very nice. Our photos turned out beyond amazing. We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting and such nice people the day of our wedding helping us out. Jasmine went above and beyond helping put stickers on our party favors the night before and setting them out for use. Thank you! We had an Elvis impersonator. He was a huge hit in the photo booth by Shutter booth LV which was a huge hit. I would highly recommend upgrading the package to include the photo booth! I truly had the best wedding ever!

After talking with a consultant we found that even though they only have 3 packages, they are 100% customizable. So you can pick one and choose what you want to keep in it. They made the process so easy and I was able to have the destination wedding I wanted, at an affordable price, with all the frills I needed, in a gorgeous location! From start to finish they made it easy. Great communication, reminders, planning, everything was awesome. The staff were all excellent and all of our guests commented how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was and how wonderful the service was. I am so, so happy that I booked my wedding with Wedgewood. Planning a destination wedding is stressful but Jacquelyn, Lindsey, and Elle were so amazing, patient, and kind while working with me. They set up everything perfectly and were always prompt when responding to my emails. I met Jasmine the day of my wedding rehearsal and she coordinated my wedding day. Jasmine was such an amazing person while working my wedding. She kept calm was very organized and sweet while working with us. We booked a few vendors through Wedgewood. DJ Murphy (Matt Lindsey) was AMAZING!!! He was always kind and professional when working with him. During the wedding, he was checking up on us, making sure the pacing and timeline of the wedding was going well, and always made sure my husband and I were taken care of. He played all the songs we requested and played them well. The ceremony music went so well and he was able to read he crowd and transition music flawlessly. I am so glad I requested DJ Murphy for my wedding....I feel like the wedding wouldn't have been the same without him. We had so many guests come up to compliment us on our DJ/MC. Freed's Bakery came through with the perfect cake and it was delicious as well! They were so easy to work with and Sheri was always prompt and kind with her replies.ACS Floral was our florist. We upgraded our ceremony on the Pavillion to have ivory drapes and rose petals. It couldn't have been more perfect. Our centerpieces, bouquets, boutinierres, and mother's corsages were all gorgeous as well. There was one small hitch on the day of our wedding. We had ordered a flower wall, but due to some miscommunication, it was already booked for another event so we weren't able to get it for our event. Jasmine offered a gorgeous floral linen to cover the wall where the flower wall was going to be and Lindsey added a gorgeous light up \"LOVE\" sign at the front of the room which definitely brought the whole room together. This ended up to be even better than what we imagined. I am so happy with how they handled the situation. They certainly defused a stressful situation.Pastor Ed Bruning was so patient and kind when we were emailing back and forth. He was so professional when I met him and during the ceremony. The only thing was that we had asked to speak a few words to each other during the ceremony before our official vows, but that didn't happen. This was more on our end since I didn't communicate this request until the day of the wedding. I'm sure if Pastor Ed had more advanced notice, he would have been able to execute.The Banquet staff was incredible. Patty was our banquet captain and she was always on hand and very helpful whenever we needed anything. She brought drinks from the bar for us and repeatedly checked up on us the entire night.The bar service was put to work the night of our wedding! Our guests are not shy when ordering from the bar, but the bartenders were able to keep up and did not run out of the requested liquor we asked them to keep on hand. Other shoutouts to those who were so helpful to us during the wedding night are: Yvette, Juver, KJ, CJ, Miranda, and Mya. Overall, I am so grateful and happy with Wedgewood. We were able to enjoy our wedding day and let all the moment sink in. We felt so much love and support on our wedding day; we couldn't have had the same feeling if we went with any other venue.

Everything was perfect. The food was SO good and our DJ Sherdon was amazing. The bar is just outside the reception so it's nice for guests to have somewhere to go get a drink that isn't too crowded. The venue is beautiful and they take care of everything. Having a day of coordinator was so nice and included in the price. The packages are a good deal compared to other venues. I had 150+ people at my wedding and they all fit very nicely in the citation room. The ceremony was outside on a 100 degree day, but the patio is covered so it was actually nice with the breeze. They answer all questions via email so fast and genuinely care. I'd highly recommend them for a beautiful and classy Vegas wedding.

Everything was perfect. The food was SO good and our DJ Sherdon was amazing. The bar is just outside the reception so it's nice for guests to have somewhere to go get a drink that isn't too crowded. The venue is beautiful and they take care of everything. Having a day of coordinator was so nice and included in the price. The packages are a good deal compared to other venues. I had 150+ people at my wedding and they all fit very nicely in the citation room. The ceremony was outside on a 100 degree day, but the patio is covered so it was actually nice with the breeze. They answer all questions via email so fast and genuinely care. I'd highly recommend them for a beautiful and classy Vegas wedding.

My husband and I got married at Wedgewood at Stallion Mountain two months ago and our entire experience was so positive!Once we confirmed our wedding at Wedgewood they immediately sent us a large step-by-step guide that assisted with the entire wedding planning process. When it came to options (chairs, table cloths, food, decor, ceremony, etc) everything was laid out in a checklist format which really made decision making easy. (You always have the option of upgrading or personalizing everything to suit your taste).We had 70 guests and our beautiful ceremony was on the patio at 5:30pm. The ceremony space is absolutely stunning. The view was incredible with the open green field and an amazing view of Stallion Mountain in the background.We took Wedgewood's recommendation for ACS Floral for our ceremony decor and flowers. HIGHLY recommend! I sent Ann photos of what I liked and she made our dreams come true! Everything looked even more beautiful than I expected.We used the Officiant recommended by Wedgewood and we were not impressed by his severe lack of communication (no response to our emails and calls prior to wedding and we only consulted with him for a total of 5 minutes before the ceremony). He also forgot my husbands name when pronouncing us husband and wife (said a completely different name), but this was not Wedgewoods fault. In their defence, Pastor Ed had excellent reviews online.The ceremony was followed by a cocktail hour. Our guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres and had fun taking pictures with the stunning mountain background. They also loved the full open bar and skilled bartenders.For dinner, we chose to have a buffet because it included more food. We chose the Prime Rib carving station, chicken in mushroom sauce and salmon. The buffet also included 7 salads. Everyone is still talking about how great the food was. The reception room was very nice with windows facing the mountain.We also took Wedgewood's DJ recommendation and were so happy with our decision. DJ Murphy was super friendly, fun and even dressed to match our wedding colours! He was also quite helpful with planning and keeping things on time. I just wish we had more time for dancing! The allotted 5 hours for the entire wedding flew by!Photographer-wise, we chose Fabio and Adri Photography. Best decision ever! We choose Wedgewood for our March 2018 wedding and I wouldn't have had it any other way. The entire process was flawless. Being out of state was not an issue. In fact I received immediate correspondence viwho alos email to answer all my questions, and I had many! I was given a great list of vendors who also contributed a great part in the assembly the day of. Shout out to DJ Murphy. My wedding was small [50 people]but oh so elegant! I want to thank Jacquelyn for having such a calming aura. I was a nervous wreck and her tone was so reassuring. She was present and was able to attend to me in my bridal suite and also check on my now husband. She managed the ceremony and reception with ease! I arrived on site and saw the beautiful tables, the extra touches and signs/decor that were placed to fill the sign in tables, entrance tables [since I traveled crosscountry I had no room to bring extra pieces]and this made my heart swell with pride knowing this was my wedding and it was perfect. A few words to describe the decor was elegant,clean. The flowers were white hydrangeas with pale pink roses and greenery. Table cloths and napkins were white. Oh By the way, last minute changes on my ceremony space and reception were made with no problem. I had first chosen the gazebo for my ceremony and decided on the outdoor garden area. The scenery was picturesque with the mountains and beautiful golf course. The reception proceeded in the citation room with the beautiful lighting and tables. I want to relive this day. Thank you for making this day so beautiful! The location was beautiful and made me proud to have it in Vegas.

Wedgewood Las Vegas is absolutely amazing!! First, my fiance and I decided to plan a wedding in 60 days and we did it remotely. Everyone called us crazy except Wedgewood :) Lindsey, Jacquelin & Stephanie were amazing! They were very professional and responsive to all of my questions and requests. They listened to what we wanted and did their best to make our day special. We did not have time to shop vendors and work on other details that were not included in their packages so we decided to trust Wedgewood and use the vendors they recommended and we are so glad that we did! They worked virtually seamless together. Once we made our selections and finalized what we wanted, I never heard from them again and everything came together so beautifully on our wedding day. Lindsey was there doing her thing coordinating, accommodating and whatever other magical thing she had to do to make sure our day was what we envisioned with her. Pastor Ed was amazing, the food was great, florist, cake... the bar tenders were everything and probably our guests favorites! DJ Sheridan was beyond what I could have asked for. I was so overwhelmed with some of the last minute details I had given up on creating a photo collage but he so generously helped out and even added a song for us. It really was an incredible day and I don't see how we could have done it without the expertise and professionalism of Wedgewood. So stop looking and book with Wedgewood!! You will be in good hands!

So, I was dead set on finding a venue that would literally do everything for me. Wedgewood did that and more! I could not have been happier with the way everything turned out. They were extremely accommodating and they {along with their vendors) were able to make everything perfect in only 3 months of planning! I initially booked my wedding with a chapel in Vegas. With invitations sent I was days away from making my final payment and realized the venue was not going to be a good fit. I researched and found Wedgewood only 2 months before the wedding. With such a short timeframe I was very concerned. From the beginning Jacquelyn reassured me everything would be perfect. And boy did she deliver. My day was perfect and more than I had ever expected. Jacquelyn, Stephanie and DJ Murphy were A1. My guest are still raving. My husband after enduring all my torture was overly excited and happy with the outcome. There wasn't one thing that I could complain about. The day was absolutely flawless. The banquet hall was beautiful. The event started on time and moved smoothly just as rehearsed. The music was off the chain (do people still say that. Lol). Wedgewood is awesome! I dont know how else to put it! Lindsey and Jackie are great coordinators. Everything is taken care of! My wedding was beautiful, a giant party, fun and most importantly stress-free. Everything was included in my package; the food, DJ, Floral, cake, minister, and the wedding night hotel room. The food staff, Evi was great at keeping our guests happy and fed. DJ Murphy was great with our music and our guests danced a ton! CJ the bartender kept the drinks coming and the guests mingling. Ann's floral was everything I wanted for the centerpieces, my bouquet, and his boutonniere . Freed's cupcakes were delicious and there were plenty to go around! Minister Ed made the ceremony just what we wanted and made our ceremony special. Keith Kaplan was our photographer recommended by Lindsey and I'm glad she did! The photos turned out beautiful!! I am so happy with how our wedding turned out. Wedgewood was amazing!

Wedgewood is awesome! I dont know how else to put it! Lindsey and Jackie are great coordinators. Everything is taken care of! My wedding was beautiful, a giant party, fun and most importantly stress-free. Everything was included in my package; the food, DJ, Floral, cake, minister, and the wedding night hotel room. The food staff, Evi was great at keeping our guests happy and fed. DJ Murphy was great with our music and our guests danced a ton! CJ the bartender kept the drinks coming and the guests mingling. Ann's floral was everything I wanted for the centerpieces, my bouquet, and his boutonniere . Freed's cupcakes were delicious and there were plenty to go around! Minister Ed made the ceremony just what we wanted and made our ceremony special. Keith Kaplan was our photographer recommended by Lindsey and I'm glad she did! The photos turned out beautiful!! I am so happy with how our wedding turned out. Wedgewood was amazing!

This place is amazing. Jacquelyn, Lindsay, Pastor Ed, DJ Murphy, everyone was great and they all worked well together and it was flawless. Janelle at Stephen Salazars photography was so cool and even with the time crunched because some of the party was late she was still able to make it all work. Jacquelyn and Lindsay made the whole experience awesome from tge beginning of just finding a place to the end of the wedding night. Dj murphy and Pastor Ed are awesome too. after spending time with them they feel like family. I cant say enough about wedgewood they made it all amazing for us

I can't say this enough, but Wedgewood did an AMAZING job with our wedding! AND to imagine... so affordable and STRESS FREE!!!I first met with Jacqueline, our coordinator, after booking an appointment. Immediately, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. When I started to tell her how I imagined our wedding to be, it seemed like every question I asked, she said, \"yes, we can do that!\" In my head, I thought, this can't really be the cost of EVERYTHING I want. But then she made a proposal sheet with all the numbers, and it was real. I was ecstatic but didn't say yes right away, because I wanted to be completely sure. I mean, this was going to be the biggest day of our lives, right?So, I left the appointment, not once feeling pressured to having to pick them now, which was another plus compared to other venues. Not only that, but SHE also called ME back a few days later, which no other venue ever did! So that's when I knew that their service was going to be a lot better than other places, and finally I decided to book with them and it was the best decision I've ever made (well maybe besides, marrying my best friend haha). Fast forwarding now to the days leading up to our wedding. I didn't have a wedding planner, so I had a lot of questions. I felt that I was able to call or email Jacqueline whenever and I would get an answer right away. I also ended up choosing all their recommended vendors, and they were wonderful too!I booked Amelia C & Co to do our hair and makeup. They were so fast but work was flawless (lasted dancing and sweating ALL NIGHT)!!! Stephen Salazar and Jenelle were our photographers the day of. They were so accommodating and didn't waste any time! During our wedding Jenelle asked if I needed water or a break because she could tell I was getting overwhelmed! She was so thoughtful!We also had Pastor Ed Bruning who officiated our ceremony. He made sure our ceremony was about us and personalized it with stories we told him which made it very memorable to us and our guests!We also had Ann Leonardo from ACS Floral do all our flowers, ceremony, and reception decorations. WOW! There are not enough words to say how beautiful she made the area look!!! Prices were very reasonable and not a single wilted petal anywhere! Now, the man of the night was definitely DJ Murphy. He had the night flowing so well and was so fun! He stuck to our \"music rules\" and by the end of the night, our dance floor was still completely full!!! EVERYONE loved him and I wish our night could go on forever!Oh, and I want to throw a special thank you to our banquet captain, Evi! He noticed we hadn't been able to eat our food, so he came out later on with new hot plates for us without even asking! How sweet of him!!!This review is long, but I just want brides and grooms out there to know just how wonderful everyone at Wedgewood was to us! Remi and I, as well as our family and friends, have not been able to stop talking about how perfect everything went. When we first decided to get married in Las Vegas, I was nervous about how I would find our location, plan a reception, and find all of our vendors. Wedgewood took care of everything for us. From the first phone call where I learned all about what Wedgewood had to offer, I knew that this was the place I wanted to get married. Lindsey and Jacquelyn made me feel so comfortable, and took away any stress that I had. Every phone conversation I had with them just reinforced my confidence in them and the Wedgewood staff. Through reading multiple reviews about Wedgewood at Stallion Mountain, we learned that DJ Murphy was the guy to get for our DJ. His rave reviews made us so excited to have him as our DJ, as they promised an amazing time, and he did NOT disappoint!! Every one of our guests absolutely loved him, he played great music, really got to know our guests, and really built up the party! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ and MC!!Lindsey and Jacquelyn sent us a vendor list to look over. We decided to use their list for pretty much everything. For our photos, we had Jenelle from Stephen Salazar Photography. She was so professional, and really seemed to know what she was doing. She even stayed an extra 45 minutes after she was supposed to be done to catch a few more photographs for us. We have yet to see how they turned out, but from seeing their online gallery we have full confidence that they will be amazing.For our flowers, we used ACS Floral. Ann went above and beyond to give me what I wanted for my flowers. I was so happy with them that it broke my heart to have to leave them! (We were travelling for the next few weeks so couldn't take them with us). Everything turned out exactly as I wanted it.For our cake, we used Freed's Bakery, and Remi and I are still drooling thinking about how delicious it was. Remi, who normally does not eat any sweets, DEVOURED that cake! BEST CAKE EVER!!! For the day of the wedding, we had Shanna as our wedding coordinator. She was excellent and attended to every little need we had. She made everything run smoothly and perfectly.For our Banquet hosts, we had Patty and Evi serving us food, and CJ as our bartender. All three of them were so sweet and attentive. We loved having them as part of our special day. We never got to meet the chef, but Shawn was amazing, and all of our guests raved about how good the meal was. Our package came with a night at Eastside Cannery. When we arrived to check in, the lady at the desk upgraded us to the Grand Suite, which was incredible! It really helped to complete the most perfect day.For Hair and Makeup, we used Amelia & Co who were suggested to us by Lindsey & Jacquelyn. They were SO talented and made my mom and I feel so beautiful.For the shuttles for our guests we used Bell Transportation. They were a little stressful to deal with, but in the end they got our guests to the venue and back safely, which was what was most important. Overall, we still cannot believe how perfectly everything went. It is always said that your wedding day is supposed to be the most special day of your life, and thanks to the staff at Wedgewood, this statement could not be more true for Remi and I. We had our wedding at Wedgewood Las Vegas at Stallion Mountain Golf Club on July 1, 2017 and we couldn't be happier we decided to do it there. We live in Las Vegas and looked at a few places prior to going there and nothing compared in terms of price/space/packages. I had a few other tours scheduled after but decided to cancel them after going to Wedgewood. The place is elegant and modern enough that you can do as many or as little decorations as you want. The packages allow you to add and delete stuff as you like and they give so many options for every price point and allow you to pick what's really important to you. Their vendor list is great, but they don't penalize you for using other vendors as well.We chose to do the ceremony on the patio with the awning and the reception in the larger reception room as we were expecting about 130-150 guests. The nice thing about this place that differs from others is rather than having a facility/site fee and then a per/person fee for food and drink on top of that, all the prices are per person - which you will find makes a huge difference. This includes DJ, chairs, linens, tables - everything you need. We did an open bar and the per person fee was almost half as much as other golf courses around town. For the prices and what you get there is just no comparison in town and the property and backdrop is beautiful - which we got numerous compliments on. The planning process was so easy as Lindsey and Jacquelyn were very helpful and super responsive any time we had a question. I'm pretty laid back so having a venue that does so much for you was ideal - it really was stress free the whole time all the way through the day of. We used their preferred vendors for the cake and photography and used other vendors for the photo booth and flowers. Freed's Bakery was awesome to work with and the cake was not only delicious but exactly how I wanted it. We did cupcakes for the guests and we were able to choose three different kinds of cupcakes. Their stuff is awesome and they are great to work with - Jayme from Freed's was especially great. We used Stephen Salazar and Janelle for the photography and they were fun and great to work with. They've shot so many weddings at the venue that we didn't have to worry about a thing - they know where to go to get the best shots and are efficient in getting them. Day of banquet captain Shauna was amazing. She came to the rehearsal and did a great job corralling our large and crazy wedding party. The room wasn't available when I came to decorate and she made sure that everything to set up exactly how I wanted it to. Day of she took care of everything we needed and made sure things ran on time. Our DJ, DJ Murphy, was amazing as well. He was on top of everything and was a great MC in addition to keeping the party going. He also came to the rehearsal to make sure he had all the right music and the names of the bridal party. We got SO many compliments about him and I'm so happy he was a part of our day. We also received many many compliments on the food. You don't get to taste beforehand, but trust all these reviews when they say the food is fantastic. I'm still in shock at how perfect the day was and how well everything went as I had hoped/planned! I didn't feel stressed for one second! I wish we could do it all over again. You will not go wrong with Wedgewood Las Vegas!

I am a little turned off with this venue already before I even toured. We won't be going or choosing this venue because I had HIGH expectations of customer service after reading plenty of reviews. Ultimately it was our fault for bad timing but LIFE HAPPENS and we were going to be late however I expected the staff to be more personable and friendly. As a bride planning a wedding and shopping for venues I felt like I was just a number, that I was not important and I am only allowed to be there for an hour. If I had questions after that hour, would I feel like I'm be rushed out?I had an appointment at 11am, I called and was going to be about half an hour late as I was coming from a different city, spoke to Lindsey and let her know the situation and apologized. First thing she stated with a rushy tone was they had back to back appointments and they will only be able to do a tour and not a full consult.I told her it will only be about half an hour, and she said ok we can do the tour just not go over and do the proposal. It sounded like she did not even want to speak to me. I tried calling again to reschedule to be courteous and wasn't going to hold up time but no one answered and I got to voicemail twice. Sorry Wedgewood for wasting your time trying to set up an appointment within my allotted HOUR I should have had. I understand it is a business and appointments are made to accommodate everybody, but I am not a number nor is any other bride to be. When you make anyone feel rushed, it is a big red flag and a turn off. We had an amazing interview with another venue at the country club, great atmosphere, great customer service and she made us feel like we truly mattered and we had all the time in the world to ask any questions we had.

There are no words to express how grateful we are to Rose, Jaquelyn, Sarah, Lindsey, Shawna and Patty for making our big day as stress-free and amazing as possible. The ladies in the office (Jaquelyn, Sarah and Lindsey) were SO patient with me and my billions of questions. They made coordinating a destination wedding seem easy, and they were always there to give me their best advice when I wasn't sure how to proceed.Rose and Shawna were our coordinators on the day of, and they did a fantastic job. They knew exactly what our vision was, and they made sure I stayed calm, even when there was a hiccup right before the ceremony. Patty was our banquet captain and she took the baton from Rose and Shawna for the reception and made sure everything continued to run smoothly. She was very accommodating with my specific diet needs, and DJ Sherdon made sure that everyone kept having a good time. My husband and I are music snobs, and Sherdon spoke with us for over an hour about our music tastes and desires for the reception. He did an incredible job making sure that the party didn't stop, and kept everyone hyped from our entrance to the grand exit.Oh, and did I forget to mention, the food was AMAZING. Seriously, it was that good. I'm just sad I didn't get to enjoy more of it!If you are just starting your wedding planning process, I cannot recommend the team at Wedgewood enough. They were professional, always available, responded immediately to any of my questions, were flexible when I changed my mind (100 different times) and always so sweet and easy to work with. They made this entire wedding process EASY, which I don't think many brides can say. If you're still unsure, book a tour with them and I'm sure you'll make the same choice I did.

There are no words to express how grateful we are to Rose, Jaquelyn, Sarah, Lindsey, Shawna and Patty for making our big day as stress-free and amazing as possible. The ladies in the office (Jaquelyn, Sarah and Lindsey) were SO patient with me and my billions of questions. They made coordinating a destination wedding seem easy, and they were always there to give me their best advice when I wasn't sure how to proceed.Rose and Shawna were our coordinators on the day of, and they did a fantastic job. They knew exactly what our vision was, and they made sure I stayed calm, even when there was a hiccup right before the ceremony. Patty was our banquet captain and she took the baton from Rose and Shawna for the reception and made sure everything continued to run smoothly. She was very accommodating with my specific diet needs, and DJ Sherdon made sure that everyone kept having a good time.
