Owners Mike and Chelsea are a husband and wife duo who decided to purchase this historic piece of land in the heart of Ohio’s Grand River Valley. They love to share their beautiful venue with people so they can enjoy quality time together in nature. Standing Rock Farms offers a selection of spaces where you can host your ceremony and reception. The Flower Farm is their premium reception space and spans 12,000 square feet, suitable for 300 guests. It boasts beautiful rustic features, with wooden panels on the walls and large windows that pool natural light throughout the room. It is ideal for a light-filled ceremony as well as a warm and cozy reception. For those hoping to host a more intimate celebration, The Barrel Room is 4,000 square feet and has an outdoor space, too. You can prepare for your magical day from the comfort of the venue in the Carriage House, which is a three-story, beautifully decorated home that features get-ready stations and vanities. The Standing Rock Farms team would be honored to help bring your vision to life. They are dedicated to providing a seamless experience while helping you create memories that will last a lifetime. Standing Rock made everything very easy on my special day. Mike and Chelsea have a stunning location for any event and they are easy to work with! SO many places to get the Perfect Picture, they even have baby farm animals. 10/10 i would recommend to anyone

We were lucky enough to host our wedding at standing rock on 9.9.23 and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The staff was extremely responsive to the multitude of questions we asked from recommendations on which building we should use to the logistical questions we had from our caterers. They have tons of recommendations for rehearsal dinner locations, caterers and bartenders. It really made the planning a breeze. The location itself is GORGEOUS. The Carriage House is beautiful. Tons of stations for everyone to comfortably get ready and an alternative entrance for the men so I didn’t have to worry about my groom seeing me before it was time. The full kitchen and seating area made it so we weren’t on top of each other the entire day. The ceremony hall is just a few steps away from the Carriage hall so when it was time my dad and I hid by the front door and walked out once he made it down the aisle without any risk. Ceiling to floor windows, benches made from wood around the property, it was truly a stunning building. We hosted our reception in the Flower Farm, which is just seps away from the reception hall. I’ve been to weddings where you have to drive twenty minutes to the next location and it takes away from the evening- we didn’t have to worry about that here. Everyone went directly into party mode allowing us to sneak away for all of our photos. The location is a photographers dream. There are hundreds of different spots you can choose from. Make sure when you go to visit the property you pick out your favorites for the day of otherwise you’ll be overwhelmed with all of the options. The Flower Farm is perfect for large groups and to distract all of them while you’re getting photos taken. From the grow room to the drying station there are tons of things for your guests to see while they are waiting on you. There is a full service bar that can be accessed from inside and outside, a food room that is easily accessible for your caterer and perfect areas for dessert tables, charcuterie boards, guest books, etc. Truly the entire property is beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married.
